From the phone call I made inquiring about a vehicle, to picking it up the next afternoon, my experience couldn't have been more pleasant. I was greeted quickly and pleasantly. I never felt immense pressure or stress. My salesman, Kyle, was knowledgeable and fun. He walked me through the process and just like that, I have a beautiful new car! I also had a nice experience with Will as he helped me with the financing. Both these guys, and the one other whose name I don't know, were really great to work with. This experience FAR surpassed my last car buying experience, which left me nervous and skeptical when walking into a dealership. Great low pressure experience!

Very pleasureable customer buying experience. My wife leased a vehicle and lost track of turn in date then sprung it on me last minute. Paddock came through big time for us and we are very happy! Working with Steve Bacher was awesome and very much appreciated the entire kind staff interface as well as the beautiful showroom with customer congratulatory acknowledgement on the new TV monitors. Felt pretty darn good to have everyone clapping when my purchase was shown!

Probably one of the best trade-ins I've experienced. I found exactly what I was looking for online, set up an appointment, was greeted by Matt, test drove it, made the deal (trade in allowance, financing etc.) within app. 1 hour. To top it off, we were able to take our new vehicle home the same day which saved app. 2 hours driving time. I would highly recommend Paddock Chevrolet!

I scheduled an appointment for a used Malibu for 4:00 pm. Got there at 3:45 and sat there for an hour and a half before anyone took care of me only to find out the car I made appointment for (only 2 hours prior to my arrival time) had been sold 2 days ago. I told the salesman (Joe), I had $10,800 and wanted a malibu, nothing else. He kept trying to push the Cruze on me and I kept declining. Finally, he showed me a slightly newer model malibu priced at 11,500. I said Id do it for 10,800 as that's all the money I had. He said he'd be able to do it and we talked for another hourish until closing day. I was supposed to go back the next day and test drive it again after all necessary repairs were made. I was then told it would come up to 12,900 after everything when I clearly stated the day before I could only spend 10,800(after everything). Joe was a very terrible, unhelpful salesman as was the rest of the staff. Save yourself some time/frustration and take your business elsewhere.

Sent my daughter there as she is attending school in Buffalo ; the initial phone experience to schedule service was great; the women who took the call was friendly and accommodated her in a timely manor. No issues there; however this is where the happy experience ended; once in the shop she was not comfortable; she felt they were very condescending; when I called they were not crisp on the solution and when pushed for a clear answer we receive a vague response. We ended up leaving She left; we called a non GM shop where the experience was the opposite. and they immediately responded to provide a solution. Two hours later we are good to go As GM owners this is very frustrating and it seems that you really need an understanding of the services before you can go to the dealership .Maybe this was a one off; in the future if we need to go back to these folks I will call the Service Manager prior to avoid this experience.

I purchased my truck from paddock 2 years ago, on July 4th this year the oil light came on checked the oil it was low got a oil change from paddock and I've had nothing but problems since I have loss of power the oil pressure warning light comes on and the gauge drop to zero but with oil in it, ok so I take it back they tell me it's normal for the oil pressure to drop when not pushing on the gas, I understand that but it shouldn't drop off completely, they replaced the oil pressure switch for 15 days it was fine now it's back there again today August 3 2016, oil light is on again and the engine is now shuttering really hard and the oil gauge is all over the place, and the service writer Aubrey that was there lastnight when I took it in has a huge attitude problem. Kept interrupting me while explaining the issue and continue to tell me the oil gauge will drop to zero if your not pushing on the gas, I have 2friends at work that have a year before and a year after my Silverado and there oil gauge sits between 20 and 40 marks on the gauge, don't tell me it drop to zero.

We would suggest being more sympathetic and open to people looking to purchase rather than lease. We felt a strong energy trying to convince us to lease even though we were looking to purchase. I purchased a used minivan and was mostly satisfied until the brakes failed. Despite the fact that they assured me the van had been through their mechanical inspection and a NYS inspection, the brakes failed within 1200 miles / 2 months. The left front caliper was seized and had been seized for a long time. The LF pads were down to the backer plates and it looked like they had removed the wear indicator (squeeler).There is really no way a competent dealer and/or mechanic could have missed this. Frankly, I'm not sure how it passed the NYS inspection that they performed. Obviously, it was disappointing to have to put several hundred dollars into a car they sold as safe. When I contacted them to see if they were willing to stand behind what they sold, the response was to have a sales "manager" contact me and try to sell me another car.

