My wife and I just purchased our 2nd KIA from Parkside KIA. This time it was a KIA Soul for me. I was looking at either the Forte 5 or the Soul and our salesman, Matt Warner, brought around one of each so we could do a side-by-side comparison. It didn't take me long to decide that I preferred the Soul. They worked to get us to a price we felt comfortable with and gave us time to consider our options. 2016 Kia Optima...Steven A at Parkside Kia was by far above and beyond the typical salesman. I was very pleased I was able to get most everything taken care of by phone, so when I walked in the dealership it was a matter of a quick test drive, then sign the papers and leave with my new Kia. Very impressive with my overall experience from the sale through to closing paperwork. Very smooth fast and friendly transaction that didn't take long about an hour and wrapped up fast!

I was looking for a used Kia to accommodate my four kids. As s single mom the most important factors were reliability, safety and cost. Aaron, the "Ruben Studdard" of the dealership was amazing. From the minute I pulled into the dealership he was a few perfect gentleman rather than a salesperson. He focused on my needs versus just trying to make a sale. He was honest and did try to play any games. He helped me out through the entire process and had my car ready, gased up and sparkling clean at the end of the sale. I purchased a Kia Forte from Parkside Kia on 10/25/16. The salesman and office staff were professional and helpful and were appreciated. However, the salesman who delivered the car to me gave me very little instruction on the sound system and I am completely unable to decipher the complicated instructions in the Owner's Manual. Guess I'll have to go back to the dealer to see if anyone can help me.

After researching new cars (suv crossover style) extensively I decided on a new Kia Sorento EX V6. I shopped within 100 miles of my home town in NWGA and could not find my first choice of color and options anywhere. At one point I was actually told that "it did not exist". I decided to think outside the box and broaden my search which ended up including Parkside Kia. From the initial phone call I made every person I dealt with was professional and courteous. I spoke directly with one of the internet sales managers who found the exact Sorento I was looking for right on their lot. I made the purchase over the phone in under two hours and Matt Warner (my internet sales associate) drove the car 2+ hours to my work in Georgia to deliver the vehicle and allow me to sign the paperwork. In today's fast paced world of online shopping Parkside Kia "gets it" and they do a great job. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great overall buying experience and feel that Kia provides a whole lot of value and quality that beats other US auto manufacturers. The fact that my Sorento was assembled at the huge Kia facility in West Point, GA just sweetened the deal.

You know the excellent experience all car dealerships brag about but you never receive when you visit their lot, well, that is not the case here. Spencer and Herb were great. From the moment we arrived, they were extremely helpful without being pushy or persistent. They were personable and easy to relate to. We pretty much knew what we were looking for and did our research before visiting their lot, so the selection process was easy. The negotiation process was what you would expect; they offered, we counter-offered. However, the difference here, was they started at a fair price, they worked with our numbers, and we were able to make a deal exactly where my wife and I needed to be. Every employee was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and as far as I could tell, honest! That is rare. They were also great with our two children (7 and 3) and tolerated the breakdowns, our and the kids, and even involved them in the process. We drove away with the car we wanted, happy about the price, not stressed, but very satisfied. Thank you Herb and Spencer, and the rest of the Parkside Kia Team!

I was browsing for that one car, not sure exactly what kind but knew what the basics were I wanted. Mike came out and did not give me the up my rear regular salesman experience. He asked a couple of questions, I gave him the basic of what I wanted it to have he said he had one he thought was exactly he thought I was looking for. He took me to it, I took it for a test drive and bam, it was the car for me. He made it way to easy like someone from the grocery store showing me where to the find the olives. Finance and Gary Beeler were all great guys who just made this no pressure, quick and easy. I would recommend them to everyone. Not to mention I was a woman that they did not try to take advantage of as some of the others out there would try to do. My husband walked in and was quite proud of what I had done. Don't let them push you around at the others go visit Mike and all the guys at Parkside Kia. You won't regret it.

Okay, so my husband and I were lost on what to do because he was being stationed in California soon and my car currently would never hold up to get me there or around, only option was to get a new car! I contacted Parkside Kia and I received Ron Yelen to help me. I told him about cars being California Compliant and all that, he went beyond my expectations and researched that for me, even and actually informed me more. I was wanting a newer car and switched from sedan wanting to SUV wanting back to sedan wanting and he gave great recommendations the whole time. However when I finally met him, having no credit it seemed I would have little options... Then, he told me about a Nissan Versa SV, a car I had looked into and thought about. It was pre-owned by one owner and I absolutely fell inlove with the car. First car I was shown and test drove. That was MY car! And Ron answered all my questions and if he didn't know, he found out ASAP for me. I am very happy with my purchase! And very thankful for Ron Yelen! I definitely recommend him as the person to go to!

Neil and Frank went out of their way to be sure we were satisfied with the service and care that we received. I received a text from Neil asking if everything was going alright with the car and if I had any questions. I have never experienced anything like this I have bought several cars and no one has ever called to see if everything was fine, and if I was satisfied with my car. I enjoyed the great care and respect that we received. They were willing to take the paper work to my husband to sign because he does not like to drive west. I told them it would not be necessary I would go and pick him up and bring him back. They explained everything about the car, over all they were both great to deal with I wish they were more salesmen like them. Most are pushy and what you to buy something you don't want.

It was the best experience we've had with any car dealer ever. Our sales woman was calm, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the Kia model that interested us. Her approach was absolutely pressure-free. She gave us all the time we needed to learn about the car, inspect the car, and test-drive the car. When we came back the next day to negotiate a selling price, everything was completely transparent. We asked to see the Dealer Invoice for the car, and the sales manage brought it over to us. That led to a calm conversation about a price both seller and buyer could agree was fair. It was actually a pleasant experience. Even the required visit to the F&I guy was surprisingly nice. There were no dreaded F&I theatrics. Just a quiet presentation of the products he had to offer, and a quick acceptance of our decisions to buy or pass. That's how things went for us at Parkside Kia in Knoxville Tennessee. On a scale of one to ten, we'd give them an eleven. That's why every car dealer could learn from this one. And why we'll head right back to them when we buy our next car.

