Hands down the best car buying experience I have had. From browsing online to talking to Mo on the phone to finally coming in and dealing with Ryan in finance and driving away, I could not ask for more. We bought two cars that day and they were wonderful. Gave us a great price, not OVER sticker like every other dealer kept telling us we would have to pay. Kept us informed every step of the way while they were completing our paperwork and did everything they said they would do. We actually felt like we were dealing with family. They were excellent, straight forward, didn't try to upsell us on the car, extras in financing, nothing. Just explained our options and let us decide what was best for us. As a woman buying a car, I have to say that this was a breath of fresh of air. They talked to me, not just my husband. Wonderful experience. Thank you Passport!

Our lease of a 2018 Murano was nearing its end and we were researching our next vehicle. We decided to start at Passport because we had been well taken care of since our last sales contract with them over the last 3 years by the service department staff, especially Walter M. We are so happy we did! Our sales rep Mary A helped us out again. She and the sales manager took their time to listen to us and found us the perfect car at a great price. We are all set for the next 3 years! Mike P in finance continued the great service, efficiently guiding us through all the paperwork and making sure everything was in order. We felt appreciated as return customers. Hard working dealership with low pressure, personal service.

As usual, the Service Team was courteous, professional, attentive and friendly! After checking in at the customer service desk and sitting in the waiting area to prepare for my conference call, I realized I had forgotten my cell phone at home. After explaining to the representative, he arranged courtesy transportation for me to get home and thankfully, I made it in time for my conference call. Thank you!!!

This was my first visit to Passport Nissan after moving here from Texas. Jose was wonderful from the second I met him. I cannot overstate how pleased I am with the courteous service he provided as well as the recommended services for my vehicle. Finally, I paid to have my Rogue detailed and the man who did the job was quite exceptional. I am quite surprised by and completely overjoyed with how my car looks and am so, so pleased.

My family came in to buyout the Versa Note we had been leasing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were okay with us leaving to take care of things as we needed to and handled us having a rambunctious 5 year old in their office really well. They were friendly to all of us and helped keep the young one happy and entertained.

I purchased a Nissan Rouge and I am so pleased with the car. It's roomy and handles well. My experience with the staff was exceptional. The professionalism, tact and friendly mannerism from the sales person Diaz to the finance person to the service men that do my oil change, was outstanding. When ever any one comments or inquires about my car. I tell them "Go to Passport Nissan in Alexandria" and I say ask for Diaz or I give him a call and tell him I have a client for him. I smile just thinking about my experience. Thank you all.

After being in a car accident and not looking forward to having to purchase a new car. Passport of Alexandria made my experience so enjoyable. From my first interaction with Brad, the sales consultant who was very patient and knowledgeale to Oscar the Business Manager, who was able to beat my Credit Union offer. This dealership was very attentive to my need and desire of what I wanted and met me with the price that I wanted to spend.

Very positive review, great experience at purchasing the vehicle, no issues there. After the purchase though, I am having difficult time getting in touch with anyone, I live in Maryland and I was asked to complete MD state inspection, all I want to find out is do I send that to MVA or this dealership. I have left message and emails, no response so far. I hope I do get a response.

The worst dealership I ever been to. I won't recommend anyone to go to this place. The sales manager name sabbir Khan. He tell people to get out showroom and curse out people. I never been to dealership that was rude. Don't ever go to him. I wonder how they put this kind of people as manager. Please stay away from them.

we were shopping either to buy or Lease the 2016 Nissan Rogue since last week. I cant not believe to share with you what we went through at one of your Nissan Dealers Location with on of the Sales Manager his name is SABBIR KHAN, Nissan of Alexandria 150 S. Pickett Street Alexandria, VA 22304. On Monday instead of buying we decided to Lease the 2016 Nissan Rogue. After we finish discussing with the sales person his name was Jacquise? After all the paper work and hand shake was done with the agreement of 320/month with a $1500 down and 15K/year. Right before the final session about 8:45 pm Mr. Khan came and told us that we have to raise the down payment to a $2000. He did on purpose to give us a pressure and or may be his poor technique to catch desperate customers after we spent 4 hrs sitting. Since he was unprofessional we left the Dealer around 9:00 pm and told him not to give us a call unless he keeps his dignity. The following day Mr. Khan bombarded us with his phone calls and txt messaging saying that please come and take the deal I have talked to the General Manager and the deal has been approved. After we confirm on his txt messages we went to the store yesterday. When we reach at 6:00 PM we asked the approval paper and the Sales person (Jacquise) who came from his day-off to process showed us the approval paper. He told us sorry for this confusion, I am glad its over. He went and put the Tag and gave the car to be washed. The Car was ready but the paper work doesnt look its ready. Around 8:00 pm we asked whats going again Mr. Khan came up again and said we have to pay the monthly payment $345. We asked him what kind of deal is this after a documented hand shakes? No answer. Not only us but also his colleagues the sales person and the Finance Lady I believe her name is Tracey expressed her sincer what we went through by this unprofessional employee. She even said please give me time let me talk to the General Manager tomorrow and we will deliver the car to your home per the deal. However, Mr. Khan was keeping on cursing us and to the extent of saying, Get out of this Dealer store I dont think we deserve insulting. His behavior is totally unacceptable. We will pursue delivering this message to all public servants within our jurisdictions for the sake of other people not to experience we went through at this dealership if we didnt hear actions from this dealership management. In the mean time we would like to thank those honest employees [Jacquis - Sales and Tracey-Finance] of that dealer who fought for the truth and kept their dignity.