I've been with Paddock for several years and I've sent my family there. One of the main reasons we stayed with Paddock was because of the service dept and Phil-your Manager, He always reassured us the whatever the problem was it would be addressed. We never felt like we were going to be taken advantage of like I do in so many dealerships. Plus he knew us by name and always greeted us with a smile. Where is Phil?

had appt. to have car (2009) Cobalt on 4/19/2016 at twelve noon. Was there at 11:30 they took vehicle in I waited until 2:00 P.m.. Went to ask if vehicle was almost done. They John informed me it was not even taken back yet to be serviced, that there was six cars ahead of me. Why would you give me an appt if you cannot service the vehicle at least within a couple of hours. I told the service guy John to bring me my car and that I would not be back. Terrible customer service. I bought this vehicle there and invested in there dealership. Will not go back.

A week after that a friend told me the 3rd. brake light wasn't working. They must not check ANYTHING on a used car. Just brutal. Cross them off your list. Never again!!!

This place is horrible. I want to make everyone aware of the issues so that they can better make a decision. Do not buy a car from here. I had a normal visit today just to get my car inspected and I was there for almost 2 hours. My appointment was at 11:30 and it wasn't seen until after 12:30. I was given two excuses. The "appointment" time is only to talk to someone which doesn't make sense because you don't even need an appointment to be seen and the second excuse was that the guys were coming off their lunch breaks. You do have more than one service tech right? The lady who checked me I'm was rude and unsympathetic to the wait time. Overall I would prefer my original dealer over this. I had no problems at Henrich Chevy but I moved to Tonawanda so that is why I used Paddock. Never again. I'll take the half hour drive just to get decent caring service.

I was told I was getting a new car got my money out the bank then they call me saying they can't get an approval of any Bank cuz I owe too much money on the truck I already have and they were only trying to give me half of what I owed plus that same day I took my trunk for service cancel my service cuz I was told I was getting a new car . So like things aint go as planned I called and asked if I could take my trunk back to get service and they told me I can't take it back till another 3 more days now that's a very inconvenient because it was their problem not mines for telling me difference and my trunk needed to be fixed never again I will deal with them cuz they wasted not only one day I went there 3 times already trying to trade in my vehicle and 3 time left with nothing

My car was towed to Paddock because it would not start. I approved $125 diagnostic test. I was told the battery needed to be replaced & that it would cost $111 for the battery & 1/2 labor. I told the tech I didn't need the 'best' battery as I am no planning to keep the Malibu much longer. He said he could apply a $40 coupon to reduce the cost. When I talked to him about the labor rate to install the battery he said he could talk to his supervisor. The tech told me the supervisor agreed to waive the labor fee. When I arrived to p/u the car the bill showed the labor rate deleted however the $40 battery coupon had been w/drawn. The tech didn't clearly explain this to me over the phone. He told me at the Paddock that the 'coupon' was not really a coupon but rather a credit that he was authorized to apply but that Paddock couldn't waive the labor rate and allow him to also apply the 'coupon.' I paid the bill (I ended up leaving my copy at Paddock) and left. While not pleased with the cost to replace the battery I felt as if I was mislead by the tech as to what the final cost would be.

Bought a 2010 equinox less than 2 yrs ago. Last yr found out engine was full of sludge. Check engine light stays on. Can not get ensp. Cost over 1300$ Since I get the oil changed every 3000miles I KNOW I was not the cause. You had to know you were selling a damaged product.I will tell every one I know to stay clear of your dealership. Want to make it right

Bought a 2008 ford fusion. We think that it was I'm a major accident as time goes by. Sold it to us with dry rotted tires .Also think that the miles were turmed back. Did replace but after that experience we didn't want the car because we wetent sure what else they let go. Wouldn't take it back and now after almost 3 months we are finding more and more things wrong. Don't go there they are crooks. Seriously don't buy from them. They only want the sale. They don't care about you as a customer.

