Came from CT as the dealers there did not want my business. Walked in shocked i needed to get an appointment with a sales agent! Now i know why these guys are so successful and so good at what they do i feel lucky to have bought an x6 m from them. Mike messinger was fair and i had a great fun buying experience. Unusal to say but in 17 car purchases this was fun yes fun! Got a good deal and i thin everyone is happy also ordered the full dinan tune and lowering kit to be installed later. Sabit is one of the best if not the best in the industry. I got 2 cars from him no hassles, straightforward and honest pricing. What more can I say if you text your sales guy back and forth even years after you closed the deal? Always texts back minutes after if I have even a personal question. When you hit up park ave, ask for Sabit! If he can't do it, no one can! For real though, you can't go wrong with him.

I had looked to buy a car from this dealership, but they did not have a CPO diesel model in stock. I ended up buying from BMW of Fairfax. The Fairfax dealership sent me home with one key and then fedexed me a second replacement key a few days later. I could not program the second key myself and hence called BMW of Tenafly who told me that it would take 2.5 hours and $145.00 plus tax. I called up Park Avenue BMW and they told me to bring my car in and they programmed the key in 2 minutes and cost be $0.00. I wish I had taken the name down of the service technician.I am sorry I did not, but I hope that he sees this review

My wife was searching for a certified X6 that was white with a specific interior. We had looked at several cars at different dealerships. None had all the amenities, warranty nor certification. I walked in on 9/30/16 on my lunch break with no expectations of leasing a car that day. I have been shopping for months, and am a customer that knows how to lease cars. I met with Edward Dandry and he was friendly, funny and professional and found me a car with the specs I was looking for in minutes. We walked right over to the car, checked it out and went back to discuss numbers. He knew I had been around the block and that I knew what I was doing so he didn't waste my time. I gave him a number I was comfortable with, told him how/why I knew the number was competitive and he delivered on it, no nonsense. He gave me the best deal I could find in all of the tri-state area, and we both knew it. We were done negotiating in less than 5 minutes and spent the rest of the time talking, joking and wrapping up the lease. His manager, Mike Smeraglia, was just as nice and professional and gave his blessing on the deal without hesitation. These guys welcome smart and savvy buyers/leasers and do not try to take advantage of their customers.Mike and Edward got me out of there in less than 2 hours, and my car was ready to be picked up the next day. I met with Tony Jara at finance the next day, which is usually the part I dread, and he was fast and courteous as well. I've been servicing my last BMW with Park Ave for years now and they have been amazing, I am so happy I got my new car from here. Truly the best in the tri-state.

Park Ave BMW is very fortunate to now have Mike Pillari, as am I and my 550xi, X5, 340xi and X1. He has taken care of all of my BMW service needs for several years. There is no issue, big or small, that Mike isn't able to handle with accuracy and alacrity. Imagine knowing that any issue will be taken care of, period! Mike pays meticulous attention to detail and is always available. His transition to Park Ave BMW, to me, was seamless. In fact, he handled some custom service for my new 340i before I picked it up, and gave me a personal tour of the entire facility that day. Five stars are in no way enough. Fifteen, perhaps?

If you are looking for a new or used BMW, make sure you ask for Jorge Davila. I first met Jorge when he was working at a Honda dealership when I was looking to buy a new car. Although, I was looking to buy a 4runner and the Toyota dealer was giving me the run around and basically telling me the truck sells itself, so they wouldn't really negotiate on the price. I remembered that Jorge made my buying experience so easy and hassle free, that when I decided to give him a call. Even though I was not originally looking at a BMW, my past experience with Jorge has given me much confidence in him to help me find something well suited for my needs and budget. He keeps in constant contact and was very patient with my many many questions. The dealership itself is run like a top tier dealership and I've been to many in the past years, from Mercedes to Audi to Honda to Toyota. The delivery facility is fantastic and also environment friendly. What dealership do you know has water tanks built in to collect rain water to irrigate the lawn and flush toilets. They took time to go over the vehicle with me, making my drive home seamless like I have been driving this vehicle for years. I was truly impressed that this dealership took time to also be environmentally friendly. My overall experience with Jorge Davila, Park Ave BMW, and the customer service at the delivery center has been hands down the best.

Be sure to ask for Edward Dandry when looking for a new BMW.My partner and I live in Manhattan, and I cross shopped four BMW dealers in the area looking for a particular 2016 X1. Park Avenue gave us the best price on our new X1, as well as the top dollar amount for our 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee trade-in. This was all done with little back and forth. Edward Dandry was easy to work with, and I never felt as if we were just a sale to him. He worked with us like he was working with a friend.Vito at the delivery center was knowledgable and spent lots of time going over the features.The whole process felt like an experience as opposed to just buying a car.

