Service is always good. After this visit (25K check-up, plus replace brake light bulb) I will consider service elsewhere, due to being charged $38+ labor to replace $3 bulb. I thought when you offered to replace my wiper blades w/o labor that you might not charge so much for the brake light. I was wrong

I went in to have my air conditioning fixed, and had a wonderful experience. Though it turned out to be a lengthy operation, I could tell employees bent over backwards to make me comfortable, even giving me a ride to downtown Ventura so I could work on my laptop from the comfort of a coffee shop the shuttle driver is very friendly.Jose Espitia was especially attentive, coming out to update me on the status of the work and following up to make sure my ac system was operating well after I left the lot. Not surprisingly, it was, and it's still running like a dream.Honestly I could not be happier with the service, and Paradise continues to be my No. 1 choice when it comes to maintenance of my 2014 Chevy Spark.

Check-in was very quick. The service department personnel were friendly and knowledgeable. My car was immediately cued for service while I was escorted to customer lounge area. Facilities were very neat and clean, and comfortable. When work on my car was completed, service writer came to advise me, and handed me my key fob and paperwork. My car was cleaned and parked in outgoing lane. Overall my experience at Paradise Chevrolet was excellent.

Dropped off vehicle without an appointment on a Monday morning at 7 AM for a check engine light, but was told that a service technician might not get to it at all because there was only one guy that day. He did get to the computer at 4:30 and found out it was a sensor issue. It was obviously not fixed until the next day. It seemed strange to me that there weren't more technicians on Monday.

My most recent service was the replacement of the passenger cabin filter. I phoned on Monday 7/13 at 7:30 a.m. to schedule the appointment. My service advisor got me an appointment for 2:30 p.m. on same day. I got there just before 2:30 p.m.. My service advisor even asked me if I wanted a courtesy free car wash and explained the charges to me. The job was completed in about 30 minutes. The work performed on the car itself was excellent. However, the service in picking up the car was poor. The keys were suppose to be left at the showroom reception by the Manager Octavio Perez. When we arrived the Manager had already left with the car & keys locked inside. It took one hour to track down the Manager to come back and give us the keys. I find it hard to believe that no one else has a key to the service dept. and in my opinion Paradise should have immediately offered to drive us home. Very dissatisfied.

What I liked best at this dealership was its cleanliness and well organized service area. I knew where to pull in and I was met quickly by a service advisor. What I do NOT like, is being told that a service is not necessary and the crass attitude that came along with it. I drove from Florida to California - I wanted my tires rotated and fresh oil for my car while I'm here working. I'll most likely have these services done on my car again before I leave for Florida and I trust that when I want regular maintenance on my car done, I won't be met with a negative attitude.

I was slightly nervous about buying a new car especially since there are so many choices these days and I needed to get a car that was more economical, driving from Oxnard to Thousand Oaks can weigh on the wallet. I stopped at Paradise Chevrolet one day and just out of curiosity I test drove a new Malibu and instantly liked the car and its features. But I was hesitant about trading my car in and knowing whether I was able to afford a new car. But my salesperson (Michael Slayton) was super nice and knowledgeable and his manager, the absolutely amazing Todd Snyder was my hero in finding me the most OUTSTANDING deal and handling my trade was especially easy. Also the time I spent at the dealership was short and I was not made to wait a long time for finance. The absolute best part of my SPECTACULAR experience at Paradise Chevrolet was that they were able to find a very important ring I had dropped under the seat of my old car and had been looking for it for 9 months prior to my trading it in. I cant thank the guys at Paradise enough for all their help and for my SPECTACULAR experience. I noticed on the Thank you letter they sent me that their logo is Where we do the little things and let me tell you they do it the most amazing way I have ever seen!! I think that overall I was given excellent service, and I bought a used Lincoln Towncar at a fair price. I was not pushed into buying the car. And I was not hurried.I paid above Kelly Blue Book Price--but because the car was in excellent shape and a Southern California car I think it was a fair price. I believe that Kelly Blue Book is a National Book; therefore, it does not correctly give the value of Southern California cars.