My husband spent days researching cars. I just picked a few I wanted to look at and test drive because I thought we had narrowed it down by going yo this past car show here in Knoxville. however, we spent two long days looking at 3 cars. Day two we started at Parkside Kia with Steve Shelton. He is an extremely patient, knowledgeable salesman and I would buy a car from him any day. He answered each and every question that my husband and I had, and they were numerous as we hadn"t bought a car in over ten years. Kia has a jewel in that man. I went to Kia of Parkside even though it is a hour and 45 minute drive for Asus 45 minutes to Chattanooga. I dealt with Matt Warner. He couldn't have been more helpful. I talked to him and said when I come in to buy my car I would like to have all the paperwork ready to go and everything so it wasn't a long drawn-out process. Being it's a very long drive for me up there. I was in and out of the dealership in under an hour he had all the paperwork that could be taken care of prior to me being there to sign paperwork. To begin, I was just interested in finding out what my van was worth and the price range of the Sorento when I signed up for info. I was rather surprised when I got a call on a Saturday morning from Matt Warner who gave me some pertinent info, options, and an invite to stop by. On Sunday afternoon, I dropped by to take a look mainly out of curiosity and to sort out whether I even would want that car. Matt wasn't in, but Jarred Henson stepped up and showed me the Sorento, Sportage, and Soul with an amazing amount of info which was direct and to the point since I didn't have much time. He noted my preferences and suggested options. On Monday I get a call with the news that they have brought up and prepped the Sportage I'd liked, so I decided to see if a test drive would be worth the trip. Matt had the patience of Job as he let me test drive the Sportage and the Soul. After I'd finished the drives, I really wasn't going to buy either one because they didn't have the seats I wanted, but Matt finds a Soul that has leather seats which we discovered were perfect for my back and neck. Unfortunately that car had all the bells and whistles which were above my budget, so I figured I would soon be on my way home. But he finds 3 cars with the seats at a lower price, they give me a trade-in and discounts. Gary Beeler gives me several options on the payment amounts and brings in a lease exactly in my price range. Well, I drove home in the Soul, and while it wasn't in my favorite color, I really like the color I got, and now a week later, I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the Soul I got. The thing I like best is that all these guys work together as a team to get you in the right car without beating you to death. Many dealerships I just drive right past because of intense pressure to buy something even if it's not what I really want. But I really appreciated the time, effort, and understanding extended to my being a happy customer. Thanks to all from a Very Happy Soul!

After my online inquiry regarding pricing for the Sorento, I received a very prompt and informative call from Matt Warner who gave me several options of cars, prices, financing, and an invitation to drop by which is unusual in a phone call. I don't have time to run around looking for info. So I drop by for a quick check of the Sorento, Sportage, and Soul...Matt wasn't in and Jarred Henson shows me around and shares great, honest info about each car. I was able to narrow my choice to the Sportage or Soul. Next day, I get a followup call letting me know they had cleaned and brought up the Sportage I had liked. Dropped by for a test drive, and Matt spent a great deal of time testing out the two cars, narrowing my choices, judging prices in my target range, finding THE car, and making the price manageable. I mean the man is PATIENT! No pressure! Helpful! To be totally honest, I never expected to find the car I wanted in the price range I needed. The perfect car pops up a bit too high, then the F&I Team kicks in to make it happen. Gary Beeler explains all my money options, and while I'm finishing the paperwork, the service team shines and cleans the car so I can drive out in a brand new Soul...really love it!These guys use Teamwork in the RIGHT way...getting the customer in the right car without chasing you down in the parking lot. I drive right past dealerships like that. This team does it the right way!

Robbi did an excellent job getting us into the vehicle we could afford without all the unnecessary trim packages that seem to come on all of them. She searched high and low for the right one. My 2016 Kia Sorento is perfect for my needs. Didn't pay a thing for anything extra. Robbi was very patient as I told her I hated to come to dealerships. She was going to let me test drive everyone of the vehicles on the lot until I was satisfied if thats what it took. Fortunately, they had what I wanted and we struck a great deal that I felt happy with. All of the staff are very friendly and say hello each time I came in. They hold the door, they point you to the coffee, they treat you like royalty when you walk in. Thats the way a customer needs to be treated when they plan on spending 20-50K for a vehicle these days. Nice clean, well lit facility. Very clean service department. My car was detailed, gassed up and placed in a separate bay all ready to go. Truly a wonderful experience.

What a great car buying experience! I went into Parkside on a day that they were very busy and was greeted promptly. They did everything possible to find a salesperson for me right away. Sallense was super friendly and down to earth and I felt no pressure from him. My credit is less than stellar but they got me super close to the payment I wanted. The car is great and I love it. After all was done I was called back by Gary in finance who told me that not only did he get me a much lower rate and payment but he got 6 months knocked off my loan, a 5 year maintenance plan and gap insurance included. Mia at the front desk was friendly and welcoming as well. What a great team!! I can't say enough about what a great, professional, experience I had. Thank you all so much!