I traveled 5.5 hours from Upstate NY to lease my new car from Park Ave BMW. After communicating with their internet sales advisor Craig Cayetano, the decision was easy. Craig was straight forward in our negotiation and he found me the car I was looking for at the price I was willing to pay. There was not fuss, no muss and no "I'll have to check with my manager" ten times before we could come to an agreement. His follow up was second to none and everything that he said was going to happen, happened just the same. Upon arrival to the dealership to pick up the car, all of the staff was as courteous and friendly as can be. We were taken car of as if we had purchase ten cars there in the past. The BMW Genius, Chris Palma, who handled our delivery, was knowledgeable and friendly. When we left that day the iDrive system was programed exactly the way I wanted. Tony Jara in the finance department was on top things. All of the paperwork was organized, correct and completed to our satisfaction. While transferring my personal property from my old car to my new one, I was fortunate enough to meet Brendan McKee who's family owns and operates the business. We had a short conversation, he shook my hand and told me how very happy and appreciative he was that customers would travel 5.5 hours to a different state to do business with them. But the icing on the cake and number one reason why I will purchase any future BMW from Park Ave is this: When my car was delivered it was a overcast day. It was clean as a whistle and looked terrific. However, upon returning home after a 3 day trip up through Saratoga and the Adirondacks, I discovered that the car had loads of swirl marks in the clear coat finish. It was discovered when I parked it in the sun after a through wash. I was disappointed as you can imagine. The next day, Craig Cayetano called me to follow up on my trip and to see how I liked the new car. I explained how I had discovered the swirl marks on the car and Craig immediately took over the conversation. He apologized and gave me instructions on what to do. He instructed me to take as many photos as possible of the car to show the paint condition and email them to him. He said that he would immediately forward the photos to the appropriate people and get back to me. He assured me that I would be taken care of. So I did. Frankly, I realized that I had already taken delivery of the car and technically it was now my problem. Wrong...within 1 hour of sending the photos, Brendan McKee called me directly. He personally apologized and apologized on behalf of the whole dealership. He had already starting researching the best auto detailing shops in my home town and said that he would be back in touch with me by the end of the day. Sure enough, by the end of the day Brendan called and asked when I was available drop the car off to have the paint finish restored. I gave him a couple of options and within 15 more minutes, he called back confirming the day and the time. At that time he informed me that he had made payment arrangements with the detailer and that Park Ave was going to cover the cost of whatever needed to be done to make it right. In fact, they even offered to rent me a car while my car was being taken car of. My car is now perfect thanks to Park Ave. What else can I say....My many thanks to Craig Cayetano, Brendan McKee, Chris Palma, Tony Jara and all of the Park Ave employees for the "Best Sales and Customer Service Experience Ever!"

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. My salesman, Edward Dandry, was the most professional and straight-forward car salesman I have ever encountered in all my experiences buying/leasing cars. He is a true expert in customer relationships. I had come in for an X1, and Edward and I soon began to realize that the lease program for that particular car was not going to work out in terms of the payment I wanted to make. His explanation was clear and honest, and there was no pressure to go forward with a deal or any waste of my time. When I asked about the 3 series, he could not have done more to get me the best value for the payment I was willing to make. There were no disappointments, dishonest tactics, or uncomfortable negotiations. He gave a great price on after car before I even made an offer. He was a genuinely helpful and nice person who seemed concerned about getting me the best value. The pick up of the car was hassle free and the facility for pick up and service is state of the art. All in all, a great experience!

Reading all the positive reviews about this dealarship i decided to let them service my newly purchased used x5 diesel. Upon arriving i was greeted by Eric who asked me a few questions about the car and what i was looking to do. We agreed on changing the oil and topping the urea fluid. I had a coupon for 89.99 which i showed to Eric. He told me it would be honored but there might be a surcharge due to the diesel engine. I agreed and asked Eric how long will the oil change take. Hour and a half was the estimate given to me. After two and a half hours Eric showed up and told me the car was ready and the total was 199 with tax. I was not told that dealer needs an extra time to work on my car. Neither was i informed about the 199 charge which varied from 89.99 plus the surcharge for the diesel engine. The best part is that Eric told me the surcharge for the oil was $30. The total should have been 119.99 plus tax. The bill showed that urea was topped for 24.99 but my total with tax came to 199.Eric told me that my car required a special oil and generally oil changes are more expensive on diesels. That is correct, and i am not questioning this statement. However, in my mind the total before tax came to 150. I paid 49 Dollars in tax, and waited 2.5 hours to get an oil change. Eric told me that a recall for air mass flow sensor was taken care of as well, but i was not told about this in advance. On the bill it says that i chose the better service, where i told Eric i want the good servie ( without tire rotation and nitrogen fill). The bill also said that i verbally agreed to an estimate of 124.99 which i did not. I was told the amount of surcharge after i the bill was ready.I believe that service department at Park Ave BMW is dishonest, and not fully transparent with the customer. I wish i had marked the tires before i went there, so i would now know if they were rotated. I will not be coming back to this dealership to service my car. I only want two things from a car dealer. Honesty and transparency about pricing. Today i received none, and i hope you will benefit from my story.

