Spent an afternoon searching for our next F150. We found it at Palmetto Ford. At the moment we pulled into the lot we were greeted by salesmen Vince Hicks. He knew exactly what we were looking for and walked us to the truck we wanted. After four previous dealership trips that day where each tried to sell something other than what we asked for just to make that sale. Vince made us feel comfortable and at ease, no heavy sales pitch. He was very professional and had a tremendous amount of knowledge related to the truck. He explained in detail all the bells and whistles. He offered a more than fair trade for my old truck that had seen better days. He also had a great sense of humor that added a nice quality to his personal and professional demeanor. I would encourage anyone interested in getting a fair deal without the high sales pressure to ask for Vince Hicks. Bill Hunt was a pleasure to work with. His professionalism and patience with my wife Marlene and I as we were looking and selecting a vehicle are a testament to his character. He took his time, showed us different vehicles and options, and didn’t get upset when we told him we wanted to look at something else. My wife finally found the vehicle she wanted, but it wasn’t in yet, Bill made sure we did what was necessary to look at the vehicle as soon as it cam in. We test drove it and bought a Blue 2021 Ford Escape. We couldn’t be happier than we were with Bill Hunt as our sales representative, and the fact that he was a Coastie also was just icing on the cake!

On Sep 29th I purchased a new Fusion from your business. The seller was Al Floyd who I had called a week ago and told him what I wanted in a new car. Mr Floyd called me on Sep 28th and told me had had a car he thought was what I wanted.I visited Mr Floyd on the 29th and sure enough he had a new Fusion that fell within the parameters I had given him. We went for a test drive which was grand and then went inside to discuss the deal he could make me on the Fusion.Mr Floyd was most professional and presented me with his offer which I immediately took. Ask for Tom Slawson, he will take care of you and treat you with respect. We did our part by having all of our research done and shopped it out to other dealers and with USAA, and they beat even their price...eventually. Positive experience and great follow up! You won't be sorry you bought your car here. They took us for a test drive and never badgered us when we didn't come back for another couple weeks bc we were still researching. Two more visits for my wife and I to make our decision and Mr Slawson was pleasant all the way through. Real professional.

Al, Bill, and Mike made my buying experience very stress free. I was well informed and walked through the buying process step by step. Not once did I feel pressured. Boston Fenton has been selling automobiles for twenty-seven years. He was able to provide all of the information we needed to make an informed decision, and, the time to deliberate that decision from a respectful and attentive distance. When it came to negotiating price, Mr. Fenton and Palmetto Ford President Graham Eubank treated us fairly and all costs were transparent and reasonable. I am certain we received the best deal possible at Palmetto Ford. We originally went to the lot to just look at different vehicles because we were looking to trade in a vehicle we had. Boston Fenton was the best salesman we have experienced yet. He was so knowledgeable about everything. We got more than we bargained for. Man of Wisdom. So back to the car buying. Lol So we found a vehicle that I fell in love with and we decided to come back the following day traveling from Savannah area. I have gone to Palmetto Ford to have my car serviced at both their Service Department and Body Shop. It was only fitting that I start my new car search at Palmetto Ford. As a Ford owner before searching for a new car, I was very adamant about sticking with Ford. Upon entering the lot to get my 2005 Ford Escape a trade-in value, I was happily greeted by Boston Fenton, one of the sales reps at the dealership. He was incredibly considerate of my time, my interests, and always kept me updated during my search process. I wanted a 4WD/AWD car, and he went to great efforts to get me the car in GA and have it delivered in time for my graduation and for my parents to see and enjoy. I can't say enough good things about the positive experience I had with everyone I came into contact with at Palmetto Ford. Boston was a great advocate for me as the customer, ensuring that I received a fair price for my new 2015 Ford Edge, accompanied by some additional perks to deal. Very fair and upfront. Professional in every way. I asked for some things to be corrected on the car I was going to purchase and they agreed. When things got "tough", they stayed with the program: never backed down. Made all of the little things that take time for an individual to take care of very simple: they took care of the routine things that are a pain for me to do. Never any "high pressure". This is the third vehicle I have purchased from this dealership and it seems like it only gets better. I could buy another one just for the experience....;-)

We had our eyes on a used Chevy Equinox from the website. We called and talked to Kelvin who told us that he would have the car ready to go for our arrival. Hours later, we were there and he had it all ready to go, as promised! He was not pushy and gave us an outstanding deal! My car was side swiped on a narrow Charleston street. Jim at the collision center had my streaks buffed out and replaced my side view mirror in 30 minutes. They were welcoming and extremely helpful. They also had another mirror in stock already. Best dealership experience I've ever had.

I hope it is OK to add another review to the one I just entered. As soon as I entered my previous review, I realized that I had left out a very important person that definitely contributed to my happiness with Palmetto Ford during my purchase of a new 2014 Ford Explorer. Brandon Fleetwood has great knowledge about the SYNC system in my new Ford Explorer, and was a great teacher when explaining all of the features included in my new car. He had great patience when working with someone who is many times intimidated with all of the new electronics available. I left the dealership knowing how to operate everything in my Explorer, and now have no fear of "messing up" my system. In turn, I had no problem explaining all of the features in my car to my family. What a great addition to your family of employees at Palmetto Ford!! Go Bulldogs!!

I recently purchased a 2013 Explorer from Palmetto Ford and it was an awesome experience. Prior to going to the dealership I called and spoke with the finance manager Mike and he gave me a ton of great information. I am always skeptical going to car dealerships because they are not known for their honesty but everything that I was told prior to making the trip up there was true. When I arrived at the dealership Mike introduced me to my salesman Kelvin who was super friendly from the beginning. He right away took me out to start seeing what all I was going to want in my Explorer. He was very patient with my 2 year old son and made me feel at ease with the whole car buying process. Managers Bruce and Scott were also very helpful in making my deal happen. I explained I had been working very hard to be able to get this vehicle and I really wanted to be able to make a deal. They worked all day on my trade amount and getting a great finance rate. After all the paperwork was done and I was presented with the keys, the internet manager came out to my vehicle and spent 30 minutes explained everything about the technology in my vehicle and how to work it so I would be comfortable using it. I really appreciate the amazing service I received there and it was refreshing to walk away from the dealership being able to say I had a great experience. THANK YOU PALMETTO FORD!!!
