I picked up my 2012 Jeep Liberty 4x4 yesterday from Kacie. I had been to a few other dealerships in the area and one was too big (Heritage), one small place in Finksburg did not seem to care about selling me a vehicle. I discovered Owings Mills Motors by accident. I only live a mile away but did not know about the place until two weeks ago. On the first day that I visited, I saw the Jeep and test drove it. I am deaf, on disability and receive social security. Kacie and his boss worked with me and all the paperwork was done properly, got registration and license plates. The title was clean...but the Jeep WAS NOT!🤔 I just shelled out $9,000 for a used vehicle and they were too cheap to take it to the car wash to get it cleaned! I took it to Owings Mills Detailing Center and they did a great job, however there is still pet hair in the cargo area. I was pleased overall, but just frustrated about them selling me a dirty car. I asked Kacie about it and he just blew me off. I am not likely to buy another vehicle there but glad that I found one that I liked.

I was a first time buyer of a used car. But, wanted to purchase one for my son. They were very friendly and accommodating. It was a great experience and I recommended my mom who also made a purchase. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

Put a down payment on a car but had another car lined up to look at, and they assumed that just because i put a down payment on it (cause thats what i was told to do to bump uo the inspection on it) i was getting the car. Plus, the car I contacted them about hadn't even been inspected yet they should have have put a car on the site till it had been inspected. I did not get to drive it for long because of the inspection.

I did not get a car here but did call to inquire about one. They called right back and followed up with an email right away. It is too bad it wasnt the right car for me. I would do business with them!