Getting our first BMW has been has been a very significant buying experience for us, and Hans Lee made it an exceptional one. He simply redefined for us what a sales advisor can be, and that is after we did search for cars at several other BMW dealerships. He exceeded our expectations by far, on every aspect of the process, from explaining the inventory of certified pre-owned X3s that matched our preferences, all the way until we got the loan approved to finance the car, traded in our Passat, got our "BMW lesson" on the X3's features and controls, and got to happily drive away. We so not live close to dealership so my once my husband found the car online at Park Ave BMW he called and spoke with Bob the salesman. He was very helpful and answered our many phone calls regarding the car. We made our deal over the phone, again we do not live close. We arrived and spoke with Vito, he went over all the features that were different from my precious car. Vito was professional and answered my many questions, set up our cell phones, and menu choices. Roger was also very helpful with going over all of paperwork, this is.usually the worst part of buying a car but roger made it simple! Thanks Park Ave BMW for a very pleasant buying experience!! Brought my 2016 X5 in for its first service at 10K miles. Pulled up to the Service center and parked as the signs indicated. Waited for 10 min without having anyone approach me. After another 5 min of wondering if I was in the right place I went over to the desk for loaners and asked one of the people to help me out. The Loaner service rep was very helpful and walked over to a bunch of guys standing around shooting the breeze. Heard 1 guy tell he that I was not his problem. She scolded him and he walked over to great me like I just arrived. OK, so bad start but they have the "best service", right?; wrong. Picked up my car and similar scenario with nobody going over the work, but simply bringing my car our after I signed papers in the office. The car was filthy, never washed, cleaned up as advertised. This would not be a big deal other than the voice mail they left me the previous evening telling that they could not buff a scratch out on my car after they cleaned it. WOW, what else did they not do? I went back inside to ask about the car washing / cleanup process and the nice ladies inside simply said " oh yeah the car wash is down". I asked for the Service Manager, and as chance would be, he does not work on Saturday..... Argh! So my experience was terrible and aggravating. I am seriously not sure if they did the work or not at this point but luckily its basically an oil change. I drove home seriously thinking about trading this vehicle in for a different brand or looking for a different dealer. Either way, not what I would expect from BMW.

This was our family's first BMW that we leased and we are really enjoying it. When there were follow up items, the manager and other sales people were helpful in making sure we had everything we needed though it took A LOT of follow ups with our original salesman to get everything that was promised. I would have given a better rating had it not taking over a month to get some of the things taken care of such as the scratches that the car had from being on the lot at the dealership. It's also been almost two months yet we never received the 1 year of free Sirius xm that we had been told we were getting when we first leased the car. I followed up on the satellite radio with the salesman countless times and I also called Sirius which had said that the dealership had only authorized a 3 month trial. While we love the car, I'm a bit hesitant on recommending this dealership due to unfulfilled promises and a lax approach to follow-ups.UPDATE: The touch up paint that the dealership provided did not help at all. It is entirely too dark and does not help one bit with the scratches that the car already had when we got it from the dealership. Changing this review from decent to unfavorable.

Yesterday, I had a 4:40pm appointment. I arrived at 4:00pm and was greeted by a service advisor after about 5 minutes. The place did not seem very busy at all. Once processed, my car was taken to service, which consisted of an oil change and a check of the rear brake pads, which haven't stopped squeaking, since this service department replaced them 5 months ago. This was my first opportunity to address the issue. The car was driven approximately a mere 800 miles, during this time. I waited for the vehicle nearly 2 1/2 hours. Pretty pathetic. During my wait, the customer service advisor ignored me until around the two hour mark, when he told me the car was being washed and would be ready once that was done. 30 minutes elapsed before the young lady, at the customer service counter, called my name. After paying, for the service, she twice apologized for the inordinate wait. I wish the service advisor would have been so inclined to do so. Frankly, I continue to use this service because of the convenient location but their level of service is mediocre at best. In the 5 1/2 years I have been going there, they have yet to demonstrate a level of service which sets them apart.

Last week, less than 1 hour before the dealership closed I walked in and was met by Mr. Jack Gomes. I told him I was interest in a CPO car outside. He grabbed the keys and we went outside and checked the car out. I returned Saturday for a test drive with my wife. Jack was not pushy or trying to sell the car. We asked questions he answered them. The car was really dirty and we asked him if the car can be washed so we can see the color of the car in a proper light and clean. He accommodated the request and asked us to give him 90 minutes and then come back. The car came back spotless. We talked numbers and the deal was done. In total everything was done in less than 90 minutes. My car was delivered today, detailed and looking great. The transaction was quick, and without drama. The overall experience with Park Ave was great. I was looking for a specific color/options combination and saw that they had one listed on their website. I phoned to confirm it was still in stock, and Hans was very helpful. He arrange for it to be move from the storage lot and told me to stop by that afternoon. I usually lease which is probably less profitable to the dealer than finance, and I usually hard bargainer about getting the best deal, not to mention I changes my minds so frequently until I actually sign stuff. I've had & have 2005 325xi, 2011 328xi, 2011 750Li & 2014 M5.And every time with every car, it is amazing to have experienced the professionalism of the specialist Larry Weiner. With his expertise, everything from the drive up to the finishing point of service, Larry has been most efficient, courteous and professional.If there ever is a time a service is required where I have an out of pocket expense, I do not even need to ask how much.That's how much confidence I have in Larry with servicing all my cars.Always gets the job done right & gives very fair pricing. First off, we dealt with a guy named David. He was adamant about getting the sale. Kept contacting us to make sure we come in for a BMW.. I don't feel as if he cared to make the customer feel at ease.. It was more so trying to make a sale. The day we had to come back to pick up the car he forgot to tell us to bring a document after my boyfriend constantly contacted him to make sure of all the things he needed to bring. We were already almost 15 minutes away from the dealership and had to return back home. We weren't able to pick up the car until a week later. I called the managers and left a voicemail to let them know how upset we were about the situation and neither of them ever got back to me. Worst customer service!!! We've texted David a few times because we need a paper faxed and now he's M.I.A! I will never refer anyone to this dealership!!

