Top-Notch Service, all the way! Starting with my salesperson, Corey Thompson, and then to Francis in the Service Dept, you both made my car buying experience the absolute best!!! Corey, you can sell a car, Man! So thank you Ourisman... Still amazed, because the small dent that was on my passenger side wheel, magically disappeared once the Service Dept put their hands on it... I traded in my VW for a Volvo on 11/05/2021 and they made the process so smooth as this was my first time trading in a vehicle. I was in/out in 2.5 hrs! I would highly recommend their Brand Specialist, Tyler Clark. He was extremely professional, down to earth and seemed genuinely kind hearted. TOTAL TIME WASTE AND TO BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS. Most of the good reviews are most probably paid or fake reviews. Their used cars come with all sort of defects you will find in long run. And their service department is the most unreasonably expensive department. Their service department will break stuff so that you keep coming back to them . Also if allowed they may happily charge for amount of oxygen you breath in their office as they have only 1 agenda which is to make money at all cost by any mean.

I emailed Ourisman on 9/26 to inquire if a vehicle I saw on line was still available. The morning of 9/27 I received a call the car was still available, but was not detailed and had a recall on it that still needed to be fixed. I told the salesman that I was settling on a new house on Thursday, so I couldn't sign any paperwork until after Thursday's settlement. We agreed that we would stay in touch. On Wednesday night I received a text the car was detailed and ready for a test drive. I replied great I will text you after settlement tommorow and come out for a test drive. On Thursday after settlement I sent a text and received a response from the salesman the car was still available. I responded I am on my way to Ourisman from Towson. When I arrived someone was leaving to test drive the car and they purchased the car. Very Disappointed! Not Sure Why I Made an Appointment.

Absolutely awful customer service from the service department. Rude advisors. Able to book and appointment online, with a loaner. Time comes for the appointment and they don’t show to pick up my car, and they have no loaners. They knew that, but didn’t have the common courtesy to call and let me know. Their answer when called? “I don’t know what to tell you”. I will gladly drive to Rockville, where I purchased my vehicle, for service.
