I've always leased Honda CR-V's in the past, 4 to be exact, but that has all changed since meeting the great staff at Outten Jeep! Bruno Lebrun was my sales rep and got us a great deal... 0% APR for 72 Mos., and an even lower car payment than I was paying on my Honda lease. They had many vehicles on their lot, but mine in particular had to be delivered. I did all the paperwork on Saturday, and picked up my new Jeep Cherokee on Monday.... and I couldn't be happier!! Their staff was awesome to deal with... no pushy salesmen types. Bruno even helped connect my phone and went over a bunch of features that can sometimes be overlooked. He was knowledgeable throughout the entire process. My Jeep Cherokee has the safety features on the side mirrors (a def. PLUS), heated steering wheel & heated cloth seats (I opted not to go with leather because it's so darn hot in the summer when wearing shorts, haha). The items I'll be adding over the next few months will be the sun roof, running boards, and possibly the navigation. I'm completely in LOVE with this vehicle!!!! The color is Black Pearl, and looks AWESOME!!!!

This is my second new Jeep Wrangler from Outten and I couldn't be happier! These folks know their stuff, are upfront, straightforward, and really respect their customers. The whole process was very smooth from start to finish, and both times (this time especially!), I got exactly what I wanted. Even though it's a bit of a drive for me, I was more than happy to buy from Outten!

From the moment that my brother, husband, and I stepped on the lot, Gary Bleecher made us feel welcomed. We told him what we were looking for, what we could spend, and what we had to trade. He explained to us that he would be willing to see what he could do for us. We were unable to stay and talk to him on that day, but we did return to him today to see what he could do for us. Well, we were there for about 4 hours (give or take) and not once did he make us feel rushed or that we were a burden. He was going to do everything in his power to help us leave with what we could and wanted to afford. During the test drive, he explained the car and make-up which made us fall in love with the car even more. The safety features are unbelievable. We shared stories about our lives on the test drive and he made us feel like we mattered. Purchasing our vehicle from Gary Bleecher was a positive experience and I would recommend this dealership and especially this salesperson to purchase future vehicles. I live over 80 miles away from this dealership but heard great things about them so I took the chance on driving down and extremely satisfied is hardly enough to let you know how great this experience was. 19 year old first time financer here. I had a great experience and it was worth the hour drive. Bret made everything easy to understand and answered all of my questions before I even had a chance to ask them. I had to bring my six year old nephew with me and I thought he would misbehave from being bored through all the paperwork and what not. I thought wrong. Bret kept him entertained and even had him help put the license plate on my new patriot. My nephew enjoyed himself as did I. I highly recommend outten to anyone in my age group just getting established. They won't get you into something you can't afford but will give you the best vehicle fit to your preferences and income. I am very satisfied with my first car buying experience.

I did my research, dealer shopped and found something equitable to what I really wanted. I was informed they would honor an employee discount. It got me through the door! I came to the dealership approved by my lender and all my "ducks in order." When we went to the table, there was no budging on price despite presentation of several pieces of evidence the car was over priced. I got the usual, "I get 5 calls a day about this car; everybody wants this car" however it's been on the lot for 56 days. I could've bought the vehicle I wanted with all the upgrades for $2500 more, but wait 6-8 weeks. I even moved on my target price to be more reasonable... but Outten lost a sale over $248. Unfortunately, this is not just my experience as I've come to learn. Who passes up moving a unit over $248?

He answered every question thoroughly all the while making me feel like the most important customer. My family and I are very pleased with our new car purchase. Made this my 3rd dealer stop to purchase a new Ram. Very happy that I did! Started by talking to my salesman Eric, over the phone. Got most of the deal solved that way. I drove in to get things finalized and they made the deal even better! Very easy to work with, paperwork was ready upon arrival, signed and out the door within 1.5 hours with a new truck! Only issue was with ongoing renovations, but not a huge problem. Everyone has to redo some things from time to time!

Have purchased two new vehicles from Outten. Gary Bleecher was our salesman both times, and an outstanding gentlemen. The people at the service department are top notch. They never make you feel uncomfortable and clearly answer any and all questions. Recently had a problem with a newly installed "REMOTE START". It wasn't the equipment or the installer, it was the idiot using it - ME. I called the service department and they quickly talked me through the correct operations and it corrected the problem. Thanks Andy. Yes, I will always recommend Outten Chrysler.

Brett Bair was our salesman and he is a complete professional! My scheduled maintenance was going to take a long time as I had a V-8 Hemi tune up along with front and rear differential fluid change and an oil change and it wasn't that bad waiting because of the friendly staff who, without even asking, would let me know how far along my vehicle was in being finished. They are so accommodating too, I had to reschedule this twice due to weather concerns and not one bit of problem, they are always happy to help, my business will only be with this dealership period.

It is a very nice place to do business or wait for one of our Jeeps during service. We drive 50 miles (one way), past several other Mopar dealerships to do business with Outten Motors. I reached out to a friend who had a relationship with Bob Flynn (the General Manager) to ask for help. Long story short, we found a home at Outten. The selection was great and the people were fantastic. Steve went over every detail of the van so we understood how everything worked. Never at any point did he try and sell us anything we didn't need. His strait forward approach and candidness helped us feel at ease during what can be a stressful event. This is a great place to buy a car.

bought a new car just after xmas and just had my first 3000 mile service. dealer was still courteous even though I had a coupon for my first 3000 mile oil change free. only negative is I wish they offered free state inspection for as long as I own the car- like many other dealers do.

I just bought a new vehicle from this place. The people were all very courteous. This place is very tight on price negotiations. They don't give much on trade-ins. But, this is to be expected at any dealership. They are out to make money. I am satisfied with my purchase. I will definitely go back for return business in the future due to their people. This place was above average compared to other dealerships I've visited.

After being told my trade was now a thousand less than it was a month earlier, could not even begin to negotiate on a basic model Sport that was listed at almost 8 thousand over base price...worse yet last years leftovers sell at full price here to the unwise consumer! They brag about how many vehicles they sell everyday but I see Jeeps theyve had for months!!!! Won't ever buy another vehicle here again!!!!!

We found this dealership the nicest on we have dealt with since moving to Pa. about 25 years ago. Salesman Brett Bair was great. The other emploees were very friendly and courteousnot cold or distance acting as we have experienced in other dealerships. Waiting for the paper work to be completed was about 1/3 of time we have experienced at othe dealerships. We have highly recommended them to neighbors and others. GREAT JOB GUYS.
