This is about the services department at Palm Beach Toyoya, I purchased my SUV at this dealership, I had a big issue with the financial department, which it was resolved, however I keep taking my car there on a regular basic for maintenance and oil change. Last week , I scheduled an appointment for services on Saturday October 1st. The person I spoke to, told me that my appointments is at 9:30, but since I need to be at work by 9:00, I can drop it off at 8:30 , the shuttle will take me to work. She told to make sure to be there by 8:30 that way, we won't have any issued getting me to work . After making a lot arrangements with child care and work, I arrive at 8:20 at the location, just to find out that she didn't set up any appointments for me, the person at the counter didn't even care, he didn't even apologize, he didnt even look at me, he just said to call back to make an appointment. It was so aggravating, after all the arrangements I had made, palm Beach toyota services department DID NOT CARE about there clients.

Within in minutes of the call, we received his quote, and shortly thereafter we set up an appointment to meet with him. Upon arriving to his office, he patiently and thoroughly answered all our questions. Our finance approval was done quickly and professionally by Andrew Cotler, (and he took time to introduce us to the GM). We then met with Schneider Jouber who explained the terms of the financing. He offered various finance options and answered all our questions .All three gentlemen provided top-notch customer service. My boyfriend and I drove from North Miami Beach to purchase a car from Michael. I had never met him before, but in our phone/text interactions he was always professional and I trusted he would be able to help me get the car I need. I am 7 months pregnant and could not make a decision between the Rav4 and the Camry. Michael was very patient with me and never made me feel like I had to make a decision at that moment. I was never pressured to purchase either car. I originally wanted to purchase a Jeep, and changed my mind because of Michael.The finance team (Raul?) was also very patient and allowed us to have a private moment when discussing options, etc. I thought that was nice as sometimes those situations can be uncomfortable for everyone. Overall, I am extremely happy with the purchase of my Rav4 and the service we received. Everyone at the dealership was very pleasant and I would definitely drive back the hour north to purchase a car from Palm Beach Toyota.

I leased a 2014 Prius in August 2014. My buying experience was a nightmare but I went through with it anyway. I will be turning in the car in a few months. Now I get a letter stating that I will have to pay a $350 fee if I do not buy the car. These people are con-artists who initially tried to rip me off with incorrect leasing figures and now I find this additional fee which they did not mention previously. I shopped about four Toyota dealers and all of them used high pressure selling tactics and are not honest. Furthermore, the Toyota Prius was supposed to get 52 miles per gallon which turned out to be about 35 miles per gallon. I will never buy another TOYOTA product. My advise to car buyers is stay away from any Penske/Toyota dealer especially Palm Beach Toyota in West Palm Beach.BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK !!

My experience was bitter sweet. The Salesmen I worked with were fantastic. They were patient, informative and straight to the point . They made the beginning of the process smooth and convenient for me. Unfortunately I can't say the same for the finance manager that handled my deal. When I went with my father he seemed pleasant and nice to work with , but when I went back on my own he patronized me and treated me like I was a pestering child . He had zero patience and at one point insulted me . When I the deal had to be delayed a few hours he huffed and puffed , tossed his paperwork around and complained that he had to change my deal. When we were talking about the downpayment he made it seem as if my money wasn't good enough for the dealership, as if he was better than me . He also had a handful of snarky remarks and threw around inappropriate banter towards me . I believe he acted this way because I'm a woman and I went on my own. I even requested a new finance manager but I was told there wasn't one available . when I finally went Back to the dealership with my father , he changed his tune. All in all the beginning of my experience was great but ended on a very sour note . I would NEVER recommend anyone to this work with him. But like I said before , the sales team was amazing . Hopefully this will help others .

Business is not a one-time deal. Car dealer needs business from customers, especially return-customers. The sales rep was assigned by Roger, the Sales Manager, when I dropped off a similarly equipped car at the end of the lease. Michael Grinley, the sales rep was professional, courteous, knowledgeable about the product, and responsive. The deal was negotiated long distance (from New York). I made it clear what vehicle I wanted and what I was prepared to pay and the dealership honored every commitment without exception. I arrived from the airport and left the dealership 45 minutes after arrival with all of my needs addressed to perfection. They returned phone calls and emails immediately and answered all my qusetionsl to my complete satisfaction, coordinated seemlessly with my insurance agent, synched the cell phones for my wife and myself, and cheerfully tweaked the setup a few days later. I was treated like a cherished family member. I am a happliy returning customer and intend to be as long as I am driving.

I bought a Toyota Camry SE less than a month ago. It has been nothing than frustrating to have an inherent issue with the blue tooth quality in a new car. I have been to three dealerships to try and get this fixed unsuccessfully, and will never buy another Toyota again.What i would like to do is commend Greg Asupo and Palm Beach Toyota for their effort and professionalism during my nightmare which is still going on. Yes Toyota does manufacturer a lemon every once in a while, and unfortunately i got stuck with buying a 33000 car that doesn't work like it should. But this dealership deserves an "A" for effort in trying to help me. I am still going back there for them to try and find the problem, but they are nothing but courteous and professional. Greg has kept me in the loop and called me every couple of hours to inform me of the prognosis, and this is what GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABOUT. I I would highly recommend their service department over another Toyota Dealer in palm Beach County, Trust me I've had my car at them, and you do not want your car in anyone elses hands than Palm Beach Toyota's Service Department.

