This is only my second time buying a car. My first time was atrocious. I was recommended to Outten Chevy by a co-worker, since they deal with bad credit. I figured I was going to be denied, so I asked to do everything over the phone so I wouldn't waste time going in. My sales rep, Angela, was awesome! She let me send over the docs I needed on my phone, they approved me, and she told me my payments and stuff all over the phone, until I could go in. It is a very professional establishment. It took a bit longer than expected, but again I felt that was a lot more professional than my last experience. The person I talked with about the loan, I believe his name was Doug, was amazing. We were talking about his rescue dogs, it was a very personable experience. My payments started off a little more than I wanted, but after I put a little more down he called the bank and got my interest rate lower and my payments. He went over EVERYTHING with me. He took me through what the warranty did and did not cover, we went over the terms of the loan. He found me the best deal. I left, and had to go back a few days later to get my actual plate. In that time I had made a list of questions for Angela, which she answered all of them to the best of her ability. They gave me a copy of everything, including my title, which I did not get any of that stuff in my last loan. The establishment and all the people working there made me feel very welcome, and were extremely nice.

Outten Chevy of Hamburg is a great place to buy a car. One year ago I bought a new 2019 Chevy Impala, which I love. I took it there to be serviced and everyone is very nice and friendly. The salesman don’t forget about you after they make the sale, they continue to help you with questions and things that your vehicle may need.

Everyone at Outten, especially Dan, our salesperson, was a pleasure to work with. It started with the email contact actually, when I received an offer that was too good to be true, except it was! My wife was supportive, so I called right away and they arranged a meeting with Dan. The car was everything I was expecting, and the big surprise was that the final price was exactly what I was hoping it would be. My interactions with staff were the opposite of what you would call high pressure, they simply laid out what my options were and let me make the decisions. Dan made sure that all my questions about the car were answered, and the whole process took much less time than I thought it would. Overall I have to say the experience ranks at the top of my car buying history, and that gives me confidence that Outten will treat me right in the future should I need service.

Outten is amazing! They helped me get in a car and I was given such a run around by other dealerships. LT was great at his job was very upfront and prompt. They all went above and beyond for me and I greatly appreciate them ❤️ I will always recommend Outten!

Had a great experience at Outten. Daniel was fantastic to work with. Very knowledgeable and I really appreciate the thorough explanation on all aspects of purchasing a vehicle. All the staff was great. Got a fair trade in value on my car and bought a new Trailblazer. Thank you Outten!
