NEW - Just bought another car at Park Ford and the experience couldn't of been any better. This is the third vehicle that i have bought from them and will continue to do so. OLD - Richie and the rest of the sales team at Park Ford are great. We have purchased many vans for the company I work for from them and also purchase my personal cars from them as well. there service department is also very good. Rob is always there when we need him to get things on our fleet taken care of.

I brought the car in for inspection and two snow tires along with a tire rotation. I waited inside. They are practicing a safe and clean social distancing environment. They finished my car sooner than expected and reviewed any potential future issues. All charges were given prior to service with no "gotcha" charges when they were done. My car was sanitized when they were finished.

My wife and I went in this weekend after a not very positive experience at another dealership (non-Ford) earlier in the week. We were interested in the Mustang Mach-E and the team at Park Ford was very helpful and put us right in to test drive a car they had. Long story short, the service was amazing, the sales staff was not pushy and educated us on the vehicle and we ordered one! Can't wait until the car is in, thank you to the Park Ford team.

Calling for service appointments use to be so much more friendly. When I use to call for service appointments and Rob would answer it was always friendly and accommodating. Now I rarely get Rob, instead I get Chris, needless to say I'm not very happy. Chris makes me feel as though he's bothered by the call and as though he's doing may a favor as opposed to me paying for a service. Bring Rob back. Or retrain Chris.

I have a 2008 Edge with almost 200,000 miles on it. I never had a major issue with it and all of the major components (like transmission) are original. These guys are fair, reasonable, and don't try to sell you service you don't need. Rob and Chris certainly know their customers but kudos to the guys in the back working on these cars. They deserve a lot of the credit also. The few times I was able to catch up with whichever tech was working on my car, I found them just as customer focused as the guys in the front. It's a nicely run place.

I knew from the time I meet our sales consultant Lori Arico we where in the right place. She is A total professional. Answering all of our questions ( even the stupid ones ) Delivery was a great experience. Lori spend plenty of time with my wife making here comfortable with our new car.I need to mention Colleen Marbach the business manger. Who made the paper work a snap. Explaining everything down to the last detail. Made the pain of spending ok. Now hats off to the service dept. ( Chis and his crew )The car was detailed to 10's.wonderful job by all. After my mechanic closing up shop in my town and living too far from my original mechanic, I was referred by a friend to see Robert about setting up service for my two cars. Each time I brought them in, they were honest, gave me advice and took care of my cars. As a female, I felt at ease taking my vehicles there and not feeling like I was getting taken advantage as I had at other dealerships. When it was time to look for a new car, I met Lori Arico. Lori was extremely helpful and never pressured me into buying a car. Over the month, I visited the showroom and test drove the Escape numerous times. Again, never did I feel pressured to buy the car. She worked with me diligently until I was able to make a decision. I finally, picked up my car almost a week ago and absolutely love it. One of the reasons, that I wanted to stay with Park Ford was for their service department and the experience I had with them and their staff. The staff was very nice and helpful, as they always are. The work performed on my recall was outstanding. The ongoing shifting problems with the transmission skipping were still not diagnosed, which is my only disappointment. I have been complaining about the transmission since I bought the car, and if they really can't find anything wrong then this is the worst transmission I've ever had. Otherwise I love the car and the service.

I drive a 2011 escape and brought it in for the works and inspection. While there it was suggested that I have a tune up as I am at 105k miles. I had it done and the car drives great! i spoke to the owner of park ford and told him he runs an excellant dealership they still treat you like family even after you've purchased the vehicle. the service dept is very good. most other dealerships don t care about you once you've purchased the vehicle all they care about is the sale. park ford even took a vehicle that i did not purchase from them still gave me very good servce

I feel the service was just very good. I was not happy when I got to my appointment at 12n and was waiting for the car and was told the guys are at lunch now. That is rather a stupid practice to schedule appointment time at 12 when staff is at lunch. I am a nurse and you definately would not want me to say I could not see you for your appointment cause all the nurses are at lunch. Stupid practice..