I drove 3 hours after contacting Alanias and he was so helpful and answered all my questions all day and I asked a lot for three days. When I got there I dealt with Donald and let me tell you it was the best experience ever. He genuinely was laid back and not aggressive. He was very caring throughout. The whole staff was friendly and nice. Wonderful establishment.

I cannot begin to express how wonderful Mr. Roger, Justin, and Selim were to work with. Before we ended up in Palm Beach Toyota, my family and I had an awful experience with a 2 weeks old baby on a hot sunny weekend at Royal Palm beach Toyota and then Earl Toyota just to get a deal on a 2015 Sienna even with a TrueCar certificate they still cannot guarantee us a Family minivan at affordable price. Sh sh sh sh the myth car salesman should not work for the customer, but at Palm Beach Toyota they are really do work for the customers. Mr. Roger, Justin, and Selim were honest and straight forward and true to their words. Selim Khan was our tech guy, he took the time to show us how to work everything in the car and we love it. He made us feel comfortable and we will remain loyal customers. I want to thank Mr. Roger, Justin, and Selim for giving us such an amazing deal and my new born and the two other kids can have a comfortable ride! I highly recommend this dealership to all my friends and family.

walked into the dealership after getting an online price for a car which include new tires. Spoke with the salesperson and test drove the vehicle. That's when the games began the salesperson was going to ""try" to fight for the new tires. we went back and forth and i can see the sales managers facial expression of disgust. First they tell me my pre-approval was expired...they were lying....than they come back and want more money down........than they come back with a 20% car loan without a choice (730 credit score). They were arrogant and condescending, did not care to sell a vehicle.

After purchasing a 31,000 vehicle and using my own finance company I was not afforded the quality customer service from the finance officers or management at Palm Beach Toyota. They made me wait 3 hours to be seen even when I was waiting for assistance prior to most of the customers that was likely to be financed threw the dealer ship. Never again my first and last purchase of a Toyota Vehicle thanks to the finance team at Palm Beach Toyota.

Went to buy a used corolla. Sticker price 10,900. Talk to the salesman and give him an offer. Comes back after seeing the "big man" and tells me that the sticker price is wrong. I've looked at the car for 3 days. Only after I give an offer do I here this. I said fine and " no thanks". The salesman doesn't understand why I'm not happy. He offers to show me another car 5000$ higher than my budget, basically the same car with a 5000$ increase. Nice try I wasn't born yesterday. So I said if you don't negotiate I'll go elsewhere. He said we do just not on the car you wanted. What a coincidence. Out of 3000 cars I''ve found the ONE car you won't negotiate on. My lucky day. I left and bought a lottery ticket since my luck was so good. No wonder I was the only person looking to buy a car. It had more employees than customers.

I received a flyer from Palm Beach Toyota. It was a specific offer to buy back my used car, "Official Buy Back Details". Clearly indicates they would buy back my car if I didn't buy a car from them. They also list a 2015 Prius for $21,999. I walk into the dealership and explain to the person that set up an appointment for me, if the numbers on the flyer are correct, I would take the time to sit with him. I explained if the flyer was misleading or incorrect, I would leave instantly. He explains that he was new, he thought it was correct. We take the test drive, they do the appraisal on my car and then tell me the advertisement says I get the trade in value of 17785 or the discounted car price. Not both. I tell them I would take the trade in value and not buy a car from them. They tell me they won't honor that either. The manager Andy Davis comes over and tells me it is just an advertisement, nobody really expects that the dealership will honor them. I asked him why not? He tells me if you Mc Donalds offered 39 cent hamburgers, what should I expect. I tell him I would expect to pay 39 cents for a hamburger. Mr Davis then tells me they would only sell me one hamburger. I told him I was only looking to trade in one Toyota. We left. I get a call from the dealership that they forgot to put the registration back in my car. I had to go back to get it. I left a message for the general manager yesterday and still have not heard back. Why is false, misleading, or incorrect advertising supposed to be ok? I am not done with this. They sent me this flyer. I didn't ask for it. They offered it then refused to honor it.

Kind of left me alone to look at all the different options but when ready was right there to help. Was quick easy and price was exactly what I was expecting. Drove away in new car that day. WHY IS THERE NO REVIEW FOR THIS SERVICE WRITE ON THIS SITE? MIKE MAZZONE has been my self-appointed service writer since before and after I traded a 2012 Toyota Highlander for a 2014 Toyota Tundra. He is the epitome of phenomenal customer service; above & beyond what I could've ever expected. Recently, paperwork for a previous warranty refund was lost. A new copy of the odometer statement from the trade was needed. Mike helped me get in touch with a title clerk professional, Ada Zacarias, and within 24 hours there was a pdf copy in my email inbox. Without their help, I would have less cash for the holidays. I am grateful for their time and help. They made me feel like it was as a priority and never flenched on their word. This was my third purchase in two years at this same dealership for good reason. Selim Khan, sales rep. and Brian the manager worked tirelessly to earn my trust and close the deal with consideration to my circumstances and wants. Selim is incredibly informed about the vehicles and had great patience throughout the process, without exerting pressure. He educated me fully before I drove off the lot. The deal was good all around and I love the product. As far as dealerships go, I would definitely say they exceeded my expectations.