I had been in the market of looking at cars at a few different dealerships for a month or so. I randomly decided to give Parkside Kia a try after having a very bad experience at a different dealer that almost turned me away from looking for a while (it left that bad of a taste in my mouth). From the beginning I was met with nothing but friendly faces and positive vibes. Jarred Henson was the sales man and he honestly acted more like a friend than a guy relying on this sale. We talked about what I was looking for and he found a few different cars that were perfect for me. Hes worked in service and detailing before which I felt was a bonus as he was extremely knowledgeable about each car I tried. He was able to tell me a lot about each one including fun little tidbits about each company or make. The manager, Alex, was also extremely friendly and not pressuring at all, it made me feel super comfortable in a usually very stressful car buying decision. After that first visit I knew I wanted to continue working with this dealer and Ive had nothing but positive experiences each time I went back. I just signed my paperwork and Im leaving with a great car! Im even taking a friend to go see them next week!

He had a great personality along with being very helpful without being pushy toward purchasing. We purchased two cars from him on January 16. The people that authorized the sale price were Alex on the first car and Brady on the second car. I have never felt so comfortable in a dealership. I felt like I received a very fair price for the purchases. This was my first opportunity to look at the KIA automobile. I was very impressed in the quality, safety features, fit and trim on these cars, plus the fact the price is much less that others of the same caliber. The other feature is the long warranty on the automobiles, much longer than the other brands.

We did not make an appointment to test drive on our first visit nor did we call Matt and tell him we were still interested and coming back on the second visit. He was busy with other clients on both visits and yet he did his upmost to accommodate us from finding other sales people to help us and even the General Sales Manager at one point. But he always stopped by during our visit and checked in to make we were well taken care of. I love that everyone of these people worked as a team and never once acted like it was - "not my job"!" Good leadership!

I purchased a used Kia optima from Ted russell kia. The salesman in work with Russell Goble was very knowledgeable about the kia brand. I felt like a friend after 10 minutes with him. Also dealt with Russia Bebb in finance which helped me make the best decision. What a great facility and friendly sales team. I almost look forward to buying a car again. My only complaint is that the dealership warmer inside than any other dealership I have ever been to. The complimentary water is great, would be a little better if the water was not warm. But if that's the only problems I found... I will take the bad for all the good I experienced.

I was in the market for a mid-size SUV and looked at Lexus, Nissan and several others. Then I arrived at the Kia dealership and talked with Matt Howerton. No pressure, friendly, and knowledgeable about the various trim levels for the 2016 Sorento. We looked at most of them on the lot and I drove several. Truly a comfortable, non confrontational experience and everyone in the dealership was very helpful and friendly (Sarah was very helpful also). Worked out the lease the next day and when I met with Gary it took about 10 minutes to complete the paperwork. I picked the car up the next day, spotless and with a full tank of gas, and had a great review of the car before heading on my way. Kia has a great product now, and when was the last time you had fun buying a car at a dealership! Do yourself a favor and give Matt a call.

The last time I brought my Optima in for service, I spoke with her about purchasing a used pickup. Very soon she called and we looked at what was available, but none fit my criteria. I changed my price point to reflect reality, and asked her to keep a lookout for what I wanted. She did, and about a week later I became the happy owner of a used truck! The actual sale was painless and Robbi was delightful to deal with, as was the finance guy.

I have recently purchased a 2015 Kia Sorento from Ted Russell in Knoxville Tennessee. I became familiar with Ted Russel by using their service department to perform maintenance on my Ford. I found the service department to be experienced, efficient and reasonably priced. Terry Flummer and the Staff at Ted Russell did a great job while selling the 2015 Kia Sorento to me. Terry had the vehicle that I had requested and while we were on the test drive, I found him to be knowlagable about the vehicle, and I did not experience any high pressure sales tactics while talking to him. When we returned to the dealership, I got a great deal and purchased the Vehicle.

Often times when you go to purchase a car the sales associates actually make the process uncomfortable, they can be pushy and at times seem short tempered even hateful. It seems like you're being forced into something at times. Definitely NOT the case here. My sales associate Matt Warner is awesome! (Awesome sauce as they say these days lol)Matt was very knowledgable about the things I asked about. Matt also took the time to really listen to me and understand exactly what I was wanting. I felt very at ease and comfortable when asking Matt questions and truly felt I wasn't being lied to. Out of the cars I've purchased in my life this is most definitely the BEST EXPERIENCE!!The associates I dealt with were amazingly friendly and made me feel at ease, like I was talking to a family member without the arguments though lol. Seriously though it did feel more like talking to a close friend. A very enjoyable experience.I am terrible with remembering names but I want to mention the sales manager Dave and Victor who went over the car specifics with me. These two guys also made the process very easy and enjoyable. I couldn't be more happier with my experience. There is always room for some constructive criticism and all I can say on that is, while passing other employees that aren't working with a particular customer they could and should be more friendly. It seems as if once they find out you're working with someone then BOOM that's it. Even if you're not a particular persons customer I feel that they still should be just as welcoming and express the same attitudes my sales team did. For example, I pass a different sales associate and rather than just a quick hello and avoiding eye contact, go ahead and go the extra mile. Say things like I'm glad you're here, thank you for coming in etc. make everyone feel welcome whether they are your customer or not. I'm not saying that other associates weren't friendly in any way. I'm just saying make them feel welcome as well. Treat everyone like their your customer. They may send a friend or relative in to purchase and that person may wind up being your customer.In summary Ted Russell Kia ROCKS the competition in my book. No need to go anywhere else.Thanks to everyone to helped in the purchase of my 2015 Kia Sorento and thank you again Matt, Dave and Victor other sales teams need to take a lesson from you guys. When I pulled on the lot for the first time I was in a bad mood. I had only been to one other dealer and was already frustrated. My sons and I had just got out of our truck and here comes a salesman. I though wow here we go again, my feet have just hit the ground and here comes the vultures. That is how my car buying experiences have always been. This time it wasn't. The salesman's name was Aaron Wright. He walked over, said hi I'm Aaron, let me know if I can help you. I was shocked that I didn't get the same old car salesman bologna like we've got some great deals today on our brand new super rockets with triple shift side pocket engines and look how good our prices are now let's go sign some papers. He just let me know he was available if I had any questions. It put me at ease and I told him what we were looking for. Aaron showed us a 2014 Sorrento first. For some reason it just wasn't a hit with me. He asked if I would be interested in seeing a 2016. We walked over to it and it was great. He went with us on a test ride and talked about music and life. Again, no fancy car salesman talk. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions but, you guessed it, with no car sales pushyness. When we got back to the lot he asked if I'd like to see some other features of the Sorrento. Again, he asked, he didn't push. Now I guess I may be different than most people and maybe a dealership would want their salesman to be more aggressive but I can tell you for sure that I would have drove off and not bought from Ted Russell if Aaron was a "typical" salesman. I generally know what vehicle I want, I'm simply shopping for the right salesman. I'm very pleased to have found a salesman that met my needs over his desire to sale a car. This is my first KIA and so far I am completely sold on them. All of the staff that I dealt with at Ted Russell was great and I look forward to seeing them in the future. I was impressed by the attention and willingness to suggest available options to my initial thoughts about buying a basic Sorrento. I ultimately bought a Sportage with a wide range of options I had decided to forego. Every person I had contact with during the process was well trained and thorough in explaining the "nuts and bolts" of the cars I test drove and pointed out the differences in each car.Finance department and sales manager were extremely helpful in closing the purchase. I bought a Soul 2 days ago from Dave Sutton. He is an excellent salesman, he was friendly and very quick to get me on the road with my new car. The only thing I was not crazy about was I found a Soul with a window sticker for a little $19,000. So I test drove it and told Dave I would take it. Then Gene Sturchio the sales manger said we can't sale that car for that price.....it would be a little over $21,500, a $2500 increase from the window sticker. Besides that it was a good experience. I would suggest them to anyone.

