I was very pleased with Parson's staff. I was looking for a specific car and stopped in with my laundry list of "wants". I was greeted by Andrew and he was very helpful, patient and kind. He spent a good deal of time over the last month looking for the car I needed with all my criteria. When he finally found my car, I was out of town and he was able to hold it for me until I was able to come and test drive it - he held it for an entire week! I was surprised that a dealership would do something like that. While working with Andrew, I never felt pressured in any way to purchase any other car than the one I wanted, which was amazingly refreshing. I've been coming to Parson's to service our previous two Buick vehicles for a while and Chad in service has also been a delight to work with over the years. My experience with Chad is actually the reason I chose to shop for my new car at Parson's. Truly a great experience all around. You can tell the staff there like their jobs and work well with one another. That says a lot to me about the owners and the kind of people who work there. Thank you!

Just like my previous visits. The warmth, and friendliness from all the staff I got to see while my Traverse was getting an oil change and tire rotation. Is part of the reason I continue to get all my service work done here. The service being done in a very timely manner. That's the other reason.

I had a service light indicate my tire pressure was low. After checking the indicated tire (per code) it appeared that error code had glitched, as pressure was correct. I manually reset tire pressure sensor but the warning light persisted. I called Parson's (4pm) and spoke with Chad in the service department. Explained what was going on, in which he diagnosed the issue over the phone, and told me to swing in before 5pm (same day) and he'd get it taken care of. I swung in around 4:30, Chad came out relearned the tires to find out a tire not indicated to be the problem tire was actually low. Had me pull in the garage topped the tires off reset the sensor and all was good. Seems simple, but the gesture and ability to get something so last minute resolved without hesitation by a company and/or one of their employees (especially in today's world) meant a lot. Maybe it is just me, but this type of service and willingness to help/go the extra mile will have me going back and continuing my vehicle needs with Paraon's of ER. Highly recommend Chad!!! Thanks again.

I was preparing my 2013 Equinox LTZ (purchased new in May of 2014) for winter by cleaning it inside and out. To my dismay I found a 1"x5" rust spot on the inside bottom of the rear passenger door. Couldn't believe it and I couldn't remember if the vehicle was at 36k or 38k, I was really upset. When I showed the spot to my husband; he said, "Call the dealership and see what they say". Yeah right it's Sat, afternoon. Well I took my husband's advice and called. I reached the Collision Center Manager, Dave Menden, at Parson's of Eagle River, Inc. (Eagle River, WI a half hour from our home). Dave said, "bring the car in and I'll take a look at it". I was so surprised, he was really interested in taking care of the problem. When I arrived Dave checked in the computer system and found that we were ten miles shy of being over the warranty. He said we will fix that door and do the other three too. He also arranged for me to have a free rental car for the days my vehicle would be in the shop. I was so relieved and happy that my vehicle was going to be repaired and Dave really gave me exceptional customer service. Thank you Dave and thank you Parsons of Eagle River, Inc. you made my day and gave me another reason to say I am a Proud Chevy owner!

I recently purchased a 2013 Cadillac ATS from Parson's GM of Eagle River Wisconsin. I am completely dissatisfied with this dealership from Sales to Service. From the initial pickup of my new car, the car was not detailed, it was not waxed, not vacuumed, there were big sticker residues all over the windshield, and not even a half a tank of gas to say the least. Since it was pouring rain at the dealership for pick up, I meticulously went around my new car after I got home and found other problems. There was a big gash in the driver's front tire and wheel and the passenger side parking light was burnt out... and this car sat on their lot for 8 months without them even noticing it! After emailing my salesman as soon as I noticed these problems, I scheduled an appointment to have these looked at. Before they replaced my tire, I was immediately accused of gashing my own tire, and I stated this is the third car I purchased from you in 15 years!! I received a sarcastic comment, 'well, the customer is always right, but who's paying for this?' After they replaced my tire, I had to drive back immediately to have my TPS sensors reset since they did not set it right or even had the correct air pressure in each tire. When I saw 3 service employees standing around my new car trying to figure out how to fix a TPS service light and one of them is 'leaning up' on my new car in confusion, and to see their patches on their clothes that indicated 'Certified GM Technician', I had to laugh in disgust. I am a loyal GM buyer, but this is now making me think twice about ever buying a vehicle from this dealership again. I also felt that I was screwed over on my trade in when now I see that they're selling it for $6,847 and giving me only 3,000 for my 2008 Cobalt but telling me it wasn't worth any more than that. I'm an avid car enthusiast and take pride in my own vehicles since I was a teenager. When I traded in my 2008 Cobalt, not only did I just wax it, detailed it, but I also left my $5,000 stereo system and a second set of tires and wheels in it as a selling point hoping to get more, with not even one single scratch, dent, and hardly any rust at 128k miles!! To bring home a new car that is not even detailed or even gassed up is one thing, but to trade in my car that is cleaner, detailed, gassed up, and waxed makes me think that they only cared about making the sale and they take no pride with their vehicles on their own lot.