My wife and I went to Palm Beach Toyota to test drive a few cars and see what models they had to offer. We walked up to the front door and were immediately greeted by Carcell Assroupe. From the minute we started talking, it was clear that Carcell cared very much about how he treated customers. He offered us as much guidance and assistance when we needed and not once did we feel pressured, rushed, or uncomfortable. We were able to take our time and look through several cars. It's like we weren't talking to a car salesman at all. Once we had decided that we were going to purchase a car that day, Carcell made sure that the car buying experience as stress-free and pleasurable as possible. We were satisfied throughout the whole process, from his greeting all the way through to the moment he handed me the keys and connected my phone to the car's bluetooth audio system for me. We honestly appreciated the time, patience, energy, and enthusiasm that he shared with us. We have been looking for a vehicle to get into and hate going to the dealership as its always a big LONG DAY! My wife and I visited the Palm Beach Toyota dealership. We were welcomed by a funny and smiling Donald to asst us. We shared with him what we wanted to see and took us to the place to find it. The 4runner we wanted jumped out at us right away. We took it for a ride and started the process. Donald was on our side! He went and did all the paper work and didn't go back and forth, back and forth and back and forth. We talked about price, payment and there were some communication around what we wanted to do BUT NOTHING BIG or nothing like the drama you would see or hear during this process. The GM who I cannot remember his name is GREAT! We were just a few off on the price came over to me and said you are not leaving without this 4runner, even if we take a chunk off and lose a little. As a first time customer at this location he WOWed me! he was committed to getting this done to earn my business. It was the TOP of the line 4runner which means it was going to sell no matter what and he was all about making me and my wife happy! I was go back and see them again, again and again!THANK YOU to all who was involved for making this happen!!

Completely unethical and dishonest sales staff. I met with 2 separate salesman the day before I bought my used Jeep from this dealership and we agreed to terms on the vehicle. I told them I would be back the next day, because I was going to sell my old car at CARMAX so that I could use the extra money for a higher down payment. We shook hands on it and the next day I sold my car and took a taxi to buy my Jeep. When it came time to sign the paperwork, the finance manager added in a $1000 dealer fee without mentioning it. Let me be clear here, I specifically asked both salesman the day before if there were any hidden/dealer fees and they both said "no". The finance manager didn't mention it either, he just tried to slip it in without me noticing.After I caught the finance manager trying to add in a $1000 dealer fee, naturally I went to the Sales Manager and told him what happened expecting him to make the situation right. His response was "you are more than welcome to walk away from the deal, but I'm not waiving the $1000 dealer fee". If I hadn't already sold my car I would have just left the dealership. However they knew I was now in a bad situation because if I didn't buy the Jeep for an extra $1000, I would have no ride to work the next day. So, I chose paying an extra $1000 to avoid potentially losing my job. All because both their salesman lied to me.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, THEY ARE LIARS!!!!

I went to Palm Beach Toyota upon the recommendation of a friend, looking for a "quality, cheap used care" for my 19-year old daughter. We had a budget and originally did not see anything within that budget. I then met up with my friend who introduced me to Mr. Assroupe. I was thinking the salesman would hassle us to make a purchase outside of our budget; however, Mr. Assroupe instantly stated that he was not going to waste our time. We told him we would look one more time. Mr. Assroupe walked with us and then, we found something of interest. We did purchase the vehicle, and I was extremely satisfied with the honesty of the sales staff. From the salesman to the financial team, there were no gimmicks or tricks. I would definitely recommend this dealership to all of my family and friends.

My Review Of Palm Beach Toyota:Original copy of my letter to the general manager.........The worse dealership Ive ever walked into.......Brent,Our experience with your dealership was awful.First off, the car we were interested in ( EB) had discrepancies in the description. The listing stated it had a gray exterior when in fact it was black. Same thing with the interior color listed as "other"...I actually wondered if it was a possible "bait and switch car"..Richi originally contacted me and when I responded, David appeared unannounced. I suppose I was not worth Richi`s time for an explanation. I emailed David about the tires and the paint since I wanted to know if the paint was original (considering it was a retail car) or i most likely would have avoided the trip..Upon arriving at the dealership, we pulled right up front and about 10 minutes later, found the car. We had to walk back down through the buildings but I found it surprising that nobody bothered to come out and talk to us..The building was empty...I found your office and was told you were out.Someone eventually helped us and after looking at the car, sure enough it was previously hit on the drivers side rear. The door and rear hatch/bumper had been repainted. You can clearly see dirt/fish eyes in the paint and some deep scratches that were just painted over. The car is from NY and the engine bay is a pig full of corrosion. David could have saved me the time if he would have told me the car was hit, clearly had previous body work and needs tires..Not very honest.....and why on earth would you retail this car rather than take it to the block and just dump it?....Even at a price of $13,500 its not worth retailing for that price but I thought it would be worth it to have my car looked at anyway..2004 Prius with Navigation and 93,000 miles.....The car is a decent car ( we just drove it from Pennsylvania) but your used car guy offered me $1500....Sir, I have never seen in my life such an ignorant, insulting offer in my life. The car was a previous theft recovery and I understand its not worth 7k to your wholesaler but $1500 is not just ignorant and insulting, it shows a total lack of experience in how you deal with people and put numbers on cars...Do you actually want to sell units!!!!???? He would have been safe at 4k and I still would have walked!.......but eventually i will sell my car for 7k retail like I have before...In todays day and age just about anyone can get to the auction and buy a car. If you decide to take that car and dump it at the block, I just may buy it for around $10,800Sincerely,

