Terrible experience. The salesman promised something that didn't deliver and when I called to complain he didn't take any responsibility, not did his sales manager. Another sales manager took the case and was the one that solved the problem. The finance manager was equally useless and had an attitude. Also, when I had to do the first service I found out that they not entered the maintenance plan that I had purchased.

Everyone there is so friendly. Before I went to get service on my car I was calling around for the best price. Eventhought Palmetto 57 did not offer me the lowest price and is not the closes to me I still ended up going there for my service because of how great the people are. The key to loyal customers is definitely the friendly customer service.

Great experience and I love my Nissan Rogue. I was pleasantly surprised with the car because I was returning my leased Mercedes C350. I met Roger Tovar in the showroom as I was coming in and he actually had me sold on a Nissan right away. Actually the Rogue has a lot of features and it runs pretty good and it saves me money not only on the payments but on insurance as well.

I was looking for quite a while and went to many dealerships in the area looking for a Certified Pre Owned Passat. I never owned a VW prior to this time. Leo was really great with his knowledge of the car and patience showing me everything on the car. I bought a Certified Passat 2012 from Leo and highly recommend him. I also would like to thank Martin, the Sales Manager who really goes out of his way to please the customer, when I had questions regarding my Passat's warranty, Martin fully explained everything to me. I just got a Volkswagen and wanted to take it to the dealer to find out the shape it was in. The process was nothing short of amazing! I waited 5 minutes and within 1 hour they told me everything I needed to know. Daisy was terrific!! She kept me informed of absolutely everything. I told her I needed the car by 1:30 and at 1:34 the car was ready!! I will definitely be back and thanks to her, I'm going to keep coming to Volkswagen at 57th Ave for all my service needs.

IGNORE THE OTHER REVIEWS AS THIS IS NO LONGER ESSERMAN! This is now Palmetto57 VW and they were PERFECT top to bottom. They are trying to get Cars.com to expunge the old reviews on the old ownership, but haven't been able to. DO NOT LET THIS KEEP YOU FROM SHOPPING HERE! I just bought a certified pre-owned 2012 Passat from them and couldn't be happier. From the get-go, I had an excellent experience with them. Maria (sales assoc.) was polite, courteous, and genuinely appreciated the opportunity. She sent me a text message to introduce herself while I was on my way there. Her used car manager Tony was SUPERB from start to finish. He even had his detail shop spend some time buffing out some blemishes on the car while we finished paperwork. The finance guy that helped me close, Jay, knew every square inch of the paperwork making it a breeze. They were very fair on my trade-in. The car I bought was exactly as presented on the site (except for one major discrepancy - they had put BRAND NEW TIRES on it and hadn't mentioned that). The service dept. (manager and service agents that helped me with something) were outstanding. I was unable to walk through the place without a courteous greeting or an offer for refreshments. I honestly feel like these folks understand that they, the retailer, need us, the consumer, more than we need them. The biggest flaw of the operation is that it's 50 miles from my house! In all honesty, it was worth the drive in everyway. Go see Tony and buy a car!

stay away go somewhere else, they continue to post cars for sale that they don't have available, for example the 07 red honda accord that is newly posted i went there about a month and a half ago to look at that car and it was sold. Just another tactic to get people to there dealership. Other dealerships may be the same but none as bold and shameless as palmetto57 nissan/vw. thank you

While I still didn't enjoy my buying experience or my saleswoman, I was contacted by a member of Esserman and they did explain some of the inconsistencies that I mentioned in my earlier review. All in all, I would still not recommend Michelle but as I said earlier, I did enjoy working with the rest of her team. All in all, I still saved thousands of dollars by buying from Esserman so for that fact alone, I would have to recommend the dealership - just not the saleswoman I had.