A friend of mine told me about the excellent deal he had received at Paddock Chevrolet. Even the largest auto group in our area couldn't touch it, and told him nobody would sell him the car he wanted at that price -- yet Paddock did! I went in as I was curious about lowering my car payment, and suspected with current rebates I could purchase a new car and still do so. My salesman, Joe Hollinger, took the time to make certain I was first comfortable with the model I was interested in, and to find out what features were most important; we then crunched some numbers to find out what was possible. With the rebates available I not just lowered my payments, but also was able to find the car with more features than I was expecting to be able to find at my target payment. I had researched my trades value and they also offered me a very fair value for my trade and I didn't have to haggle over it like I had to do in the past at some other dealerships; even ones I had previously worked at. I also ran the numbers on my deal(which I already knew was very good) through one of the national car buying websites and the deal they put together for me was amazing; well below the average sale price; and again, without having to haggle. When I took delivery of my car, everything was ready on time, and the procedure was painless and quick too. I also appreciated that my salesman took the time walk me through pairing my phone to the vehicle and to review all the features of my new car and make sure I had no other questions on them before letting me depart. I know from my past work history that this level of professionalism isn't always the standard. I will definitely make certain I shop there first for our next vehicle purchase -- then again, there may not be a need to go anywhere else.

WE HIGHLY recommend Paddock Chevrolet to anyone who needs a new vehicle. The ease with which we bought our new Trax made this experience very enjoyable. Our sales person, Alex Wrosz, was awesome! He was exceptionally nice, well informed about all the models we asked about, and made this car buying experience stress-free! Alex called my husband and I a couple of times as our lease was drawing to a close on our Chevy Cruze-which we also purchased at Paddock 3 years ago. We were not sure what we wanted to do-keep the Cruze or get into something new. Alex offered to sit down with us and go over all the numbers to see which option would work best for our family. We decided to lease the 2015 Chevy Trax in our favorite copper-orange color. It was supposed to have pinstripes on it, which was supposed to be an extra charge, but the vehicle we purchased actually didn't have the pinstripes. Paddock ended up giving us the model with the pinstripes from the show room-free of charge! The customer service was excellent and the finance manager, Mike, was also very helpful and explained everything in an easy way to understand. Our favorite item that was included in the purchase of the Trax was the tire coverage-our daughter went through 4 tires in 3 years-so we really appreciate that! We've already told all our friends and family about our great experience at Paddock Chevrolet!!!!

I wouldn't recommend Paddock service to anyone! Chuck the service manager very unprofessional Went in for routine inspection Came out with major damage to car 2200.00 to be exact because their techs actually make you drive your car into the bay yourself surrounded by concrete poles that have been hit so many times it's ridiculous! I took pictures of poles-amazing how many different colors of paint are on them! After arguing with asst mgr Phil they agreed to pay half of damages and told me to go to Gabe"s! 2200.00 are u kidding? Went to smaller shops in Tonawanda and they all heard similar stories about Paddock! I decided to trust my insurance agent to investigate which I know he will and hope for the best! By the way' smaller shops estimate only 1200.00! Message left by Chuck tonight he rescinded his offer to pay half!! Worst Dealership in WNY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Repair was covered by a service bulletin and because The car was unsafe to drive until fixed, Chuck Briggs got us in Quickly. He was awesome as was our service manager, Luigi. Great sales experience this year and now a great service experience!

My experience from the time I entered the service dept. right up until my car was fixed & ready was a positive one. Although it took several hours to complete the work, I was offered a ride home (which I declined), the staff in the waiting area was friendly & attentive to everyone's comfort, and the mechanic came in twice to update me on the progress of the work. Once the work was completed, I was checked out & on my way within 10 minutes. All in all, it was a stress-free, pleasant experience.

On the contrary, I take a lot of pride in maintaining my vehicle, and when it comes to service, I expect perfection. Recently, I brought my 2008 Silverado through the service lane at Paddock for its anual state inspection. I was greated by friendly faces and felt confident that the service was going to be done promptly and with the utmost care.Customer Care Manager, John Carapetyan, was my primary contact. He was friendly and helpful, even following up with a phone call later in the day to see if any other services were desired as they hadn't had my vehicle in for oil changes in about 20,000 miles (I change my own). John made something as simple as a state inspection feel like a priority and for that I appreciate and thank them.The service team at Paddock Chevrolet should be proud for doing such a wonderful job on a daily basis.

