Kudos to John at Parkway Family Mazda! I bought a solid used car for our family and we are all happy with our purchase. He is a great guy to deal with - will entertain you, negotiate with you, respects your decisions, and greets you nicely, and oh man after the deal is done... I saw him applying tire shine on the wheels and made sure that the car is clean inside out and good to go before we left. Happy customers here! Thanks Mazda! Update 2021: car has been very reliable to my fam. No regrets buying from them. 👍

We just bought our second vehicle from Parkway and could not be happier. Our salesperson, Anthony Nicholson, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and most of all, he listened to our needs. He was patient and made the whole car buying process fun. Additionally, the finance officer, Aaron, was awesome as well. (The sales manager was excellent, but I can't remember his name). If you are looking for a vehicle, do yourself a favor and come visit these folks. You will be glad you did. Car buying can be a pain, but these folks make it fun. NO PRESSURE and they LISTEN to you. Great People, Great Prices, Great Service!

Ryan here, and I just wanted to take the time and say how well my experience was with this dealership This was my 3rd time coming to this dealership. A few years ago I bought a Mazda 6 which I absolutely loved but unfortunately it got totaled. So I decided I wanted to try and get back into another Mazda a few years down the line and the last two times I came to the dealer I was helped by the lady of the name Stephanie. Let me tell you, she was by far the best salesman I have EVER done business with I’ve had my fair share of cars and delt with many salesmen. The last time I was there we spent a total of 3 hours together and even though we couldn’t come to an agreement with a car I don’t regret going what so ever. It was genuinely a good time and she is an awesome person. If there was anything I could do for her I would. If anyone reads this review PLEASE go to Stephanie she will 1000% take care of you and you will enjoy every moment of it. She never got frustrated with me with how pushy I was. I wish I could get a car from her because I know she would get an incentive. Long story short she kills it and I hope her manager sees this review as well

Sean was very helpful and made us feel comfortable during the car buying process. They were not pushy and really wanted to make sure we got the best deal. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

I called all around Houston, Tx for this specific car. one I had already been at another dealership who didn't follow through on the terms. I contacted this dealership and I was amazed at the service. Christie was very honest and up front with me. When I came in Dan helped me the whole process was quick and fast. I am extremely happy and please. I would recommend these two to anyone looking to buy a car. Thanks Christie and Dan you guys rock!!