The day before we went to Minocqua and tried two vehicles and sat down to talk price. The salesman took the vehicle spec and price sheet on the car we were interested in and wrote my name on it. He then laid it on the desk and said he had to do something and left. I told the wife that sheet was placed there for his benefit and our curiosity. When he came back I told him that before an interrogation we place evidence on the desk for visual assessment by the suspects. Then when working over the figures he continually and repeatedly brought up the value and importance of a certified vehicle. I then recognized that he was using it as a hook.My visit to Parsons to try out some used vehicle was just the total opposite on the next day. I can only repeat the experience of others. Steve the salesman and Scott the financial manager were of the highest Character. Everything was above the table and their energy was consistently focused on the wants of the customer and leaving no question unanswered. Informative and helpful but never pressuring. I purchased a used vehicle in such an easy manner that I had to pitch myself. I would refer others to this pleasant hard working professional and friendly team and I would return again to purchase a vehicle. It was a comfort to deal with people who know how to sell cars with respect and equality to deliver the needs of the customer enabling a well supported decision ...

Working with Kelsey was great! First of all, there was no pressure from anyone at the dealership when we pulled up to shop. It was pleasant not having a sales person run up to your window as soon as you pulled into the lot. Kelsey as very pleasant to work with, answered all of our questions and helped us through everything. Her and Debbie took care of all the paperwork, so pretty much all we had to do was come in, sign and drive away. VERY easy to work with. I will be visiting them again when we're ready for another car.

I found the vehicle we were looking for on Auto Trader.com. When I emailed Parson's of Eagle River about it, they replied quickly. My contact salesperson was Kelsey Martinson. She was a pleasure to deal with. She answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had very promptly. I felt that she was very thorough and paid attention to details. I found Kelsey to be very genuine and I found the entire staff at Parson's to be very friendly and courteous. They really seemed like family and I had more than one employee tell me that is the reason they like working there. Owner, Bill Weber's approach was low pressure and I felt very comfortable dealing with him also. We had several good laughs and he and Kelsey actually made the experience fun. Parson's of Eagle River, Wis. has got there act together and I would not hesitate dealing with them again in the future.Sincerely,Tom Weidert, Delavan, Wis.

Kelsey made my purchase amazingly simple. Considering that I live outside the city of Chicago. I found the Dodge pick up on line and couldn't get up to Eagle River right away. She did all the leg work for me, and kept me in the loop with phone calls and E-mails. She had all the paper work together when I finally arrived and made the transaction as simple as anyone could have wanted it to be. Thanks to everyone at Parson's for a great experience.

I found just the car that i was looking for online at Parson of Eagle River, I emailed about it, and Kelsey responded to me the next day. I called Kelsey after i had gotten the email and she was very pleasant to me and answered the questions that i asked. We decided to drive up at take a look at the car and see what i could get for my trade in. When we got there Kelsey meet us right away and showed us the car, they gave us a very very fair price for my trade in so we decided to purchase the car. We had gotten up there pretty late in the day as it is a 2 1/2 drive from where we live. Deb Bula stayed past her shift to get the financing together for us so we could leave that night with the new car. That to me was worth the long drive for us. They treated us with respect, and we felt our business was very much appreciated. I would recommend Parson of Eagle River for anyone that is looking for super and friendly service, with no high sale pressure..Thank You Kelsey and Deb...Julie B

After negotiating a price for awhile my husband and I thought $99 off sticker price and a tank of fuel would be a good offer especially since we were unaware if the timing belt was replaced or not and they said they couldn't do it! A timing belt is $800 repair through a local shop here and it has to be replaced after certain mileage or you risk ruining your engine. I thought are offer was more than fair and Bill said they could only do one or the other. We were taking a gamble with that price. I feel sorry for whatever person does buy it at 'their' price. They shouldn't have paid so much for trade in. Not my fault your only making $300 on a deal at that price (which I still think was just a sales ploy)
