Fabulous and easy! Everyone was super nice, I didn't feel like I was at a dealership at all but a car buying store. Bryce helped us pick the car we wanted and quickly processed us through. No dickering back and forth for financing either. It was great! I wish all car places treated people with this calm. Definitely going to go back when we need our next car! EXCELLENT SERVICE! Salesperson George Smith was very upfront and candid. Which I liked. Because I did not want my salesperson to give me any surprises throughout the transaction. He was very honest and open. He kept me involved with everything taking place. George was very personable as well. Great overall experience. His supporting staff was extremely helpful. Park Chevrolet at the Lake Norman...good place to do business!

Kat had great customer service skills. When dealing with a difficult customer she just had so much patience and kindness. The price was fair and no one tried to sell me things I didn't need. The service was fast. And when I got there the gentleman held open my doors for me. Great place.

Had a great experience! Thanks Mr. Don Apple for all your help and hard work! Two thumbs up!! Purchased my vehicle in 2019 and I had such a great experience. When I Purchased my vehicle I was that I would receive a free oil change (once a year) for 5 years. I came back to the dealership 8/31/21 (for an oil change) where I Purchased my vehicle and was told that they had no record of this. I was bummed but went back to speak with Mr. Don Apple who was the sales person I worked with the last time. Unfortunately the finance person I dealt with during the purchase of my vehicle no longer works there but Mr. Apple was so wonderful and offered to cover/pay for my oil change since I came with the expectation to receive that complimentary service. I am very grateful for his kindness and this solidifies that I will continue to do business with this dealership moving forward! All around my experience at this dealership has been 5 stars and I would highly recommend Don Apple and Parks at Chevrolet! Thank you Don and God bless you!

I have been looking for a new car for quite a while and I went to Parks not expecting much, but I left with the best experience. Joey was so knowledgeable and helpful. I explained to Joey what I was looking for and he really understood. He was so kind and I felt as all he wanted was the best for me. Overall, I had a wonderful experience, will return to him next time!!
