My experience at Paducah Ford was great. My salesman Jackie SKinner was really nice when i called, she asked me what all i was looking for on the car, color, ect. She called me back in less then a hour and told me she had me a car and we were approved. We drove to Paducah Ford from Benton and we were driving home in less then 2 hours in a brand new 2014 Ford Fusion. Everybody from Jackie to Tommy where we had to sign the papers were nice and polite. Thanks Paducah Ford for my New Ford Fusion. I love it. My car has been sitting in the shop now for 6 weeks. I will never return here for anything due to the run around given by the staff and the complete lack of customer service. 6 weeks is a absurd amount of time to do anything apart from building the car. Don't have your car serviced here drive out of town to another dealer who appreciates customers. PS this is after it was sold under warranty with an engine with bad seals. Compression loss is a serious problem.

I dread buying cars, but everyone at Paducah Ford made my experience so easy and painless! My granddaughter and I came in just to browse but Mike (our salesman) was so nice and didn't pressure at all. I picked out and drove a used Ford Focus. The best customer service came from Lisa, the finance manager. She was very polite and was so willing to work hard to get me financing! Everything she did, she did with a smile! She made a chore that I was dreading so terribly such a breeze and you better believe I will be coming back to Paducah Ford for any other vehicle I or my family needs!

The best part of our experience was the finance manager. We did have some issues with our credit, but Lisa was so nice and spent several hours working with us to find the very best deal. Was looking for a used truck. Found a 2011 F-150 with decent miles at Paducah ford. Truck was dk red, my favorite color and had good miles. internet manager gave me some great information about the truck and and was very nice. even though i had a few hiccups in credit, i was assured they could assist in getting me a loan with good terms. Jeremy said I could fill out the online credit app and get pre-approved and we could have the loan ready when I arrived to test drive the truck. later that day i came to check out the truck, loved it. They already had a loan set up at payments less than I expected. I love my truck, and Paducah Ford was very helpful with my situation.

On cars.com, I noticed a 2014 Mustang at Paducah Ford. I made an inquiry regarding this car, stock # 14FC163, of Jeremy McNutt. He responded the next day with a quote on said car. I got busy and didn't even have time to open Jeremy's email. Long story short, I have made a new friend in Greg Blewett, who waited on me on Friday afternoon near closing time of 6 p.m. I was able to purchase this fine vehicle at almost 5K below retail and got a generous allowance on my 2007 GMC trade-in. I am totally satisfied and would send any of my friends to see Greg. He is soft-spoken, thorough and friendly; a model salesperson. Thanks for a great experience at Paducah Ford, Greg.

Back in October 13 My wife and I were searching for a used truck. We Purchased a 07 F150 with a little over 90,000 miles on a Friday. Sunday morning vehicle was having engine trouble "major" and sound like it was a F250 diesel. Took it in for an immediate inspection And the cvt solenoids and cam sensors were bad? Hmmmmm, guess this happened overnight from the time I made the purchase. After this issue was corrected I felt the truck jerking like the transmission was slipping. Took the truck to my wife's brother in law " a certified ford mechanic" and he stated that 3 coil packs were bad and transmission needed serviced with a few other things. Had this replaced at his costs which was 700 dollars not including the 2500 dollars for the other parts. Few months later I here a grinding noise coming from the front axle. Told it was the hub for the 4 wheel drive. I have had nothing but trouble out of this vehicle from day one of purchase and highly encourage everyone to stay away from the used vehicles at this place!!!!

Came in to look at used Ford Focuses and Fiestas, the sales person was helpful enough, not over bearing, also not the most personable person either. The issue came when it came to negotiating and trying to get a loan. Negotiating was difficult and frustrating and we didn't even come to an agreed upon price before they started running my credit through banks (hard checks which count against your credit score). No bank had made a decision on the loan by closing time, so I left with them promising to call me with updates. The next night I get an update from two services I use to moniter my credit, CreditKarma (a free service which I highly recommend) and IdentityGuard (a paid monthly service that gives you your 3 credit scores monthly and provides identity theft protection), both said that I had ELEVEN hard checks on my account, which is an "F" grade in itself on CreditKarma for a year, not to mention any other inquiries I've had this year. My credit score took a 20 point hit overnight and I've yet to hear back, which at this point is pointless, I won't be making the hour drive back to buy even if I do get a loan. Their finance manager for my transaction was Lisa Hall, who obviously doesn't care at all about what it takes to get you in a car, she'll destroy your credit just to try, you'd think common sense would tell you to NOT EVER run someone's credit through that many banks, especially when you know what it'll do to someone's credit. I'll never be dealing with them again. Oh and I was at the dealership from 3-6, sitting waiting on a decision from 4-6. My recommendation, stay away from them unless they have a deal you can't pass up, and even then, come in with financing in hand, don't let Lisa get the chance to see if she can beat your interest rate as it'll come at the expense of your credit score. I'm currently writing letters to all the banks seeing if they will remove the credit inquiries from my file as no one in their right mind would agree to 11 credit inquiries. Thanks Paducah Ford.

We have purchased two vehicles from Nick Derringer at this dealership this year. We could not be happier with the service and attention that we were provided. We had researched what would be fair pricing prior to visiting the dealership but did not share that price with them. We asked for the bottom line of pricing and they were very fair. The first vehicle was a F-250 truck in May and then a Ford Edge in December. We had not planned on purchasing the Edge, but went there out of curiosity and ended up walking out with a new car at a reasonable price. We found Nick to be easy to work with ... he did not put on a hard sell, just answered our questions and found the answers he did not have which we liked. When someone always has every answer, we tend not to believe what they say since no one knows everything ... we appreciated his honesty. The vehicle we purchased was negotiated with a luggage rack to be installed and they had to order it. It was ordered and installed in a timely fashion with great professionalism. We set an appointment and the body shop was waiting for us ... the installation went smoothly and we were done in less than an hour! We have worked with many dealers over our 65 years and found Paducah Ford to be the most professional, courteous, and thoughtful car dealer we have ever worked with. We would highly recommend them for purchase of new or used vehicles or service.

This place is a joke. i went there to test drive a 2012 mazda 6. i was approached by a salesman. named jarrod. he went with me on my test drive. after the test drive i wasnt happy with the car and told jarrod i was leaving. as i was leaving i watched as he drove this car over a huge curb dragging the bottom of the car all because he was mad he didn't make a sell. he was also pushy and didn't anything the car not even the year it was. i will never go to this dealership again.

We stopped at the dealership to look at a high mileage, used 2012 Ford Focus. The price was cheap and the vehicle appeared to be in acceptable condition. The salesman was an older gentlemen who openly admitted that he knew nothing about the Focus. The '12 Focus was one of Ford's best selling cars, BTW. We took it for a test drive and the tires were obnoxiously loud. Noise volume was consistent with vehicle speed. Transmission slipped more than it should from a stop and gear changes were clunky. We test drove other Foci so some quirks were expected and this one was far outside normal operation for the Powershift. We ended up leaving without even considering buying.

I'll start with the good - they had the quickest process and least amount of paperwork for getting the paperwork done after the sale I have ever had. Now the bad - they advertised a price on the Internet along with a statement that said that their advertised prices were asking prices and that they would work with you to get a price you can accept. When I arrived at the dealership after driving an hour and a half they told me that the price was already cut down to the lowest they could go and could not even come down $1. I even called before I made the drive to see if there was a possibility that this price was still negotiable and was told most likely it still was. I understand if the price is set, but they could have let me know before I made the drive that they were as low as they could go already.