I have seen the TV commercials for the Kia Soul and like the unique shape of the car. When the advertising appeared that Ted Russell Kia was offering generous trade in values, I had to check into the offer further. When my husband and I first arrived at the dealership, we did not have any intentions on purchasing a new or used vehicle that night. We spoke to Dave Sutton about our payment range and what we would like to get and see if he had anything for us. He was very helpful in getting us into our payment range in a 2013 Kia Optima that we did not think we could get at our monthly payment. Mr. Sutton was very courteous and friendly in our decision and explained everything very well. While we were waiting to fill out paperwork, everyone was very friendly to us. My wife and I met Tony in the spring and looked at a few cars.we explained our needs as well as our budget at the time .we were unable to make a deal and he was just as cordial as if we were buying a brand new car..by the way. No pushing what so ever!! We promised we'd be back when the time was right to buy.it was to willingness and his easy manner of sales that brought us back..did I mention NO PRESSURE! We were in the dealership on Saturday August 16th to see Tony again. I felt sorry for the man,! We must have test drove 3 cars,but he gladly let us and carefully explained each feature of each car we drove. Then came the payment issue again..we had a budget to stay in and there were really no cars on the lot to fit that my wife really liked. Tony and the sales manager hatched a wonderful plan for us so we could afford the car my wife wanted. We drove home a 2013 optima hybrid for less than we ever imagined..I hate to buy a car because as a rule car salesman seem to be quite pushy,that was not the case here.!!! On a scale of 1-10 we had a 10 + experience with our purchase??we are lifetime fans of Ted Russell Kia and of course!Tony the car dude! Thank you for making our car purchase a pleasure guys!! My husband and I went to test drive and had no intention of leaving with a car, but that's what happened. However, it wasn't due to a pushy salesman. I had a VERY bad experience with a VERY rude finance manager at our trip to Morristown Kia so I was NOT looking forward to another dealership or rude staff. I had gotten bad information from my finance company & was mislead & so upset when we finally found what I wanted & was unable to get it. I was ready to leave these nice people & just go home. Thank God my husband said to just let them see what they could do & that's what I did & I am so thankful for it because they got me a better deal than ANY other place we went to. Even after I took the car home, they continued to make sure they got me the best deal for the next 2 days. Next thing you know, I got an interest rate half the rate everyone else found. They all three went above & beyond for us & we're so grateful. Even gave Mr Beeler, the finance man a hug lol, and Tony restored my faith in car salesman! Thanks!!

I was looking for something particular, I checked out a few Nissan dealerships and they were very pushy. I showed up one night after work, with the intention of just looking at the car in hopes that it had something wrong with it so I could cross it off my list. When my friend and I got there we were greeted by Jeff, he wasn't overly pushy or obnoxious. I told him what I was looking for and he showed us to the car. While we were looking at the car, Jeff asked if I wanted to test drive it. I said no, I didn't want to get my hopes up or talk price since I didn't have my car there to see what they would offer as a trade in. Jeff answered the questions that I had, he was professional and not like any of the other sales associates I spoke to at Twin City Nissan. I got what I was looking for and left, I'm sure Jeff didn't think he was going to get a sale, and certainly not that night. We went to run a few errands and within an hour we were back at Ted Russell, I test drove the car. I loved it, they offered a decent trade in on my car, and I ultimately got the car that I wanted. Everyone I spoke to was nice, their employees were not the typical sales associates, yes they have to make a profit but I don't feel like I got a bad deal. The next day I noticed something wrong with car and called Jeff, he told me to bring it by and he fixed it right then and there. I appreciated his professionalism, I would totally recommend buying a car from them.

