If I could leave 0 stars I would. Was on vacation when I was experiencing car problems. Took my kia into the nearest dealership to be fixed on Friday. It is now Monday and I have not hear a word. I call them and they continue to tell me they are not a real kia dealership. But a franchise and due to this they have to run everything by an actual kia dealership. My car has been sitting in their shop for 2+ days and it has not been touched nor have anyone reached out to me to give me and update. They did not offer and rental car for me and my children. Definitely reporting them and advising all to stay away. The customer service was horrible and I was ridiculed by a man over the phone basically telling me my car problems aren't his problem ... Yet he is supposed to be the ones fixing it. Horrible horrible service and would never use even if I had to.

Oxendale kia is the worst Kia dealership I have ever been too. Would never do business with them again. They will not return calls and the service center is rude.

Ricardo was very hospitable and concerned with how my car was doing. I needed to be dropped off somewhere and he drove me in my car so he could test the steering. He also seemed to be very thorough in his inspection of the car.

Creepily aggressive sales tactics. They don't care what you want - they relentlessly push what they want to sell and if you're not as aggressive back you will find yourself sold on something you will be sorry you bought later. Would never do business with them again - you may come away with a car but you'll also feel like you need a shower.

Sales helped us out with a great deal on new 2014 vehicle. Starting application was a bit difficult when I called in, had to go several sales people to get an answer on approval but after we got an approval, everything went good.
