I went into the service department needing a new battery, explaining how the road service company which got me jump-started recommended a GM battery over the last battery purchased at Advance Auto. I got a new Delco battery quickly, and was not charged for the labor to replace it. This was a surprise, and it was much appreciated. My car has had nothing but service from Parker Buick since it was purchased new in 2005, The service people at Parker are friendly, helpful and customer focused.

They made the process of getting a new car extremely easy and hassle free. I fully expected it to be an all day event, but not here at parkers. I was in and out and had my brand new dream truck I've always wanted.

I love getting my truck serviced at Parker GMC. I have been going there since I moved to Morehead years ago. The new service manager Chris is a pleasure to work with. He makes an otherwise dull experience an absolute delight. They take the time to explain things very well and make it easy to understand. I recommend their service department to everyone I know!

I've bought many cars throughout the years but none have been as easy as it was at Parker GMC. The entire process from the test drive all the way through paperwork process was easy as pie. I have already recommended them to several friends and I will be returning for my next car purchase.

I was very please with my experience here at Parker. The dealership and entore staff are superb. Chuck Knorr is a pleasure to work with, very professional. After this experience I wonder why I haven't dealt with Parker before and will surely do so in the future.

Having dealt with Parker for many years I was not surprised that my new car shopping experience was comfortable in all as pects. Salesman Tony Brady was courteous and informative. After our first encounter he realized that I no longer needed as large a vehicle as the L Sabre I had been driving/ He showed me h comparable LaCrosse but followed through the next day by introducing me to the Verona, which more nearly meets my present needs. Tony had me drive to my home to see if the car would fit into the garage, a problem with the LeSabre. Since I was concerned with safety in a smaller car, he also explained all the safety features the new model would provide. The staff at this dealership has been very helpful over the 13 years with which I have dealt with them in the service area, in the sale of my deceased husband's car, and now in the purchase of a new vehicle.