They had my car for 2 months when they we're doing warranty work, I brought it back for an additional month as mistakes were made. My exhaust was not lined up with my car and it was slamming into the underside of the car. Filters were written on paper as changed, however the old filter would still be in the car. I had similar issues with my previous car as well. The car came with damage supposed to be fixed by the dealer, but they wanted the cheapest way to get around it and never fixed it. I brought my vcar back to return it two months later as the transmission was going on the truck shortly after my $11,700 purchase. Most recently someone took my car to get gas and hit the curb and took a piece out of my rim. My car door retains water and the battery in my car began to die after the second year of owning the car. The only employee who was kind and thoughtful was rob. I would not recommend this dealer, they enter one person as driving your car when in actuality you don't really know who moved it. I had too many issues with the a brand new car to count. The day we began paperwork for my car it had 17 miles. I come back to purchase car two days later and it has 70 miles on it. $31,000 for a very poorly handled car. I will never get back the money I spent here and am very disappointed. Have been a loyal customer for 20 years to get treated poorly.

In February 2015, I was looking to purchase my first car (well, at least on my complete own). I met with Lori and she was amazing. Initially, she was able to find the car I wanted, all the way out in Massachusetts, but apparently a dealer there had sold the car after Lori had asked them to save it for her to trade out with one of the cars from Park Ford. Because of the hassle, they found me another car with a few extra bells and whistles (the $145 roof rack cross bars, which I didn't really want/need initially) - but they threw in some extra incentives to basically make them free! I ended up purchasing the new 2014 Ford Escape with the then promotional 0% APR for 72 months, and with my trade in, to make monthly payments of $353. They were absolutely wonderful with that sale. (Only issue I had was when the sales manager [I think that's who he is] continually tried convincing me to lease the car -- but I drive WAY too much to lease the car). Lori even wrote me a personal note after a month or two of owning the car to see how I was and to wish me well with Nursing school, and to say hi to my 5 year old daughter!The service department is great - I had the "Medium Stone" leather seats, and when I wore a pair of dark jeans, I noticed that the color of my jeans was rubbing off onto the seat (and the jeans I've been wearing/washing for months, so it wasn't the excess dye of new fabrics). I brought my car in to the dealership, and the service department cleaned the seats off & used a cleaning/protection product, so that it wouldn't happen again. Just to be sure, I put a car seat cover over my driver's seat.Fast forward to this month, when I recently went back after having an accident in that car (and the insurance deemed it a total loss), I wanted to give them the first shot at getting my business. Sadly, they weren't able to match some of the prices I found at some dealerships and when using KBB. I'm still trying to work with them to see if they can match one other dealership, but if need be I'm going to go where the better price is. Again, I noticed that one sales associate was trying to push me into leasing a car, which I still don't want to do. But otherwise the whole atmosphere of Park Ford is amazing, everyone is friendly, from the service to the sales. I will definitely always give them the first shot at my business!

I leased my second Ford Escape from Park Ford in Mahopac, NY. I hardly had to do anything, as they had all the information from my previous purchase. I didn't even have to contact my insurance company... they took care of everything. When I went to pick up the car, my salesman, Bob D'Andrea went over every feature of the car, which was nice. The financial manager went over all the details of the purchase and financing, so I left feeling confident.I never had a problem with my last Escape, in fact, I only had it in for routine maintenance, and I'm anticipating the same experience with my new Escape.

We bought our Fiesta from Park Ford's Internet Sales Specialist, Vinny Capone. He was extremely helpful every step of the way through the process. He searched the tri-state area for a hatchback (There were none at this point in the 2015 model year; must be popular) and when he couldn't find one, walked us through the process of ordering a 2016. Being impatient, we went in the next day and bought the floor model. No problem. He walked us through every step right from filling out the FoMoCo fincancing forms, up to giving us a very useful course in what all the buttons on the dashboard did. This was my 4th purchase from Park Ford - What I like about the dealership is that there is no aggressive push for stuff you don't need (like under coating) - the price that is quoted does not change when you step through the door.They don't have a slick 'Finance manager' - everyone is professional,knowledgeable and courteous.As for my salesperson - she rocks - she always goes the extra mile for me -2 of the cars I purchased needed specific options - she took the time to find the cars with the options I needed and not all the extra expensive crap I didn't want - other dealers tried to push what they had in stock - they didn't want to be bothered looking for what I wanted.

This is my second time leasing a F-150 with Nick (and I had done a purchase of an explorer). I have been extremely pleased with my experience with Nick and Park Ford. I have leased/bought 12 (9 of them have been Fords) vehicles in my lifetime and I have had some bad experiences with other dealers/salesman, but never with Nick - he definitely puts in a lot of time and effort to get the best deal and find the perfect vehicle for me. He is very upfront with numbers and there are never any surprises when it comes time to sign the papers. This was my first time using The Park Ford service center. I met Chris Hall and I explained the trouble I was having. He assured me that he and his team would look into it and call me before doing any major work. What I thought was going to be expensive really wasnt. They were able to diagnose that a different dealer over charged my AC unit, causing my AC to stop working and my radiator fans to run on high constantly. A simple adjustment to the right setting was all it took. I appreciate their honesty and good work! They have earned a new customer.