I had an exceptional experience at Park Ave BMW due to the excellent service of my salesperson Mr. David Mosio. We did the entire transaction via phone. He beat all other BMW's dealers in the tristate area as far as pricing. And was courteous enough to deliver the car to my door step along with the paperwork! Can it get any better?

I brought my wife's BMW X-5 to Park BMW maintenance to have the ski rack removed and to have the stearing checked out. The ski rack was removed quickly (in less than 2 hours), the steering was checked out (maintenance could not duplicate the gripe) and the car was washed. I was quickly out of the shop aaand on my way. Daniel Murphy did a fanastic job and i can't say enough about BMW maintenance. They are first rate people.

Not much Jack or I could do really. Because I didn't have a long enough credit history though my credit was good. No argument there...I kind of came knowing what I wanted but Jack showed me around still. Always nice to look at the other bimmers I cant afford(not sarcasm). I came really late and found the one I wanted so I put a deposit on it. Next day, test drive the car before I even filled out any paperwork. Also, he gave me cell number so I could call and text him with a million questions which was great because this is my first car from a dealership. I wont bother him as much now. Ill stick to emails.

I took my 335 to Park Ave BMW because my door panel trim was peeling and foot board cover trim came loose. They ordered the parts and during 2-3 weeks of waiting I discovered that my steering wheel started shaking when braking at highway speed. FYI I am not an aggressive driver. I purchased this car used and it might have been that way. I took my car to Park Ave BMW. After diagnosing the car, the advisor called me and told me "the rotor thickness is well over the indication for replacement but there is a heat spot on the rotor. I asked him, "so is it warped? that should be covered under warranty right?" He replied "It's not warped but there is a heat spot." I asked him about the difference but he did not give me a clear answer. So what is next? He told me "we can resurface the rotor and that will alleviate the problem." I told him to please go ahead and he said "I will get the price and come back." hold on hold on.... that is not under warranty? He told me "no it isn't because there is no defect on the rotor and and it has a good thickness." I told him to just don't do anything and let me pick up the car. I was just sick of them. I got the car back and the foot board cover trim was never worked on and the brake problem is 10 times worse as they probably abused the brake when diagnosing the problem. I spoke to a friend who is a BMW mechanic (unfortunately in another state) and he suggested me to take it to a different dealership, so I did. While my car was at the other service center, I texted Park Ave BMW service advisor "my brake feels 10 times worse than before I brought the car in. Is there anything you can do?" He replied, " I wish I could do more, but the measurements are clearly well above what BMW allows for replacement components. I spoke with my warranty administrator as well. Sorry." I have no personal feelings against the service advisor and he tried to keep his mutual and professional position. However, the way the dealership handled this issues was very very disappointing.I got a call from the other service center at 3 pm and the advisor told me he replaced my front brake rotor and pads under warranty. THANK YOU!

BMW Service called me to set up my 1 year service. It was easy.I arrived at my scheduled time and was warmly greeted by Daniel Murphy my service representative.He was welcoming and efficient. My car was delivered, sparkling clean in the promised time. I was disappointed to be told, although this was my one year service (car was build in March), since I did not buy it till April 1,8 I could not get new windshield wipe blades till that date. The waiting area was clean and comfortable and had a nice choice of snacks and drinks.

We having been buying BMW's from Park Ave for over 25 years now. My service advisor has known me since I was a young girl and now that I have my own BMW Larry Weiner has taken very good care of me and my vehicle as well as the other 4 BMW's we have in the family. Park Ave's service center facility is one of the best in all of the tri state area. I have been to some other service centers and they weren't as good as Park Ave. Not to mention that my car is always clean when given back to me. Some other centers have failed at that. Also their loaner cars are always been clean as well. I definitely give Larry Weiner and Park Ave 5 stars!

This is the second car I have leased from Danny and each time we go back to him we are more impressed than before. I had a 3 series coupe and had 6 months left on my lease, but needed a bigger vehicle since I had a baby. Danny was able to work his magic and get me into an x1. When we bought our BMW for almost $29,000 from this dealer, they were the nicest people in the world. They told us how BMW was a good investment because they keep their value, blah, blah, blah. Well, 2 years later, we went back and they offered us $13,000 (a 55% decrease in value), even though we had only put 8,700 miles on the car and the car was in perfect condition. Another dealer gave us $18,000 for it ($5,000 more!!!!!). We will never buy another BMW from Park Ave BMW.