Sabbir khan is the most unprofessional and dishonest manager. He is not there to help people, he is there to rip off people. If you want buy Nissan, go some where else. Don't go here.

I was truly satisfied with my car purchase and I was assisted by a knowledgeable, experienced and diligent sale person ever.Jacques was of great help since the first thing I told him was:I am a teacher and I am looking for a car that suits my needs and my income. He definitely guided me through it showing me the options available until I made up my mind and ended up with a Nissan Sentra. Jacques has a vast knowledge and deals wonderfully with clients.he went over the car manual with me and also gave me a contact number to call him if I had further questions which I did!. Thank you so much for your kindness and assistance. You are a valuable asset to Nissan Alexandria. Guillermina

I Called Jeremiah earlier this week and informed him I was ready to do the recommended services. We set up the appointment, I came in, dropped the car off and informed him that I will be back around 5:00 pm. The car was ready as promised, washed and riding oh so much better. I like that Jeremiah does not push you for recommended services. He informs you and the rest is up to you. I've had other service technicians from other dealers who would lie for your service. I truly trust Jeremiah. I have another Nissan that I brought from Sheehy Nissan and they could not tell me what the problem was. I took it to Jeremiah and he informed me what it was and showed me the memo concerning the click I was hearing. He is one of the best technicians that I have ever encountered. I've had my SUV since 2009 and I love the vehicle that I brought from Passport and my service tech that keeps me running.

Due to my husband's declining health it became necessary to trade in two vehicles and try to purchase a replacement that would meet all our changing needs. Brad Cobain and the peripheral staff made this process as smooth as possible....never losing patience with my many questions and never pressuring me for a decision. The respect shown to my husband was heartwarming, and allowed me to concentrate on the task at hand. We left with a vehicle that meets all of our requirements and felt assured that we had made a good decision. We look forward to a continuing relationship with this dealership for the years we own this vehicle.

After searching online for weeks and trying 3 other dealers I finally found an awesome car at this dealer and was given great customer service by the salesman, Hayder, as well as the other staff. I knew exactly what I wanted when I walked in and he was great at assisting me in buying my car for a great price. Definitely recommend this dealer.

On January 30, 2016 my husband and I went to Passport Nissan of Alexandria to look at used cars for our son in college in Florida. I must say the Sales Representative Kristina is the best. Her upbeat attitude and overall service was excellent. One thing I will say this dealership does not pressure you to buy if you don't see what you want at their dealership. Chris who works in marketing of the new cars was very helpful in the assistance of the car we purchase a 2013 Sentra. His experience and ownership of his 2009 Sentra spoke volume on this model car. Amado excellent service from the finance department. Overall experience from everyone was very professional and above and beyond my expectations. On February 2, Brian in the Service Department assisted me with obtaining a second key and tire. Again I wasn't there all day and he kept me inform through the entire process what was happening. A customer satisfied and thankful for all of the service I have receive from a great group of people. Also from previous service with my 2007 Altima thank you to Richard in the Service Department.

It's just appalling to me that the assistant service manager would lie right to my face about the condition of the parts on my car. I was told by Brian that my rear subframe had a crack in it, and he recommended it be replaced immediately, for $2200. I decided to have it checked out by a second Japanese specialist, who both told and showed me that there was NO crack or any other serious deterioration on the sub frame. Because i'm a young guy with a nice car Brian, and Passport Nissan of Alexandria, obviously saw it fit to try and rip me off completely. If they are okay with practically stealing over $2000 from someone, they simply can not be trusted.

JD Pittman is the best salesman I've ever encountered! Seriously! I owned a Chevy Impala, the new one, 2014, only had it for one year. The Chevy service center is horrible, the worst customer service I've ever encounter; I'm 40 yrs old. So much so I called the Alexandria Nissan car sales (JD) while I was still at the Chevy service center to get rid of that Impala. I used to have a Nissan Maxima and serviced my Nissan at the Alexandria location. Apparently I've been spoiled because that Chevy service had me in severe culture shock. I now have a new 2015 Nissan Pathfinder and will get all of my service at the Alexandria location. I love my new Pathfinder. Thanks JD!

Following the total loss of my 15-year old car, I needed to purchase a new one quickly. I wanted an electric car but had my doubts about whether I could live within its limit of 88 mile per charge. The salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions, but he never pressed me into a buy. When I concluded that the Nissan Leaf was my best option after comparing it to a few competitors, the salesman and other staff at Passport Nissan of Alexandria made the purchase as smooth and convenient that such a process can be. I left highly satisfied.

After extensive research, I narrowed my choices down to two choices for the 2015 Nissan Murano that I was seeking. Being located in Roanoke, VA, Alexandria is quite a haul, but I am so glad I made the trip! The Sales Manager I dealt with at Passport, Forrest Smith, was extremely responsive via email and phone and we had the terms agreed on before I made the 4 hour drive. On arrival, I was treated professionally and courteously, and there were absolutely no changes or surprises. Forrest was obviously of high integrity and well prepared. I drove out of Passport Nissan in under two hours with my new Murano with no hassles over my trade (appraised via email with VIN and photos), or agreed upon terms, or financing. Mike, the Finance Manager was upfront and professional without the hard sell BS that is often the case. Having car purchased many times (for myself and the go-to guy for friends and family), I have NEVER had a better experience!!! (oh, yeah, Forrest caught me before I drove away and insisted on filling the tank!) The first choice was a local dealer in Roanoke, VA. I have to say that was the most unpleasant experience I have ever had in car shopping with changing promises, high pressure (this offer is only good if you sign RIGHT NOW!), and an extremely alarming admission that they wouldn't take my approved Capital One auto loan and tried to push me to their financing at very unattractive terms because, and I quote, "That's where we make up our money".Again - I HIGHLY recommend Passport Nissan of Alexandria!

