I called them up, told Moe what I was looking for and they found it. I purchased a 2014 GMC Sierra loaded at a very reasonable price. Rhonda secured excellent financing for me with a very low rate. This is the 5th vehicle I have purchased from Palomino Motors and its always been a great experience.

Moe and Dennis are the best! I drove from Bossier City to Dallas to get my dream car, which was a 2007 Mini Cooper S. The pics I saw of it did not do it justice. My jaw dropped when I saw my car up close because it was detailed inside and out. The engine was so clean that I could have eaten off of it. The dealership is small, but they make you feel like family. Every car there is high-end and they all look like new. I will definitely buy from them again and it is worth the drive if you live out of town to pay these gentlemen a visit. You won't be disappointed.

Worked with Dennis this am. I was interested Ina new to me, S63 and I must say it was an awesome experience. These gentlemen are top notch no pressure, well informed sales consultants. They made the buying process informative and enjoyable. Palomino even found me a better rate for financing than my credit union had. I plan on purchasing many more vehicles from them. It is rare to find a dealership that makes you feel comfortable.

I was in the market for an Infiniti G37 Journey Coupe. I looked all over my city without success. I then saw exactly what I was looking for on a car buying website. I had never done business with an independent dealer and was a little skeptical. Being an Analyst, I did my homework and decided to give them a shot. To my surprise they were actually better than the so called high end dealerships. I worked with Dennis. He answered all my questions without hesitation. When I informed him that I was ready to make the purchase and I had my own financing. Unlike some dealers that want you to use their financing. His reply was great we will get the process underway. I requested that they take the car to a local infiniti dealer for inspection. His reply ( sure you determine which dealer make the appointment and we will deliver it to them) I was surprised that he actually recommended that I do this. I must say that really put my mind at ease. They received my check and offered to help me with shipping the car. I decided that I wanted to go there and pick the car up. When I got there I test drove the car completed the needed paperwork. Then off to Houston. This was the best buying experience that I've ever had. Straight talk from good people. That's what I like. I will recommend them to everyone I know. Palomino Motors you guy's are the best.

We drove from Oklahoma to look at the car we wanted. Unfortunately the deal didn't work out. Nevertheless, we enjoyed dealing with most of the staff at Palomino Motors. Nice people. The salesman used pretty trivial sales tactics to tell us that some problems with the car were "not significant" while the car was "better than we could find at any competitor dealers" and "the price was extremely low". The negotiation didn't go too far, as they said there was "no room to negotiate, because it was already an internet special". We had another dealer waiting for us with a much better car, and we left without regrets. I should say that the dealership, dealing in luxury cars, was relatively nice and clean and we felt that they treated us with personal care and respect. If the car was right, we would buy it there.

First of all let me say this was the best buying experience I have ever had!! I brought several new cars at large dealers but always felt like a number. This was not what I experienced at Palomino Motors. From the time I walked in they made me feel like I mattered. The financing part was fast and easy. I came into palomino with a folder of cars I wanted to look at that day, stopped by their dealership first didn't think it would of been my last. They sold me a 2011 Infiniti G37 convertible, it's been 2 months since I bought I wanted to make sure that what they sold me on was true. They would service the car and make sure it had no issues and make sure it had good tires and brakes, 2 months and 3000 miles later I have had 0 issues with my car and I love it! Thank you I will definitely be coming back!

From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable and they treated me like family but still in a professional manner. Alex walked me the entire process, explaining all the minor details and I was in and out in about 40 mins. I had an outstanding experience at Palomino Motors. I had been looking for a SAAB 9-3 Convertible and found one on their website. The car was as advertised and above expectations. Most of the similar vehicle models I found prior were in shabby condition. Palomino Motors delivered on having a clean car, inside and out, that was well serviced and running smoothly. Alex was very easy to deal with and not overbearing like many other dealerships. After a thorough inspection of the vehicle and test drive, Alex went out of his way to make the deal fit within my budget. The dealership offers some high quality vehicles that show in great condition. Honestly, I could have spent hours just looking at their selection. I have been driving the vehicle for 5 months and it is still running great! I will definitely return to Palomino Motors to look for my next car!

