Absolutely awful customer service from the service department. Rude advisors. Able to book and appointment online, with a loaner. Time comes for the appointment and they don’t show to pick up my car, and they have no loaners. They knew that, but didn’t have the common courtesy to call and let me know. Their answer when called? “I don’t know what to tell you”. I will gladly drive to Rockville, where I purchased my vehicle, for service.

I'm only giving two stars because I had a good experience signing the papers. Purchased a used car from Ourisman in a pinch. I needed a car asap. Got most of the false information over the phone before I came to look at the vehicle. They said it had been looked over and there were no mechanical issues. I bought the car, drove it for a day and the check engine light came on. Took it to a local mechanic that I've been using for years. All four brakes were below the safety inspection pass level, the oil hadn't been changed in some time, the transmission is slipping from first to second gear. Basically thousands of dollars in repairs. I called ourisman, got the run around from sales and service. I called them multiple times and nobody will call me back. Basically got the old bait and switch..once I bought the car I was dead to them. Will never buy another car from them and advise you not to as well. The used car I bought wasn't cheap and now I have to put thousands into it just to drive it. Would have been nice to get the truth up front but you live and you learn.

Owen did not allow the product alone sell itself. Because of COVID, schedules and distance Owen and I were able to create a workaround. We arranged a time to FaceTime to see all the features and overall look of the vehicle. Because I’ve rented a similar vehicle and work for a major insurance company, I knew it’s a phenomenal vehicle. There was no pressure to ‘come on down to the showroom’ which is a common tactic most dealers capitalize on. Owen worked with his manager to keep their price competitive yet fair compared to other dealers. Owen answered ever call and text, followed up with me timely and exceeded my expectations. Finance was smooth. I am so thankful someone called to set up my volvo on call and closed the gap on some questions about all the features. I rank the experience exceeding my expectations all this despite one miscommunication with the vehicle condition on delivery. Not only apologized but saw to it I was able to go to a local dealer for a professional detail. Overall, best car buying experience and I LOVE my new vehicle.
