Recently I was in the market for a used car. I found a good deal in San Diego near my house, but I ended up driving to Los Angeles to get my car from Pacific West Imports. I have bought new and used cars from Lexus, Toyota, BMW, and Volkswagen. I have always worked with large dealerships. I was somewhat cautious to go to a small corner lot, but I am glad I did. The sales agent, Daisy, was very helpful and low pressure. Encouraged me to get the car checked out by a third-party; which I did. They were very open and upfront in the transaction, and it was one of the nicest experiences I’ve had buying a car. Sam is clearly very knowledgeable and helpful. I will be back when I need to buy cars for my kids!

Yes, I did have a wow experience. I was searching for a family minivan online, found one my wife and I really wanted. Called them up in the morning, went there, spoke with the owner over the phone, got a good deal, signed the documents, and walked out with the van all in less than 3 hours. It took longer for them to prepare the car and to sign the documents than making the deal and paying for the car. No hassle, straight to the point, no waste of time. Highly recommended.

Just sold my 2016 Honda HRV last week and it was an great experience. Their appraisal value is much higher than Carmax. Joseph came a few minutes earlier than the scheduled appointment and we did the paperworks and that was it. I'm just wating for the $100 amazon referal from them. Highly recommended.