I came in for an oil change on my 2012 Kia Optima and left with a new 2014 Kia Optima SXL Turbo and it wouldn't have happened if Trevor wasn't the sales rep. He was very professional, not pushy, and I felt respected and treated fairly. I already knew what I wanted but was there for an oil change and was just looking around. Trevor produced my wants with the right price and I left in a new car. The process was quicker than when I bought my 2012 from another Kia dealership in Knoxville. Trevor was knowledgeable about the product and process. Overall, it was his personality, professionalism and most importantly the fact that I didn't feel rushed, or push into getting a car that was the real reason I decided to leave in a 2014. All my questions and concerns were answered and I didn't feel belittled in the process. Trevor and the whole staff was amazing. first of all we were given a lie about what was paid for the car on trade in. we were told trade in was 24,900. which is way above average trade in value on the car. then discovered it was lease vehicle. then when asking about if the car came with mats, spare tire i was cut off and told that it came with all this stuff. we get home and the car has no spare tire. called dealer first and was told by nick that he would look into it. didnt hear back from him, waited week. called back and was told it was not in agreement and that we would have to buy one if we got it and would be between $300-400. will not recommended dealer to anyone and will inform everyone i know or who has computer access to not go to ted russell. we are not the type of people to cause uproars but we do expect better service than what we received at ted russell.

My fiance and i just bought a used 2013 sportage with 22000 miles and love it! We got a great price and buying was a nice and painless experience. Trevor Wells helped us out and he was awesome! He was very knowledgable and able to answer any question we had. He took us for a test drive and when we returned there wasnt any pressure to buy the car. Just a "let us know if your interested and we can go from there." Sure enough after some negotiations we returned to buy the car and the process was very quick. We signed papers with Trevor for about 5 minutes then we went back with the finance guy for about 20 minutes and that was it. I read a lot of horror stories with other people and their car buying experience so you never know what to expect but we didnt experience anything negative. I think if you just do your homework and go in prepared and knowing what to expect everything will be great. I highly recommend Trevor Wells and ted russell kia and will absolutely do business with him again.

Jeff was not pushy and arrogant as many salesmen can be! I appreciated his honesty and letting us go home and think about buying this car. I don't ever buy on my first visit, so he was exactly what I liked in a salesman. We called back the next morning and made an appointment Once we bought the car, he was very thorough in showing us all the bells and whistles. We would definitely recommend him to others and would also go back to him when time to buy another car!The only negative I had with the buying experience was that we were there for 4.5 hours before we left with our new car... we paid cash and didn't have to apply for a loan, and did not trade, so we figured we'd be out of there in time to attend an event in 3 hours after we made our appointment to see the salesman to buy the car. 3 hours should be plenty of time to do all this!

I have never considered KIA before, but upon arrival we were greeted with warm kind welcomes, we originally came looking for some one that had treated us very kindly & understood our situation.We met with another team member & were treated very respectful, we let this staff member know upfront that we were browsing & were deciding between Toyota & KIA. We explained that the reliability of past Toyota's ownerships had let us to go back to a Camry once more.We explained our needs & limitations, we test drove our wants were we all start off wishing. Then we drove our needs. We were surprised by the Forte its a economical vehicle with out looking economish! Great style, features that surpass entry level Camry we were considering.We didn't get our hopes even tho we found a Forte we felt was a fit for our little family. We were surprised once more when we were asked to give it a financial shot within minutes we were told if Metallic Bronze was the color we liked we said its a great hue not common & we think the car is lovely. We were told its yours to take home if we'd like it. Needless to say the Forte has a family to love it. First of all, all the employees I dealt with were all very professional and helpful. Kevin Fisher, in particular, exhibited a level of professionalism and initiative seldom noted at other dealers. For example, I first met Kevin while searching for used Kia Sorento, but later ddecided a Mazda CX 9 was a better fit for me and my family. Kevin followed up with me about the Sorento, and upon learning of my interest in a CX 9 , he actually found a CX 9 at another Ted Russell dealership, moved it to the KIa dealer, and then called me to come take a look at it. I subsequently purchased the Mazda. The "buying process" was pleasant with all costs disclosed up front, and the negotiating process very smooth and non-adversarial. Then the closing went fast and was again very professional - no undue pressure to buy a warranty or to change lending sources. The car was cleaned up quickly and looked great - another very impressive service.Overall, this was probably the best experience I have had buying a car.Thanks for allowing me to report my experience.

We were leaving for a trip on Thursday and made arrangements the week before to have my seat taken apart and audio repaired , I brought the car in Sunday night so the would have the car first thing in the morning. I called to check on the car at 11:00 and the service manager was surprised to see the ticket and the car had not been touched. I asked to speak to the general manager and left on hold for 9 minutes then Fay Mullins Transfered me to a general voice mail contacted the General MGR and he assured me the car would be ready by end of day and instructed the service manager to take apart the seat. After not hearing from anyone at 5:30 myself and husband tried to call several times and no answer. Finally we had to contact the GM again only to find the seat was not taken apart and the audio had to be ordered. I asked can you next day air the part and the answer was NO!! I asked to be Transfered to the GM and Fay stated he was not in the building. I called back the main number and spoke to the GM . I called Mike at Rusty Wallace and asked if they had the part and he said yes, bring the car in as soon as you can. I picked up my car from Ted Russal and told by Fay Mullins and the service manager that lubricating the seat was all they could do and they did not take the seat apart even though they were instructed to. I got to Rusty Wallace at 9:00 the same morning and the seat frame was repositioned and repaired and the entire nav system was replaced and the Ted Russel said the filled my fluids and they were never filled along with the lubricant. My car was done 10:05 !!! The level of customer at Rusty Wallace was OUTSTANDING!!! I also called Ted Russel the owner twice and must have been too busy to return my call. Customer service starts at the top!!!morning This was the second time the car was in for the seat. By far the worst buying experience I've ever had. Called ahead to look at a used vehicle, then arrived after an hour and a half drive to find out it wasn't even on the lot. They couldn't find the car or the keys, we were left waiting an hour. Then we ask about leasing a new vehicle, after pleading with us to work with them while pulling out of the lot, they made us a 'deal' on a car they either deliberately misrepresented, or the salesperson was uninformed. The process was extremely slow and dragged out the entire afternoon. Only after the paperwork was done did they inform us the vehicle was not all wheel drive, when we specifically went there looking for an all wheel drive vehicle. The salesperson then got snippy and lashed out inappropriately when we were upset. Tried to contact Ted Russell, his office never called back. My best advice is to stay away, I wish I did.