I was an extremely happy customer eleven years ago when I drove away in my first ever brand new car. This past Sunday I found myself in a somewhat similar situation and immediately thought of Carcell and Palm Beach Toyota. Bright and early Monday morning I placed a call to Carcell who invited me to stop by the dealership at my earliest convenience. My earliest convenience was within thirty minutes. Carcell immediately started the ball rolling. In approximately three hours Carcell had me driving away from Palm Beach Toyota in a car that I have already grown attached to and, through connecting me with the right crew (Daniel and Rudy), set me up with an affordable monthly payment. Carcell made me happy eleven years ago and seems to have got even better over the years; he couldn't have made me happier this past Monday. Thanks again Carcell. This was the best car buying experience I have had. I was in search for a pre-owned corolla. I dealt with Joanne, an internet sales representative. We first communicated via phone and email before I actually went to the dealership. I was very hesitant on going to this dealership because Palm Beach is far from where I live .I visited a couple of closer dealerships before but I couldnt get straight and simple answers from the staff there. However I have no regrets in driving the distance to Palm Beach Toyota. Joanne was very polite, professional and treated us with respect. She did not rush us in any way and made me feel very comfortable with my decision. After the test drive and negotiations I decided to buy the car. Carlos who worked along with Joanne was also very good to us. You can buy a certified Toyota at any Toyota dealership but its the people who work at the dealerships that make the difference in customer service. It is very difficult nowadays to find good customer service in car dealerships but Joanne, Carlos and the others involved with our buying process are those who made that difference..

I have owned four Toyotas beginning with my first, a new 1980 Celica, the last a 2002 4Runner which I feel in love. And only with great reluctance did I hand the keys over to Ed Osborn at the dealership. However in return I purchased a 2008 4Runner that is just beautiful and was well detailed and prepared with a full tank of gas.Although I had found my previous 4Runner online and had great success, was a bit hesitant to purchase another 4Runner unseen.However Ed sent several photos and answered every question so I felt at ease in the decision to buy from him. Additionally a "CarFax" was also included. Ed Osborn was extremely accommodating, taking care of every detail and led me through the process and we were finished within a few hours from start to finish. Before leaving the dealership I expressed my gratitude to Ed for his great service and that my plan was to purchase a new 4Runner withinthe next 18 months. I had driven from north-central Florida to the West Palm Beach dealership but the service and kindness of the both Ed and also Rudy (the finance director) was more than worth the trip.

After being lied to and ripped off by Royal Palm Toyota (Southern Blvd & SR-441) I was looking to try another dealership for service work. Decided to go to Palm Beach Toyota. My appointment was handled by Marc Friedman. What a pleasure to deal with. It was my 1st 10K service on our new Sienna and no complaints. Left feeling good and decided will continue with these folks.A few days later while I was out of town, wife hit a pothole pretty hard causing the overhead console to loosen. She contacted the dealership, was promptly attended to, issue looked at and was given a return appointment to get the part replaced. A couple of days later all was good. Marc was the service adviser again and dealt with the issue in a very professional way. My wife liked his willingness to help and that in my book is excellent customer service. Would definitely be returning back to this dealer for all my remainder service work or any other van maintenance needs. Also recommended this dealership to my friends. I also found out that both this and Royal Palm Toyota are under the same management, yet the service experience was so different.

I was a little hesitant to buy a car over the Internet, but decided to give it a try. I found a 2008 certified Prius from Palm Beach Toyota. I called Ed and briefly discussed price, and my concerns about living in Kansas City, Missouri, while the car was in Florida. Ed sent me all the specs, warranty info and photos I needed. I flew down on a Saturday, and Ed picked me up at the airport in the Prius I was going to buy. We went back to the dealership, I test drove it, did the paperwork and was out the door in less than 2 hours. Ed made the whole process very easy, and I'm very pleased with him and Palm Beach Toyota.I was well taken care of - the car had been perfectly detailed, the GPS map DVD updated, the car had a full tank of gas and I got a follow up Email from the dealership to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase.

I had been searching for quite some time for my next vehicle. I shopped Hyundai, Kia, Honda, Ford, Chevy, Toyota. You name it, I shopped around for it. I finally decided on either the Accord or the Camry. After shooting out some emails to several dealers in the area, I received several responses, one being from Paul Wolfson at Palm Beach Toyota. I arranged with Paul to meet Ewa Celer at the dealer to go over the car and take a test drive. They technically didn't have the cheapest price yet and I wasn't settled on the Camry yet, I still needed to take a look at the Accord. After visiting the dealer and meeting with Ewa, I was able to go over everything the Camry had to offer and test drive it as well. She was very knowledgeable about the car and everything it had to offer. She even explained little details to me that normally would not have been said. She was very patient and comfortable to deal with. I was there in the morning, but told them I would have to leave shortly for a prior engagement and would be back in the evening. They were okay with it and weren't pushy or anything like that. Now, I had received a much better offer in Miami on the same model car and didn't think it was going to be matched. I really wanted to give my business to Palm Beach Toyota because they are my local dealer that are right around the corner from my house. I loved my experience in the morning so much that I got in contact with Ewa while I was gone and sent her my offer for the car and told her if they could meet my offer, I wouldn't even bother going to check out the Accord and would go back in the evening to purchase the Camry. Much to my surprise, it was matched and even bettered. I walked out that night with my new car. I truly had a great car buying experience with Paul and Ewa. I could not believe that buying a new car could be this positive of an experience. From my first call with Roger I had a far better experience than at any other dealership I had been dealing with. Roger was enthusiastic, understood exactly what I was looking for, gave us a great price, and was not pushy at all. He stuck to the deal we had discussed. Some time before my 2008 Camry lease expired, Carcell called to ask if I was planning to lease another car. I had previously leased two Camry's from Carcell. I told him that I was determined to get the lowest possible price for a lease even if I had to look at other manufacturers. I told him I going going to keep the 2008 till the end of the lease. He asked if he could call me the month before the end and I said yes. He did and then asked me what car with options I would be seeking and how much I would spent for the lease. I did not give him a figure but informed him that I felt I was paying entirely too much for the existing lease. Two weeks before the end he contacted me and gave me a price which included all the features that I wanted and the price was suprising fair. He took advantage of the Toyota customer appreciation incentives to aid him in acheiving a desired price. It took one more telephone conversation to get a very fair price. I went into the showroom today to close the deal. He was totally ready for me, he had already dealt with the sales manager, whom I never met. He handled all the details in a totally professional and caring way. A couple of hours later I drove away with my new 2012 Camry totally satisfied. I have never considered car shopping to be a pleasant experience, however this time it certainly was. Carcell made this experience so easy. He kept his word and met every promise he made. I have never met such a outstanding salesman who really wants to make the customer happy. I certainly will return in 39 months for my next car experience with Carsell.

