All I can say is WOW, everything went really smooth from start to finish. The communication was fluid, and the turn around time was much faster than anticipated. My service advisor was George, very punctual, funny and he takes care of his customers. He is one of the few out there who know what customer service means. Great job Palm Springs Ford.

The pickup service for my Lincoln was great. RON took our car in for maintenance. When he brought it back it was washed serviced and ready to get back on the road again. RON was very friendly, courteous and a great attitude.

Good service dept. Everyone very helpful. My salesman, Kelly Heldenbrand was very patient, but did not give much advice. Got a used 2015 Ford Escape. Could have used more advice on the right car to get. Also, they could have given me a complete detail of the car, instead of just a wash! I did pay over $16,000, the least I could have gotten!

My kids and I were actually at the Lincoln dealership. Our salesman Raul was awesome! He was very knowledgeable about the Navigator(2021 black label) He spent lots of time with the kids. He wasn't pushy. He was patient and answered any questions my kids had. So if you go there, DEFINITELY ask for Raul!!!
