Sal is very friendly and informative without being pushy which made me very comfortable. Buying a car at Paretti Mazda was a happy experience. Also, I only had the car a couple of weeks when a rock chipped the paint. I went to the dealership to buy some touch up paint to fix it myself. They whisked the car away, fixed the chip and gave me a small container of touch up paint. Everyone there is so friendly and nice.

I was in the need to purchase a new vehicle due to an accident that totaled my car. Looking for cars is never an experience I enjoy doing but from the beginning dealing with Sarah Nelson through the internet made the process easy. She took a lot of time finding the car I wanted and set up a time for me to come in for a test drive. The car I wanted was a floor model so she made sure it was outside and ready for me before I arrived. Tim Brown took over the sales process once I came into the dealership and again was very informative and helpful and made the process less stressful than it normally is. The only negative comment I can make is that I had told them the highest percentage rate I would pay for financing and when I walked into the accounting office his offer was much higher. I told them I wasn't sure why I was sitting in the office at that time wasting my time and his since I had already told Sales what I could afford. He then worked with me and even though it wasn't as low as Nissan was going to give me I took the offer because I liked the Mazda CX5 better and also because Tim and Sarah did such a good job in the sales process. Overall I am very satisfied with Paretti Mazda.

Mr. Sal Fernandez was our sales person. He was a pleasure to work with after meeting him he was very helpful in every way. He only showed us the cars that we describe we where looking for he worked with us to make sure we had all the features we where looking for in a car. He was very friendly and easy to work with. I never felt pressured in any way. In all of my past experiances in purchasing a car i always hated the haggling over price and options. In this case i told Mr. Sal what i wanted to spend and he got me there and there was no going back and forth with the finance department. Over all the experiance was very easy going and i will make sure to recommend the dealership and Mr. Sal Fernandez to friends and family for there future car buying needs.

I drove in with a 2004 Mazda 3 and drove out with a 2014 Maxda CX-5. I had been searching for a slightly larger car and had checked a bunch of dealerships along Veterans in Metairie when I finally pulled into the Mazda dealership. Boy am I glad I did! The bang for buck and the customer service/sales force attitude and friendliness made this such a great experience! Recommended for everyone that gets nervous at the thought of buying a car.

Our recent experience at Paretti Mazda was a great one! We were in the market for a car for our youngest daughter and were very pleased at our overall experience there. We worked with salesperson, Cristina Brandon, and everything went very well from the first test drive to the final purchase. I have a pet peeve about any sort of salesperson who does not know their product, but I was truly blown away by Cristina's specific knowledge of various features of the vehicle and of the various trim levels of the Mazda model (CX-5) that we were interested in. I have purchased four cars from Paretti Mazda in the last few years. I have found them to be exceptionally nice to deal with and very respectable. They are heads and shoulders above the other local dealerships in service and a pleasure to do business with. I especially like that they do not try and tack on additional charges (e.g. dealer prep, dealer supplied extras), and have reasonable fees for the various paperwork and registration items associated with a purchase. I recommend them highly.

I had a GREAT experience at this dealership. I had shopped around at another local dealership (Ray Brandt) and had not experienced near the warm, friendly and receptive attitude I received at Paretti. I was greeted immediately after entering the dealership and offered something to drink. I had a specific car in mind with a particular trim level which I conveyed to the saleswoman. The saleswoman was knowledgable about the vehicle and about the dealership.Negotiating the price I wanted for my trade-in and also the new vehicle (Mazda CX-5) was effortless. Other employees I encountered were extremely friendly. From a woman's perspective, it was nice to deal with a female sales person. She was down to Earth and extremely easy to engage in conversation. I will definitely recommend this dealership to others.

Paretti Mazda, in my opinion, is a very good dealership. My salesman, Timothy Brown, was friendly, quite knowledgeable about the vehicle, and did not pressure me into anything. We spend a bit of time talking price, and overall, I was generally satisfied with the experience. It would have been nice to receive a courtesy call a few days afterward asking me how I enjoyed driving the vehicle, but I did appreciate the free bottle of champagne and a free month's of car washes.

What can I say. I went in to by a Mazda 3 (loved the new look) but one look at the new Mazda 6 and I was in love. I have driven a Mazda 6 prior for 10 years and 235K miles, but was looking for something with better gas milege. Dealer showed me a Silver 6 car but I did not get it that day. Had to compare other cars. Phil said I should get it. It wont last long. This was noon Sat, but I said if i could not find a better looking care I would be in Monday. I was in at 9 am Monday as soon as they opened. Guess what? He was right, it was gone. No worries Phil found me another car I loved. I finally got a change to one the really hot looking Red Mazda 6 now!

I bought a 2013 sport trim manual Mazda3 from Paretti. Before my visit, they were great over the phone. They made sure to actually walk the lot and make sure the the vehicle they had in stock matched my specifications. Other dealerships couldn't even get that part right and told me they had a car that they actually didn't. I got to New Orleans and discussed pricing with Drew for several hours, making sure that I could get the best deal possible on the car. Despite the long negotiation, we settled at a very fair price, and Drew was understanding throughout the entire process. Very friendly staff. Would highly recommend buying new Mazda stock from Paretti.

