The team at Parkway Toyota of Boston is among the very best. Chad is awesome. He is professional, polite, friendly, knowledgable, and above all very patient. He does everything he can to accommodate your requests. James, the manager, gave us an excellent deal. There was no pressure and we visited another 4 Toyota dealers, these guys were by far the best. We ended up leasing 2 cars from them. Strongly recommended!

I had a very great experience with Chadha, the salesperson that I worked with. He was honest, kind, and made me feel like my needs were heard in terms of what I needed as a first-time car buyer. The staff in the finance department, director and the associate under him, were very rude. The finance department made what was suppose to be an exciting experience as a first-time car buyer, a horrible experience. The first person in the finance department rushed the paperwork and didn't even finish getting all my paperwork completed and signed before I left. Additionally, he didn't even try to do the work to assess what loan interest rates I could get at different banks and tried to fill out paperwork for a high loan interest rate. I had to push him to check what other loan interest rates I could get with other banks. My insistence got me a rate that was almost half as much. Two days passed before I was called back to get all my paperwork completed and signed, meanwhile I was under the impression that it was completed. There needs to be better streamlined communication between the sales department and the finance department. The sales associate I worked with was also under the impression that the paperwork had been completed as well. When I was called back to complete the paperwork, the finance director we worked with treated us like a fly he wanted to swat away and although completed the paperwork quickly, had a very short and cold attitude. A couple times, he also quickly pulled the paperwork from me while I was reading it. The dealership manager was notified of my concerns, and when I met with him he did not even let me and my family speak. He gave me a key chain and walked away. I would never recommend anyone to come here.

Everything about my experiences with Parkway have been exceptional. I even bring my non-Toyota vehicles to get serviced there. The sales manager James really made me feel like they rolled out the red carpet for me. The service manager Malinda always makes sure I am in and out of there as fast as humanly possible. I would recommend them a hundred times over.

Brought in my 2019 Rav 4 to get it serviced. Jack was my advisor. He was excellent. He went above and beyond with his wonderful disposition to help. I was very happy with the services rendered. They vacuumed and washed my car. And even had it inspected all I one stop. Thanks guys, you are tops

We really loved working with Jeremiah and Meyer (spelling?). We knew that there was practically no inventory for the 2021 Prius, so we didn’t expect a deal, but they worked with us to give us a doable price. We are also happy with the extended warranty and tire/rim warranty that we got. We never felt that there were any pressure tactics being used. The atmosphere was very relaxed. Thanks, Parkway!