My only criticism of the service was the wait time. I waited 2 1/2 hours for NYS inspection, oil change and "The Works" package. Next time I won't wait or I'll ask for a loaner. Otherwise, service reps were excellent, and the cost was reasonable.

Rob is a great service writer but Chris needs some more customer relations training. I called in and he went to the status on my car and I was left on hold for over 7 minutes. I finally hung up. I don't know if he forgot about me or got distracted. but after a minute or so if he can't find out just get back on the phone and let the customer know and call them back shortly with the status. The actual service was performed correctly.

I called Park to schedule and inspection and routine service such as oil and filter change, tire rotation, brake and battery check etc. they were able to accommodate my needs Ina few days. Using their "The Works" coupon, I saved a considerable amount of money, plus by submitting a rebate form online to Ford, I will receive a $10 rebate as well. Park Ford makes all their customers feel valuable. They are very competent and pay much attention to detail so that the work is done professionally. I was able to drop my vehicle off the night before, so that it was ready for servicing early the next morning. This saved me from losing time at my job n NYC, where I begin my morning commute at 5 am. Thanks Park, for a job well done.

My experience was what I expected....I was treated like the only customer in the dealership. I found the car I wanted in the Park Ford inventory, called the sales person (Nick) and said lets work up a lease cost and from there it was a week and I had the car. The 2015 Explorer XLT with some extras was perfect for me and with two other leases with Ford (but a different dealership) I will most likely renew with Park when the leases come up. A pleasure to do business with a local dealership and a friendly one at that. Nick took me through the car at delivery and educated me on all the options and operational aspects of the vehicle. Very please with the experience and certainly with the Car...... we are a FORD family and plan to continue the tradition!

I cannot explain the problem, but Chris could, and I had my vehicle back soon. Important: I had confidence once I retrieved my vehicle. I just knew that if I was getting my car, it was fine. This was a huge change from my panic before I brought the car in.

I purchased a Ford Focus on December 26/27. Service was excellent and staff was very helpful, answered all my questions and did not pressure me. Only complaint is the contract signing procedure - I was taken aback when I found out that I would be signing an electronic signature box and was encouraged to sign based on a verbal summary of the contract by the agent. If I'm not going to receive a copy of the agreement beforehand I would at least like a physical signature where I can cleanly read the pages that the signature attaches to.

I have always been satisfied with the service on my 2011 Taurus Limited , This particular time , I had a very bad water leak coming into the trunk filling the tire well approx. 2 inches from the top ! The source of the leak came from somewhere in the deck lid , the vehicle was never involved in a accident or any glass replaced , The cost was $200 to fix , I have a 100,000 mile extended service plan and I just feel that this was a body issue and should have been covered , after going on line and researching the problem I found that there are other vehicles as new as 2014 with the exact same issue , although it doesn't seem to be a wide spread problem , it is one with other vehicles The spare tire cover was destroyed as well by the water damage and is approx. $175 to replace ... I think at the least this should have been covered if anything else , maybe met half way with the cost , Service department is Great and always helpful , It rained Sunday night and Monday and thus far there are no leaks , Just very disappointed it wasn't covered under a body issue or met halfway with the cost .. Rob and Chris was most helpful. I did not have an appointment for service but I was having a continuous leak in one of my tires. They found the problem fixed it and I was good.My only problem was that the tire for a Focus was not in stock. It should of been. They had to get someone to drive me home and I had to wait until they got the tire.Had the tire been in stock it would of been a hour experience instead of six hour experience. Both Rob and Chris was very accommodating and as always a pleasure to work with.

Although you had my car for a total of 3 weeks to accomplish the repair, the final 2 weeks were very bearable, mainly because of your Service Writer, Rob Breidstar. He kept me informed with the progress throughout the process, and was very pleasant throughout the repair process. The fact that he arranged and provided a 'Park Ford Loaner' for the final 2 week repair period took a lot of pressure off my family responsibilities. Thank you very much. 2011 Certified Pre-Owned Edge. After looking at the F-150 and Explorer, Lenny Canora figured out how best my wants and needs could be met by steering me to a loaded Edge. Colleen was extremely helpful with the finances and took her time to explain the warranty, maintenance and service agreements. Nick spent a lot of time going through all the options on the car and making sure I was comfortable with them before I left the lot. All three of them made my experience at Mahopac Ford awesome. I would definitely recommend going there for either a new or used car. Can't wait to purchase another car.