We were shopping for a new Sorento. Mid-week we went to Ted Russell for our first visit and met with the Sales Manager. We already knew exactly the model and options we wanted, and had our current car to trade. Stan told us he had located what we wanted, could get the car in a few days, and the offer was close to what I hoped to pay. It seemed like a pretty good deal. We returned the following Saturday thinking we could complete the deal when Stan comes up with an entirely different quote, considerably higher, of course. It was the old switch-aroo scam. When I said I wanted to go with the original written quote, Stan tells us, "Oh that was just fiction"!! In my opinion, he had no intention of honoring the first quote. Do not even consider a purchase from Ted Russell Kia.

I would recommend Don Peters at Ted Russell Kia to any of my friends and family that is in market for a new car. He is a non-pushy salesman and very knowledgable about the cars. Don has called me after the sale to see if I was happy with my purchase and JD also called and told me great news. It was a Sunday and the limited resources he had for that day, he had went to work on getting me a better interest rate on Monday he had got me a lower interest rate and lower payments. My experience at Ted Russell Kia was exceptional and Don went above and beyond to make sure I left a happy new Kia owner.

I have seen a lot of new Kia's on the road lately. They all catch my eye because of the sleek new design. I wanted a luxury vehicle at an affordable price, so I decided to check them out. I went to Ted Russell Kia because it was really close to where I live. When I pulled into the lot, I was greeted by a man named Aaron. I told him that I was interested in an SUV and needed to stay within a certain dollar limit. He was very friendly and told me that he would make sure I got a vehical that I was happy with. I test drove a Sorento and loved it! It handled very well and had a lot of extra features. After looking over a couple different trim levels, he told me that I might also be interested in the Sportage. It was a slightly smaller SUV, but the one they had on the lot had the panoramic sunroof and a turbo engine. I instantly fell in love with the car! My dad drives a nice Lexus SUV, and this car felt nicer than his, but with a much more appealing price tag. I decided to buy the Sportage and went to sign all the papers. I was able to get a low interest rate and keep my payments at a comfortable price. Overall, I had a very pleasant car buying experience. Everyone at the dealership that I worked with was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely do business with them in the future.

