Jay and the whole family go above and beyond!!! We were on the hunt for a reliable car for our 16 yr old son. The Tiburon that my son loved that they had on the lot was over our budget so he had his brother drive to his house the same day to get the one almost identical that was in our budget that they were about to put up for sale. Not to mention...on our way home I was following my son and the car stalled, so we thought it was the battery, well I couldn't get it to start with the jumper cables so I called Jay and within about 15 minutes he and his mechanic were there to help...turned out it wasn't the battery but something with the oil line. Stressed out and almost in tears, He said don't worry I'll take care of this for you and he got a tow truck out there and said he would tow it back to the shop and get it fixed for us! I mean who does that Technically he didn't have to help us with anything after we drove off the lot! A+++ for customer service!!! Highly recommend this family owned company!

My son Dalton just turned 16 and wanted a tiburon! So we drove out to the dealership and found out this place was tiburon heaven! They had at least 12 in stock ! We test drove the one we wanted, moe informed us the car was involved in a accident, they did a great job on the repairs. Maintenance had already been done and had brand new tires! We got our registration a few days after the sale! Although the car will have a rebuilt title I can say that we got a good deal on a good car from good people. I will definitely be back

I have bought 2 cars from them so far and haven't had any issues with either of my kids cars! I bought a 07 Corolla for my daughter and a 08 Tiburon for my son at great deals!! I've got kid number 3 to worry about in 4 years which will give me time to save up lol. Although I'm sending everyone I know to go see Jay or Moe for a good reliable used car!!

i have been searching for a Tiburon for about 2 months now and finally came across parkway auto sales. I called to make sure the vehicle I wanted was available and Jay assisted me. The car was exactly in the good condition it was advertised. I was able to haggle a few hundred bucks off of the price but overall I got a good car for a good price

My 16 year old son just bought his first car (Hyundai Tiburon) from Jay. The first thing he told us was that it had been in a small front end collision and he explained all the repairs. He was honest about everything upfront, which I really appreciated. We brought our mechanic (Jason Ming from The Colony Main Oil and Lube) back a couple days later to look at it and drive it. He reported to us that the car was in great shape and had been repaired correctly. This was the third Tiburon our mechanic had looked at for us and the other 2 were duds, to our surprise, as they looked and sounded just fine. Jay had new tires on it, newly aligned and new back brakes. Our mechanic said the only thing it needed was front brakes and a new belt. Jay came down off the original price to cover those expenses. Make sure you ask for Jay but make sure you take any car you are interested in buying to a mechanic first. Most mechanics will check cars out for you for free or at a minimal cost. It will save you lots of money in the long run. I would definitely buy another used car from Parkway in the future.

I was a bit nervous buying from parkway because I live in Los angeles ca and I needed to get our car shipped, I would do it again in a heartbeat after my experience. I called on a Sunday when the dealership was closed but Jay answered immediately and took the time to meet with me. I walked out of there in under an hour with an honest and open experience, and a car. He was friendly and open and was ready to find me another car if the deal didn't work out. I bought a 2009 Toyota Camry in Feb 2014. Jay was able to get me bank financing even though I have pretty rough credit (NEVER been able to get financed anywhere except tote the note places). The payments were right where I wanted them to be and the process was easy and smooth. My car even had plates when I came to pick it up and Jay replaced the front two tires with brand new ones for no cost to me. When I test drove it I noticed the cruise control button was not working properly so he promptly fixed it before I even picked up the car. I absolutely loved this vehicle. There is not a single thing that I would have changed (except maybe wanting leather seats but that's because I have 2 dogs and the fur is hard to get off cloth seats lol)... My car was totaled a few weeks ago (not at fault -_- accident) and Jay is helping me out getting me into another vehicle quickly. We are just waiting for insurance to settle out and pay off my Camry. I loved the process and this lot so much my husband bought a car from him as well! Last month he bought a 2012 Scion xB and got financing through the same bank as I did (though his credit is way better than mine so no surprise). Payments are good and he loves this car. My husband said over and over that his next car would be a Scion xB and one day I was bored and went to Jays website and there it was! He was in the car the next day and had plates the following day. Jay is friendly and provides a great level of customer service. My in-laws are now getting ready to purchase a vehicle from him as well! PS GAP INSURANCE... Get it! I've experienced this twice now!!! GET THE GAP INSURANCE!!!

Was able to negotiate a fair value of $3000 off asking price after pointing out shoddy repairs. Will cost me roughly that amount to get it up to safety standards. As soon as I started the car, the airbag light on the dash did not display. That tells me it was disconnected to hide the fact that it deployed and was not replaced. Seatbelt pre-tensioners were not replaced, which is required after an accident. Looked underneath the front and rear bumpers and found that both came from another car (different inner color, they only paint the outside). Like other reviewers, googled the vin and found the car was bought at an auction for salvaged vehicles, which also had photos of all the damage and deployed airbags.

Dealing with these clowns was one of the worst decisions I have made in a long time. Was NOT told the vehicle had a SALVAGE title until after I was on the lot - despite calling ahead to inquire about it. Of course, the damage incurred was downplayed. I was also told the airbags had not been deployed in the wreck; however, I found pictures on the Internet of the vehicle following the accident with BOTH airbags deployed. Not surprisingly, neither Jay nor Moe had any idea how the airbags had been mysteriously replaced! To say I question their honesty would be a massive understatement.

I live in Conway, Arkansas and I found the truck i I was looking for here! I had been looking for this truck for quite a while so I was not going to back down from this deal! I I tried buying local but this deal was to good to pass up. I was kind of leery on buying from out of state but moe sent me several pictures of the truck and i got a feel of the truck. Parkway auto sales arranged the transportation for pick up and drop off ! was in constant contact with moe and jay and they sent me pictures if the car and face timed to make sure the car was exactly what I wanted! I would highly recommend this dealership to any out stat or local buyers looking for a deal!

I SAW THE CIVIC FOR SALE ONLINE, HAVE BEEN BURNED IN THE PAST DEALERS SAY ITS STILL AVAILABLE WHEN THEY'VE REALLY SOLD IT. CALLED AND THE SALESMAN JAY TOOK A PICTURE OF THE CAR WHILE IT WAS ON THE LOT... GOT THERE AND IT WAS EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED. GREAT CAR FOR A GOOD PRICE + I GOT A 90 POWERTRAIN WARRANTY!!!
