I arrived an hour and a half before my appointment time (prior appt. finished early) and asked if they could fit me in. Always friendly, knowledgeable staff said sure, no problem. In and out in probably a half an hour...they even fixed a recall item that I wasn't even aware of! Gil said Hi...Parsons Kia is great! We love them!

Sales (Susan) and Service associates (Shirley, Debbie, Robyn, Mark and Bill) are always friendly and helpful. Numerous times over the last 12 yrs. Parsons associates have bent over backwards to assist me and I am extremely grateful! What a great team you have there! God Bless you all!

bought a car at Parsons KIA in Winchester Va had a good experience until today. My daughter and I went in with a car budget for her. I stated upfront the price point. Sales guy asked what monthly payment... I stated a price again. She needed to finance; I knew at 21 she would need a cosigner... But let her do the paperwork herself. Soooo sales come back and say she needs a cosigner - I would have cosigned.... BUT when I asked what cars were in her price range he ignored the price I gave him and went back to payments - when I stated I wanted to focus on price he said - BRING HIM A QUALIFIED BUYER and he would talk to them... In other words my daughter wasn't GOOD ENOUGH for this dealer... I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE. BUYER beware! I spoke to the manager and this SALES person literally laughed at me when I stated I could cosign as I have great credit - as if I was a street urchin! I own a successful company - have great credit, and work xxxx hard for all I have. This place does not deserve my money.... Or yours. DO NOT go to PARSONS KIA.

Parsons Kia really seems to care about their customers. They always have a smile on their faces They are very accomodating - even if a customer is late in getting to their appointment as I was this past week.They keep me informed as to what to expect for my upcoming maintenance appointments so that I know what to expect & can plan how to budget extra funds if necessary to keep up the maintenance on my Sorento.

was given such a great deal on a 2015 Optima EX that we droveout with one that day. Really thought we would have to drive hours tofind a great deal in our neck of the woods, but that was not the case. Veryhappy to know we could get a great deal at our local dealer. Our salesman, Caesar was great to work with through the whole experience.. He was fairand listened to what we wanted, not trying to sell us what we should want to drive(hadthat so many times at other dealerships). Nothing hard sell about him or the dealership.Financing was also a smooth transaction as Elise was wonderful to work with as well. Thankyou Parson Kia for an all around 5 star experience.

Susan Hobbs did an exemplary job with my internet sale. The photographs she mailed me were excellent. I could not have asked for better with the on-site purchase. I know the owner and the sales manager, but I would say that they treat any buyer in the same gracious manner.

I stopped at the dealership to look over what KIA had to offer. I was not intending to purchase a KIA at first. After looking over the KIA Optima EX with options. I decided to take a test drive. It was not what I expected from a KIA. In other words, this car is pretty nice. When we got back to the dealership from the test drive. I sat with Gil and discussed the options available. I then found myself test driving a Optima SX Limited. Very happy with the test drive. Went home, did some comparisons, figured out pricing, went back the next day and bought the Optima SX Limited. I am very happy with this dealership.