My 2012 Ford Focus has never been serviced anywhere else. The mechanics and staff at Park Ford are A+. Never had any problems with the service and was always treated with respect. As for my 2012 Ford Focus, I am happy with the vehicle but I wish the transmission was smoother and is still rough in lower gears.

I have had the pleasure of working with the Sales staff as well when purchased my 2012 Escape. Having worked at a Automobile Dealership, myself, for over 20 years, I know how stressful it can be, but the staff at Park Ford seem to have it all together.

I have 2014 fusion titanium, the service experience at park ford is second to none. Rob the service advisor is great, he makes you feel welcome from the instant you enter the facility. Both my salesman, bob Dandrea, and the gen manager rich Dandrea came over and said hello, asked how everything was going. Not just about my car but asked about my family. That is a rare quality these days. When anyone asks me about my car and where I purchased it, I always tell them that park ford is the only dealer to deal with.

Let's see... I'm still on the hunt for a car, along with my sister so we stopped here to test the Escape and Mustang. We came on two seperate occasions, a Monday and Thursday. On Monday, we assumed they were closed at 7pm because barely any lights were on and no people were to be found; even though the repair center around back had men pulling up and leaving now and then. We looked around the lot and decided to come back another time. Next Thursday we came back and this time a little earlier, around 6pm. Sure enough this time people were there working. We walked the lot again and no one came out to greet us though we did see others walking about in professional attire. Ok, so we walk inside and stood at the front desk looking at booklets for various models. A salesman goes around back of the counter to get some papers, looks at my sister and I, doesn't say ANYTHING, looks again, and walks back to his cube.... Are we invisible right now?! Another woman was on her phone at her cube and after about 10-15 minutes I announced to my sister that we would take our money elsewhere. What a shame Ford that you assume male customers 30 years+ are the only valuable people to approach. Had you done your job, you could have been $50,000+ richer. RIDICULOUS.

They are a great bunch and I highly reccomend them. Excellent experience. They helped me locate the exact car I was looking for, were extremely accommodating in assisting me while getting the car I wanted from another dealership. Had excellent communication with me throughout the process. There were no surprises, no hoodwinks etc. As a single woman I find car dealerships a bit intimidating; however the service I received there was excellent and made me feel valued and respected. I only wish it was closer to where I lived because the service I receive at dealerships closer to me pales in comparison.

I have been taking all of my cars to Park Ford now for several years (even non Fords). The service department employees are courteous, helpful and kind. I always feel like they are doing the right thing, and not trying to over charge me for work that doesn't need to be done. The service team always walks you through everything in detail and patiently answers all of my questions. I would highly recommend this dealer for service, no matter what type of car you drive.

I have purchased five vehicles from park and they have directly made me into an exclusive ford owner. I am in finance and can afford to drive basically any production car, I only say this because I am least driven by price. I have to obviously give the ford motor company huge recognition for in my opinion they have risen to the top of the industry across the board thru incredible product innovation, broad vehicle line up, outstanding reliability and service and most importantly bringing pride back to the u.s auto industry. It makes me extremely proud to say o only drive ford, not just because it is American but because it is the best. Back to park ford, I have purchased my last five vehicles there and three I have today. Currently I have a 2011 Lincoln navigator loaded black on black, a 2012 ford Shelby gt500 svt package loaded, glass roof, recaro seats, black on black with technology package and my daily driver a 2013 ford Taurus sho with track package black on black fully loaded. I have hade a 2007 navigator and 2004 explorer. The sales team is exceptional as a whole but my salesperson is bob deandrea who I now consider a personal friend. He always keeps me updated on product development and when I purchase a car he makes it effortless from explaining option packages to motor choices and what technological upgrades ford has made. The dealer is run and owned by rich deandrea who ford should model owners after. The store is alway impeccable, staff professional, curtious and a great example for ford. The service department at park sets them on entire other level. The whole staff is just terrific from managers to mechanics. I deal with rob Breidster who myself and anyone I ever speak to there just a cut above what you could ever expect from any dealer. Knows the products inside out, always takes a ton of time to make sure customers have there needs met and questions answered and always is honest about scheduling, expected co pletion of work and updating on progress or new diagnosis. As you can see park ford and the ford motor company has made me truly proud to be an American car owner.