This was the most unpleasant experience. I was scheduled to test drive a Altima 2015. I received a call from Nissan ? giving me a VIP #. Once I arrived at the dealership they didn't know anything about a VIP #. After the test drive I learned that the price reflected was only if I used Nissan's financing if not $2000 was added to price. I was then assured that Nissan could beat the rate that I had. Next I was trading in a 2005 Honda Accord at which they wanted to give me $1800 for my car with 111,000. The salemen had a long story that they had to "auction" my car, auction fees, and etc. My Honda is in very good condition, no dents, clean interior, it did have a flat tire which is why I decided to get a new car. Well when I went to see the finance manager, he tried to talk me into a rate that was almost 2% higher not a whole lot of difference but you assured me I could get a lower rate. When I voice my concern that another dealer was offering double for my Honda, he became rude. Unpleasant remarks. I left the dealership shaking. The next day I high tailed over to Sheehy Honda.

I had absolutely no idea what I was doing going to buy a car. Karim and Jon were exceptional. Even after I had some buyers remorse, they could not have been more accommodating. They took the time to explain to me every detail of my lease, and made me feel much better about my purchase. They were simply fantastic, as well as everyone else who was a part of the process.

Nasser, my sales rep, and Mike my Finance guy were stupendous from start to finish. Nasser went out of his way to give me personal attention despite the many things pulling in in different direction. Mike took his time to explain the buying process and gave me the satisfaction and attention I needed. This is my 3rd Quest purchase. I've been a Quest owner since 2004. By far this was my fastest and best buying experience ever. Thanks Passort!!!

I had my car towed to Passport Nissan on 08/26/2015. I didn't expect for my car to be diagnosed until the following day because of the short notice. I have a 2008 Nissan Sentra the reason it was towed to the dealership was because my car had been vandalized in a public parking lot. Brian was the service representative that was assisting me in this matter. My car wasn't seen until Friday 08/28/2015. Brian called to inform me that my vehicle wouldn't start because my engine was burnt out from not having any oil. Instantly, this did not make sense to me. Giving the history of frequent oil changes my vehicle attained. He insisted that this was the diagnosis and that there was no other reason as to why my engine was locked. I later learned through Brian that my car was never taken into the shop to be diagnosed. They never lifted my vehicle to check if there might have been an oil leek or didn't even bother to explore other possibilities. He said it was never taken into the shop because it wouldn't start. ???? Umm excuse me but isn't that why I had my car towed there??? So an "Expert" can look at it? It was extremely upsetting to learn that my car had a false diagnosis and that it was never taken into the shop to have it looked at in greater depth. Brian called me on Monday to ask what I was planning to do with my car. At that point, I had decided to take it else where for a second opinion. He stated that parking on the Nissan lot was limited and I needed to pick up my car. In my opinion, completely rude and intensive. I would NEVER recommend this dealership. Service was horrible. False diagnosis.

I brought my 2007 Nissan Altima in for services and the state safety inspection. I had the cooling system flush and tire rotation done. The cost estimate was accurate to within a dollar, and the work was completed in less time than estimated. The assistant service manager, Brian Yeager provided me with a detailed report of the work performed, as well as an itemized bill. Brian and the rest of the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly.

My Salesman, Neal Connelly looked and presented himself in a very professional manner. He walked me through all procedures during my buying process. Confirmed all corrective issues raised and confirmed in writing. Scheduled all touch-ups and repairs in a timely manner. Richard in the Service Department was excellent and professional as well. He was friendly and scheduled my minor repairs. Richard gave me a loaner to use for the short time that my car was with the mechanics. This was very convenient to me, I ran errands while my car was being fixed. I would recommend this dealership without hesitation, and would definitely make a purchase from them again.

I have owned an Infiniti G35 Sports Coup for the past 10 years but decided it was time for a new car. I visited Passport Nissan of Alexandria and worked with Ray Webb to find me a new used car. Ray respected what I was looking for; a used low mileage Nissan Pathfinder or Murano. Ray took me and my girlfriend out for some test drives. He knew about the cars, knew about the service, and was responsive to our questions.Eventually I purchased a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder, Platinum. The car had about 12,000 miles. I also traded in my older 2004 Infiniti. Ray made the purchase easy. He followed up with me and anytime I've stopped by the dealership, Ray's always stepped out to shake my hand and talk. Buying a car can be a stressful experience. Ray may it enjoyable.I highly recommend anyone considering a used car from Passport Nissan talking to Ray Webb.

I had a very positive experience purchasing a truck at Passport Nissan. The salesman who assisted me was Ray Webb - knowledgable, super friendly and not pushy. What more could you want? (I had the same experience with the finance staff as well). Ray was quick with answering calls, emails and was always able to answer the questions I had for him. I also felt like he worked on my behalf during the whole process. I was satisfied with the price AND the customer service.

