When I went in to see Michelle I felt a little discouraged because I knew my credit was great. Michelle reassure me that I would be leaving out of Outten Dealership with a car. I went home with a my Sonic LT. Michelle is a great sale person, she explain all the documents in details, explain the features in the car and told me that if I didn't understand something to give her call. She also gave me a tour of the service dept. Awesome place to purchase a car. I would recommend my family and friends.

We went to Outten to trade in my parents Cruze after a friend recommended Brandon. Since then, we've bought 5 cars within our family from him as well as a friend who just purchased a van. Every experience has been awesome!! Outten was able to help out when it was really needed due to credit, etc. We highly recommend Brandon!!

On June 22, 2015, I purchased my first brand new vehicle from Outten Chevrolet and I must say it was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership! My salesperson, Michelle Johnson, was phenomenal. We started the process around 1pm (while I was at work) and I was able to pick up my new 2015 Chevy Cruze shortly after 5pm THE SAME DAY!!! I have had bad experiences in the past with push salespeople, so I must admit that I was genuinely surprised that Michelle was quite the opposite. She took the time to work for me, and not the dealership! Though it's only been two weeks since I purchased my car, I have already referred two others to Michelle because she is just that awesome! I definitely will go back for any future vehicles.

i was looking for a newer car with really bad credit . i work very hard but my credit wasnt very good try 0 credit . i shopped around car dealers but. they went about it the wrong way making my credit worse , other dealers just ran my credit and forward all my info to the banks without even trying to get a car for me first , long story short up until going to Outten Chevy on tilghman street and Dealing with John Goodwin And Jason idk what his last name is , car buying was a nightmare , i dont even write reviews on dealers or companies but these guys deserve a positive review for there hard work , and efforts to get me into a car i like . PLEASE GO TO THESE PEOPLE.

My salesman Brandon showed me how to use the numerous features of the 2014 Chevy Camaro before I bought the vehicle. I was already in love with the styling and color but the all the other features worked flawlessly as demonstrated by Brandon, even synching my iphone to the car which really sealed the deal. The finance manger got me the absolutely best interest rate and I drove out of the dealership in one amazing beautiful vehicle. The Camaro had just been washed before I got there and they even washed it again before I left! What organization ever goes through that kind of effort?????

The short version: do not go here. This was by far the worst car buying experience we've ever had. The car salesman and manager both agreed on a price on Tuesday, we shook hands, and were told to come back on Friday to finalize the paperwork. When we came back on Friday, the price was 4,000 higher than what we had agreed on. They hid the paper work we had with the previously agreed upon price. These people could not have been any more dishonest. The worst car salesmen ever, and that says something. Trust me, do not go to this dealership.

Had a price advertised on Auto Trader for a new Traverse, called to verify price and was quoted a price thousands higher. Seems they ad every possible discount someone could get to the base price to try and hook you in. Very Shady !!

I saw a truck online, was contacted by phone and told couldnt test drive because it hadnt been "traded" yet. Stopped in a few days later to look at it and mechanic told me it was in shop for "major" repair, not aware that I spoke to someone already .

I have NEVER used the service department simply because I have never had to have my cars serviced beyond basic maintenance, so overall, what more could you ask for from a dealer.

Had some scratches on driver side . I do pay for the recon per month for any scatches,, recon dept. cleaned up a few but the one Sil plate needs another look. They ordered a new door panel and new safety belt, and will be install sometime soon.

Brandon covered all possible objections. I had my other Malibu for 14 years and really didn't want to get a new car at this time, but it was starting to have little problems here and there. My one problem with my old Malibu was driving in the snow. Brandon had me take the 2014 Malibu back to a parking lot that wasn't plowed and had me test it out. The traction of the new Malibu sold me. Was a great experience. I normally get uptight buying a new car, but he had me totally at ease the whole time.

the sales person Jason, was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased, and kept in contact with us days before our arrival at the dealership. the ONLY thing that was disappointing was the price advertised on the dealer website showed a lower price which included all possible rebates which I did not qualify for. you can say that its my fault for not reading the "small print". I just think the actual price of the car should be listed without having to read the fine print. I drove 1hr 20 mins to get there to find this out. my wife and I did decide to purchase the vehicle anyway, as it was what we were looking for, just didn't expect to have to pay what we did. im giving a 6 out of 10 simply because of the distance to travel to get there and the pricing issue. service was great.

A part to my power window broke and the window was stuck in the down position. The service department didn't have the part they needed and I needed my car for work so they were able to rig the window so it stayed up until the part came in. The repair was performed quickly once the part was available. The service staff was very friendly and helpful. I had an awful experience the first two times I dealt with this dealership but things seem to be improving.

The waiting room makes "taking your car in" a much more enjoyable way of waiting for your car. In long past times I'd drop my car off to go home just to avoid a boring waiting room of nothing. It's nice the offer of both beverages and cookies plus tv and nice chairs where your bottom doesn't hurt if sitting too long. As for service, I've always been taken very quickly and efficiently when putting in a call. Just recently for an emergency fixing and now to make appointment to get car inspected. ONLY BAD I can say---the sidewalks and parking area should most definitely been cleared of both ice and snow. I arrived for 9:30 appointment at 9am and there was plenty of time to have started the clean up. Many elderly people and others such as myself have knee replacements or hip and even if not , a fall could've been very bad for customers. It wasn't until about 9:30-10:00 that clean up finally started. That's the only bad I can say and if it wouldn't have been for that---everything was perfect and fine. It all makes for a more comfortable experience.

As usual I waited till the last minute to get my car inspected and the service team asked me to drop my car off and they would inspect it that day. When I got there I added some other services I wanted done (change oil and antifreeze, flush the injectors and a new air filter). They gave me a ride home and picked me up when the work was done. I am very happy with the work that was done to my car.

