I bought a 2016 Ford escape, and right after one year with it the transmission broke completely, they were NO help at all with it. They said it was not there problem any more. We were always up-to-date with the car services oil change and everything else I'm paying a car that I can't even use . I will never come back here ever again and I definitely don't recommend no one . They deserve 0 stars

The salesman Anthony treated me and my family with welcome arms would definitely come back next year for another car. Application and reasonable payments was all around perfect also there was no hiccups and no disagreement just fast and easy. Would recommend to any new car owners!

“Best deal in Yakima” and Excellent Customer Service! I drove almost two hours (from Oregon) to shop for cars in Yakima and since we were looking for a vehicle with 3rd Row seating we started at Own a Car. Based on inventory they had more available options. We looked at a few SUV’s and then test drove one with really low miles but we needed to shop other dealerships. The salesperson was okay with that but informed us that they had offered the best prices in town. We spent the day visiting other car dealers. Six dealerships and 3 test drives later we discussed our options and returned to Own a Car. We looked at all the available 3rd row vehicles and picked another vehicle and took that for a test drive. My family loved this SUV; it had the features that we were looking for. After a discussion with our sales rep and the management we were able to reach a deal and a price that matched our budget. Definitely the Best Price and Best Deal in Yakima!
