This was my third used vehicle purchase from Pacifico Hyundai and my third experience with my sales man, Reginald Jefferson. Overall I have to say this was a great experience, Greg was extremely helpful and made the process go by much smoother than with any of my other experiences with dealers. He is absolutely the best car salesman I have ran into in the Philadelphia area. Before going to Pacifico Hyundai I went to at least 4 other dealerships, and this was the one I felt most comfortable in. As soon as I walked in the door I was approached by the manager who specifically asked Steven to work with my fiance and I. We told him what we were looking for and how much we were able to spend and we were able to get everything we wanted with the help of Steve! From the moment I first walked in the door, Jodi Delia warmly greeted me and then worked hard and helped me buy a beautiful new Mazda 3. I must admit, I can be a challenging customer, but Jodi was extremely patient, professional and very proficient in her job. She took me on multiple test drives, answered all my questions, and stayed late with me, making my purchase a very positive experience. Brian Green was also very helpful and personable in working with me on the final price negotiations and making the deal happen. When it came time to process the sale, set up my new insurance, car registration, etc., Jodi handled every detail swiftly and smoothly. My wife and I just recently purchased a Mazda CX-5 and it is a great vehicle. We enjoyed our experience overall, but we took an overall shorter time because we came into the dealership prepared. Beyond that, our only issue was the lack of finance managers. Whether sales volume is up or down, there need to be enough staff to accommodate the customers. In our case, it appeared as if sales were up and being closed in a timely fashion, then you had to wait, potentially a very long time. Other than that, Steve was awesome and made accommodations for us in light of being understaffed. As stated before, awesome experience! Would definitely go there again, if another purchase needs to be made in the future!

Reggie is one of the most relaxed and easy going salesmen to work with! I went to the dealership knowing exactly what car I wanted off the lot but I didn't like the price. Reggie was able to work with me on the price, offer me more money for my trade in that I had originally expected and got my monthly payment right where I wanted it for the exact car I wanted! It was quick, easy going experience! I even turned in my out-of-state tint waiver and inspection report very late in the titling process and I still received my tags 2 days before the temporary one was due to expire! I will definitely be going back to Pacifico Hyundai and Reggie for my future car needs.

Every time I bring my car in everyone is so professional and very accommodating. Dennis and Everett in the Service Dept. are great and extremely nice. They always greet you when you come in for service and come out and explain everything in detail that needs to be done and/or has been done to your car. But the level of service doesn't end there, they mechanics who get your car as soon as you pull in the garage are good and the young lady that checks you out when you settle your payment for services is also great. I love the complimentary WIFI as well as the coffee, tea and Philly soft pretzels that are in the waiting room, which makes it nice to wait for your car. I actually can sit there and get work done while I'm waiting for my vehicle. Also I like to walk up to the showroom and see what new cars they have in there as well. All around great experience and I love my Pacifico for Life Membership which yields me free oil changes with my coupons. Thanks for being a class act!

My husband and I visited Pacifico to investigate a new car we saw through my company's employee services site while we were still undecided on the type of vehicle that was right for us. We were resigned to visiting multiple dealerships to try our top model contenders, but because of their great used options, we were able to try on a few models on our list and found an incredible used version of our top pick. Kevin Crump was a great guide through the process...a consummate professional. He left us to look on our own when we needed it and then patiently, and with good humor, took us out in all the cars we wanted to try. We had fun, we felt relaxed and we were able to really get a feel for each vehicle without feeling pressured. It felt like we were going shopping with our friend who knew a lot about the cars. All the staff around were friendly and funny, too. Ed Dunning walked us through the finance and signatures, explaining our warranty options clearly and succinctly (which we needed at that point...it was a long day.) We left feeling like we made a great choice, that our wish list was checked off and then some and our wallet patted us on the back on the way home. All around a great experience and we will be back.

This is the second Hyundai I have purchased from this dealership within the past 18 months, I was impressed that the sales staff had remained the same and I was treated as a friend more than as a sale. Prior to purchasing either of my Hyundai's (2014 Sonata, 2015 Genesis) I shopped around to the various other Hyundai Dealerships in the area, in each case Pacifico Hyundai gave me a great price and a fair value for my trade and in each case it beat the competition. They were competing against 5 local dealerships within a 25 mile radius of my home. The entire process from arriving at the show room to search for the vehicle I wanted, right up to being given a pretty thorough orientation about the chosen vehicles varied and numerous systems and "bells and whistles'' after purchasing the vehicle, was pleasant , cordial and comfortable, in that I didn't feel pressured to buy either the vehicle or some of the many additional items available.(Extended warranty, vehicle maintenance, paint and finish and interior protection, are just a few items discussed but not pressured. Great Job by everyone I came in contact with, Internet sales, Salesman, sales manager, service manager and finance manager. Others in the dealership also asked if there were anything I might need while undergoing the entire process. Everyone seemed interested in making my experience as pleasant as possible. I spoke with Jill Dawson online who had given me the a lower quote than any other dealer around. I set up an appointment and was greeted by John. They had my car out front, ready for me. I chose to buy the car and John was good, not too pushy but still knowledgeable. I had to return back a few days after my purchase to complete the financial paperwork and John came in on his day off because that was the most convenient day for me. When I needed to complete the financial paperwork, I had the pleasure of dealing with Ed. He was very personable and just wonderful. I would highly recommend John and this dealership.