I recommend Ventura Paradise Chevrolet. The cost of repairs was not worth fixing my older car anymore and I did not feel comfortable driving very far. I decided to get something else. It took me over a month of researching cars and prices. I decided on the Chevy Malibu and went to Paradise Chevrolet. The Malibu is different than any car I have driven. Everyone I have shown it to loves it, too, including the Crystal Red color. All the folks at Paradise Chevrolet took good care of me and treated me extremely well. I did not feel pressured either. Wow - it's been 4 years since I walked into Paradise Chevrolet and bought my EQUINOX, and I am still happy. The "ECO" button adds about 20 percent more miles per gallon and the car still has plenty of "getty-up". It's a solid, comfortable ride and a pleasure to drive. Scott Luttenberger, Jr, handled the purchase for me and everyone at the dealership has been totally wonderful to me over the past 4 years. In the service department,Mike, who checks the car in for the routine oil change/tire rotation couldn't be more pleasant. I told them what I wanted and literally within less than a minute they knew exactly what to show me. I was at their used car event and they had the most beautiful used cars I had ever seen. So much so, that my friend who came with me for support walked out buying herself a 2012 Certified Used Silverado that she had always dreamed of having. It took me less than 10 minutes to test drive and buy my dream Tahoe. The color, the style the year.. everything I was looking for, I got. It was the fastest and easiest way I had ever bought a car. I was planning on getting a car for my gf because we needed a 4 door car. When I went to take my camaro for an oil change I wasn't planning on getting a car but then I met Edward Cerda. He was very friendly while I was waiting for my oil change. I have told him I was not buying a car from this dealership due to my bad experience on my first purchase about 3 years ago. He quickly made me feel that I was at the right hands and right dealership. I then came back two weeks later and helped me out with our used 2012 cruze. Edward Cerda was absolutely wonderful to work with. Edward was knowledgable, courtious and very patient. My wife and I were considering trading in two cars for a 2011 Chevrolet HHR, but, only drove the one car to the dealership to "see what they had in stock". Well, we feel in love with a bright red HHR and decided to proceed and Edward worked up some numbers based on trading in the two cars. The numbers that Edward brought back to the table were agreeable to us and we decided to purchase the HHR on the spot. Of course, we only had one of the trade-ins with us, and were considering leaving the HHR at the dealership and returning the next day with both trade-ins. Even though the dealership was closing within the hour, Edward offered to drive home with us in the HHR and bring back the other car so we would not have to make a special trip to Paradise Chevrolet the next day.I highly recommend Paradise Chevrolet and Edward Cerda.

Myself and my fiance'visited Paradise Chevorlet of Ventura because we were looking for exactly what we left with,2005 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD. My fiance' found the truck on line. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in, and answered all of our questions openly and honestly. He explained the safety features (very important to me). I was able to purchase my first car thanks to Paradise Chevrolet and Jeff Halverson. Jeff was one of the best salesmen I have come across. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and it's features, patient, and truely didn't give me the run around. He was able (with the help of the team) to get me what I was looking for as far as payment and price and didn't once ask me to come up with more money or higher my payment wish. While looking on the lot for a car Jeff was helpful and knowledgable. I did not feel pressured in any way. After buying the car the change oil message would appear every time I started the car but I spoke to Jeff and Burt and they were helpful in solving the issue quickly and easily. The only major issue I had was that I was told I needed to buy an insurance binder in order to drive the car off the lot that day even though I was currently insured. I purchased this because I was told I needed to and after all was said and done I ended up not needing it. According to the paperwork I signed at the time of purchase it stated I had 1 day to prove I was insured but at the time this piece of info slipped under my radar. I was given a refund after speaking to Armando for the binder, but after the initial phone call to him I had to call and email him again in order to solve the issue. I did not receive any updates until I got the refund check in the mail. For this part of my experience I would of appreciated better communication.

I have one word to say and that is phenomenal!!! I have never been so pleased to buy a vehicle. The first day I was at the dealership I wasnt satisfied, I felt deceived and I dont like getting pushed into things. My heart was telling me to go back for a second time, as well as my boss referring me to a different dealer at Paradise. Paradise Chevrolet has the finest dealer I have ever met, Todd Snyder. Literally I would compare him to the superman of dealers because he definitely saved the day. I just feel so blessed that I got the opportunity of having such a magnificent dealer. Not only did he give me exactly what I wanted and more but is humor is to-die-for. Todd and the finance manager, Armando Hinojosa, turned a usually morbid experience into a mind-blowing sales extravaganza. Mr. Snyder took care of everything I wanted, and Armando Hinojosa made all my car dreams come true in the financial office! Armando helped me through all of the financial/ signing in a quick and easy time-frame. Its like an epiphany, its like a dream, I found the first real honest to God car dealership ever! Not only am I going to refer them to every single person I know but I am just so excited to go back and get my GM certified service just to be in the presence of such fine human-beings. He was very specific about everything and you could tell he was very knowledgeable. I really appreciate everything he did for me. Two words describe my superb buying experience.Todd Snyder. Todd was very professional, easy to work with, and made me feel like he gave me an honest deal. I have purchased many cars over the years and typically cringe at the thought of going through the buying process. My experience with Todd has definitely changed my perspective. Lawrence was very courteous, and was willing to search for the exact vehicle I was looking for (even though it was out of state). Another dealers who was closer to our home was trying to take advavtage of me buy trying to have me pay transportation both way to pick up the vehicle that we finally bought. Paradise Chevorlet was very accomidating,even though the final price was very close to the dealer in my own area, they were willing to work a little harder to get my business. I was extremely pleased with today's experience buying a used car from Jeff Halverson, of Paradise Chevrolet (Ventura, CA). The Paradise car lot was attractive and clean, and all of the employees were attentive without being overbearing. There was a wide variety of cars from which to choose, and all were clean, with clear tags and information clearly visible. Jeff was articulate, friendly, personable, and informative, without being pushy in his approach and interaction. He backed off without pressure when we did not indicate a further interest in particular cars we approached, and gave us our space as we looked. From the buyer's perspective, buying a car can be a very stressful experience. As a representative of Paradise Chevrolet, Jeff made my car buying experience enjoyable (if that's possible while buying a car) and relaxed. As a long time teacher in Ventura County, I have many contacts both as a professional and in my daily life. I must admit my first visit to Paradise was not a great one and thought that I would not return but with the great ads that they put out for their inventory I thought I would give them another try. That's when I met Steve Burke, he is possibly the best overall auto sales associate I have ever dealt with and this is the 11th car that I have purchased. He was great from the get go, Steve was actually moving another car on the lot and happened to notice me and still said hi with a smile and said that he will be with me in a minute, I had already known which vehicle I wanted to look at and Steve of course knowing his inventory knew right where it was. He took the time to show me the vehicle I wanted to see and throughout the whole process from beginning to end Steve was great, treated me with the best respect and always had my attention with small talk and talking about everything in life. I have had to go back to the dealership with my used vehicle for some minor things that they had to fix, and even then Steve still greets me with the same friendly "Hi and how are you doin" as if I was his first customer that hasn't even bought a car from him yet. Steve has single handedly made me a fan of Paradise. My husband and I came in originally to buy a new model Malibu after we had received an auto loan offer from our credit union. Jeff Halverson showed us all the different trim lines available. We told him we liked the higher end trim lines but couldn't spend that much. He said he thought he might have just the car for us and showed us a used Impala with amazingly low mileage that had all the features we liked but at a price we could afford. I have been getting service at Paradise Chevrolet for my Corvettes since 2004. I completely trust them with my car (2008 Corvette Z06) and they have never let me down. Big job or small job the work is always done right, the first time. They always go out of their way to make my experience a great one. My wife and I had a great experience! Ive purchased at other dealers and all they ask how much down! I hate that. But Jeff was great. Very nice and well experienced! Didnt push once! Never mentioned how much down lets go see the numbers or pressured us. We made a great choice on our new Truck. All the people we talked to were great. Very kind very all around perfection! It seems like the employees have a strong connection with there customers. I had an issue the following day of purchase with my truck. I called the dealer and they took care of me! And we were amazed because it was 10pm when the incident happened. All we have to say is "WOW....!"