I called dealership for a 2012 Nissan Frontier that this dealership had listed on AutoTrader. The truck is advertised as having heated seats. I called the dealership and spoke to their salesman, who confirmed that the truck does not have heated seats, that it was a 'mistake'. The truck was still listed on AutoTrader 4 days later as having heated seats. Clearly deceptive advertising - stay away from this is a Bait and Switch dealership

Competent and friendly service staff. I started coming here for maintenance after being fed up with poor service at a different dealership. A excellent Dealership to go to if you desire a excellent buying experience. You will not experience any high pressure sales attack nor will your valuable time be wasted . They are very professional, prompt, supported, and have that customers matters attitude. You will not believe you are at a dealership. We were able not only to get the car we wanted with the option we wanted and price without any extensive long negotiation process. The salesman spent 45 minutes explaining the functions of our car after the purchase was completed. He has called us three times since the purchase and scheduled our first service appointment. The dealership has call twice and email us four times after the purchase to check and make sure everything is okay.

I took my car to Passport after encountering problems at another dealership where I purchased my Nissan. I had a persistent problem (4 separate visits with no resolution) with a slow tire pressure leak that the people at Passport were able to resolve in one visit. They were very thorough in the diagnosis and were able to get me on my way with almost no hassle. Richard Stenzel was an excellent service representative and I will definitely purchase my next Nissan at Passport.

Ray and Neal are exceptional salemen. Very knowledgeable able the cars they sale. They were available for Q&A via email, the phone and in person. Very polite and patience. They kept us updated through out the whole process. I love my Certified Pre-owned Nissan Murano. I gave them a budget and I walked away with a SUV. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years. Ray even called me to wish me a happy birthday now how awesome is that. Great customer service and they strive to make everyone happy. I came in preapproved with my credit union and got a better rate from the dealer. My favorite Service Manager on Rich also came over to congratulate me on the new purchase. Just great group of people. Thank you Passport Nissan of Alexandria.

We had the good fortune of working with Ray Webb. Ray was very professional, polite, knowledgeable, and knew just how to lighten the process of making a big expenditure by using a soft approach. My husband and I have been in sales for 40 years and really do appreciate when someone shines in this profession.

In addition to a state-required emissions test, the Passport Nissan staff performed factory recommended brake system service. Brian Yeager was extremely helpful in estimating the cost and time of the service. The facility is clean and customer friendly. During the service period Brian kept me informed of its progress. I have used this dealership since owning my Altima. The service staff are consistently excellent, and this visit was no exception!

Purchased my first car from this dealer in September 2014. I felt that the sales team was trustworthy and fair with their pricing and they went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable through the buying process. They were very informative in regards to helping me find a car to meet my needs and took the extra effort to find the exact car I really wanted, even though there were very few available. I highly recommend this dealership for the purchase of a new vehicle.

I bought my first car from this dealership. The car was a certified 2011 Nissan Rogue. I've stayed in the car market for around 4 months and just went with my friend directly to look at the car. The sales, Ahmed, was very helpful during the whole buying process. He did not increase the price listed in the Internet (as other dealers did), and gave me a very good price. The paperwork was very simple and I didn't encounter any problems or uncomfortble after I said I wanted the car. Thanks Ahmed, and thanks Passport Nissan of Alexandria!

The sale consultant service provided by Mr. Snyder was one of the best services I have seen at car dealership - and I have been to quite a few (other Nissan, Kia, Honda, Subaru, and Mazda) looking for my new lease car. He was friendly, easy-going, and definitely know his products. I didn't feel like he was pushy like other sale consultants. He talked me through the options available and gave me my space to think it through. Most importantly, he was very cooperative before, during, and after the sale. I need to get the Beige leather seats installed on my Nissan Altima afterward and he helped me made that transaction as smooth, quickly, and painlessly as possible. Overall, I would definitely recommend him and this dealership to anyone who is looking for a value vehicle at Nissan.

I called my salesman Jake to ask how I go about scheduling my first service since my car was at the 6 month old mark. He made it very simple and said that I just had to pull up in the express service lane and they would perform the service. He advised that weekends take a long time and asked when a good time is for me. Since the service department does not open until 7:30am on weekdays and I was trying to go in before work without having to leave my car there, he called the one of the managers and let him know i would come at 7:15am the next day and that they could have me out by 8:15am and told me to ask for Brian F. I arrived at 7:15am and at 7:25am, they opened the service station and I asked for Brian F. He was cheerful and recalled that Jake had told him I would be coming early. I knew there would not be time to have my car washed since I was a rush in/out service but low and behold, 45 mins later my car was ready, the booklet was stamped that my service was done, my car was washed and I received a small discount since there was nothing to do except the oil change and a few other standard maintenance and I only have 2200 miles on it. The waiting area was comfortable, clean and they had coffee etc. I caught up on some emails and was at work on time when it was all said and done. Brian F was terrific and went over the service that was performed when they finished. very personable and a great member for your team! Great job Passport!

Love the large-print report of the problems with m.y car! Everything that I wanted fixed was added on and fixed that day. Loved the loaner car access! I was so pleased, I didn't know what to do, and when I picked up my car, it was washed and dried; looked like it was Wax.......but I can't believed that they waxed my car. I am so please with Alexanria Nissan. Thanks so much for treating your customers with A-1 Service

Had excellent service this week - my 2010 Nissan Murano needed some repair to its transmission and it was all covered under warranty and I was given a loaner vehicle. The most impressive part is that they made clear upfront that my warranty would cover it, and they also offered a loaner vehicle immediately. No haggling! I received updates all through the 2 days my vehicle was there. I can only sing their praises! Thank you!

