Searched for a Jeep Rubicon for over a week online diligently that was in my budget. Found one in good condition at Overstock Vehicles.com. Sent an offer, called in and talked to Jeff on Saturday afternoon/evening. We picked up the Jeep Monday afternoon (closed on Sundays, which for me is a good sign). Jeff was great over the phone and in person. Overall I was happy because I was ready to adjust and manage my own expectations and not be dependent upon having someone else do it for me. This seems to be a diminishing trait amongst the public at large, it shouldn't be. There should be some kind of test you have to take on expectation management in order to graduate elementary school. I would have preferred a little more explanation of the minor dent when I asked if there were any disclaimers... but overall I saved almost $10k compared to all the other Rubicons on the market. So even with the dent, the price and expedient service make this a five star experience. I have kids and we will off road, hard to frown when your romping in the dirt and mud.

Best car buying experience I've ever had. Jeff was upfront and honest from the start and didn't promise anything he couldn't deliver. We bought a 2015 Ram that it's a great truck. John is very professional and respectful. I originally looked at a different vehicle and decided I didn't like it, they didn't try to pressure me into buying it, just told me no problem, when we get one we think you will like we will call you. They did and I bought them next day. I will never go anywhere else. They didn't even try the take your keys and not give them back most dealerships play. Thank you John and Jeff for all you did and I will be back to see you when we need a new truck.

Great vibes, very true and honest. Very helpful and informative with everything I asked. Will come again if I ever purchase again. I deeply recommend to anyone who wants to buy a used vehicle here. Alec was extremely professional and helpful. I put a deposit down to hold the car for 72 hours, since it was a hike to get there. Test drove the car. Nice car, but they called the interior “peanut butter” while all I could think was “baby poop!” 😂. Had an issue with the side mirrors plus I wanted a diagnostic done. They did that AND changed the oil. Ultimately couldn’t get past the interior color, so they IMMEDIATELY refunded my deposit! Great folks and very responsive. I’d check them out again, if they have a car I like!
