This was my first experience buying a used vehicle from a dealership and had an excellent experience. Shout-out to Terrance, our sales representative, and Donna, our finance manager. Terrance was friendly, worked hard for our business, and maintained his hustle throughout the entire 4.5 hour business transaction. Literally, Terrance power-walked between the manager and printer to make the process happen as quickly and efficiently as possible. He exceeded all my expectations. Terrance made the transaction easy; offered several times to buy us drinks, snacks while we waited; brought us pizza; and charged our new Bolt was charging while we were working on the deal. Donna capped off an already amazing experience. Once we signed off on our documentation, I asked her for honest advice on how she would approach buying a new/used car at a dealership. She gave my husband and I excellent advice that I later verified with my own research. She was extremely friendly and insanely knowledgeable. Very happy with my car and the dealership. My family and I highly recommend this dealership. Leslie was so attentive and unbelievably helpful! She went above and beyond to make sure we drove off the lot with a beautiful, safe, and reliable vehicle. Her friendly and outgoing personality made the experience unforgettable. Where Leslie assisted in the car shopping process, Charles (in finance) sealed the deal. His help with finalizing the application not only saved us thousands, but he made us feel like family. His welcoming demeanor made the financial process very comfortable. Overall the total service at the dealership exceeded our expectations. If you need a car, used or new, this is where you need to go!

I was pleased that I was able to get service for an emergency situation without an appointment. The staff were cordial and offered shuttle service while they took care of my issue. However, I was very disturbed with the vast difference in the quoted cost for the same service from another local Dealership I checked with. This type of up selling makes me look to other Dealerships in the future for my car service.

Great experience! Bought a new Bolt this weekend and our salesman, Bill Mason, was so helpful and friendly! He went out of his way to make sure we were happy. He even set us up with an oil change on the car that we drove to the dealership. Bill is the best!