Jim Burgio is awesome! A number of salespeople called and left messages as our lease was due to expire. He left 2 messages, liked the tone of his voice and called him back. Told him what we were interested in, met with him, he had exactly what we asked for PLUS was able to have sunroof and remote start put in. I recommended him to my mother-in-law and she picked up her 2015 Cruze today. I will continue to recommend Jim to anyone interested in getting a new car. He is professional, knowledgeable, patient, no pressure, and works with you. Sincerely hope he's there in 3 years when it's time for a new lease; if not, will track him down. This was the worst experience I've had a at car dealership. The sales person had horrible customer service & was not organized....I was interested in a 2014 Impala the specific car I wanted took 30 minutes to locate as they couldn't find it. When they finally located the vehicle any concerns I had the sales person addressed them with an I don't care, nonchalant attitude. I was looking for a car casually and stated I am just looking. Within a half hour the sales person was giving me quotes reeling me in. He told me my great deal was ending in a hour. He drove me to another location going so fast that I was afraid for my life. I did not end up buying my car because of my finances. He stayed with me to help to set up all of my phone settings, radio settings and even helped me transfer my satellite radio to my new vehicle. November 2013, went to look at car advertised in newspaper ad, salesman kept me there for over an hour showing me every car but the one I came to look at. One of the cars he showed me showed an accident on car fax, when I brought that to his attention he told me that made the car better because it showed it was repaired. Now 2014, had and appointment at 8am to have ignition cylinder fixed which is covered by recall, (easy fix) by 4pm car was still not ready. When I arrived to pick my car up they told me the car needed over $1,100 worth of repairs and that they could fix the car for me. The problem I have is, I didn't ask them to put my car on a lift and inspect it, all I wanted was the ignition cylinder repaired, they said car needed front end work, breaks, rotors, I just had $600.00 worth of front end repairs completed 2 months prior. I have had nothing but bad experiences with this dealership and will Never go back.

The purchase of my new Corvette from Paddock Chevrolet exceeded my expectations. It has been the most enjoyable purchase experience I have ever had. The day I took delivery was one of the most exciting and enjoyable days of my life. The car was displayed beautifully in the showroom. My salesperson Jeff Wasik greeted me at the door and presented me with the keys. Jeff then had us sign all the paperwork and completely explained each one. Steve Fields went over all of the finance and extended warranty paperwork explaining each one in complete detail. Tony Caradonna spent over an hour explaining all of the controls features and accessories which made me very comfortable with the car. General Mgr Bill Wertheims knowledge of the C7 Corvette and the options available was very helpful. Bill and Jeff did an outstanding job of keeping me informed of each step of the assembly process of my car. I am extremely satisfied with Paddock and would highly recommend them.

I contacted Paddock Chevrolet along with many other dealers and not only was Paddock the quickest but also had the most information. After selecting my vehicle I was phoned by the Finance Mgr Steven Fildes and was giving a variety of options. He thoroughly went through different terms and $ down to help the payment but fit my budget. Cant thank him enough for all his help in getting me approved at the terms and payment I felt comfortable with. Im so glad I purchased the extended warranty it has already paid for it self. Steve is an asset to any company and cant imagine not using him and his expertise in the future. Paddock Chevrolet was incredible. Everyone was so happy and helpful! Jeff helped us pick out a brand new Impala and Bill took his time explaining all of our payment choices. I now see what all of our friends and family have been talking about. I contacted Paddock regarding a Silverado truck that i viewed on cars.com.I walked into Paddock Chevrolet unannounced,and was greeted at the door by Mike Caruana,my new salesman.This guy is a pro.I knew right away that he knew his job well,and excelled at it.He showed us the truck we came to see,and,we took it for a long test drive.When we got back,Mike was there and answered every question we had.We also were offered to test drive other,similar trucks.The truck was priced VERY fairly(had been out shopping at other dealers all day)and Mike addressed all of our concerns,and,had all of our minor issues about the truck corrected,and made us a GREAT! deal,all with no pressure,or tricks. We took delivery on a Saturday morning,and the place was BUSY!Mike was with a customer,and had another waiting.The used car manger,Tony Rao,stepped up and helped speed things along.We finished up the paperwork,shook hands with Mike,and were headed out the door,when Mr. Rao stopped us,and shook hands with me,my wife,and my son,and thanked us all for our business!I have bought many vehicles over my fifty years,and thats a first for me. I went to paddock to trade my car in to buy a new truck. Spent almost 4 hours with a salesmen to finally agree to a 60 month deal. Come back the next day when my truck was ready go to sign the final papers and they switched the agreement to 72 months without telling me!!! Not ht e way to treat people!!!

