My overall experience with Parkway was good. They would have received an excellent if the staff had really listened to my living arrangements and not took me through all the hoops 5 days after the deal. All it took was one call to the Finance Company and everything was worked out. Shout out to my salesman Clay Davis. Clay was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and explained everthing I had questions about.

The truck I was sold has a lot of issues. The dash that was in bad shape was taken care of but there are plenty of other problems that weren't addressed that were either overlooked or someone didn't take the proper amount of time to go over the vehicle. I am very disappointed in this dealership and the truck I was sold. I have no qualms with the sales person but the condition of the truck leaves a lot to be desired.

My overall rating was good but the car wash sucked! They did not add air to my tires so the low tire pressure warning would go off. I told management I would bring it back to get a re-wash.

John and Brian are the greatest! I never want to look anywhere else for a car. I wasn't hussled. They were polite and respectful. John has a vast knowledge of every vehicle. Brian went out if his way to get me in the car I wanted. They are awesome!

My sales person was great, but after having to take my car back because of an arm rest they said they would fix, there was a service tire monitoring system light that came on and a screw was missing on the bottom they proceeded not to fix the arm nor the bottom and put the front license plate back on the car which should have already been there anyway and tell me to bring the car back they had to order another part. If I had seen these problems in the beginning and they were not trying to hide them til the car was sold I would have never purchased the car.

Saturday, May 9, 2010 *I walked in this dealership. Salesman Edward Williams met my daughter and myself, invited us to his office. He took time to make us feel comfortable and at home. Explaining all details and answered all my questions. Following us through Insurance office and to financial office. Edward and all the crew at that dealership laughed with us today and cried with us and even made us know that a stranger is a friend you haven't met yet. Everyone was attentive and nice. We have only had our car for one day so we do not know yet how much we will enjoy it but so far we like it. We have never had a Mitsubishi before and we do not know anyone who has one. The reason we came to the dealership is because the warranty seemed better than any other type car. The reason we chose the dealership in LaGrange it because it is the nearest dealership to us in Thomaston, GA.

So my husband and I had just stopped by to look at a truck after breakfast. A few hours later we had a brand new Outlander and a slightly used truck. We walked in with an idea of what we wanted, changed our minds, and then changed our minds again. Then we went through some fraud alert issues on our credit reports we weren't aware of and then our initial lender closed.... it was a saga, I tell you. Through it all Ed was super patient, informative and kept the jokes coming to lighten the mood with some very tedious customers. The staff was the same. I found the vehicle through a friend and came and looked at it on Saturday, May 24, 2014. Unsure if the truck was really what I wanted they said that I could take the truck for the remainder of the weekend. I returned to the dealership on Monday (Memorial Day) to see where I would be with the payment. Once Anthony presented what they had for me I told him that was more than I wanted or felt I could handle. Anthony and Michael asked where I wanted / needed to be and 15 to 20 minutes later than came back and had the payment a lot closer to what I wanted than I thought they would be able to do. Normally, the buying process goes back and forth between the dealership and the buyer and this process will drag out for several hours. I spent less time at Parkway Mitsubishi purchasing my used truck than at any other dealership where I have purchased a vehicle in the past. I will definitely recommend this dealership and salesman to anyone I know that is in the market for a vehicle.

Calvin Mac is not a car salesman. He is an actual person. no games. no lies. I stopped at Parkway Mitsubishi in search of an SUV. He showed me one and I told him no, I want something bigger. He asked a few questions about exactly what I wanted.. After listening to my answers, he showed me a Tahoe that had just arrived. hadn't been cleaned or anything. It was perfect. Exactly what I was looking for. I put down 500 as a deposit. Well, my credit came back and I couldn't finance it. I had shown him my bank statements and he suggested that since I had some money put away, I could always buy it outright. The price was exactly what KBB said it should be (8500), but that is a lot of money. After holding it for a week, I contacted him and told him that I was sorry but I just couldn't do it. I was a little upset because I really wanted it, I just couldn't justify spending all that money in one shot. He said he would call me back. 15 minutes later the phone rang. He knew someone that was looking for a car exactly like the one I already owned and put me in touch with them. In addition, he knocked almost 1100 dollars off the price of the Tahoe. Calvin helped me sell my old car and took a lot of money off the vehicle I wanted just because he knew how badly I wanted it. He is a great guy and I will always be grateful for the break he gave me and my family. I will definitely return to see him when it is time to buy another vehicle. If you are going looking for a vehicle in Lagrange GA, go to Parkway and ask for Calvin. I know from experience he will do everything he can to help you!

I must say on my recent purchase of buying my first vehicle, I am really pleased. Parkway Mitsubishi sent me out a Visa credit card in which I had to respond to within 5 days or the card would've deactivated. I first had to call a number to get my pre-approval amount. Then I was contacted by a member from Parkway for some basic information and an appointment where I was introduced to Art Timms. Upon arrival I met Art and he was very professional and helpful. We went on a test drive, I feel in love with my car. Art Timms and Parkway Mitsubishi has the best customer service, because I didn't have the best situation to even be trying to purchase a vehicle at this time, (ie low down payment and a fair credit score), however Art and Parkway helped me fulfill a dream of purchasing a cheap, low mileage, and low monthly payments vehicle. On January 28th we bought a BMW 128i. we drove it for about an hour and discovered a vacuum leak. we called the lot but they were closed the next two days it snowed and they were closed. we went back on Thursday only to be told there was no warranty and they didn't even try to make it right. the manager was more concerned with making sure we were financed and would buy the car. i have made several attempts to contact the owner but am being ignored.