I went to the dealership and fell in love with the new 2011 Equinox. My husband and I did all the research and came to them to make a final offer, WHAT A JOKE! We waited around for them to approve the number and felt like the staff abandoned us, and when they did approve the number when we went to sign the final papers the financial department SCOLDED us for not getting there options! Asked us point blank if we believed that there cars ever broke down and then scoffed. We decided we needed a cooling off and the Manager, sales manager and dealer were standing outside the cubicle demanding to know why we weren't signing that night!!!!! UGH, no do not do it!

Located the vehicle I was looking for on the internet (Autotrader.com). Contacted Mitch by phone to verify vehicle details. Visited the dealership to inspect vehicle and agreed to purchase the vehicle. Returned the next to sign documents and pick up the vehicle. Mitch and the other staff at Paradise were all straight forward and accommodating. Purchasing a vehicle can be a difficult experience but Paradise made every effort to make the deal go smoothly.

I had a friend tell me to go see Scotty at paradise after talking about a bad experience at a chevy dealer down the road from them and I'm glad he did. This guy wasnt the typical car sales man he didn't even really try to sell me a car he was just nice and fun to talk with I don't think I can ever go anywhere else ever again after being spoiled by this guy. I got an amazing deal way below the other dealer and they had a lot to choose from so I would highly recommend seeing Scotty it's just a great buying experience.

I have purchased my two previous vehicles from Paradise Chevrolet but our sales guy retired last year from here. I decided to try the internet department and I am so glad I did. Mitchell Rabins was AMAZING! He was consistent with emailing me back when I had a question, and answered his cell phone on his day off. I wanted a specific color that was hard to find and Mitchell stayed on top of it and found me my car and brought it in for me! When we arrived to fill out our paper work and pick up the car everyone we came in contact with had a smile on their face, were courtesy and seemed to be enjoying their job! This was the best experience in buying a car. Mike was our guy that sat with us while we waited for all the paperwork to be finished and he held a conversation with us the whole time- it never once felt like he was forcing it, but seemed like he enjoyed speaking to my husband and myself. Each employee from sales, finance, service and support deserves to feel proud of who they and how they work! I really hate to deal with car salespeople but my beloved Saturn is almost 20 years old and needed to be retired, so it had to be done. I did a lot of research online and knew exactly what I wanted. The first place I visited lived up to my worst expectations, but then I discovered Paradise Chevrolet and they had the exact car I wanted. It had not even arrived on the lot but Lawrence Richardson located it and it will be arriving next week. He even called me today to let me know that it was making progress in our direction. Armando Hinojosa did all the paperwork and managed to make even that almost painless. All and all it was a good experience and I would definitely recommend them and Paradise Chevrolet.

I came to look at new model SUV's after I had received a letter from Paradise Chevrolet for a buy back offer on my 2006 Trailblazer. Lawrence Richardson came right out to offer assistance. He let me look at the cars I wanted to and did not give me a hard sale for anything I wasn't interested in. I told him what I liked and what I could spend. We worked out a great price on a Traverse. He showed me how to use all of the features in the car and spent a good amount of time with me making sure I was comfortable with my purchase.