Carcell Assroupe was our sales person. He greeted us with warmth and listened to what our needs were. My husband and I were just window shopping and did not intend to leave the dealership with a new car. Carcell did not push, however his understanding of our needs and his thoroughness convinced us that this was the right move for us. He answered every question and worked with us on price. (He made us an offer we could not refuse). Mr. Ruiz was very thorough and patient in clearly explaining all the documents we signed. When I told people that I was going to buy a car on the internet they thought I was crazy; but I went through the Consumer Report cite; and found that I got the lowest price listed for the area; put five hundred dollars down in November; for a pick up on December 4th.; We flew in late Sunday evening (I was actually afraid that I might miss closing time; but they said they would WAIT for me) called Mr. Grimley who picked us up in short order; paid with a personal check; and was on the road in my new car; in less than an hour. This was the best car buying experience I ever had, mostly because of the great sales agent Eva Celer. Eva made buying a car fun. She took her time, made me feel comfortable, and really knew all about the products she was selling. When I went to the dealer I really had no intention of buying, but I felt very comfortable, and the prices were excellent. While sitting there I felt like I was with a group of old friends. No rush, and no push. Eva found a car for me that was perfect. A 2012 Camry SE. The rest of the staff, including Paul the internet manager handled the paperwork perfectly, and had me on the road in my new car in a very reasonble amount of time. I will tell my friends to visit the dealership, and see Eva Celer.

When visiting the dealership we were allowed to wander without anyone breathing down our neck. Questions were answered with clarity and the sales and managers seemed to really want to please. We were so impressed that we purchased our Prius at Palm Beach Toyota rather than where we had purchased our previous Toyota. An example: Our cell phones were not compatible with blue tooth so we bought new ones a few days after purchasing the car. When we called to have someone set it up they made an appt. & willingly spent time programming two phones.

Had a very minor cosmetic dent rear end at traffic light. Prius too new for this to remain, and too minor to hack with insurance claims, especially to cause grief for the person who rolled into me. This was the most pleasurable car buying experience I have ever had from the beginning to the end, from the initial sales contact to the final financing process. Oscar made the call within 10 minutes of the internet request, and spent much time answering question on the phone and in person with courtesy and respect. Oscar was super friendly, reasonable knowledgeable, and best of all, experienced in the car business. Roger was super nice and courteous as the general manager and helped to make this super deal happened. Elkin was the finance person, and he was also great and not too much pressure at all. I am 67 years old and in my lifetime I have bought and sold over 100 cars. I usually own three or four cars at a time and tend not to keep them for long periods, always trading in for newer ones. I have come across many shady, hard-sell, high pressure, and very time consuming dealerships and salespeople. Buying a new car is usually not a very pleasant experience. I started my search for a 2011 Camry SE via the Internet. I was provided with very relevant information and pricing buy an internet salesperson with the name Joann Showman. When I visited Palm Beach Toyota, I could not have been greeted by a more pleasant and warmer person then Joann. She answered every question I had, she met all of my requests, and she gladly presented all of my price offers to her superiors. We worked out a very good deal and I left a deposit. Another dealer I had been in touch with called me an offered to match it and even beat it by $400. Not only did Joann meet this deal, but she along with her superiors, presented me with a car and a price that no other dealer could ever match. I was thrilled and I purchased the vehicle. While it was being prepared they gave me a loaner car. My new car was delivered with all of the bells and whistles, full tank of gas, beautifully detailed, and had many little extras I hadn't expected. All through the process, Joann Showman was constantly in touch with me giving me the latest updates on my purchase. There was never an pressure. I felt like I had made a new friend for life. In all of my years of buying new and even used car, this is by far the best experience I ever had. In the future, all of my Toyota/Scion needs will be at Palm Beach Toyota/Scion. I hope that Joann Showman will be there to help with the sale.