Was turned down my 2 other dealerships, so really gave up looking at any other places. Got a few emails from Nassar and finally contacted him and he was very helpful and understanding to my situation. He suggested that I come in and run the numbers. The finance department didnt try to give me the run around, it took alittle long but Mike the business manager made it work. These people at Passport Nissan were very helpful and I would recommend anyone to them!

I went to this dealer- PASSPORT NISSAN of ALEXANDRIA thinking their internet price was the REAL DEAL. NOT REALLY! It was just a bait and switch to get me into their showroom. I should of know better since I spoke with them on the phone previously and they wouldnt answer my questions straight forwardly. They kept beating around the bushes. I dont live that far, so I went to their dealer anyways and asked for a different sales rep. They passed me around to 4 different people and nobody could give me a price or answer any of my questions, so they brought out the managers. They were very rude and didnt even introduce themselves professionally. The first thing they asked me was to fill out a credit application to see if I qualified to purchase a car. They dont know that I am a Dentist and make over $200k a year. ( none of my employees or anyone I know will ever purchase a car from ANY PASSPORT OWNED STORE. I get all my service done there for my older Armada, but no more! I refuse to even use their service department. They lost my business and everyone elses that I know. DONT GO TO PASSPORT UNLESS YOU WANT A NO_HASSLE TEST-DRIVE then purchase at ANOTHER DEALER. I ended up buying at NISSAN in CHANTILLY because they beat PASSPORT"S price by $2,000. DONT WASTE your time at PASSPORT. ANYWHERE else will be better.

I recently decided to trade in my Nissan Versa for a Nissan Altima. I tried working with several dealers close to home (including the one I bought the Versa from), but could not get an honest, straight answer from anyone. No one would give me a "real" price quote, and one woman actually said the reason was so I wouldn't shop it around. After walking out of one particularly hostile negotiation, I received an email from Karim at Passort. Not only did he give me the real quote, he had his sales manager, Brian, call me so that we could finalize the deal over the phone before I drove down there. When I arrived the next day, the transaction went down without a hitch. The price and terms were exactly what we agreed to over the phone, and there were no hidden charges or attempt to up sell whatsoever. They handed me to Latoya (also very pleasant) in finace to do the paperwork, and I was on my way. The new Altima was meticulously detailed when I took delivery, and I feel very good about the deal. Lesson learned. Don't mess around with shady Nissan Dealers, call Passport first!

I recently turned my lease in to purchase a new car. I was hesitant at first but felt buying would be best considering how many miles I drive. The guys walked me through step by step made me feel comfortable with my decision and ACTUALLY did what was best for ME and not the dealership which is rare to find. I am a repeat customer and would send anyone there

When Koons Nissan closed, Passport allowed us to bring our car to them since the airbag sensor system was malfunctioning. We dropped our car off on a Sunday night and they had it back to us by10:30 the next morning. They had previously told us they would allow us to have a loaner car if necessary, which ended up not being necessary. Their service was far better than we ever received at Koons. They restored our faith in Nissan and we feel confident Passport will always be there for us in the future, if needed. Chelsea from Nissan HQ Customer Service as well as Pete,Director of Passport Nissan Service Dept, were exceptional and made all of this happen very quickly!!! Thanks to both of you!!!!!!

IT WAS MY INTENTION TO JUST TAKE A 2014 MURANO FOR A TEST DRIVE AND ENDED UP LEASING ONE THE VERY DAY. MARK SNYDER AND BRIAN DELIO WERE SO ACCOMMODATING AND KNOWLEDGEABLE THAT MY DECISION WAS MADE WHILE I WAS OPERATING THE VEHICLE. THESE TWO GENTLEMEN WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL IN EVERY ASPECT OF THE LEASING PROCESS, AND I COULDN'T BE MORE ENTHUSIASTIC OVER THEIR SERVICE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PASSPORT NISSAN OF ALEXANDRIA, AND THESE TWO GENTLEMEN IN PARTICULAR FOR ANY TRANSACTIONS INVOLVING LEASING OR PURCHASING ONE OF THEIR PRODUCTS.I ALSO LIKE TO MENTION LATOYA WHO WITH GREAT SPEED AND EFFICIENCY PROCESSED THE SUBSTANTIAL AMOUNT OF PAPERWORK AND GOT ME OUT OF THE SHOWROOM IN RECORD TIME. WELL DONE.

Recently I bought a Nissan Rogue from Nissan Passport. They have good customer service with honesty and are always available to work extended hours to get things done. I find them people of their words .I have been shopping around other car dealerships. Some of them confirm to me they have the type of vehicle that I`m looking for over the phone and internet, but when I get there most of them disappoint me by raising the price or telling me that they have sold the car. But, I found at Nissan Passport that the deal they promised online was guaranteed and the vehicle is available right away. Its my first experience to drive a Nissan. The quality of their vehicles, neatness, and the overall process of buying my new vehicle was great. I would like to especially thank the sales person Mark. The way he treated me and tried his best to do business with me by matching the type of vehicle I was looking for with my budget, made the process of purchasing the vehicle easy and stress free.

Possibly the most effortless buying experience. I knew the car I wanted, advised the rep of the car, he immediately got the keys and escorted me to the car I requested. He did ask questions to see if I was open to other options, but was not pushy at all. Very sincere and kind young man. The purchasing process was quick and the loan officer did offer the "extras" but again not pushy and put things in real life terms for my complete understanding. I am credit challenged and the loan officer worked for me. I advised what my budget was and what I wanted to pay monthly and he obtained that for me in no time at all. The staff was friendly, even friendly to my children to keep them occupied during the process. Higly recommend this dealership. And the price of my car was unbeatable for what I got!