Hans was fantastic from my initial visit to Park Ave. BMW, to my final (third) time to the showroom. He truly does not have any sales schemes or play the hold on, I have to speak to my manager game. Perhaps being honest and direct IS his sales-scheme. It works!He answered each question I had, and helped guide me, without being a pushy salesman. Boston BMW dealers should learn from Jack and Park Ave BMW. I am from Boston and ended up driving to Rochelle Park to trade our X1 and purchase our X3 (CPO); and will return to Jack and Park Ave BMW when we are ready for our next vehicle. Jack was really honest and fair from the moment he contacted me (based on my internet inquiry) telling me what the dealership could do and couldn't do. I liked that...to the point that while I was also negotiating with other dealers within 250 miles from Boston, none could compete or were as a fair and honest both in pricing our trade and in the deal they were offering. Jack and Park Ave BMW were not just competitive...they were exceptional. Jack did this, not as the typical car salesperson (which I experienced in person in the Boston area, and some of the other dealerships in the 250 mile range from Boston, who were trying to sell me their X3; Jack just wanted to be personal and upfront. No pressure; no gimmics; just truth. I like that in a person. Pictures were not even up on the website, so Jack went and found the X3 and took some pictures and emailed them to me. Then followed up. It didn't take long until we had agreed on numbers, with both the trade it and purchase of vehicles, sight unseen except for pictures. My wife and I drove on MLK day to NJ from Boston to look at the X3 and make sure that there wasn't something that we couldn't see in pictures. Jack called us while we were on our way to make sure everything was ok, then greeted us and took us right away to look and test drive the vehicle. Then as we sat in his office and knew we had made up our minds to finalize the deal, Jack came up with a plan so that I wouldn't have to drive back to NJ later in the week to pick up the vehicle and trade in our X1. Instead he spoke to our insurance agent worked out the details, had the vehicle detailed a second time, and then helped us as it got dark and cold outside to take our belonging from the X1 and transfer them to the X3. Then he helped us understand some of the technology of our new vehicle, set some of it up and waved as we drove away. We then went for dinner to NY and he contacted us to make sure we got to our destination ok. During that time he shared with us a story of how over the weekend, he went beyond to insure that the car was ours, when another salesman wanted a sure deal and sell it to another customer. Jack made it clear, that they had made a deal and that the vehicle was ours. He had made a commitment, and it was the only way he does business. Thanks Jack.... for your integrity and just being you during the entire process -- not a carsalesman, but a mensch.

It was refreshing to deal with a sales guy who doesn't resort to tactics, games, and aggressive high pressure sales maneuvers. Hans was really knowledgeable about all the car's options, very thorough in reviewing them with me and answering all my questions, and made me feel very comfortable. We are true New Yorkers having not owned a car since my wife and I both moved to NYC more than 10 years ago. When I took a new job in NJ, I needed to get a car. We were interested in a 2016 X3 and started off with BMW of Manhattan given its convenient location. However, the dealership was unwilling to bargain and did not pursue us after we refused to take their last offer. Through my Company, I found Park Ave BMW and was fortunate to have Hans respond to my e-mail inquiry. Hans was very attentive and thorough with his online communication and located several X3 vehicles that met our budget specs for a 36 month lease. When we met with Hans, a more expensive X3 immediately caught our eye. To his credit, Hans did his best to find a deal that worked for us. In fact, the monthly lease payments turned out to be equivalent to the monthly payments offered by BMW of Manhattan for a car with a much higher MSRP! Hans was extremely attentive through all phases of the lease process and eventual car pick up and has been in touch thereafter to make sure we are taking advantage of all of the our car's numerous features. I would highly recommend Hans to all new customers as well as customers who have been frustrated by experiences with other dealerships.

I am new to the BMW family, albeit a used BMW. I recently bought a 2007 328i hardtop convertible coupe with about 32,000 miles in spectacular condition with one exception, small water leaks in a couple spots. It is not an easy task to find the source point(s) for a cabin breech and Jim and Frank nailed it after hours of water tests and expert labor were performed. The billing was tremendously fair and Jim updated me about costs and the progress of the repair at every turn! Working with Gio at Park Ave BMW was great! I got an amazingly beautiful 2016 428i xDrive coupe with one of those rare, gorgeous red interiors. Today we purchased a 535xi sedan with M sport package from Jeff. Found it over the Internet after shopping for weeks at many dealers. Most other dealerships have CPO 535s with nicks and scratches with no intention on cleaning them up. Jeff returned my call and promised the car will be immaculate after going thru CPO body shop and mechanic shop. I was skeptical and put the deposit over the phone since we were coming down to NJ from Connecticut, we show up and the car is indeed immaculate, looks brand new!!! Jeff was courteous, frank, straightforward and informative, unlike many other dealers and salesmen who have no idea what they are talking about tech wise. What a pleasure doing business with such a gentleman. While this was actually my third BMW, this was the first time dealing with Park Ave and boy was I impressed. From the minute Jeff contacted me I knew I was in great hands. He took his time looking for the best deals that would suit my budget and needs and not once did I feel pressured or forced into buying a car. The last dealership I used for my other two vehicles really made getting into a car like jumping through hoops of fire. Needless to say, that was not the case here. I would definitely recommend Hans to my friends if they are going to buy a BMW. He is very considerate and tries to understand your concerns and requirements. Okay, so I purchased a 2012 X5 CPO in December 2014 from Dan Pieroni. Of course, at the time of purchase he was the nicest and most accommodating salesman. After signing on the dotted line things went down hill. I had to bring the truck in for service and Dan was helpful, even though the tech at Park Ave dealership lost my keys, the repair was fine.I reached out to Dan a little while later regarding the need to purchase a new tire, run flat $400, for the truck so soon after purchase. They DO NOT care about the tires on these CPO's. There's no interest in helping you whatsoever. His manager is a real joke. I found out later that the tread was very low on the tire and the truck should have never been sold with such a low tread. Of course they have their own measuring device which puts the tire right where they want it - tread wise, Laughable. Then a few weeks ago I reached out to Dan because I had to replace yet another tire in the first year??? "I'll give you a call back as soon as I talk to my manager." This is over two weeks ago. Crickets... He's never called back despite several messages. I'm in contact with BMW NA, let's see how that goes. Dan, you suck and your team cares nothing about service. Poor choice in working with this dealership. Go to BMW OF SPRINGFIELD - They have been AWESOME!!!