We were greeted by Selim Khan, sales consultant, who was very friendly, welcoming, straight to the point, honest and found us the car we wanted with very little hassle. The haggling for a price was fun and appeared to be between "friends". They were very reasonable and did their best to keep in mind that we were the client and above all we were the ones that had to leave feeling happy. Rudy Larriu, the finance office, continued in that same honest above-the table dealing with us. I needed to return a few days later to have some extras installed and the folks in the service department, Olga Perez and Mike were excellent and professional. I set out Saturday afternoon to get estimates from a few car delealers and to see what was my best option of buying/leasing a new or used vehicle. I was greeted by Sales Consultant Selim Khan. He was so pleasant and sincere. Immediately we felt comfortable. When our son came home from school & said that his car was acting up we did what any parent would do, replace it with a reliable car, so we gave him my 1999 Toyota !!! Then we traveled to Palm Beach Toyota from Ft. Pierce / Vero Beach area to lease a new Toyota for me!We found every employee there to be very Friendly, Informative, Courteous, Patient & Knowledgeable. They made the car buying/leasing experience as easy & pleasurable as possible.You know how it can be so overwhelming & confusing; well they helped to make it less stressful & much easier. We were able to test drive a couple of different models &ask all the typical questions without feeling uncomfortable.And even though the only preference I had going into the deal was that it had to be Red & have a Sunroof I got a whole lot more with affordable monthly payments. We even spoke with the General Manager, Jeffrey Witham, who took the time to also give us friendly advice. Here's to say we had an amazing buying experience at Palm Beach Toyota, thanks to Mr. Osborne who was the sales person whom we worked with. We had a very specific car and price (Lexus RX330) which was offered for sale at Palm Beach Dealership, as we are based in Wisconsin, we found the car through a web search and were skeptical to buy the car from Florida. But a simple inquiry call at the dealership, assured us that we called the right place.We reserved the car which was held for a week, and taken off the market. I had arranged to fly down, have the car tested at another dealership and if the car was clean, finalize the purchase and drive back home. Seemed far fetched but the whole process went smoothly thanks to Mr. Osborne who went over and above the normal call of duty for uslike meeting us at the designated station when I arrived from Wisconsin, arranging to go with me to a Lexus dealership where I had the car checked for mechanic reliability, getting all the paper work so I can be on my way back home in no time, and no price haggle or hidden charges, and attention to every detail to our needs and concerns was addressed in a professional manner. Such courteous and professional service is getting rare in this economic environment, and Mr. Osborne is a testament of simple, honest and kind dealing at a car dealership an asset to Palm Beach Toyota.Thank You.

My experience today was quite pleasant. I went in for my usual oil change and prior to that, I had gotten a letter in the mail regarding purchasing a new vehicle. I did not expect to leave with a new car, but everything went so smoothly right from the start. My service rep, Ed. who is always very friendly and accommodating, got me ready for my oil change and then made a call to one of their sales rep, Carcell, who advised me that I was under no pressure to trade in my car, but would help me to see if I qualified. In a matter of no time, we figured out what vehicle would best suit my needs/finances and I was shown a car on the lot. From there he worked the numbers and much to my surprise, I qualified for a brand new Corolla. From there, I went to see Rudy with finance and in no time was signing my agreement. Rudy was also very friendly and apologized for the slight inconvenience with their new system regarding getting me a new registration. I have never experienced such a friendly and speeding transaction when purchasing a car, never mind a brand new car. I would definitely recommend Toyota of Palm Beach to my friends and family. Thank you guys for such a pleasant experience with the purchase of my very first brand new car!!!

Carcell is outstanding -- patient, caring, loves his Toyotas; went out of his way to offer help and answer questions.Felt pressured into buying extended service warranty at payment; no mention of this expensive and unnecessary "insurance" ever explained during sales talk. We let Manager and Customer Relations rep know about it in detail. This type of last minute sales tactic should NEVER be offered. Carcell always emailed or phoned with answers or info.Had difficulty reaching Customer Relations, Financial consultant who "sold" us the extended care policy as well as the manager. Finally reached them after waiting all day. Our "after" purchase research on the internet revealed that we DO NOT need this type of coverage and it is always available before the manufacturer's warranty runs out.Can also be bought less expensively through an outside source !!This was our second purchase of a Toyota at this dealer; the sales experience was truly no problem but the "sales pitch" for the extended warranty raised questions about dealer's customer concerns.We bought a Prius and in just a few days we are pleased with our choice after checking 5 other manufacturers.

