Very pleased with the professionalism, responsiveness and knowledge of the sales team. I buy between 4-6 cars per year and this is the first experience with Park Place Volvo and I could not be happier. One of the most impressive (and best) part of the sales process was their business model which is 100% different than any other dealership I've ever worked with... Once you are assigned to a sales person, they complete the entire sales process from start to finish... no bouncing around between a manager then finance then back to sales person... The sales team at Park Place appears to be fully empowered to run the entire process...this make the process faster and MUCH better ( in my case)... Their price was reasonable, the team was professional and the process was fast... really, in my book this is an A+... they really have a personal touch that is different from other dealerships.... I worked with John Bradford who was supported by Shea Vance. Both really good.

From the get go the customer service provided by John was Awesome. Allowed us to look at a car that was not officially ready for the sales lot. Provided all the info he could to give us a history on the car. Accommodated time(s) to allow test driving. Brought document's to my house for signing, accommodating my schedule. Made sure other members of the sales team new "my" car was basically sold and not to even bother showing it. Appreciate how flexible and helpful John was in making this transaction as easy, smooth, and painless as possible. John definitely went above and beyond any other auto sales deal I've ever been a part of. Can't speak to others at this location, I only had the pleasure of dealing with John. If there is ever a time Park Place Volvo has a car on their lot we're interested in, WE WILL DEFINITELY BE GOING BACK!!

We had the privilege to work with Jim Birdsong and Henrietta when we bought our Volvo. We are new to Texas and he sure represented his home state well. Jim is knowledgeable, friendly, and fair. He gave us his undivided attention and advised us well. It was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. Jim was very thorough and patient with us, explained things in simple terms and he lightened and brightened the day with his fun and easy going personality. I had the honor of working with Shea Vance and he was very helpful from the first interaction where we spoke on the phone about a week before finishing the purchasing process. Shea went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions were answered and provided a one touch process that made everything go smoothly. Aaron was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He kept me updated while trying to find a car for me that matched the car I initially looked at. Then while doing paperwork, he was open and honest about the coverages that made sense for my situation. He was not a salesman, but more of a Customer Care Rep in that situation, which was super appreciated. I found cheaper sticker prices at other dealerships in Central Texas, but I wanted to reward Aaron for his great Customer Service.
