I’ve been eyeing the 2021 Black on Black SE Tech vehicle for months. Visited many locations with no availability. Of course in the times we are in I thought it would never happen until I visited this location. Carlos was amazing and not only got me the tech but in the R-line version. I’m so happy! I was in and out of there with his help and David’s. They were not pushy and understood exactly what I needed! Highly recommend this location if you are looking for inventory and great service. As soon as my lease is done I will never in my life come and get a Volkswagen on 57th Avenue due to the incident I had with the service director. So people if you go there be careful with the service director he is a fat guy and has a face on him that looks like he does not want to work. If you want your customers to be happy then you try to escalate the problem not give them a smart remark especially when you're a service director for a big company Like Volkswagen.