Friday night on November 25th around 5pm my grandmother and I started off going to Ted Russell KIA to purchase a truck, an F150 to be exact. They had one on the lot that I was interested in. They had it in their AD for 12,500 for 35k miles. Not too bad of a price. We arrive there, and a woman named Susan Schneider greeted us. I told Susan that I was interested in the truck that was in the AD I purchased 3 days prior. She seemed to look lost while roaming around the lot. She could not find the truck, so I start to eye the lot. I spotted it about 500 ft away. I said There is the truck and I started to walk towards it. She was hesitant to take me over to it, but I proceeded to walk over to it anyways. I walked up to the truck and looked inside. I saw trash all on the inside, and mud all over the tires and tail gate. Also, it had scratches all over the outside and a dent in the bumper. I am not sure why they would put this truck in the paper if it was not ready to sell. Susan wants me to test drive it, so she runs to go get the keys. She was gone for no less than 20 minutes because she could not find the keys. I start to re-think the truck due to gas costs. I then see a Black Ford Edge listed in the AD, too. We go for a test drive, and I love it. Susan takes me inside to run my credit, and such. She tells me I am approved, and gives me numbers on the Edge. She wanted me to pay around $500 or so for this car a month. I told her that was simply out of my price range. She said due to the mileage of the car they couldnt do more than a 3 year payment, and that is why it was so high of a price. I proceeded to ask her and the finance manager if they had any other SUVs because I liked the feel of them. They then lead me out to the car I will soon purchase, a 2008 Silver Saturn VUE. I really liked the look of the car when I saw it. My grandmother, Susan, and I load into the SUV to take a second test drive of the night. We are pulling out of the lot and onto the highway when I notice my feet were very cold. I lifted my foot up and tapped it down onto the floor board, and heard a little splash. It was water. The water was soaked into the carpet on the drivers side front and back. Also, on the passenger side front and back. Susan stated that she did not know how long the water had been there. Could have been a week, or so. We then pull back into the lot. I jumped out of the car to see how bad the water was. I put my hand into the rug and water rose around my fingers. The water was obviously there for a long time collecting, or it was sudden flooding from maybe something that just exploded? I then try to find where the water was coming from. It looks like there was water dripping down out of the vents by the ground on both sides. I suggested that maybe the AC exploded. I wasnt even sure if that was possible. We then proceed to walk inside and sit back down in her office. She gets the numbers for the vehicle ASAP. I work out a deal with them where I felt comfortable, $337.00 a month. I start to ask her when is the fastest she could have it fixed. She said Oh; I will have it fixed first thing in the morning. I will even come in early, and have it waiting on you. She then tries to get us to sign the papers right there. I was not comfortable doing that at such a fast pace. I needed to go home, and think about it over night. I was not comfortable enough with how the car looked with the water. It made me nervous about future problems. Around this time it is 8:30pm. I really need to go home, and sleep on this. My grandmother and I arrive back at the dealer ship on Saturday November 26th, at 9am. We were told the car was being looked at, and then they were going to start fixing it, so by the time we were done with the paperwork it would be ready. She then pulls out the paperwork, and proceeds to go over it. In my mind, I am thinking OK, the car is being fixed and cleaned so by the time I get done signing this paperwork I can leave. We get done signing all the paper work with Susan, so she takes us into John S. office, finance manager, and we start to do the final paperwork. In the mean time, I am still thinking in my head Yay, I get to have my car soon when were done. We put $2,000.00 on the car and an additional $1,940.00 for the bumper to bumper warranty. I wrote them out a check for $3,940.00. Before I wrote the check I asked John when they were going to be cashing it because my grandmother lives in Florida, and she was going to be putting the money into my account Tuesday. He stated that they would hold the check until Thursday for us. We agreed, so I wrote the check out. We then get out in the hall way for Susan to greet us, again. She stated that the car had a leak in the bottom seal, and that they could not make an appointment for it until Monday. I was told to call them back then. I was very frustrated, but said ok. I had no other choice. She then tells us that the man that details the cars, that is going to suck all the water out, was late. At this time it was 10:45am. We waited until 1:30pm to walk up to my car to find it just as wet as it was when I left it the night prior. It just smelled like something was sprayed on top. I told Susan that I was not accepting the car until it was taken to be dried. I do not know what the detailer was thinking but he did not fix the water issue. She drove it back over to the KIA detailer and drove back with it. She gets out of the car, and says that she has to take the car to the Nissan dealer. We did not want to wait there any longer because we had plans that day to go to the Smokies. We then have Susan take us back to my house. My father, grandmother, and I all went out to lunch, and when we were driving back to my house we decided to have my dad go by the dealership and talk to them. Susan pulled right in behind us with my car. We went to feel the rugs and it was still wet but not as bad. I realized it wasnt all going to be dry right away. My dad had susan write down that she was going to have the windshield fixed, plus any damage that was caused by the water and that it meant even if I had to have a loaner if it took any longer than expected. She agreed to all of that even volunteering the loaner car more than once if the car had to be kept overnight. She wrote down something short, and crossed out a couple other things and had her boss sign it. She handed us the paper and I put it with the rest of the paperwork. We also asked her for a car fax. We left the car lot with an empty tank. Wow, they cant even fill the gas tank when I just purchased a car from their company. We stop at the gas station, and my dad notices the bottom of the passenger door was catching and that it needed to be adjusted upwards. He told me I need to point it out when they take my car in Monday to be fixed. We got home, and my dad was looking a little more at my car. He noticed the passenger side hood had a thicker gap then the drivers side, and he thinks it had something to do with the bottom of the door being messed up. Maybe it got in an accident and didnt show up on the car fax? Who knows. As we were leaving the lot Susan suggested we go get a tarp to cover the car on Sunday the 27th. My dad and I went and got a tarp and covered the car. My dad and grandmother left that night to go back to Florida. I was bummed I did not get to go drive my new car the next day. Sunday November 27th came along and I was stuck inside all day because it was pouring down rain. I did not want to move the tarp off my car the way it was. I would go outside in the rain every now and then to make sure the tarp was doing its job. I would dump the water off every time that had collected on it. I tried getting a hold of a lady I work with that lives in the same apartment complex as me, but she was on vacation until Wednesday November, 30th. Monday November 28th was just the beginning. I get up an hour early to make sure I have time to deal with this tarp I have to face by myself. It took me roughly 30 minutes to get this tarp off of the car so I could drive it. I drive the car to work with the cracked windshield and cover it back up in the pouring rain by myself. I go into work, and call the Shop Manager Robbie Ball. He tells me he has not heard from the glass man, and that as soon as he hears from him he will call me. I called him a couple hours later and asked him if he had heard from him, but he was in a meeting. I called back at this point around 2pm. He still had not heard anything from anyone. I then call Susan to see if she could ask him, and he said that she would be there Tuesday November 29th for my appointment, and that she would come get my car. She stated she would be there at 12:15pm.Tuesday November 29th rolls along, and I call Susan at 10:45 to confirm our appointment. She said we were still on for it. I then proceed to call her when 12:30pm came along. She stated that she lost my address to my work that I had given her the prior day, and that someone threw it away when they cleaned her office. I again, gave her the address. I left the keys at the front desk and gave her directions how to get there. I told her that I was leaving for my lunch break with some co-workers. I come back to work and my car was still there. As I am walking into the building she rides up. I walk with her to get the keys, and bring her back down. I show her the noise the passenger door is making and the gap in the hood on the passenger side, also. I wanted to also point out that I didnt think it was just the windshield that was making the car wet. There was water seeping out of the speakers on the back passenger side. She said it was from the tarp getting it wet when I took it off. It was not from the tarp. The water kept dripping every time I wiped it. Susan then drove away with my car. She calls me roughly an hour later to tell me the windshield was cracked and that they couldnt fix it until Thursday. I already knew the windshield was broken. I did not want the car back until it was fixed. I told her that. I also told her to bring me a loaner car so I could use it for the next 2 days. LIKE WE HAD AGREED ON. She said okay she would bring me my house keys and the rental. I then get another call roughly 2 hours later from a Brandon. He also was a finance manager. He proceeded to tell me that they were not bringing me a rental and that I had to either take my car the way it was or find a ride for 2 days. I argued with Brandon for about 10 minutes how I was told I was getting a loaner more than one time, and she agreed on it. He said it was not in the contract and they could not help me. I hung up on him. I asked my father to give the man a call. He told my dad he could not do anything but give me a rental for $25 a day, and some free oil changes and details. I told them to bring me my car back (the Saturn). I was not about to have them take any more money from me. Susan brought me my car back, and told me she would come get the car again on Thursday December, 1st at 8:30 am. to have the windshield replaced. It is now Wednesday night and I am still stuck with the water soaked car. I drafted this letter on Wednesday night Novemeber 30th. Mind you they were supposed to get my car fixed on Thursday like they told me for the 234,572,345 time. Again, they could not fix it until Monday. I was left stranded again on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Today is Monday December 5th and they still will not give me my car back. It is a little odd to me that I was promised all these things and 10 days later I still do not have the car I purchased.

