Most straight forward dealer I've dealt with. Staff and Sales Manager strive to make sure the customer is happy and make the buying process super smooth. They only try to sell you what YOU want and not what they want to get rid of. Very knowledgeable and the the service department is top notch.

For my first new car purchase, I went to Parkway, initially, just to do some test drives. Parkway Ford offered exactly what I was looking for at the price within my budget, and I am very excited to now own a 2017 Ford Escape. Mark Caroll took the time to be sure I was comfortable with my purchase; I was nervous about the negotiating process. He listened to what I was looking to achieve and helped to make it happen. He went the extra mile on the pick-up day to have her shined up and waiting when I arrived. He made the process I thought would be stressful, surprisingly enjoyable. Customer service for me so far at this dealership, definitely 5 stars!

One of the best car purchase experiences I've ever had.Many times when your approach a dealership with a trade, you expect to get a low ball price. That DID NOT happen. I was given what I considered a fair price for my trade.I purchased a new 2017 Lincoln MKC.The sales staff worked together as a team. The sales representative that worked most directly with me never failed to follow up and follow through and continues to do so even after my purchase.

My wife found the Durango we wanted on cars.com but the dealer was about 40 miles away. Best decision ever to go there and look anyway. Everyone and I mean EVERYONE at this dealership was pleasant and helpful throughout the buying process. Easiest car purchase ever thanks to Sales Associate Ron Farver. Kept us informed every step of the way. Well worth the drive. I would recommend this dealer to everyone. Also, hats off to the guys who prepped it for pickup. This is a preowned vehicle with some miles on it but it was absolutely sparkling clean when we came back to get it.

I hardly know where to start. Ron Farver has truly been the BEST auto salesman that I have ever encountered! When we purchased the car he could not have been more helpful! He has assisted me with everything from repairs to installing the cell phone information to answering my numerous questions about various items related to my Dodge Avenger. Additionally, a couple of months ago we had to replace the dash lights panel (?) and were told that Parkway was willing to split the cost with us. Imagine my GREAT surprise when we went to pick up the car and was told that we did not have to pay anything - it had been taken care of by their warranty person!!! I do not believe there are very many automobile dealers around the country who would have taken care of this in such a great manner. I believe most would have taken our money and pocketed it!. If there are any awards for Auto Dealers and Auto Salesmen, I am 100% endorsing Mr. Mears (owner of Parkway) and Ron Farver, Salesman for that award! The larger the award the BETTER. I was looking to trade-in my 2011 F-250 Super Duty and purchase a new Ford 4x4. I was referred to Parkway Ford and Mark Carroll specifically by Adam Bechtol. After speaking with Mark on the phone, WOW, I realized that this man knew exactly how to talk to people and made me feel like he cared about me personally. Because that it what is important to me, people who care about me. I am sensitive, and Mark had the softest tones in his voice and really touched me with his words. Once I met Mark, I knew that I had made the right decision to come to Parkway Ford and deal with Mark. He met me with the warmest of handshakes, and as our eyes met, I knew that this was going to be the beginning of a really close friendship. Mark situated me in a brand new 2016 F-250 Super Duty Lariat 4x4. He explained to me all the bells and whistles that were offered and even accompanied me on my test drive. NOW THAT WAS FUN. Anyways, I bought the truck, and Mark and I still stay in contact to this day. Sharing our life stories and laughing at each others jokes. MARK HAS TO BE THE BEST SALESMAN EVER!

Mark was very sensitive to my needs. He knew what I wanted and found it for me. AND, he did not treat me as a "Dumb Woman" which I have had happen before. The stereo ROCKS and That was a must! Drives smooth and quiet, but plenty of spunk, great car!

I bought a car off the used car lot that needed a new tail light. I got my car in the middle of Aug and this is now the end of Sept. I have yet to get my tail light replaced. The first time they got the tail light in it was the wrong side, the second time it wasn't the right color and now I had to call them to find out if the third one is in and they can't get me in for another week. I have talked to the upper people and they only thing that they have offered is an I'm sorry. They haven't offered anything for my time or gas. I live 45 mins away so it's not like around the bend. So no way that I would recommend them for anything.

We drove down from Michigan to buy a 2012 Ford Focus. Along the way we ran into traffic and were late, and the salesman Tony waited around for us. He had most of the paper work ready to go and we purchased our car and were back on the road in no time. Great experience, dealership, and salesman.

I have tried in the past to purchase a vehicle from this location with no luck. They were just unwilling to deal at all. They have recently been purchased by another local dealership, so I tried again . The buying experience was flawless and they are looking to sell new cars, so they were willing to give me a good deal. I did complete the purchase and would highly recommend them. Everyone was friendly and professional. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle you definitely want to give them a serious look.

We began looking for a new car on Parkway Fords website and was contacted by a wonderful salesman, Ron.He was very patient never pushed and was always very supportive. He found us exactly what we thought were looking for. But after driving it we changed our minds. Ron never blinked he went right to work and found us 3 of the new model by the next morning. We then decided to change models again. I called Ron that same morning and by the time I got off work he had found us 3 of that model to consider. He was great about us changing our minds. We were treated like good friends by everyone at the dealership. Ron told us they wanted us to be happy with our purchase and his goal was for us to get what we wanted. We ended up purchasing a car from them that night. I am so excited I love my new car! Thanks Parkway and Ron! We will go back when we need to purchase another vehicle.

I purchased my 2014 mustang from Parkview ford in Dover Ohio and I received excellent service from the sales lady right down to the finance manager. The sales lady explained all detailes of my new Mustang when I went to pick it up. I had to order it and it took just two days to come in and be ready to pick up. I always got excellent service whenever I took my 2007 Mustang in for oil changes or repaires. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.

In 2011, I leased my first Chrysler 200 Limited and loved it! Inside and out, it was a beautiful car. So,...When my lease was up, I came back with the idea of looking at something with 4-wheel drive. My salesman, Todd made me feel very comfortable, showed me a couple vehicles, but, in the end, I leased another 200 Limited! Todd was very, very helpful and extremely easy to work with. Between Todd, Darby, and John Klotz, the entire process was relaxed and I couldn't have dealt with a genuinely friendlier group of gentlemen. I'm very happy and very satisfied, and will be back again in 2017!

Mark was very helpful. We came in looking for a used car and ended up in a new car and we got a great deal. We never felt like we were being pushed into something. Everything happened over a week and no one ever got impatient with us to make up our minds. We are very happy with our purchase and will shop there again.

Worst car dealership ever, we bought a used 2000 Mazda from them for our son. Lisa the sales man told us the only thing that was wrong with it was the battery and told us to go to the gas station a block away because it was also out of gas. On the way home it started to over heat after about two miles thinking it was the thermostat we brought it home it hasn't started since! We had it towed to the our mechanics only to learn that the head and head gasket are both ruined. We contacted the dealers only to be told to bad ! They are horrible people that run a very shady business! BEWARE don't buy anything from them! Again they only let us go to the gas station for a test drive so we wouldn't learn the truth! I wouldn't even give them 1 star but that is the lowest option!
