I had a great experience buying my first car here. Kevin Welsh was my dealer and he is the best. He was very friendly, explained everything in detail and kept me updated about everything from the day it was booked. He even went a step further and helped me in getting papers in time from the insurance. Also my financial advisor Meyer wa excellent. He gave me all the options and helped me in picking up the right deal. I strongly recommend to meet Kevin, Meyer and choose Parkway Toyota of Boston!!

I just want to share my experience at Toyota Parkway… Me and my husband already had a Toyota so it wasn’t our first time buying a car, but this time it was very different in such a good way! Peter was the person who helped us find our new car, he explained all the details and questions that I asked, and it was very nice to us… I will definitely come bay to say Hi to him every time I go to Toyota Parkway!! The team at Parkway Toyota of Boston is among the very best. Chad is awesome. He is professional, polite, friendly, knowledgable, and above all very patient. He does everything he can to accommodate your requests. James, the manager, gave us an excellent deal. There was no pressure and we visited another 4 Toyota dealers, these guys were by far the best. We ended up leasing 2 cars from them. Strongly recommended!

I went to buy a car and was told it was available that same day. I paid a down payment and my credit was pulled in order to finalize the financing. It was only at that point that they told me that they didn't have the title in hand and couldn't finalize the sale (this was never disclosed before my credit card was charged and my credit was pulled). They told me the title should arrive in 2-3 days and I was fine with that. However, almost a week later there was still no title and they still couldn't tell me exactly when it would arrive. I was eventually able to get my down payment back, but now I have a hard pull on my credit with nothing to show for it. I would definitely not recommend buying a car from this dealership, or at least make sure they have the title in hand before going through with the purchase. They also gave me conflicting information to the point where I didn't feel like I could trust anything they were telling me.

Best service Dept on the auto mile. In and out - no problem. Often without an appointment. Service writers are terrific, especially Joe Walsh. I have worked with him for over 10 years.
