I have bought two cars from Pappas Toyota and have an an exceptional experience both times. I worked with Chris Brower for the first time and had a great experience! I appreciated how honest and knowledgeable he was. He thoroughly answered any questions I had and I left feeling very happy with my new car. I also had a great experience with the financial manager and felt very comfortable with the entire process from beginning to end. I am definitely a loyal Pappas customer and will continue to go there for any future car needs!

Can’t say enough positive about the way Frank Walsh from sales and Brett from finance have taken care of me and my family. I am a returning customer and just appreciate a team that is out to help and serve…there is a relational focus that is just rare this day and age! The collision team was also very supportive as my wife totaled her last sienna. Highly recommend this team!

Darin in Service was outstanding in taking care of my retired mom. He went out of his to be honest and transparent about her vehicle. Great communication and the car was delivered ahead of schedule. Would give 6 out of 5 stars if I could! Wonderful experience.

Came in just to test drive a Highlander, Dakota was so helpful and nice! We looked at a few and I test drove a 2017, and of course fell I love with it! Got a great deal on it :) Brett B. Was also so nice and worked his magic getting me into my dream car. Thank you guys so much! You guys are awesome

Chris and Barry were a joy to work with. In a market with a lot of limited choices, they offered a great price and backed it with great service. They had no problem accommodating me late in the day and answering many of my detailed questions which I was not expecting. I wish all salesmen were like this. Overall, everyone at Pappas made my buying experience comfortable and fun.