I have had a Nissan for over 25 years. However, it wasn't until I started using Passport Nissan last year for service on my new Nissan Xterra that I became totally satisfied with a Nissan dealership's service center. It was almost impossible to imagine that having your car serviced could be a WOW! experience -- it is at Passport Nissan. Appointments can be made on line and the times, to include when the car will be ready, are always met. Drop off and pick up is a quick and pleasant experience. The service managers are knowledgeable and focused on you and your car and not on maximizing the profits for Passport. They are always ready to extend themselves when a problem develops and the solution is the most practical one -- not the too often approach of lets just wait until the system fails and then we will know what needs to be replaced.I can not say enought about the high quality of their work, its timeliness and their full and open communication.

I recently leased a 2014 Versa Note on 12/28/2014 and I had the best experience. Passport Nissan has the best customer service. I worked with Jerry in sales, Brian the sales manager, and Jim the financing manager. They were polite, patient, professional, helpful and very knowledgeable about the cars, the company, safety etc. Jerry, in sales, really helped me to make an awesome decision. He was great to work with. I love my car. I made the best decision with going with Nissan. And because of my experience, my dad plans to lease a car with Passport Nissan sometime after the new year.

I called the dealership regarding a new car and spoke with Vanessa. She asked me to complete a credit application then after 4 messages, i gave up. Every person with whom I spoke had a fresh foreign accent. The staff was unresponsive and Vanessa did not even bother to keep the appointment to test drive the vehicle; so I spoke to the receptionist who transferred me to Said. He was extremely rude, and exclaimed that "everyone is busy, then tried to chastise me... He remained on the telephone with the dial tone because I simply hung up. No one will disrespect me especially if I have money in hand to purchase a vehicle. If that was any indication of how they would act if I purchased a car, then "THANKS" but "NO THANKS" I called another dealership and the staff was friendly so they won my business.

We walked into passport Nissan having just left another dealership because we had been dissatisfied. We worked with Jake, who is pretty new there but was very knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with. We had already done a test drive of the Rogue and knew it was what we wanted so we sat down to talk numbers. We told Jake what we wanted to put down and what our threshold was for lease payments and he was back to us in minutes with several options that met our budget. Going through financials and paperwork, there were no big surprises and everyone - Jake and Jim, the manager - did all they could to make the process easy. The only small hiccup was that one of the fees (for the registration, etc) ended up being a lot more than expected and our manager had trouble explaining exactly what it was. But overall, we couldn't be happier with the dealership or the car itself. Fabulous.

Jake Pfiz made my 1st time car buying experience amazing. he was patient, informative and did not approach me as the "car salesman".He was very genuine and it was evident he wasn't just in it for the sale. We had communicated for a few days prior to me coming in and he understood I was looking at other dealers before I made a final decision. I came in with a friend and he answered every question and was also very transparent when it came to pricing and information about available cars and the options. Jake took the time to go through why the car he showed me would be best and even agreed that there are other dealers who can undercut their price by a few hundred dollars but the difference between Passport and other dealers is the service. He sold me on this car a lot because of his personality and his approach to sales. Being in sales myself, I can spot a bullsh*tter and know the sales game. Customer service is huge for me and can make or break a purchasing experience. Jake did not give me that feeling and offered me several options that would work for me. The decision was left to me and I feel like I got a great deal and it was a great experience. I certainly recommend Passport of Alexandria to anyone.

I had an excellent experience at Passport Nissan of Alexandria in purchasing my new Nissan Murano. Vanessa Wick did a wonderful job and went above and beyond my expectations in providing top notch customer service. I felt that I got a fair price for the vehicle, and the dealership was willing to work with me in every way. I was looking for a 3-4yr old Murano with certain options that was traded up for new car or lease. I found less than 10 in the DC/Baltimore area and looked at them but one. I contacted Nissan of Alexandria and talked to Darinda. She was VERY responsive and got back to my emails quickly as I had many many questions. She went out of her way to look at the car closely and let me know of any imperfections. There was only a small chip in the grill in which she emailed a pic of it to me. When I arranged to look at the vehicle, she had the car waiting for us, DETAILED and ready to test. I was very impressed at the quality of their inventory. We managed to come up with a deal and bought the car. Darinda checked in with us the next week to see if we were happy with the car. I buy many vehicles and deal with a lot of dealerships. I have not had a sales person go out of their way this much to ensure I was satisfied. THANKS DARINDA!!!! Go see her, she is great to work with.

I recommend Passport Nissan to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. I happened to buy a used vehicle (Infiniti G37) and the whole experience was great! The curteous friendly staff greeted me at the door. Even though I arrived prior to the scheduled time, the sales person assisted me immediately. I can be very indecisive at times and that day was one of those days but the salesperson was very patient, knowledgeable and friendly throughout. His honesty was very refreshing considering you seldom experience that in the car selling business. I have no reservations in deciding to purchase from Nissan Passport. Fyi, my salesperson was Ray Webb. If he is an example of the quality of customer service at Nissan Passport, I see why this dealership is hands-down one of the best. I highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle from this dealership.

I purchased my first new car in 1959 and have gone thru hours of argument just to get a deal and service where I had to accommodate their service department needs. Both times I purchased a Nissan at Passport I was amazed how fast and easy it was.. The service department always accommodated my needs and were always friendly and not acted like they were doing me a favor like others have in the past....This dealership knows you want to by a car and you want to get service and they provide both with as much ease as possible....makes you wonder why so many others make it so hard

Everyone in the dealership was very helpful and resourceful! I have been to many dealerships and this one by far was the best in terms of great customer service and the people were very down to earth!