Joanne's ability to listen to what we wanted, helping us to balance what we wanted and what we could comfortably afford, and dedication to make it happen made us feel like we were purchasing a car from a loved relative. The way she treated us and our young kids is something I had never seen before in any of my many car purchasing experiences.Their prices are very competitive but they do add a lot of value in the way they treat their customers. After arriving at what I considered a very fair price for my 2011 Avalon Limited,I ran into a problem with the out-of-state registration of my new car and was frustrated and upset. Mr. Bowman made a point of looking into the problem personally. He was pleasant, curteous, thorough and followed though until the problem was solved. I sincerely appreciate the individual attention and concern he showed to my problem.Mr. Grinley was extremely patient while helping me to understand how all of the new electronic equipment in my car operated. After having some issues with my local Treasure Coast Toyota dealer incorrectly attempting to financing me, being extremely rude, and not to mention lying. I came to this dealer with out much hope. The sales associate I dealt with was Leo. After telling him my prior experience him was very apologetic and told me he would do all he could to help. The other dealer had ran me threw close to 20!!!! lending agency's!!! So my hope for a new car looked bleak. After talking with him about what it was I was interested in, he got his general manager to help out. He came over explained the numbers and how i basically got screwed by the other dealer, but that he would not give up and would try his hardest to get me what I wanted. After waiting for about 30 min I left to get some lunch. About 20 min later I got a phone call from Leo saying he had great news and I should come on back down to the dealer ship. He did it! I am now the proud owner of a brand new 2011 Scion XB, and I love it! With the exception of one sales man on the used car lot (caugh, caugh, NICK) all the people were extremely nice and willing to help out were ever they could. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TO ANY ONE LOOKING TO GET A NEW CAR TO COME HERE FIRST!!!!! I have been looking into purchasing a Toyota Prius for about 2 months now. I went to 5 different dealerships and I felt that every time I went to park my car a salesman would pretty much jump on me they would be at the door of my car before I even finished parking the car and that happen to me at every dealership. Each salesman I dellt with were very pushy and wouldn't give me exact pricing unless I would commit to purchasing the vehicle right there and then and I did not like that so I walked out of every dealership very upset. Then I went to Palm Beach Toyota i was able to park my car and not have someone at my car door. I was then greeted by a very nice salesman by the name of Leo he was very helpful he took the time to sit in the vehicle with me and show me all of the options and let me test drive the vehicle and didn't hound me about money down or how my credit was or if I was financing or paying cash. He wanted to make sure I loved the vehicle and gave me all the info on it. When it came down to pricing he was very honest and straight forward he didn't beat around the bush and didn't go back and forth to his manger ten times it almost felt like he was working for me. He made sure I got the car I wanted and price I wanted he was wonderful I will only purchase my vehicles through him. I recommend if you want to purchase a Toyota you should visit Palm Beach Toyota and ask for Leo

The day I bought my car, I went to the dealership with only the intention to look at options. I wasn't ready to purchase as this was the first time I bought a car from a dealer and was nervous about being taken advantage of, especially being female. However, when I went into to Palm Beach Toyota and met with Elkin Ruiz in the Finance department, I immediately felt at ease. I was able to tell him what I hoped for and he started right then, giving me options that he thought best fit what I was looking for. I already knew the type of car I wanted to look at so he brought me straight to to that car and didn't waste my time trying to sell me on anything I didn't want. I felt like he already knew my personality and treated me as one of his closest friends. Then he called Carcell over to take me for the test drive. Carcell came with such a willing attitude to help. He was so friendly and happy. I knew he was honest an genuine and that I could trust him as well. It felt as if there was nothing else that mattered right then than helping me find what would make me happy. He knew what type car fit me as well as a family member knows me. He was so excited to make things perfect and didn't wait till the last minute to get things done. He had the car ready to go the moment I finished signing finance papers. Since then, he's been so helpful with any questions I've had.Then when I got back to Elkin to make the final decision, he made sure that he got me the best financial deal possible. I knew that when I was signing the finance papers that he wasn't letting me get into a situation that would come out hurting me later. I actually felt much calmer about signing than I thought I would.I would send anyone to Elkin and Carcell. I couldn't have had a better experience or chosen better representatives to help me in this purchase.

I drove 75 miles to buy a new Prius because the salesman told me he would have the car available...no problem. It was at another dealer but he could get it within minutes. He even sent me the car's invoice with the VIN number. Guess what? We got there..agreed on the price and trade-in...and the car was sold three hours after we talked. I would have given him my charge number for a deposit if he asked to hold it overnight. I even called before we left home to see if everything was alright...no problem he said.and we arrived at the dealership before 10:30am. Then, he and the GM were scrambling to see if they could locate another car and all I got was "sorry".In case you are reading this and thinking I am a salesperson for another dealership, I am a retired school teacher who has been screwed over by Palm Beach Toyota. Fortunately for me I had another deal as a backup because something seemed fishy with West Palm Toyota. The car at Ed Morse Delray was the color we wanted but had some equipment we didn't want...but Jeannie Nowak and Wayne Feldman held the car for me and gave me more in trade-in to make up most of the cost difference. Needless to say, my recommendation would be to avoid Palm Beach Toyota.

Sure we have no problem talking about the fine staff here at west palm Toyota; i am not one for a lot of words, So i will keep it short.My wife Tara is Deaf and of course very wary of dealership because of how confusing it can be, after all she really cant here if the brakes squeak or anything like that. I on the other hand am very familiar with the car industry having work in it form 1992 till 2003.i must say that your staff was the utmost professionals, they truly let the car and the customer me sell themselves lol. That is the very best experience any customer can along with have understanding and patience from your staff its no wonder why we came running back after our first visit. Being informed customers we of course looked into the competition, the kia dealership and there new Sportage,, the Hyundai and the new Sonata, but let me tell u the way we treated at the Hyundai dealership was horrific, you know i told them i had sold cars for over ten years and even brought our credit from my work at the real estate office. So when we talk to a dealer we could talk number and cars not payment and money down. We will not be giving them and recommendations trust me, will tell anyone that will listen stay far away from them and go to west palm Toyota. We usually lease a car. We have decided to purchase. This dealer was our 5th stop and we wish we had gone there first! Joanne spoke with my husband on the phone first, when we went into the showroom (45 minutes from our home) she was true to her word. This has not been the case with the other 4 dealers we had already visited. All the other dealers had discussed figures and then the price would be way different at sales point. Joanne was very warm, helpful and got us the deal we wanted and fast. She also came in to complete the sale on her day off. At the other dealers we felt lots of pressure to sign even though we were not happy with the price. At Bev Smith they sent a total of three people to push their sales pitch and then the finance guy was even worse - even though we had called twice to confirm an agreed price on a vehicle - they did not stay true to their word.Joanne was amazing and everyone else that worked there -there did not seem a big push or pressure to buy unlike other dealersWe will return here when we need to buy and never return to our local Toyota dealer

