Wow. Great buying experience. I did everything via email and online and they delivered the new car to my home in Arlington. I never set foot in their dealership. Here's how the purchase went. I did my research and submitted a Truecar quote. I test drove the model at a dealership close to my home. The next day I received responses from three dealers on pricing. In addition to a final quote on a monthly lease payment, I responded back to them with the exact information I needed to make my lease purchase decision. Passport's quote was the lowest. After another dealer offered a competing bid, Passport beat it. Since the Passport dealership is not convenient to where I live in Arlington, I asked whether they'd be willing to deliver the car to my home and whether I could take care of the paperwork over the phone. They readily agreed. Meanwhile two other Virginia dealers sent me bids that were higher than Passport's final bid. One of the dealers tried to plant a seed of doubt saying that the MD dealers lure VA buyers into their dealerships with low pricing only to jack the price up just before completing the deal. Not so at Passport. I received all the documentation via email prior to delivery. In a quick conversation over the telephone and by email, the salesperson made painstakingly sure I understood the final terms of the lease deal when I had questions. Two of the nicest guys ferried the car to my house. I test drove it, they went through the new owner's checklist with me, I signed the papers and was done. Car purchasing should be this easy and transparent!

I'm a first time buyer of Mazda, I've owned Lexus and a Mercedes, and I have never experienced such a high quality of customer service in every department. The salesman tries to please you with what you want, answers the phone when I call him, and return my calls, and continue to keep track of my oil changes. The machanics are quick, thorough, and personable. They all work together and they seem like a great team. I actually love taking my suv in for work, because I trust them and want be there all day. I feel like my car will be working forever. Delete D.

Our salesman named Brandon was wonderful. Never pushy, attentive to whatever questions were asked and willing to go above and beyond for his customers. We also met with the manager who was very down to earth and not a stuffed shirt. We were at this dealership a few times but unfortunately did not buy what was on the lot from them.

On March 2, 2016, I visited the service Department in Marlow Heights for oil change, etc., and to set an appointment for a recall repair. Although I was reluctant to do so, Mike persuaded me to get all of the repairs completed on March 2, and set me up for a loaner car (I was glad I agreed). As usual, my vehicle was ready at the time it was promised and there were no surprised repairs. I needed a battery (which was unknown when I left my vehicle), but I received a phone call for purchase approval prior to the installation of the battery.

I was shopping for my first car. Mark Bowers was the best. He took his time, listened to me, made sure I did not rush. Mark walked me through each car and its features. Before & after I purchased the car. Passport Mazda, has such a huge selection of car's that was very impressive. Not only was Mark the best, the whole Passport Mazda Team had excellent customer service skills and made me feel like I was not just a number or a dollar sign. They treated me with respect, like I was one of their own.

After searching thru numerous dealerships for my FX35 I found a good price with good miles atpassport Mazda. I called in and spoke with Brandon he informed me the FX35 was at another location but he could get it for me. When I came in be had the car parked infront of the building ready to go. I noticed a strach on the bumper and they agreed to take care of it for me. This was the easiest buying process. Brandon listened to what I wanted and didnt try to pressure me into the purchase. He made sure I was happy and comfortable. His sales manager Blake was straight forward with the numbers. And the finance manager Lori was helpful explaining my warranty. I will be coming back for my next purchase in the future and recommend that you go see Brandon he will take care of you.

My experience with Passport Mazda was about the best experience I've had in a very long time. Our sales representative, Mark, was the best. He acted as though he knew us for years. He was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and so kind. Everyone in the dealership that day was very friendly as well. My daughter was looking for a Volkswagen CC and they happened to have a 2014 on the lot, and she fell in love with it, and eventually took it home. Also, our time in the dealership was less than three hours, and I loved that part of the entire experience. The one thing I don't care about buying a new or used car is the signing of hundreds (not really) of papers, and that really didn't take that long either. But I would recommend Passport Mazda to anyone looking to buy a new or used car because you will be treated like royalty.

My 2012 Mazda 6 and was having car problems with an odd smell coming from the vents, over a week this was happening. I decided enough of this and went to Passport Mazda in Suitland, MD, and explain my problem. An overall report was done and a few changes needed to be done to my car because of corrosion or my car is just not were it needs to be. Once I went ahead to get those repairs done. From that point on when I turn on my heat or A/C no odd smell or any smell just clean air was coming through the car vents. Those needed changes made a huge difference not just to have clean air, but my car drove better than before. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone and I would definitely be coming back for future services.

Recently took my CX-9 to have repairs done and they made the experience extremely satisfying. They answered all my questions and even dropped me off to get a rental car, then took it back for me. I received a complimentary car wash and they returned my calls promptly when I contacted them. Mike, the service manager, was very helpful and helped make the process extremely easy.

Did the whole deal on line - when I got there I kept waiting for the "gotcha moment" You know like "oh we thought you said your car was AW or it had 50,000miles not 70,00miles etc." Well never happened. They look at my car and said ok just like you told us lets sign the papers. Deal actually ended up about $50.00 less than expected. Most un-stressful auto purchase ever - and In have five kids and pushing age 70 so there have been a lot of car purchases! Mike Gilbert was our sales rep. - the best.