I recently made another purchase of a new Chevrolet Avalanche at Paddock Chevrolet in Kenmore NY. It proved again,to be a very pleasant experience. I got good money for my old Silverado and a super deal on the new Truck. I dealt with Mr. Bill Wirtheim again, and as before, he found me all the extra discounts I was entitled to and made it a seamless transaction. Once I chose the one I wanted, it was ready for me the first thing the next morning and I was on my way. I have bought here several times before, and my family has also. It has always been hastle free, as well as, what I feel to be, a great deal. I have in the past, and would continue to, recommend Paddock Chev. to my friends, family and neighbors.

After weeks of online car shopping i finally decided to stop into paddock Chevrolet on 2/7/13. I was greeted by Rob and then introduced to my sales man Steve Sinatra. We sat down and discussed my budget and what i was looking to spend. We then started looking at trucks the first one i was shown was at the top of my budget but indeed a beautiful 2011 chevy silverado z71 with a mild 3 inch lift and a custom red and black leather interior with 35 inch tires. Then he showed me the truck i originally came there to look at a 2009 chevy silverado ltz. I was at the dealership for a total of 7 hours that day i was not rushed and Steve even let me test drive both trucks multiple times. After haggling on price for both my trade in and truck we finally met in the middle and made the deal and picked up my truck on 2/8/13. The entire time i was treated with the utmost respect and i WILL buy my next truck there. It was a great buying experience and i will recommend not only the dealership but Steve SInatra as the sales man.

Recently my husband and I were looking to buy a new car. We knew the expierience would be filled with lots of questions and mostly be filled with questions we didn't know the answers. We decided to try Paddock Cheverolet on Delaware in Kenmore, It's repuatation is amazing and that was mostly what told us to try the dealership. We were able to be introduced to Bill Wertheim, the General Manager and he is why the dealership is so sucsessful. He is class and Paddock exhumes class. The expierence from the treats that were given to us to the special way you're made to feel in the Paddock Dealership. It's all to let you know that you're very important to them and that they want you to feel not only comfortable but to know the information about what you're interested to buy. Bill took us through thr dealership, that made us feel aware of all we were to chose from. we knew we were in the place to buy our new vehicle. Bill Wertheim was so thorough for all of our questions we asked and he knowing in detail how to explain to us what we needed to know was very affective. He's so kind and the knowledge that he is able to educate which is amazing and allowed us the perfect information. We knew we were ready to make a deal. During our evening at Paddock, Bill Wertheim introduced us to Arron Oliphant, a Sales and /leasing Specialist at Paddock. Then we thought the expierience couldn't get better the fit of putting Arron Oliphant with us was outstaning. He gave so much detailed information to my husband and I. It was refreshing to be taught how good the vehicles brought us were. What ever we were interested in Arron brought us, with no hesitation. Arron was able to let us know the purchase wasn't only good for us but also for our budget. Joe seems to like the number 18k for some reason for trade ins. Gave me and at least 2 others the same trade offer for 3 very different vehicles. In my case offer was extremely insulting and I took my business elsewhere. Basil gave me a lot more for my trade and made me feel like they wanted me as a customer.

