The experience at palisades Mazda was like no other. Chris was my salesman and he was truly the best. Not only was he extremely educated on every aspect of the cars I was looking at, but he was passionate about his job and it showed. He was not your average pushy salesman that just wanted a sale. He cared and he made it a very personable experience. I would highly recommend palisades Mazda and in particular, Chris.

Palisades Mazda could not have been more amazing with our first service with them. Pick up and drop off of our vehicle on its own was invaluable. Add to it that they automatically applied any discounts and promotions possible made this beyond exceptional. I always dread going to any car place for service, but Mazda at Palisades was a fantastic experience! John gave the best customer service and was very welcoming as soon as I walked in and Francisco, who worked on my car, was very knowledgeable and got straight to the point of what the issues were in my car. I was expecting to wait for no less than 4 hours, but I was in and out in about 1.5 hours. The waiting area is comfortable and I was able to get some work done while I was there. Awesome place and highly recommend!

Great certified pre-owned buying experience. Website inventory was accurate, no pressure, drove four cars, and no-haggle pricing was fair. Very pleased. UPDATE - had the car in for first service and equally great experience. In particular loved the video of the multi-point inspection. Equal or better experience to those I’ve had in high end dealerships.

Great experience. Was the easiest car lease i have experienced. Salespeople I dealt with Jaime and Eduardo were fantastic. John the business manager as well. Did 90% of communication happened through email and got a very fair and solid deal without a hassle. Highly recommend this dealer.