I went down to the dealership from Baltimore after emailing with the sales manager about a used RX-8. They invited me down on a Sunday when they were open for a few hours. As soon as I arrived I was immediately met by a very friendly, low key salesperson named Mark. Throughout the entire buying process I felt no pressure whatsoever and Mark was amazing to chat with while I was waiting to see what the banks came back with.I have poor credit and was up front about that from the get-go and honestly did not expect to get financed. Not only did the sales manager make a miracle happen by getting me financed, the monthly payment was way more affordable than I thought possible. I have nothing but amazing things to say about everyone I met during my buying experience. I will not go to any other dealership when looking for my next vehicle. I went down there pursuing my dream car and they helped me drive away in it. I was almost in tears when they told me I had got bought, I refused to even test drive or go look at the car until I knew if it would be mine. Mark came back at one point and asked again if I wanted to go look at the car, I said no and he told me that I was going to want to go look at the car because they got me approved. It was a moment I will never forget and I cannot thank each person involved enough.

For the first time, I visited the Service Department of Passport Mazda on June 14, 2015, and was quickly taken care of by Mike McNulty. He was terrific, and didn't treat me as if I didn't know what I was talking about. After explaining the reasons for my visit, Mike had his head mechanic take a short ride with me to hear what I had described. My CX9 was pulled into the service area immediately (w/o an appointment) and shortly thereafter he presented me with a comprehensive list of the repairs I needed along with the cost. Because of the extensive work required, with my okay, my truck was held overnight but he met his promise to make sure that it would be available early on Saturday. When I arrived to pick up my truck, it was being washed. The cost of my repairs were reduced some because Passport had customer coupons that Mike applied to my repairs. It was an extremely pleasant visit.

My first interaction with Passport Mazda was with Mark Bowers. He has a great personality, easy going and does not push you into buying. My husband is a pretty tough guy when it comes to bargaining and Mark was able to win him over...which is a feat!!! We did not purchase a vehicle from Passport the first night we were there. We went back the next day when we got a call back about a different option and a different vehicle with much better rates. We are very happy with our purchase of 2014 Mazda 3. If I were to purchase another vehicle, I would definitely go back to Mark Bowers!

Just purchased my 2013 Kia Optima Lx from Passport Mazda 2/6/2015, my salesman Brandon Anderson and the sales Manager Alan were awesome in handling the transaction. This is my 3rd time buying a car from a dealership, but hands down Passport Mazda was the most smoothest, no hassle car buying process I have ever had. Brandon answered all of my questions, and was extremely patient through the whole process. Upon taking the car on a test drive I noticed a reasonable scratch on the hood, but to no worry Alan agreed to repair it at no extra cost to me. I recently purchased a used Lexus ES 350 and was very pleased of the customer service experience that Tim espouses. He surely did not do the typical sales pitch that customers dread to hear at times, but instead, he went directly to the deal and intended to win the customer's way of thinking to ensure that the process is successful for both parties. The sales team at Passport Mazda is excellent. When I originally came to the dealership, I was deciding between the CX-9 and the CX-5. Seeing the consternation in my face, Mark Bowers came up to ask if I had any questions. He answered all my questions, and most importantly, never made me feel rushed. I took a ride in the CX-5, and after that, I knew that it was the car for me. Mark introduced me to Alan, who works in financing. He went over several different scenarios, and like Mark, never made me feel rushed. I did not purchase the car the first visit, but used the extra time to compare what other competing dealerships were offering. I called Mark to let him know what price range I wanted, and we worked a great compromise. Passport Mazda is willing to work with you if you present any reasonable offer. Ask for Mark Bowers. He's an incredibly honest, and easy to work with salesman - truly top notch! Passport Mazda all the way!

I did not have to go through any changes. They explained the car and financing to me without talking down to me. They made me feel comfortable.

I was in search for a place to trade in my car for a brand new mazda and this was the dealership I chose based off of working with pretty much myself. Everyone was easy going. It didn't feel like I was in place where people were just hired there to convince me to buy something. Matthew was my salesman but he wasn't, if that makes sense. He was doing his job without doing his job. He made me feel comfortable without feeling awkward. It took me almost two weeks to officially make the purchase but when I did, everyone was very reasonable with me. Once I step into the dealership the customer service was excellent. Ms. J. Black approach was very friendly and she was only open to my needs for purchasing a vechile. She provided me with a verify of selections used and new, but my heart was set on new. In the end all her manager's really work with my personal request and in 3 day Ms. Black called me to come to pick up my new 20015 CX5. This was the best experience I've every had in purchasing a vechile in year's, the cutomer service was impeccable everyone was very helpful and very friendly to include the gentlemen that clean my vechile. Management are training there employees to provide excellent customer service for any buyer that may walk through there door, I was very impress.