I was jerked around for many hours on the lot, as we all know this can happen on a dealership lot,I was prepared and held my ground. Needless to say I got the deal I needed, BUT this dealership did not pay off my trade in on time so I got a delinquent mark on my credit report, NOR did they report the vehicle change to my insurance company!!!! I must explain...I made a payment on the vehicle that I traded on September 25, 2011 for a payment that was due on 10/3. I traded this vehicle to Ted Russell Kia on October 8, 2011, I get a phone call from my previous car finance company over a month later telling me that they have not received my payments, they are reporting to the credit agencies to mark my report yadda yadda. I call Ted Russell Kia back to find out what is going on and it takes days to get to someone only to be told well we don't know what happened but cooperate was supposed to send a check. I was also told that they needed my insurance info so they could alert my company of the change in vehicle. Have found out two months later they NEVER contacted my insurance company or bothered to do anything else they promised. Yet the salesman told me that if I did not rate him a 10 when the Kia company called me he would not get paid for the sale of my car. He even went so far as to tell me that he actually called a lady that did not rate him a 10 and told her he was not going to get paid for selling her a car. I am not sure if it is the Kia brand or the dealership that I dealt with, but what started out as happy and loving is turning into pain, misery, heartache,and bullchit!!!!

Same thing happened to us with the not sending us a tag. was told they would send me a new one my tag has been expired for a week now and I haventrecieved a replacement temp tag OR my actual tag. Told they would fix things and then we would go up there to have things fixed and be told they didnt have the part or didnt have a the due bill. 2 of the 4 problems have finally been fixed after about 2 or three trips my husband got tired of spending his day off wasting gas to go back and forth so we would rather pay out of pocket than to have them give us the run around anymore!Ted russel kia if you are reading this I have NOTHING but time on my hands and would love nothing more than to make sure everyone knows of your POOR POOR business ethics and customer service. If that means reporting to BBB or standing out there daily with a sign that tells customers to run away from doing business with you I will do just that!

Seven weeks after purchasing a new Kia Forte for my son we are still waiting for the permanent licence plate. The dealer tried to switch the plate from my trade in to my son's new vehicle. They were told that this can only be done for a spouse. As a result weeks were lost in this futile exercise. I would have thought that a car dealer would have been well aware of this rule and not wasted time applying for a transfer of the old plate. This is a disgrace and reflects not only on the dealer, but also on Kia. I suggest that anyone wanting a new Kia try another dealer.

The service manager had no idea about the warranty on our vehicle. He called and stated the problem was a hose and gave price of $78.00 to replace. He was told not to fix it. There was recall that they did fix and he said they tightened a screw on a handle. He would call back with total price of repair. He never did. We called him and told him we spoke with KIA and we still had warranty the 10 or 100,000. He became very defensive. He quoted a 50.00 plus dollar repair bill and transferred call to cashier. She went over bill and stated there was a parts fee when asked what the parts were she reconnected to service manager. When he was asked about what the parts fee was for since he said he tightened a screw he became angry stated he would wave the fee and lock the keys in vehicle for us to come get it and do whatever as we where trying to tell him we didn't have a second key he hung up. He was called back and lied said he thought the conversation was through he was told we didn't have a second key he stated he leave them up front and hung up again. This is the most unprofessional treatment we have ever received from any business. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone I would drive miles to get treated better.

I mas lied to and im very unsatisfied. I went there wanting to buy a kia soul, was told over the phone i was approved for one, dave pretty much refused to sell me a soul, he told me it was out of my price range that i was approved for a 2012 forte which was the same price as a soul. I was lied to about the people i financed through and about who they tried to get me financed through. I was lied to about the price of the vehicle. They promised to give 1,000 of KBB value for my trade in, which they didnt. Promised to send me my tags within 30 days, now my tags are expired and they refuse to overnight me another dealer tag. I spend 20,000 dollars there and they cant afford to spend $15 on overnight charges? And a few days ago i tried to refinance my car through TVA (which is what i had originally requested) to get a lower interest rate and found out that they havent even sent my title to nashville yet and when i called to find out why it was because they needed a copy of my s.s. card...and they never bothered to call and tell me that. VERY unorganized and untruthful. After all this i called to speak with a manager but i kept getting the runaround. after the 3rd time i called i finally spoke with "one of the managers" not the manager. A man named Brandon , who did not want to listen to me and who did not believe me. He kept interrupting me and didnt listen to all i had to say, he said "dave sutton? we never get complaints on dave sutton. I cant believe this" with a cocky attitude like he didnt believe me. Then said he would find out what he could do and call me back anddidnt even take my number, so how is he going to call me back? on top of that he lied to me and said i couldnt speak to dave because he was busy with a customer, but earlier today i called to speak with dave and the receptionist told me it was his day off. So how was he busy with a customer when he wasnt htere? I work in timeshare sales and know no matter what you do they dont care, doesnt matter how much you complain or who you tell...but trust me i will get the word out. They wronged the wrong girl.

It is over 30 days and I still do not have my license plates. My temporary tag ran out and when I called the dealer to see if they could over night me another temporary tag the flatly said NO! Evidently it is their POLICY to leave their customers without any automobile on a memorial day weekend plus now I can't get to work on Tuesday because of the expired temporary tag.