I have purchased new and used vehicles before, but this was hands down the best experience I have ever had. I went to Palomino Motors after my boyfriend had already purchased one car ( CLK 500) from them and I had recently totaled mine (Toyota Rav 4). Alex and Mo walked me through the process every step of the way and I couldn't be happier with my ML350. The service was not pushy or rushed, but fun and enjoyable. They asked about my needs and what i wanted rather then just putting me into some car and trying to make a sale. I was with my boyfriend through his process, so I knew going in what I was expecting. From start to finish, I enjoyed every minute. Moving forward, I refuse to shop any where else and I will continue to refer Palomino Motors to any and everyone I encounter searching for a great car shopping experience. I was looking for a used Mercedes S 550, I started my day on the Saturday morning that I visited Palomino Motors, I had no intention on purchasing, that was before I met Alex & Nathan. Those two were just an experience to work with and I've never had so much fun car shopping. I showed the boys all the listings I had printed out in my folder, and what my next few stops were, Alex was kind enough to run the VIN #'s to some of the ones he thought could have possible damage on auto check so I wouldn't waste my time, although some were cheaper in other places then theirs, Alex made me a deal, he even offered to deliver it. I have been driving it for a few weeks now, and its been a real joy! I have already recommended this dealership.

The people were friendly, but the car I was looking at was to me not very good. It made a noise when they started it up. There was no radio and i had been told one would be put in, but since they had to put work into it they were not for sure if they were going to put a radio in. We were told they had ordered some parts for the car but couldn't tell us what was wrong with it. That was my final red flag.

Three months ago, I purchased a 2011 BMW-Z4 sDrive35i from Rhonda at Palomino. I was skeptical at first since I had only ever purchased car from a major dealership and never from a small independent seller. The car was in fantastic shape (paint, engine, tires) and by far the best overall condition of several Z4's that I had driven. I ended up getting the sDrive35i (38k miiles, with 7-speed dual clutch transmission, twin-tiurbo 6-cyl) for the same price that CarMax was selling a base sDrive30i (19k miles, cloth seats, 4-cyl {no turbo}). The entire buying process took about an hour and it only took that long because I had to get something corrected with my lender. I waited this long (3 months) to write my review just to be on the safe side and make sure there weren't any hidden problems and there aren't. I also just checked prices of the 2011 Z-4s and every single one is still priced higher than what Palomino was asking back then. When we replace my wife's car in a couple of years, Palomino Motors will be the first place we look. Overall, probably the least stressful car buying experience in my life, not to mention the great deal I got.

My wife and I worked with Danny and bought our 97' Prius from them. Danny was great to work with. We had a few concerns upon our test drive, but he addressed them at the dealership's expense and sold us the car for the same low price. It was such a starkly superior experience than we were getting at the many large franchise dealerships we visited. We'd definitely recommend them to our friends and family.

No pressure sale. Real talk with real people. Both Moe and Rhonda were the kind of sales force one would expect for a quality buying experience. This was so refreshing and unlike the high pressure type of boiler room tactics I experienced in "Dealerships." This will be the first place I look when I need another vehicle.

Not flashy but service was great, they were EXTREMELY accommodating, they maintain an inventory of high end cars, and worked with us to finalize a smooth sale. Actually ended up being better than dealing with a high profile dealership.

Got in, got out. Easy breezey. Rhonda was very friendly and a joy to work with. They have quality used cars and I got a fantasticly great deal. There was a mistake on their website, but honored that price without any kind of hesitation. Even without the price mix-up, I would have gotten a good deal. Went in, test drove the van, liked in and Rhonda worked to get all the paperwork ready for me to pick it up on my lunch hour the next day in time for Christmas travel. Kudos to Palomino Motors! The only complaint I have is that their location was a little hard to find... that's it. Only good things to say about this dealer.