Typical bait and switch sales tactics.Received a OTD quote from mr. Forrest Smith(and yes, I have specificallyAsked For the OTD price) , but After I went into the dealership, the price quoted Over the email not honored. Told me that No one would sell me the car at the quoted price.Wasted time and gas. Don't go.

I emailed the dealership to ask about the availability of a car my husband and I were interested in. Before they emailed back my husband called and found out the car was available so he went out to test drive it and check it out while I was still working bc it seemed like a great deal. It was so he put a deposit down on the car so they would save it for me to see and purchase 2 days later. Before leaving Ray (who was wonderful-friendly, informative, but not pushy) even put a notice in the windshield that he had sold the car that day to my husband. Another salesman began calling me that same day and over the next few days called me multiple times and emailed me not knowing my husband was the one who had paid a deposit on the car. I was busy working and didn't answer my phone until I was literally in the car driving to the dealership to purchase the car. He was still trying to sell me the car, and again, didn't know my husband was the one who had paid a deposit on the car. I was annoyed bc the whole point of paying a deposit is to save the car and he was still trying to sell it, not to mention how much of a waste of time it would have been if I wasn't married to the guy puchasing the car to go all the way out there to find the car was already sold. The most annoying part though was that when we went to use their public computer to add the car to our insurance I found my name, phone number, and email laying out for anyone to see from the guy who had been trying to get in touch with me...Overall though, I would recommend the place, especially Ray, just annoyed by the one salesman.

Never trust what sales manager Loui Serhan promises. Very rude once the deal is done. General sales manager Said Abdelilah is no exception. Customer service after you have already bought your car doesn't mean anything to them anymore. I will never go back to this dealership again for even service. They just want you to buy the car and will tell you anything you want to hear when you are buying but after that they wouldn't even hesitate to use the "F" word and ask you leave the dealership. I wonder whether they talk the same way with people of different colored skin or not. Either way, I will not ever trust this dealership specially as long as these two people are working there. Please think twice before going to this dealership. People who don't know how to respect people will do anything to get your business even if that means lying or just flat out denying what was promised. To this dealership honesty is not the best policy. Treat customer with absolutely no respect after they have already bought the car is their policy..

On Friday, May 17, 2013 my wife and I decided to purchase a car to replace the one that we had been using for 12 years. Based on family and friends' recommendations, we headed for the Passport Nissan dealership in Alexandria, VA. We met with Loui, Darren, Trevor, Diaz and Said. From the get go, we were blown away by their professionalism, courtesy, friendliness, knowledge and helpfulness. Not only did they help us choose an affordable car that would fit our budget, but they went the extra mile in helping us secure the financing as well as finding a great insurance rate for our new car. We ended up purchasing a 2014 Nissan Versa. They even went so far as to have one sent from another area dealership as they did not have one in the color that we wanted. Overall, our experience was a very positive one and their reputation definitely preceded them. We will definitely recommend this dealership and their team to our friends, family and colleagues who are considering buying a new car.

I had my car in to Passport Nissan for service last week (April 18, 2013). I worked with service consultant Brian Yeager. The entire experience was excellent. My car was looked at first thing in the morning (after dropping it the night before) and Brian called me at my appointment time (7:30 am) to clarify one of the issues with the car that I had written down on the drop envelope. He also pointed out to me that my car was covered under an extended warranty (that I had forgotten I had), so one of the issues with the car was covered under that. I then received a follow-up call from Brian explaining what they found, what their recommendations were for the immediate issues, and also the list of things that I should do for overall auto performance. My bill was a good amount so I really appreciated the honesty of what they felt absolutely had to be done and what they recommended as preventative for overall good auto performance but not an absolute requirement. During that call I received a 7 page PDF file via email from Brian also detailing what they found, what they recommended be done (to include what failed, what is a caution, and what passed). This report also showed all the costs for each item. I was really impressed that I got a report via email, and even more so by the fact that the report also included additional information detailing the reasons that any of the preventative maintenance service items were suggested. This is like gold for someone who really doesn't know the ins and outs of an automobile (most anyone not in the auto industry!). I also had several coupons from the dealer and was able to use many of them towards the various things I needed. With that savings which ended up being around $400 I went ahead and did the "nice to do" preventative service maintenance based on having a better understanding of what was to be done and why. And to top it all off, my car was ready the same day, and it was also cleaned inside and out. I have gone to this dealer in the past and not had any issues, typically Richard has been the service consultant who has helped me and I've had good experiences. Clearly they've raised the bar with the new action plan that they email you, it certainly makes you feel a lot better when dropping a bit of money on your car . I guess the only thing I would complain about is the cost of auto service, but it's like anything else, and probably a bit higher in the DC area. Stephanie (Arlington, VA)

Passport Nissan were really helpful and I'd recommend them because this was the first time that I have bought a car from this dealer ship, I had a very pleasurable experience with the whole process. The test drive and explanation of different functions and how to operate was expertly done. I found Diaz Kunia (Sales Consultant) and James White (from finance) were most accommodating and made the whole process stress free. They made me feel at ease and went that extra mile for me. Thank you very much. One very satisfied customer.