Back in 2013, Mike Messinger was able to get us two terrific deals on two cars on very short notice. So, this time around, with two leases running down, we turned once again to Mike for his assistance. His good-naturedness and humor are still vibrant. I wanna take a minute and send a shout out to Cem Ozgen from Park Ave BMW for going above and beyond his job description. Almost 8 months I have been having problems with my x5m losing power which battery draining and dying on me multiple times. I had a new battery installed and had everything checked and was told everything was fine in Michigan, yet the problems kept happening. I went to 3 different BMWs, 2 separate mechanics and everyone said nothing was wrong with the car. They blamed different things that "could" be causing the problem. They even implied I was imagining the power loss and probably leaving the lights on or something. When I got home I had the small electrical issues repaired, yet I still kept having problems. Park Ave ran the same checks and couldn't find the exact problem either. But I told Cem something wasn't right and he didn't let it go. He went out of his way to talk to the advisers, the technicians, and whoever else he needed to see what else it could be and what other tests could be run. So today.. after months of issues, with Cem's insistence Park Ave BMW caught what THREE other BMWs and 2 separate mechanics missed... They put the wrong battery in my car in Michigan, not only that they didn't even register or program it to the car. That was what was causing all the problems after my initial repair. Then they called up the other BMW and had them cover all the costs for my service and repairs. So thank you Park Ave and most importantly thank you Cem for going the extra mile and helping solve a problem so many people said didn't exist! This is why I will always go hours out of my way to come back to Park Ave for my service.

My wife and I have completed 7 vehicle transactions with Craig & Park Avenue BMW so far, the most recent for a 2015 X-5 Turbo Diesel. Not only does Craig have a detailed knowledge of the cars he sells/leases, but is well versed on how to structure a transaction to make it work for the customer. He has never tried to "sell me" something that I didn't want in order to clear out inventory. In fact, every vehicle that we have purchased or leased has been custom ordered. The X-5 we recently acquired was delivered just 3 weeks after we ordered it!Funny how salespersons at Audi, Mercedes and other BMW dealers told me that the deals I was offered by Craig were "impossible," yet he has ALWAYS delivered. I have always believed that we are getting tremendous value for our investment. We trust Craig for his honesty, intelligence, product knowledge, and have come to consider him a friend. Although it is always human nature to "kick the tires" elsewhere, it is unlikely that I will ever purchase/lease elsewhere for a BMW. They are really a significant cut about the rest, to the extent that going anywhere else is really a waste of precious time.I recently assisted my elderly parents in purchasing a new car (not a BMW), and was rudely reminded why Craig Cayetano and Park Avenue BMW are so special. It is a jungle out there.

Not only is he accommodating and easy to get a hold of but he is the best dressed man I have ever met. It is such an honor to do business with him. His style is unreal. I sent my husband and son in so they could take lessons from how he holds himself as well as dresses. He is so put together. And that showed me that he would know exactly how to treat my transaction. We just purchased a new BMW 328xi from Craig at Park Ave BMW. We had a similar model that we purchased from a different dealer (as a lease from BMW) 3 years earlier, and the lease was expiring. We were very happy with the previous model, so we wanted a car that had all the old features. We got a quote from the old dealer for a car that lacked one feature we really liked (the head-up display). We were not quite satisfied, so we called around. Craig offered the one unit left on the lot that had the head-up display at the same price and terms as the other dealer's unit that lacked the HUD. When we went to inspect the unit, he didn't pressure us or try to "bait and switch" us. After the purchase, he accompanied us to the delivery center and made sure we got additional "giveaways". It was a very pleasant experience overall. One note -- this experience also showed me that it pays to really research the going prices of the car model you want on a site like Edmunds.com, so that you know when you are getting a good deal.