By the time I got to Toyota I had already been to three other dealerships, including Nissan, Kia, and Honda. I had an experience at these three dealerships that left a bad taste of car buying in my mind. Later in the evening I went to Toyota not really thinking that this would be the car company for me. Ged Dunn was the salesman that helped us pick out the car. He was so friendly and helped us in any way he knew how. He told us all the features of the two cars that I was interested in and also pointed out specific details of each car so that I could make a desison. When it was time to buy my new Toyota Corolla, Angel Lopez helped close the deal. He gave us a fair price and was extremely friendly throughout the process. I had to go back the next day to get my car detailed and pay for the car. Angel again helped me through the process always eager to help in any way he could. He is great at making a customer, like myself, feel welcome and that the decision on buying the car was a great one. These two gentlemen made this car buying process quick and easy. I must admit that I gave them a hard time, wanting to make the best deal that I could. Joanne, called me back when she said she would with infomation I requested; called to confirm our appointment and although I arrived late was ready and waiting with the cars I wanted to look at. She knew the cars/trucks and answered all my questons patiently and knowledgeably.I had never driven a truck before and when I tried the Rav4, it took me a few minutes to get accustomed to it. Joanne never flinched and helped me to choose another color, eliminate other options and finaly settle on the Rav4. Next came price and options negotiations. Barry and Joanne worked with me patiently, doing all they could to meet my demands. Finally, it was done, I had arrived at 7:15 p.m., kept them going for some time and despite the lateness, 9:00 p.m. both were still helpful and smiling. My new Rav4 was made ready, Joanne helped me to transfer my trunk and car debris into the Rav, made sure I knew how to operate vital equipment, lights, windshield wipers, windows etc. and Off I went. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate their professionlism, willingness to go to any lengths to help me and most of all their patience and friendliness. I would certainly recommend this dealership to anyone wanting a car/truck. Thank you both for your patience and kindness to a major pain in the neck. Joan Duncan

This was the best car purchase experience I ever had. Two thumbs up and A+ to Joanne, Bill and Rudy. All three are very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this dealership for their refreshing "no pressure" sales approach. After visiting a number of local dealerships here in Broward County, I became very discouraged because they all lived up to the typical "used car" salesperson stereotype. I changed my mind frequently and the store responded positively each time. It was a pleasant experience which I would reccomend to anyone looking for a new car with no anxiety attacks. They needed the car back so they could put on a carriage top and instead of asking us to return the car, Jean Albert brought a loaner to our house and dropped it off. Joanne Showman, Bill Alarie and Rodolfo provided me with the best car buying experience. Being a first time car buyer can be very tough. I was very nervous but they provided a very informative and relaxed environment. I had spent time at other delars and was heavly pressured towards making a purchase which was extremely uncomfortable. At Palm Beach Toyota this was far from the case. Joanne was the most caring and honest person and truely made for a very memorable and postive car buying experience. I've purchased a lot of cars over my 57 years. But I learned a nice lesson about car-buying today. If you're looking for a new car, Joanne Showman at Palm Beach Toyota is a treat to work with. She's was no hassle, gave me a great OTD price from the very start, and with her customer-service skills, it almost seemed like I was going to buy the car from Mom. You gotta love that sales angle. After haggling for days with other Toyota dealers over the phone and fax, and putting up with some horrible sales tactics, I finally eliminated them all and went to visit Joanne. She stayed true to her word with her OTD price on a new car. I signed the papers and I was out the door in less than 2 hours. I didn't think it was possible, but I drove away from the dealers lot with a grin on my face and a memory of Mom...err...Joanne at Palm Beach Toyota. Give her a shot if you're looking for a new car.

I visited the dealership and met the sales person who showed me a few cars and looked to find the car and color at other dealerships.She was able to find , got it the next day and we were able to reach a price agreement which made everyone happy. In July of 2007 I visited this dealership well educated about their product and what price I should pay for the new Camry. The salesperson was extremely pleasant even when I explained that I WOULD NOT BUY TODAY because I had not turned in my leased car. Then I got the MANAGERS PRESSURE CLOSE THAT "THE PRICE IS GOING TO BE SO GREAT YOU CAN'T PASS IT UP-BUT YOU HAVE TO TAKE DELIVERY TODAY"!!I SAID LET THE GAMES BEGIN! After 4 hours of negotiating and signing a retail purchase agreement with the MANAGER and taking the car home to show it to my wife while they got the paperwork together I returned to the dealership and waited another hour for the finance mgr only to be told that they could not sell me the car at the agreed price because they had made a mistake. I told them that I expected them to honor their mistake as they would expect me to take delivery of the car if I had paid sticker price just as it reads on the purchase agreement. I returned to the dealership the next morning to see Ms. Mauro the general mgr and she would not see me she sent another manager to try to restart the negotiations. The salesperson was great I HOPE HE FINDS A JOB AT A MORE REPUTABLE DEALERSHIP AND I AM ENJOYING MY NEW ACCORD!!