It took me a few days to think about what I would say so here goes. I have dealt with Greg Glasgoe , baught 2 cars from him in the past, my family of at least 6 baught cars from him and my 2011 Sonata was baught at Springfield Hyundai, due to the fact the Greg took some time off for a tradegy in his life. When I heard Greg was back I couldn't wait to trade my 2011 in just to buy another car from him. My experience between Springfield and Pacifico, cannot compare. I work in real estate and I know what it's like to make commision and to me it's not all about the money, it is about making the buyer happy, that's the best reward. Springfield was about the money, Greg was not, he cares about the customer so much that half my family has his cell number. He is a stand up guy, honest and caring. I have to be honest, if I didn't find out that Greg was back I would have went with another type car all together and not have even thought about Hyundai again, not because I don't like Hyundai but because of Greg. We took our car for service and Cliff was very helpful as he walked us through what needed to be done for the repair; even letting us know that we could page him when we were ready to discuss our results. When we decided that we would prefer to trade the car in, he graciously referred us to the Sales Department and they kept my car for over a week for no additional charge, as we worked through the sales process. When we walked into the service department after 7pm, John did not hesitate to serve us. He patiently waited as we tried to figure out what we wanted to buy. We took a few days to make a final decision, but he was very pleasant througout the entire process, and worked to get the deal that would fit us best.

i contacted Cynthia in the internet department and after speaking to her, I was so excited about Mazda products! She scheduled an appointment for the next day with Lamont. I have purchased many cars over the years. I always felt buyer's remorse the next day. It has been two weeks since my purchase at Pacifico Mazda and I still have no regrets! Lamont and Cynthia gave me a great deal! I visited Maple Shade Mazda first. I walked out of that dealership knowing they were raising the price to cover their ridiculous service special. As I was walking out the door telling them no thank you, they offered to knock another 500 off. Really? So, were they trying to make an additional 500 on the deal? I kept walking... All the way to Pacifico! They sold me the exact same car for a lot less! Brian, the sales manager was amazing! I did not have one issue during the entire deal!! These guys are a class act and treat you like family. They also respect your time. I have a crazy work schedule and am always travelling for business so every minute really counts. Cynthia was very attentive to my tight schedule and patient with me having to find 3 minutes here and there to reach out to her via phone or email. She made sure Lamont had all the information he needed to make this process as seamless as possible. As soon as I walked in through the door Lamont was ready to go! he had the vehicle I had requested ready to test drive, knew which features i wanted to add on, had all of the paperwork ready for me, handled the updating of my insurance information along with transferring my registration, and patiently answered all of my questions because my Mazda 3 was quite the upgrade from my previous vehicle. I was out the door in less than 2 hours and even had my first oil change already scheduled. I can't imagine sending my family, friends, and colleagues anywhere else!

I was looking for a used SUV. I researched and found the Mazda CX-7 would fit my needs and style. I searched all the big used car sites and found a couple that looked worth following up on. I ended up going to Pacifico Ford first for the CX-7 they had because there online price was very competitively priced. I called ahead the day of the test drive. I showed up at the dealer and the car was not 100% ready. They needed to detail it, however the sale guy Richard took me right back to see the car before being detailed and to test drive it right away. They were up front about everything with the car. It just had a few minor stains, etc. The car got cleaned up after that and looked even better! Stains were all gone. My wife was very impressed with how they made it look brand new! They were even able to work with me a little on the price. Even though the initial price I found was very close to fair to start with. Also, they included the 60,000 mile engine program. I did have an issue with a member of their staff giving some incorrect information about the engine program, but the sales manager Tom quickly fixed the issue. Tom took time personally to resolve the issue. I was very impressed the manager of a big dealership would stop and make sure I was happy. They even put in a brand new battery because it was just under acceptable when tested. They made sure everything was in top shape when I drove my used car off the lot. I have had it for over two weeks. It runs great! The sales people were very friendly. These guys were some of the best at being relaxed and attentive to me during the sales process. They went out of their way several times to fulfill my requests. I would recommend anyone looking to get a car to consider this dealership.

This was the easiest and least stressful experiences i have ever had leasing a car. My salesman Ryan was great no pressure I told him I was just looking and he showed me the perfect Mazda 3 that I fell in love with! I bought a used car from them and the process was one of the worst I have ever experienced while buying a car. I was there for 8 hours and if it wasn't for the fact I loved the car I would've walked out. Their "mechanics" are scam artists and DO NOT repair vehicles correctly. I specifically told them what the problem was regarding my vehicle and they did not address this underlying issue (my used car is not a Ford). They ruined the problem area and in the end I ended up taking my car to another mechanic who magically fixed the problem and it cost less than at Pacifico.