Drove out in a new car in under 2.5 hours. John walked with me and patiently explained the options on each vehicle. Then I went back through the lot a second time and chose my three favorite cars. He pulled them up side-by-side so I could really compare them. We did our test drive, and I selected my favorite. Now John let me sit down and relax. He was running around getting insurance cards, credit scores, and approvals. I was reading e-mail and drinking water he provided. Financing was also super fast and convenient. And to top it all off the owner of the store stopped by to thank me. What a great experience. thanks

Our sales consultant John Stall was very helpful with the whole process, including teaching us about all the features our new vehicle has. I had been to some other dealers and done some test drives and hand't found one that actually listened to what I was looking for. Cristina answered questions didn't try to stear me in directions I didn't want to go and was attentive to the reasons that I was shopping for a car. After the purchase of my car she has still kept in touch and made sure that I am as happy with my car as she knew I would be.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Courtney worked with us on every level. From bringing the car in from the other location to what times she could meet with us. She was not pushy or arrogant, which from previous experience from other dealerships was a HUGE plus. We were able to work out a deal very easily and quickly. I visited this dealer because it had the best reviews in the area, but didn't purchase a car from them. They just wouldn't come down on the price of the two cars I was interested in. I ended up buying a Honda Civic and paid cash for it. It turned out to be an excellent choice for a small car. I still have my Tribute, and love it. I wish the that Paretti Mazda was more flexible on price.

After the wonderful experience I had with Jeff Sutton at Paretti Mazda in Metairie, I felt obligated to bring my best friend to see him. Mary Kate had driven in from Texas in her 4 month old car. This is the second time I have purchased a car through Paretti Mazda. The price was decent, but in the end we drove the distance due to customer service and the friendliness of the sales department. Mr. Jeff Sutton (our sales representative) at Paretti took the time to show our daughter the features of her new Mazda3i. I had fractured my left leg and foot the day before so this meant a great deal to me. He was also very prompt in calling and emailing me through the process. I remember when I was the only Mazda in my small town in Mississippi, but they are growing and the other day I saw two Mazda3's with the Paretti label. My daughter loves her car. My daughter and I did the research and kept coming back to the Mazda brand for reliability, gas savings and affordability. Extremely pleased with the experience. Pre arranged a meeting with their internet sales manager Jeff Sutton. Test drove the car, discussed various models, got financing taken care of, and left with a new car in just over 2 hours. I felt the price we got was very fair, we left happy. I was in need of a new vehicle, due to selling my previous vehicle to my daughter. I had read the reviews about the new Mazda CX5 Skyactiv engine and thought that would be a perfect choice since I wanted to downsize from my Mazda CX9. I went to the dealership after work, tired, and exhausted and did not want to haggle over price. I just wanted to make a quick deal and hurry up and get home. Much to my surprise, everything fell into place, just as I wished while working with Jeff Sutton as my salesperson. He was kind, courteous, and most of all, knowledgeable in answering my many questions. My particular issue was complicated from the beginning, since I was getting financing from a new credit union and Jeff had to converse with the rep from the credit union almost daily. He had to supply items such as a purchase order number/invoice and sticker price prior to loan approval, but the problem was that I had not yet found my car. Jeff had to locate and procure a vehicle first, which was very difficult because I was looking for a 2013 in April and in a color (white) that was very, very hard to find with all the extras that I wanted in the vehicle. He finally tracked one down in a city 300 miles away and never once complained or made any comments about how much work this was for him. He truly earned his superior ratings because he rolled up his sleeves, went that extra mile, worked on his day off, and most of all delivered the car in perfect condition and was able to make me met the credit union's demands and deadline. I cannot thank him enough for making it all happen. I was kind of scared that it would not fall into place, but he did everything in his power to make it happen on time. He quoted me a good price from the beginning and then gave me an even better deal (through some hard negotiating on my part) when we actually sat down for paperwork signing. YES, I will go back to Paretti Mazda (for a third time) and will spread the news for other to go there as well. BTW, their service and parts departments are just as wonderful, they employ knowledge, confident, and caring people and it reflects on the dealership. I am proud to have such a dealership in my vicinity.

This was the 4th car purchased from Paretti and was our 1st Mazda. Looking for a new car, not knowing exactly what we wanted, we knew going to Paretti Mazda would be another good experience. We used the internet to submit our requests and were fortunate to have Mr. Sutton as our sales rep. The deal was made in record time as he had previously answered most of our questions through the internet. The experience we had with Mr. Sutton was as great as our experience with our other 3 Pontiacs with Mr. John Stelly.

A new Mazda 6 was my 3rd purchase from Paretti Mazda. I was able to work out the details of my purchase online and over the phone while maintaining a feeling of personal contact with their online sales manager. As advertised, Paretti qoutes you a price and there are no add-ons or hidden fees. The car was prepped and ready for pickup when I arrived, 20 to 30 minutes to process the paperwork and I was on my way. This was another great buying experience at Paretti, and I plan to return for any future buys. P.S. The bottle of Champagne was a great finishing touch!!!
