The sales representatives (Apollos, Daniel and the entire team) at Oxendale Hyundai are very honest and aren’t very pushy in making you feel pressured to purchase a car. They were very patient with me as I made my selection. I cannot recommend them enough and highly appreciate them. Truly, I am satisfied with my purchase.

As a first time buyer, I felt comfortable and at ease through the entire process. My salesman, Tommy, went through all the details of my car and helped me set up my bluelink and Bluetooth. He didn't go through the back and forth of negotiating and I never felt pressured once. Sara, in finance went through all my finance options with me. The GM (Ali) and GSM (Rich) personally introduced themselves to me and congratulated me on my first car purchase. Best experience ever!

Seriously the worst customer service I have ever received in my LIFE!!!! Basically said they would fix my car and then after 4 days of sitting in a motel room. I stopped by for a few things I had left in the vehicle and I was welcomed with "Who Are You?" I then explained I was the owner of the vehicle sitting outside and then was told " We have been wondering who's car that was!!!! OH! and we cant fix your car!!! Even though the first tech I spoke to earlier in the week had told me,my car was a ticking time bomb just waiting to throw a rod! I was then shuffled out the door and basically told that it was not their problem and that they wanted $100 dollars for a diagnostic!!!! I freaking joke is what this place was!!!!! I wouldn't even recommend this place to an enemy!!!!!

Recently purchased a new vehicle from Oxendale Hyundai. Our salesman was Morrison Begay. Morrison was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable of all aspects of our car buying experience. Never felt rushed or any aggressive sales tactics. He listened to our needs and worked to do the best for our situation. My daughter bought a vehicle from here not too long ago. She had this car for a total of 20 days before it broke down on their way to New Mexico. My daughter, her fiance and 15 month old baby were stranded for 4 hours waiting on a tow truck that never arrived. Thank god they made it to their desitination safely. As my daughter and her family were on their way home to Wiliams, the Jeep broke down again. This time a tow truck did arrive and my daughter was informed that the transmission went out. Eventually Oxendale Hyundai sent one of their employees to pick them up in New Mexico and provided my daughter a rental car until hers was fixed. My daughter was under the impression that the dealership was going to pay for all of the repairs since she has not even had this vehicle for a month. Last week my daughter, step dad and grand baby went to the dealership to talk about this car she had purchased. My daughter spoke to the general manager Rich Beecroft who then told her she was responsible for the repairs and she either needed to pay or sign a statement that she would make payments on the repairs. As my daughter refused to sign this paper or pay for the repairs, Rich Beecroft became very unprofessional calling my daughter and step dad a piece of xxxx. This happened in front of other customers as well as employees. Rich Beecroft then told my daughter and step dad to leave and not to go anywhere near the rental and if they did they would call the cops on them. Rich Beecroft left my daughter, grand baby and step dad stranded in Flagstaff. Thankfully there was an employee nice enough to give them a ride to Belmont. I have spoken to the repair shop in New Mexico, I was informed that Oxendale in Flagstaff told them to only fix certain things on my daughter's Jeep and not fix everything that was wrong. Is this even legal? I am seeking legal advice on this issue. To have a general manager of a dealership treat my daughter, woman or a customer the way he has is unacceptable. For one, as a man to talk to any female like this is abusive and degrading. My daughter is not without a vehicle, not even the one she traded in or the cash value of the car she traded in. This dealership has not done anything to fix this sitaution. I am completely outraged by the ethics of this company. I want everyone to know how this company and general manger, Rich Beecroft treats his customers as well as women!. You should be ashamed of yourself. Writing this review will not stop here, we will be reporting this, we will seek legal advice and we will make it publicaly known on how this company works.

Want a Hyundai, go to this Dealer. Attentive friendly salespeople, low pressure and overall a very good experience. Dealer facility could use a facelift but that does not take away from the buying experience.

We would recommend Morrison Begay at Oxendale as a salesman. Very informed on the vehicles and not overpowering. The price was in line and there was no pressure. Would recommend Oxendale and Morrison!

What a record. I have never experienced such an adequate timing of professional services in purchasing a new vehicle. My dealer was good to my mother on her purchase and the same with my purchase. Praise the Lord. We love our vehicle, the price and the service- right when we needed a ride.

Layed back environment and team that are willing to take the time needed to thoroughly go through each aspect of car buying. They payed a good price for more trade in, much better than Toyota (I traded in a 2014 Toyota). Their prices were good (after rebate, price = MSRP) and included all the features (tint, wheels, etc.) without additional fees. Really felt like they were working to get you a good deal and not just sale you something as quickly as possible to get you on your way (like Findley does).

It was an overall great experience. The dealership and Shaw paid very close attention to what my wife was looking for. It was a pleasure to see that kind of commitment to service which we did not see at the Prescott Valley Oxendale dealership. That was a horrible experience and will never return there or lead anyone else to shop there. The Oxendale business practice should not except the way it is ran in Prescott Valley I would recommend some serious staff and management re-evaluation . I am glad to see how well ran the Flagstaff location it is and will continue to send business to them.Thank you.

They are more than five stars in my book! I have never had a better auto service experience, and this penny pincher sure was able to pinch some pennies! Jared and his service department were fast, professional, and honest. They do not charge dealer prices, and even beat my independent mechanics price! And, they have hot coffee and a shuttle service, so no more having to hangout atbthe dealer for hours or asking for rides. They gained a new long term customer today! I own a 2008 Dodge Caliber.

I found the Santa Fe I wanted, at the price and terms I was comfortable with. My overall experience with the dealership was very good in that there were no pressure tactics and they were very accommodating to my wishes. It was worth the 180 mile drive to Flagstaff to purchase the car, even though a Hyundai dealership was located closer to my home.