While I had my offer on 9/29/12 with Paddock Chev who just gave me a "general" $4003 discount off of a Chevy VOLT(no rebates available from ANYONE according to them though my research suggested otherwise). Prior to signing the deal 9/29/12, I received a call from a competitor of theirs that said a NEW deal was starting and they could go another $2000 off (Total $6000 off). Clearly, this dealer had received the Chevy bulletin for October promos which for the Volt in addition to the 0% financing with Ally, Ally also started offering a $2000 cash incentive effective 10/2. However, on 9/29 Paddock claimed to not know about any NEW incentive starting that the other dealer mentioned (I asked TWICE in front of witnesses) which clearly was not credible given the new promo was, in fact, became effective on 10/2 and another dealer already had that info. Obviously, they wanted to book the sale by the end of the month as they are a volume dealer and advertise as such which is why they told me I had until 9/30 to decide. They could care less about the customer and in fact lied to my face TWICE in front of witnesses that were with me when asked...

car sold to me had rust spot on the right front spring which popped and could have killed me if I had been on a highway. I had the car for a year and it was not due for inspection until the end of this month. Spring broke early this month. Paddock mechanic should have seen this spot upon inspection for sale. Speaking with representatives of Paddock, I find that this compromised spring was my fault and the fault of my mechanic. The latter should have seen it during yearly inspection; please note, inspection was not due until end of this month and spring broke long before then. Note also, that normal wear and tear applies to the whole spring and not just a quarter-sized rust spot; also, I drive perhaps twenty miles a month, but I was told that normal wear and tear also happens when the car just sits there. I have recommended Paddock before, but will never do so again. The careless approach to this car before it was sold, resulted in a giant repair bill and could have killed me.

I wanted to purchase a used car from a dealer, and thought Paddock would be a good place to do so. The sales guy, Earl was very nice and helpful. He helped me get a good vehicle and got me approved right away. The whole sales transaction was very smooth. As for their service department, that is a WHOLE other story. Please, if you know what is best for your car and you want your car in good hands, do NOT take it to Paddock Chevrolet for service. They kept our car for 9 DAYS, with 8 of those days, it sitting out on their lot. They left our car doors unlocked the whole time and we know because we drove by and checked; These were not major repairs that had to be done either. The power sear motor needed to be replaced, we had a gasket leak, etc. We drove by Paddock daily, and it was just sitting there, every time we called we would get the excuse, oh well the adjuster hasn't come out to approve the repairs yet. All the time im getting more upset so I decide to call the warranty company myself and come to find out that the approval for the repairs could be done right over the phone! So I call Paddock back and all of a sudden they have the approval. The warranty company stated on several occasions they tried to contact Paddock with no response. This whole time we were given a rental because the warranty allowed us to have one. When we tried to return the rental, they tried to charge us for 5 days that we had it cause they said we had it too long and the warranty company wasn't going to cover it. But it wasn't our fault we had the rental for that long, no one called and said hey, you need to give the rental back or you will be charged. No one fixed our car so what were we supposed to do? Have no car? The charges for that are still "pending" against me. when we got our car back, it was fine, we picked it up the 9th day which was a Saturday. The next morning when I went to start the car, its making noise near the transmission. Turns out that when someone was making the repairs, they didn't put something back on correctly and it was hitting the flywheel inside the car so we had to go back again and they fixed this problem. I had to miss work because this could not be taken care of until Monday morning, as their service dept. is closed on Sunday so we couldn't even drive the car when we got it back. Never in my life have i dealt with such unprofessionalism. It was like when i tried to ask someone there else what was going on with the vehicle, they would patch me to someone else. Noone wanted to listen, i felt as if i was helpless. Please take my advice and go to someone else.

Last week, My daughter and I went to Paddock with the intent of seeing how she could upgrade to a bigger car,since being a single working mom, with 3 children, and get it in her own name. Her sales representative was Jeff Wasik. He took consideral amount of time making her experience memberible. She chose a New Silver Malibu. But the real hero was Bill Wertheim. He not only got her financed,but he also got her interest rate down to a 2.5 without a co-signer (me). What a wonderful Mothers Day we both had,thanks to Jeff and Bill.

