We came in to Parrish Ford to test out a used car we had seen on Auto Trader. David helped us out with very little fanfare and zero pressure. After we drove the car, he could tell we hadn’t found the right car yet. He asked a few questions to clarify what we needed/wanted, and then he suggested we drive a completely different car, which we ended up buying! David “read his audience” perfectly, and we are so happy with the car AND the experience we had with Parrish Ford. They really are a wonderful team.

I drove from Newport News to purchase my new Ford Ranger from Parrish Ford, and I would do it again without hesitation. David was incredible to work with, and helped me easily navigate through the process. Very happy with our new truck purchase. David in Sales was friendly, knowledgeable, and very responsive. He did a great job explaining all the features and answering all of our questions. Harold made the Finance part straightforward and pleasant. All around great experience.

This was the easiest auto purchase I have ever had. After reaching a deal nothing was added. That was the price. The entire process was fast and easy. After the purchase the sales person helped me order a Tonneau cover and even installed it at no change. Parrish Ford went above and beyond. Great people.

Entire team at the dealership is super friendly. I personally worked with David Jones, Harold the Sales Manager, and John the finance manager all went above and beyond to make the buying experience super easy from start to finish, especially being that I lived 2 hours away. Always were super responsive in emails and answered all my questions. When in the market for another vehicle I will definitely be going to them.

I took my Explorer for inspection at Parrish Ford. When I arrived I asked last minute if they could also do an oil change for me, and they said no problem. Tom, the new Service Manager was short handed that day but got me in and out efficiently. Unfortunately my car failed inspection due to tires. He offered me a great deal on tires, but my tires were under warranty elsewhere so I got new tires and returned the following week to get reinspected. Overall, great customer service and quick customer service. I will be returning!