Just in this week for service. As a long time customer I received a free oil change (after several prior purchased oil changes) and they rotated the tires and then washed the car. The bill was less than I expected and I was satisfied with the wait time too. Thank you.

It was a horrible experience. Fred was very arrogant and made lie after lie to get us into the dealership (which we unfortunately realized when we got there) and once we arrived we saw that the promises he had made were just a trick to get us in and pull shady tricks to try and get us into something other than what we really wanted and needed. Some of the remarks he made were just inappropriate and rude. He seems incredibly immature to hold the title he claims to. A typical greasy car salesman.

I had a great experience Brandon was wonderful iknew what type a car i wanted but on the lot it was not there but he made sure i got the gold mist color he was very knowlegeable of the car the test ride was good and the paper work went smoothly and i drove home with a new car my daughter bought her car at outten and she also had a good experience i definitely will recomend this dealership.

Terrible. I contacted Outten's Service dept initially to see if I could find out some information about a Chevy Suburban that was serviced at their dealership. I was considering to purchase this Suburban through another local dealer who received it as a trade in the end of December 2011.In my inspection of the truck I noticed some things that looked like the it been in a crash or fender bender and then repaired, so I looked at the carfax report and Outten was listed as the repair shop that did the work. The repairs listed were small and there wasn't much info, but the thing that bothered me the most was that the headlights didn't match ( one newer then the other ) and the front strut was listed as being replaced. I wanted to buy the truck but I was wary about the repair info so I contacted Outtens Service Department to see what I could find. The person who answered the phone was very rude to me. He exclaimed that he couldn't give me ANY information due to privacy laws. I explained that I wasn't looking for former owner info or anything of personal nature. But he insisted that unless I owned the truck, he could not help me. Well after careful consideration I made the purchase and the next week personally stopped into the dealership with the truck. I was treaded rudely, and asked to wait in the waiting room. After nearly 20 minutes of no help, ... I went back and I was told the manager was too busy to talk to me and that he would return my call. I never got a call back, the man at the counter refused to even bother helping me even though I had proof of ownership with me! I found the attitudes there to be macho, rude and unfriendly. With all the good reviews I saw about this dealership I was disappointed to have been shrugged off this way. I was making an important purchase and all I needed was a little help and incite about the vehicles repair history. wasn't looking to Wright a book about the previous owners!

The service was great. Our experience was a very good one. They were very friendly and it was nice that they spent the time explaining the car to us. I also received a phone call to see how I was enjoying my car. I was very impress at how the American made car is really stepping up there game. I had purchase in the past 3 foreign cars. This by far was my best experience. Thank you

Upon entering the dealership, I was greeted with a warm feeling of friendship. Subsequent to salesman Charlie Rivera showing me several Silverados, we came across one that satisfied my desires, with two exceptions. I thought this would be a problem, but it wasn't. I did not want the bed liner nor the bedrail protectors, since I am planning on having the bed and rails sprayed with an Ultimate Extreme lining. The dealership removed both liners and credited the price for their removal. During the pricing process, I found Charlie and his Sales Manager to be very polite and yet extremely professional and efficient. I found the same to be true of the Business Manager during the paperwork process. I was surprised that the pleasant experience continued with Mary Hill, the Customer Relations Manager, who explained all of the vehicle options and how to keep my vehicle properly maintained. This was the first vehicle I purchased at Outten Chevrolet and I was so impressed that I am going to give their Service Department a try.

MY 05 CORVETTE WOULD NOT START BECAUSE OF A STEERING COLUMN PROBLEM. MY CAR WAS TOWED TO OUTTEN CHEVROLET AFTER DARK ON A SATURDAY NIGHT. IT WAS ON THE LOT UNTIL OPENING OF THE FOLLOWING MONDAY. I CALLED AND TOLD JEFF THE PROBLEM AND IT WAS DIAGNOSED, THE PARTS WERE ORDERED, INSTALLED AND I HAD THE CAR BACK BEFORE THE WEEKEND. I WAS ESPECIALLY PLEASED DUE TO THE FACT IT WAS THE FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE WITH THE DEALER.

I have given this rating because everything was perfect. She was very understanding to our specifications and she gave us exactly what we were looking for. She was very nice and she made sure we understood all the terms and conditions. We felt very comfortable as oppose to other dealerships that try to rush you into something you don't want. I am very pleased and excited that all my expectations were met. We will most definately return in the future for our next car.

I had my vehicle in the shop for the same problem at least 5 times. They kept saying they didn't know what was causing the problem. They agreed there was a problem, but couldn't fix it. The last time I had it there, when asked what could be done about it, I was given a shrug of the shoulders and a "call GM". In the past 30 years, I have purchased and owned 9 Chevy vehicles (and 1 Ford). Last week I traded in my Chevy for a Mercedes! So glad I don't have to deal with Outten anymore!!!

I have repeatedly been in for service on a GM Certified vehicle I purchased out of state. While the selling dealer, King Pontiac of Gaithersburg, MD, was less than honest, Outten has given me excellent service each time I have been in with vehicle problems. They have resolved every problem I have had with the vehicle and provided convenient shuttle service to and from work. While all repair work has been performed under warranty, I have had some preventive maintenance completed and their pricing is competitive with other dealerships. They also have not pressured me to have work done that is not needed.

Kelly Blue Book says my trade is worth X amount of dollars. Outten says that Manheim determines the value of vehicles NOT KBB. We wasted 2 hours of our time playing the "sales rep talks to the sales manager" game and they wouldn't so much as budge one dollar on the trade. So, as far as we're concerned, everything we ever heard about Outten is true. They're no different than anyone else and they're certainly no better than anyone else either. Alot of hype over nothing. We'll stay with Weaver in Pottsville.