I bought a 2016 BMW M4 Convertible from Park Avenue BMW through the European Delivery Program. I dealt with their European Delivery specialist, Michael Messinger. The customer service I got throughout this experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Mike was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, responsive to my many questions, and he seemed almost as enthusiastic about my new car as I was. Although we had never met before, he treated me more like a friend than like a customer. He went way above and beyond the call of duty during the entire process of building the car, giving me a great price, getting a delivery date in Europe that met my vacation schedule, etc. After picking up the car at the BMW Welt in Munich, Germany, driving it around Europe for two weeks, and then dropping it off in Zurich, Switzerland before flying back to the USA, I had to wait for the car to be shipped across the Atlantic. Mike kept in touch with me all the way, and complied with all of my many special requests (such as keeping the Euro plates as souvenirs, not removing the Euro stickers from the vehicle, not putting holes in the front bumper to install the N.J. license plates, and many others). I picked up the car at Park Avenue BMW today, and Mike spent well over an hour teaching me how to use many of the car's features and even setting the car up to my specifications. He would have spent even more time with me, and he graciously volunteered to help me any time I might need him to do so in the future. I have never received this kind of service anywhere else, and I have been buying cars for 50 years. I have also had fantastic experience with Jeff Couch in the Service Department of Park Avenue BMW, I have received nothing short of exceptional service from Jeff and from the techs who have serviced my previous BMW. although my sleep in day was interrupted by my insurance agent wanting my consent for Jack to do the necessary changes to my policy, yet I am super impressed and appreciative of Jack's dedication to make the buying experience unparalleled. buying one car can be a stressful experience, needles to say buying 2 new cars can be twice as much the stress. Jack's knowledge and ability to navigate through every available option made the experience pleasurable and quick. I definitely recommend Jack to anyone who's looking to buy new or used car and can do without the stress.

I was particularly impressed by Eric's ability to handle even the toughest clientsand effortlessly. That skill often takes years to develop among customer service professionals, but it seemed to come perfectly naturally to Eric.As a SVP of Operations and Logistics for a Major Company, I used Eric as an example for our Customer Service Weekly meeting. The way he handled my issue's calling and following up with the insurance company made me feel very comfortable, but most important, I trusted him. I would love to have Eric represent our department as a Senior Manager or even a Director level for both our New Jersey and New York customer service department's.Park Ave should feel so lucky to have Eric as a service advisor and should consider Eric at a management capacity. I also see how he mentors others around office / shop.His loyalty / relationships with his customers are just the best Ive experience in my 33 years in business.

Normally going to the car dealer is like going to the dentist. Could not be farther from the truth here at Park Ave. Rob is like dealing with a friend, and Mary could be the main reason I chose the one I did. The two of them could not have been more helpful. Sabit is a great salesperson who did not apply any pressure and helped me get a very fair deal on a 2016 car that was custom-ordered to meet my needs. Sabit has taken the BMW / Park Ave experience to a whole new level.He was extremely attentive through out whole pre-delivery process,since our X3 was a custom order, he gave us regular progress updates as to when we might expect the new car to arrive.He is so conscious, that he even responds to emails after hours, and on hisdays off. The new delivery centre is a wonderful experience, and my wife enjoyed the how patiently the "BMW Genius" customer training agents were. Typically in thepast when I've picked up a new car at dealership, its outside in the dark at nightand the "run down" is quick and abbreviated. The new delivery centre is brand newstate-of-the-art and the training is done indoors in a well lit area, with a very relaxedpace, designed to accommodate the specific type of customer..Even a month after we received the new BMW, Sabit and Park Ave are still checking in withus to make sure that we are completely happy.

I was referred to Park Ave BMW and set an appointment to meet with Jeff. I didn't have to wait at all when I arrived to the dealership and this is greatly appreciated. Jeff welcomed me to his office and we discussed what I was looking for. Jeff was super attentive and not pushy at all. I really felt he had my best interest in mind through the whole process. He took the time to find the car and options I wanted, not the car he wanted to sell me. I've been to other dealerships in the past and I've had experiences with salesmen trying to push inventory off their lots In my opinion, that's not the way to do business. It only took Jeff 15 minutes to find me what I was looking for. I signed the paperwork with Roger which was quick and painless. "If it wasn't for Hans Lee I probably wouldn't have got the car at all!" To all who feel discombobulated when at car dealerships I absolutely recommend Hans at Park Ave all the way. At Park Ave I was always treated with respect, kept updated and informed, and departed satisfied. When I moved down to FL I expected the same thing, but I was sorely disappointed and incredibly appalled. Being over 1,000 miles away I decided to take my car in for service to the dealership closest to my home. The entire experience at this dealership in FL turned out to be the polar opposite of my experience at Park Ave BMW. Now that its time for me to find a new place to take my car for service, I just figured I would let you all know how good you have it at Park Ave BMW!

This was me and my wife's first BMW and we are beyond satisfied with our experience. We went to multiple dealerships and Park Ave was our #1 choice especially after meeting Heather! She made our buying experience an absolute pleasure and listened to all of needs! We ended up ordering a 2016 X6 in Flamenco Red with Cognac interior since it couldn't be located. It only took 3 1/2 weeks to arrive which was unbelievably fast. Vito the Genius was very helpful in deciding the exterior, interior and trim colors. My wife wanted the Flamenco Red but no dealerships had a vehicle in stock with that color to actually see. Vito was the only one to have seen that color in person and when the truck finally arrived, the Flamenco Red was absolutely gorgeous! We would highly recommend Park Ave BMW and especially Heather from sales who made the whole experience smooth and pleasurable.

