Working with Parks Chevrolet was a great experience. They didn't pressure us into anything we didn't want or need and were very fair working with our budget and goals. They were organized and fast when it came to the paperwork. The car was in-transit, so we had to wait a few days to finish the transaction. During this time their communication was excellent. The car is beautiful and exactly as expected. We love our new 2021 Chevy Traverse!

Jeff Turner, John Woodard and Travis of the service lane were hands down the nicest, genuine, most professional gentleman I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been with these guys since before the change over from Royal to Parks and I couldn’t be more pleased with such a great group of folks. Always honest, quick, and price friendly. Good job guys! Also, if you plan on visiting the sales Department ask for CJ, he is hands down the best advisor in the whole auto group. Will get you into any car you desire hassle free!

Jeff is excellent. I trust him to advise me on what needs to be done on my Tahoe and what may be coming down the pike. Park's new automated appointment and call systems places the customer in the Hold pattern from Hell. If it were not for the personal care that both Jeff and Tony provide, I can think of easier tasks in life than wasting my time in recording hold hell, getting through to the service department.

Internet department was misleading and absolutely awful. It’s a shame because my parents have bought all of our childhood vehicles from Royal Chevrolet. If I had the ability to rate them 0/5 stars I would. Half the cars on the website are not on the lot, you call and they tell you anything to get you in the door. Cant get a call back to save your life. I’m making this review on behalf of my boyfriend because I know he won’t say anything. If you were thinking about doing business there, do yourself a favor and don’t!! The service department is the only halfway decent department, Jeff Turner has always be very nice. But they just want to play games in the sales part of the store. Harold was very rude on the phone.
