Parsons Ford is amazing!!!!! I was traveling through as a hot shot driver and my diesel was leaking as was my antifreeze. I called Parsons and they said bring it in we’ll get right on it. They pulled it in straight off the tow truck, gave me a car to go get lunch in, and immediately looked at my pickup. Happened to be that some bolts and nuts had come loose so it was a quick fix. He drove it around after tightening the obvious ones and then checked for more leaks. He checked all my fluids and fixed the problem. They were professional, affordable and most of all, very efficient for this hot shot driver. I highly recommend Parsons to anyone, local or not!!!! To top off their service, Jake called the next day to make sure I was alright and my pickup was still doing good!!!!!

I had a small repair. Ordered the part, they scheduled me promptly. Appointment went smoothly. Good people in the service department! Way better than the last time I went to to a Ford garage. I will come here again.