My wife and I just leased a 2015 335ix this past weekend, from out of state, at Park Ave BMW with Heather O'Brien. It would be hard to picture a more seemless process for getting a new car. The service Heather and the whole Park Ave team provided was extremely attentative, but not in an overbearing way. Usually there is a lot of smoke and mirrors in trading in and getting a new car. This process with Park Ave was transparent, fair and hassle-free. Park Ave made what is typically a stressful, drawn-out activity, short, sweet and enjoyable. The genius who explained how to work all of the new electronics was a lifesaver. I actual new how to work my car when we left, which for me is a minor miracle. Also, I needed assistance after point of sale, for information for my out of state registration, and Park Ave's response time was lightning fast. I would recommend Park Ave over any other dealership I have ever worked with.

I took my 2011 128i to get service because the oil light was on and all four tires needed air. I needed an oil change and didn't know if my tires were good or leaking air. I had all these lights going off while also needing to renew my inspection sticker with the DMV. Thankfully I got Stefanie as my service adviser! Her communication skills are outstanding and her advice is priceless. She addressed every one of my concerns and made me aware of things I never thought to ask about! She is the absolute best adviser I've had in all 3 years I've owned a BMW. I will always return to Park Ave BMW Service Center just as long as I can continue to have Stefanie as my service adviser. Actually went in for a used car. Test drove four or five cars for which Gio was very good at getting things arranged and set up for me on time and as promised. I ended up wanting a new car instead (dealer didn't up-sell -- I was impressed with the new features). Emailed him with exactly what I wanted. He called back with a "Yes we can do that!" and a quote and I signed the same day. He then helped me through the ordering and finance process and even the Performance Delivery option (which is great btw).The process was very smooth, and am super happy with my decision to purchase a BMW and my decision to go with Giovanni at Park Avenue. I went to inquire about buying an extended warranty for my 2011 335i convertible which didnt make the 50,000 mile end of warranty but the 4 yr and met up with Mike Messenger for the first time and found him to be a really straight up tell it like its is kind of guy. I was worried about the "Car salesman con game" to be perfectly honest, but at Park Ave. Mikes Professionalism & expertise introduced me to the European Delivery, which I had no idea how it worked and if it was for me since I honestly didn't know anything about it lol. After spending a few hours with Mike Messenger that day I couldn't believe I was signing a contract to pickup and drive my New 2015 435i Msport convertible out of the Munich BMW WELT Factory in Germany!!! There was no con game, hidden charges, or Car dealer Shenanigans just straight up customer service and all about my my affordability. It's an incredible experience you get the car EXACTLY as you want it, I drove it to Venice, Italy / Austria and to Zugspitze the highest point in Germany.. For those of you who have never had a European Experience Delivery You need to see Mr. Mike Messenger you won't be disappointed it was the smoothest car buying experience I have ever had from start to finish.... Thanks Mike think I'll try it again for 2018 and drive to Spain on my 2018 Lease ;)

I had purchased a BMW at Park Ave a number of years ago so thought I would start my search for a new X5 there. I was introduced to Sabit who showed me several cars which I took on test drives. Habit was friendly, engaging, helpful and very patient, like he had all the time in the world just for me. He did everything he said he would do, followed up even on his day off, and made the experience a pleasure. When my wife and I picked up the car, Sabit had Chris, who knows more about BMWs than any human should, spend several hours explaining things to us, My wife is very happy with her new car, so I get many brownie points. I got my first BMW from Park Ave BMW. I am form North Carolina and found the one I like there. Hans was very comfortable to work with and ensured the smooth transaction of my purchase. Small glitches were taken care of immediately and I had to spend very less time at the dealership when I drove from NC to NJ. I had researched a car on line and made an appointment to come in and see it. It was close to closing time and in the middle of the appointment I saw a different model that caught my eye. Danny and Giovanni tracked down a car in the color I wanted and took me over to see it. I never felt rushed, they worked within my time line. We recently moved to the North Jersey area and found Park Ave BMW over the web. I started to communicate with Gio over the internet. Gio was very responsive to my inquiries and soon we made an appointment to test drive an X3. I found Gio knowledgeable, straight forward and very helpful. I visited Park Ave BMW first time last week and got a deal in 30 mins. John Park did a wonderful job understanding my requirements and locating a matching car; the best part was the negotiation; it was done in 15 mins without going back and forth or playing the manager game. John gave his number, I gave mine and we just settled the deal. I felt very comfortable talking with John at all times during the process. There was no feeling of being taken for a ride on this car deal. I can certainly state that this has been the most pleasant car leasing experience in my long life. My suggestion for customers is to visit the dealer with very clear idea of what you want and where you are in term of budget do your homework- and John Park will find you the right car at the right price.

I bought my car through Park Ave and have also chosen to service the vehicle at their service center. In this particular case I had quite a bit of regular maintenance that needed to be done, in addition to replacing a flat tire. Stefanie was honest, knowledgeable and straight-forward about what needed to get done and how much it would cost. She was able to provider a loaner even though I went in without an appointment on a Friday afternoon. She provided whatever discounts she could given the amount of work I needed to do, and followed-up once the car was ready. To top it all off Park Ave provided some small gifts as compensation for a recalled part that was replaced. These are the reasons, and more, that I choose to keep coming back to Park Ave.
