I was looking to trade-in my 2011 F-250 Super Duty and purchase a new Ford 4x4. I was referred to Parkway Ford and Mark Carroll specifically by Adam Bechtol. After speaking with Mark on the phone, WOW, I realized that this man knew exactly how to talk to people and made me feel like he cared about me personally. Because that it what is important to me, people who care about me. I am sensitive, and Mark had the softest tones in his voice and really touched me with his words. Once I met Mark, I knew that I had made the right decision to come to Parkway Ford and deal with Mark. He met me with the warmest of handshakes, and as our eyes met, I knew that this was going to be the beginning of a really close friendship. Mark situated me in a brand new 2016 F-250 Super Duty Lariat 4x4. He explained to me all the bells and whistles that were offered and even accompanied me on my test drive. NOW THAT WAS FUN. Anyways, I bought the truck, and Mark and I still stay in contact to this day. Sharing our life stories and laughing at each others jokes. MARK HAS TO BE THE BEST SALESMAN EVER!

Mark was very sensitive to my needs. He knew what I wanted and found it for me. AND, he did not treat me as a "Dumb Woman" which I have had happen before. The stereo ROCKS and That was a must! Drives smooth and quiet, but plenty of spunk, great car!

My wife and I just purchased a new 2015 Fusion AWD from Parkway Ford Lincoln. We were professionally assisted by Mark Carroll and it was a very painless, no pressure, experience. We were pleased with the price offered for the Fusion and for the fair value of our trade-in. Mark was great to deal with and we will be back when the time comes to purchase another vehicle.

I just bought a 2015 Ford Escape SE from Mark. He gave me a great deal, was very pleasant & didn't push me to buy. He was a big help from start to finish. I will definitely come back to him the next time I am in the market for a new car.

I bought a car off the used car lot that needed a new tail light. I got my car in the middle of Aug and this is now the end of Sept. I have yet to get my tail light replaced. The first time they got the tail light in it was the wrong side, the second time it wasn't the right color and now I had to call them to find out if the third one is in and they can't get me in for another week. I have talked to the upper people and they only thing that they have offered is an I'm sorry. They haven't offered anything for my time or gas. I live 45 mins away so it's not like around the bend. So no way that I would recommend them for anything.

We drove down from Michigan to buy a 2012 Ford Focus. Along the way we ran into traffic and were late, and the salesman Tony waited around for us. He had most of the paper work ready to go and we purchased our car and were back on the road in no time. Great experience, dealership, and salesman.

I have tried in the past to purchase a vehicle from this location with no luck. They were just unwilling to deal at all. They have recently been purchased by another local dealership, so I tried again . The buying experience was flawless and they are looking to sell new cars, so they were willing to give me a good deal. I did complete the purchase and would highly recommend them. Everyone was friendly and professional. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle you definitely want to give them a serious look.

We began looking for a new car on Parkway Fords website and was contacted by a wonderful salesman, Ron.He was very patient never pushed and was always very supportive. He found us exactly what we thought were looking for. But after driving it we changed our minds. Ron never blinked he went right to work and found us 3 of the new model by the next morning. We then decided to change models again. I called Ron that same morning and by the time I got off work he had found us 3 of that model to consider. He was great about us changing our minds. We were treated like good friends by everyone at the dealership. Ron told us they wanted us to be happy with our purchase and his goal was for us to get what we wanted. We ended up purchasing a car from them that night. I am so excited I love my new car! Thanks Parkway and Ron! We will go back when we need to purchase another vehicle.

I purchased my 2014 mustang from Parkview ford in Dover Ohio and I received excellent service from the sales lady right down to the finance manager. The sales lady explained all detailes of my new Mustang when I went to pick it up. I had to order it and it took just two days to come in and be ready to pick up. I always got excellent service whenever I took my 2007 Mustang in for oil changes or repaires. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.

In 2011, I leased my first Chrysler 200 Limited and loved it! Inside and out, it was a beautiful car. So,...When my lease was up, I came back with the idea of looking at something with 4-wheel drive. My salesman, Todd made me feel very comfortable, showed me a couple vehicles, but, in the end, I leased another 200 Limited! Todd was very, very helpful and extremely easy to work with. Between Todd, Darby, and John Klotz, the entire process was relaxed and I couldn't have dealt with a genuinely friendlier group of gentlemen. I'm very happy and very satisfied, and will be back again in 2017!

Mark was very helpful. We came in looking for a used car and ended up in a new car and we got a great deal. We never felt like we were being pushed into something. Everything happened over a week and no one ever got impatient with us to make up our minds. We are very happy with our purchase and will shop there again.

Had been planning to order a 2014 Shelby GT500 when I found one on the internet with all the options I wanted. I live in Alaska and the Dealership is in Ohio so I was pretty nervous about buying sight unseen. Lisa was great to work with. She provided lots of photos and answered all my questions, making this one of the most painless car purchases I have ever made. THANK YOU LISA!

Bought our 2013 Taurus used w/only 3k miles. We were looking at new when we were steered to this 2013. The car is excellent . The whole buying/sales process went very well and was stress free. Our salesman Todd was very helpful and the sales mgr. Darby was easy to work with.

Worst car dealership ever, we bought a used 2000 Mazda from them for our son. Lisa the sales man told us the only thing that was wrong with it was the battery and told us to go to the gas station a block away because it was also out of gas. On the way home it started to over heat after about two miles thinking it was the thermostat we brought it home it hasn't started since! We had it towed to the our mechanics only to learn that the head and head gasket are both ruined. We contacted the dealers only to be told to bad ! They are horrible people that run a very shady business! BEWARE don't buy anything from them! Again they only let us go to the gas station for a test drive so we wouldn't learn the truth! I wouldn't even give them 1 star but that is the lowest option!

I just bought my second vehicle from Humphries in the last year and a half. I have been pleased in both instances with their service. I had a couple of issues with my most recent purchase and they immediately made things right. I will continue doing business with them.
