What an amazing experience here. Hunter was amazing and the perfect sales person. Let us test drive a couple vehicles and was never pushy. We ended up with the Terrain and what a SUV it is. They got everything approved within a timely manner. We were there a little bit before close but they stayed till the last signature without any issues. HUNTER made it a great experience. If you need a reliable preowned car, this is the place to go. All staff was very sociable and helpful. Salesman John Wesley, it’s one of the best salesman there. He’s very informative and will help you out in every way. I wanted a specific car, which they didn’t have and within days he called me back with the exact car I wanted. My whole experience there he made it easy and comfortable. Will refer anyone to him and the dealership.

My 24 year old daughter wanted to trade in her “high school” car and purchase her first car. She asked that I be with her and help her because she’s always heard it was stressful and scary. We searched the vehicle that she wanted and showed up at Park to test drive. She fell in love with the vehicle so they worked on getting the payments down to what she needed. The whole process was positive and fun. Steve was a delight to work with. He was very open and honest and made my daughter feel comfortable. George also made this fun as he zipped and zoomed around making sure we were happy as he got the cars ready for the trade off by helping me unload a closet full of clothes from my daughters car. 😂 Lyn and Ric were so helpful and kind by taking their time with my daughter making sure she understood what was going on. This was the most pleasant experience I’ve had with a dealership. They have won me over, as I will buy my next car from them as well. The friendly, helpful, staff made this all possible. It pays to have great customer service, and no pressure is always a surprise in the automotive sales world. I highly recommend shopping Park Buick.
