Not even 1 star. I bought a car + a 6 month extended warranty 5 weeks ago. 2 weeks after I bought it the check engine light came on. We took it to Nissan. Along with the 15 things that were wrong, the transmission was failing and needs to be replaced. We submitted a claim and it has been denied because the transmission hasnt actually failed. I guess they r waiting for that to happen when I am driving with my children in the car. We called Shane to see what he would be willing to do. He said possibly they could buy it back but at a loss but he was waiting for the owners. We have called several times over the last 3 days and same response. Waiting for owners. I am not holding my breath. We have had to deal with this ourselves and have taken a $2500 loss. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE!!!!