We purchased a used vehicle in 8/2009. When we purchased it the A/C was broken and needed repair, the service dept. told us for over a month that the part was backordered. However when I told them I found the part for sale at multiple sites online they refused to buy the part and fix my vehicle. Since then we have had it in for service three more times. Including the A/C problem needed to be fixed twice. Yesterday we had to take the truck back for repairs, as an EMERGENCY service, well apparently emergency at Paddock means nothing they will not even tell us when they can LOOK at the truck and hopefully they said by Monday we will have it back, it went in Wednesday night. And in the meantime they will not provide us with a rental per our warranty agreement. The best part of all this is, they are supposed to do a 22 point safety inspection and had they actually done it when we brought it in for service two weeks ago, they would have found this problem and it could have been fixed. But of course, they just want to make sure they get another deductible out of us for the service work. Please, take it from me, never buy a vehicle there.

Salesman was very nice, but avoided needed repairs that were discussed. I gave a 4 to the my salesman.Service department was unfriendly and short sighted. They got a 2 because they did at least say hello and goodbye.I bought a nice used truck (nice for me) and was told that needed relates would be done before delivery. The repairs were not done and when I came back to address them within the warranty period they refused to do anything.

My first visit was in 1996 to buy a new truck. My husband and I went all over, including, Keller, Basil, and West Herr. Finally, we stopped at Paddock. The salesman was great! No pressure and no lies to get a sale. The main reason for the review, however, is to comment on the service you get from the great service department. If it wasn't for the wonderful service department I don't know if I would still be going there after our first purchase. All the service reps. are always very knowledgeable and are there to help get the problem taken care of. This is especially true of the assistant service manager, Phil Buyzer. He is the main reason why I keep coming back to Paddock. Now, 14 years later, not only do we still continue to buy from them but our 2 daughters do as well.

The sales man I had was great. That I had taken my daughter and my best friend to buy a car from him. As far as the Service Dept. the service stinks and I am putting that mildly. Your car is never fixed on time no matter what time of the day or night you bring it in. Bought it in Oct. 2008 and has been in the garage 4 times and needs to go back again. Different problems each time I have brought it in. They keep telling me they are replacing parts but then why do I keep having problems. I have called the owner and he has pushed my problems to the service manager. He couldnt talk to me himself. I have told the survey people who call me to quit calling me because my opinon of Paddock will never change.

Let me start this reviewing by saying I'm a very picky car buyer but there have been plenty of dealers that have pleased me so I'm picky but not impossible. I was looking for a 2004 Honda Odyssey EX in either dark blue or red but Paddock had a low mile '03 in some shade of blue from Texas. I called to inquire whether it was the dark blue or the light, they responded that it was in the detail shop & they would have to get back to me. They never called back in any reasonable amount of time so I called back & it was on the lot by this point & in fact, it was the dark blue. I told the guy (forgot his name) I'd be down in 30 mins to have a look at it. When I arrived at the noticeably less nice Used lot, my sales guy was off at another lot showing someone a car so they wanted to wait until he got back but I was able to look at the van. It was actually nice to look at a vehicle with no sales people around but they did assign someone to me to "answer any questions". I was immediately disappointed with the condition of the van, huge dent in the C pillar, interior a mess (although it had been detailed) due to abuse (yes, I know a minivan is not a BMW but this was awful). When asked what I thought, I told them it would be fine for most people but not me. To this they said they may be able to make it right for me by dropping the price (already was a decent price), needless to say this piqued my interest. Up until this point, things were OK but this is where it all goes bad.They bring me into the dealership to talk about things (all I want to know is how low they will go), which turns into the usual car salesman games of taking all my info (including SS #), financing, trade, etc. I refuse to go down any of these roads & stick to the price issue. Next, the sales manager comes over to see what he "can do for me". I state the issue, which leads us back outside to go over the van. I state again that it's good enough for most people but not me but it would be for a price reduction. This leads into the same circle of crap of trades & financing instead of just a simple price. I promptly thank them for their time & leave having wasted over an hour & gotten nowhere. Now they have another negative review & Motorcars Honda in Cleveland Heights, OH has a sale for more $ than this van was. See my review for them, it was worth the 3 hour drive.

this place is scam central. they are obviously out to make money anyway they can. there is a review in the buffalo news that they are a 'booming business'.. gee, i wonder why! no sooner do you drive of the lot after a repair and wham! something else mysteriously goes wrong with your car. coincidence? i think not. IMHO, they tamper with your car so you have to bring it back for another pricey repair.