Salesperson Anthony Gracie was great to work with. The sales manager Quentin Kelly offer was insulting and misleading. He almost lost the sale but Anthony Gracie corrected the problems. I have a long relationship with this dealership having purchased 4 vehicles from Parkway and I will deal with Anthony again but not Mr. Kelly. The Parkway dealership has good service department and has always taken good care my vehicles and my daughter's.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Calvin and also Quentin they helped me through buying my first car, and getting me into something that fit my bill and also was happy with, over all the customer was great and very helpful and walked me through all my options while i was deciding on my car that I wanted, Calvin is great with all customers makes you feel like family when you are there trying to find a car and works really hard to make sure you are happy with your purchase of the vehicle. Also the buying process was easy I walked in and told them the exact car I wanted and they immediately went to work on getting the car i wanted and calling the bank and getting the paper work started they didn't take all day to get the process done it was done in a matter of only two hours or so, the whole experience of buying a car was not stressful at all, I left out of there with a smile on my face and big relief of stress lifted off my shoulders what a blessing that Calvin was so helpful and also Quentin who worked very hard to get the right price for me on the car and also the right payments both of these guys were great nice and made me and my grandmother feel like family always positive and smiling and making sure everything was right. thank you both for helping me out so much on finding the right car for me and I will be buying another car from them in the future again, and would recommend anyone who is looking for a new or used car to buy from Parkway they are great people and truly make sure each customer is taking care of and on the right track before they leave. again thank you guys for your help and wonderful customer service may God Bless Ya'll

My over all experience was great and couldn't as for any better of hard working folks there to get me in the right car to start building my credit and building me towards a truck in a few months, I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to buy a car the prices are great and have great payment options. Calvin and Quentin were great sales man and willing to work with me to get the right car for the right price, and made sure I was happy with what I had bought and the customer service overall was great and fast an friendly Didn't have to sit there for hours waiting they got me in and out the door, I will be purchasing my next vehicle from them at this dealership and will send anyone who needs a car or truck there, very honest and great people there at Parkway, Calvin made sure everything was done right and quickly as possible making e and my granny feel like we were at home, very family oriented and willing to make sure he finds you the right vehicle for what anyone needs. After having bad experiences with other dealerships in Georgia lacking significantly in customer service, and some being down right rude, I had found a vehicle I was interested and called about it. I was transferred to Ed Williams, and he was very straightforward and knowledgeable about the vehicles I had inquired about. He explained a lot about the ones I had mentioned and didn't try to push me into something else, which I find very refreshing. I expressed to him up front that I had not so good credit, but that didn't change the way he treated me or his level of customer service. When we got to the dealership, I was greeted by those in the immediate area and Ed came up immediately. He was very friendly and along with him and the sales managers, they made the entire experience pleasant, quick and not a huge hassle. It was really nice not going to a car dealer and being lied to. I really respect the level of customer service and integrity of the dealership as a whole. I would definitely buy from here again or recommend to anyone to buy here as well. That kind of experience is hard to find anymore.

EVERYONE from Mr. Truitt and all the other employees that passed by us stopped to shake both our hands and to welcome us. The manager was exceptionally friendly and made the process very easy. Theron was so friendly and was/is very knowledgeable about the car we ended up buying. In fact we were only going to test drive the vehicle of my choice and instead came home with our second purchase from that same dealership! Great job Theron.

I HAD THE MOST WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE WITH ANTHONY AT PARKWAY MITSUBISHI. HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY. FROM OUR CONVERSATIONS THROUGH EMAIL TO OUR ACTUAL MEETING, ANTHONY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. HE MADE MY WHOLE EXPERIENCE VERY PLEASANT. We visited your dealership on January 31st looking at your used car selection. Calvin McCalpine greated us with open arms. I had spoke with him the day before advising him that we would be making the trip from McDonough an told him we would arrive about noon. Come to find out he came into work on his day off to help us make our selection. We spent the entire day test driving an contimplating on which car we wanted an Calvin was so very patient with us after changing our minds several different times:) My husband and I enjoyed spending Mr Calvin's day off with him at work and driving home in our new Chrysler 300. He answered all of our questions an was such a pleasure to do business with. I would recommend Mr Calvin McCalpine to any of my friends looking to buy a new or used car.

Everyone at Parkway was very friendly, and Anthony was great sales person. I went to a lot of different dealers trying to decide what vehicle I wanted to get. Anthony was the only person who always followed up with me and asked what it would take to earn my business. His hard work and a good deal made sure my new car came from Parkway Mitsubishi. Wow is all I can say! It was a great experience and I will recommend Parkway to everybody. I have bought 3 vehicles from Parkway in the past. This is my 4th vehicle and this exeperience was by far the better one, although each time I thought It coulld not be better. On I gave 3 options, and then a color.... Calvin delivered, lol, I mean literally delivered that very day. After, discussing price, extended warranty, papers was signed and when I left work, it was in my new vehicle. The color and car I wanted, my first choice! "Sweatless Victory"... This is the very reason, I recommend people to Calvin, actually the next week one two of my clients bought a car, yay! It was my intention to only go in and check on getting a used vehicle but I walked out the owner of the vehicle with no regrets at all. Calvin was a great salesman. My sister and I feel very blessed and gratful to have crossed pathes with Calvin McCalpine.Calvin was referred to us by a friend who knew we were in need of transportation. It only too Calvin a day to follow thru getting in touch with us and when he came to us which is not heard of much he came in the car that would end up beoing our purchase.Calvin is a bright and extremely caring young man who went out of his way to help secure a vehicle. We had been looking and in fact I was told that I would never get a new car with my challengeing credit history, but Calvin never let that thought enter hs mind. Calvin along with the maneger at Parkway worked hard and made owning a new 2013 Lancer a reality for my sister and I. Some may say well that's their job and that's true but we know that it was more than that for Calvin.