Wonderful and Amazing is the best way to describe my experience purchasing a car from sales man, Ray Webb at Passport Nissan of Alexandria. Mr. Webb was truly a blessing in guiding me in my car purchase. From the initial phone conversation with Mr. Webb, he assured me (someone with challenging credit) that Im going to do all that I can to help you." It happened so quick and fast that I thought I was dreaming. Mr. Webb was professional and efficient; he returned my phone calls in a timely manner; he didnt prolong the process or pressure me into buying a car; and most of all he gave me hope in believing I would be driving away in a car before the day was over! Before driving away in my car, Mr. Webb took the time to go over the gidgets and gadgets of the car; and emphasized to call him if I have any questions or concerns. Mr. Webb was more interested in providing quality customer service and in ensuring my needs were met as a customer. This is what a great sales man is made of..Nissan Passport of Alexandria, Youre The Best!

I worked with Vanessa in sales via email exclusively. The best way to summarize the transaction is to say that she allowed me to go about the process of purchasing a new vehicle in my own way. She provided information where needed and spent energy making sure I understood the differences between various models, options, and trim lines (which can be confusing at first) without in injecting any sales pressure. In the end, I wound up buying the vehicle I really wanted at a very fair price. When I got to the dealership, every other person I dealt with:Said Abidelilah, sales manager, James White, financing (I had my own financing, but worked with James to do all the paperwork)Lou, the general managerwas unfailingly polite and exhibited exemplary customer service skills. The made the whole process easy and painless. Prior to this experience, I would rather have gone to the dentist than a new car dealer. These folks changed that mindset. As a sideline, when I got there the next day to pick up the vehicle, which they did not have on the lot, but had brought in from another nearby relatively nearby location, I was early and had to wait a little. During this time, I was able to observe some interactions between Lou and another set of customers. This served as confirmation to me that these are good folks that do not operate in the stereotypical car-dealer-as-ruthless-shark mentality. This review probably sounds like it was written by Vanessa's mom, but it's all real, and no one is more surprised or pleased than me.

This is the worst dealer I have ever delt with. The vehicle was originally taken in for a 60,000 mile service and to have two warning lights checked out. Two days after the vehicle came back, the service lights came back on. When we tried to contact the service department to ask about the lights, the front desk lady hung up twice. When we actually went to the location, the manager told us that the issue was not their problem. We spent $1500 for the service and ended up taking the vehicle to The Frederick Md dealership.

To be fair, when we first came to Passport Nissan, we had a great experience. The salesman and the sales manager treated us with respect and integrity and negotiated with us in good faith. But then, we had to meet with the finance person. The finance manager played with the numbers as much as he could, moving numbers around and offering us services to make a deal we could both live with. He offered us a maintenance package - the "Gold Preferred" and said "everything will be covered for the first 5 years. You pay nothing - just bring it in every 3500 miles and we take care of the rest. Just sit and relax." I guess it sounded to good to be true, but it sounded like a deal so we agreed. But then, the paperwork that was supposed to come by mail never came. When I came in for our first service, I discovered that the "Gold Preferred" deal had been transformed into a "silver" deal - selling me oil changes at $69 each! If it sounds to good to be true, it is. If they make you an offer, don't just get the numbers in writing. Make sure they write down the specific "type" of package because they do not operate in good faith and their word cannot be trusted. So, we called this to their attention and guess what? The General Manager, Tom Taylor, says "Well, mistakes happen." Of course, if the mistake was mine, they would have made me honor it. But since it was theirs, no such luck. Tom Taylor is what is wrong with the car industry today. Don't do business with Passport Nissan.I hope the good sales people there move to another dealership, where it is worth doing business.

I would never buy a car from this dealership. They have refused numerous requests to discontinue advertising to me. It took me several months to have my email removed from their email advertising. In direct defiance to a request to not be contacted by phone, I immediately received a phone call regarding my "inquiry request on a new car." When I returned the phone call to explain all of the to them, they hung up on me. If you like having a bunch of vultures circling around you, by all means do business with this dealer. However, they will never get my business.

talked to doug kelly for a week about a used altima he had for sale via email. specifically asked him to send me pics of any scratches or blemishes on the car before i drove 3 hours. finally after numerous attempts he replied and said the car had one scratch on bumper and they had fixed it, so i left with check in hand expecting the car to be in excellent condition as he stated especially since the car was a 2009 with only 35,000 miles. when i arrived and his so called salesman pulled the car around my jaw was on the ground! first of all after knowing what time i would be arriving the car was not even moved from the parking lot and it was absoultely filthy. couldnt even take the time to wash it so when i arrived to purchase the car it would look nice. after looking at the car it was clear to me why it prob wasnt cleaned. the car was literally covered in scratches. the passenger side looked like it had been side swipped into something, there were scracthes from bumper to bumper and both wheels were ground down like it has been driven along a curb for miles. on top of it all the salesman was completely unapologetic to the fact that i had driven 3 hours for this car that was nothing as described. i had to suggest that they had another car almost identical to it with a cple thousand less miles. we looked at this car and it was in ok shape and i suggested if he would sell me this car for the same price i would take it. like i said it was identical except it has the cheaper stereo and a cple thousand less miles. so to me they should have been valued the same since the other car was in poor condition. the salesman talked to doug kelly and he came back with a price 500.00 over what i was quoted on the first car. doug kelly or the salesman made no attempt to make any of the mistakes they made right nor did they apologize for one second for me having to waste an entire day and gas to drive 3 hours for a car that i was flat out lied to about. ive bought many cars and this experience is by far the worst ive had to date.

Shout-out to Nissan Altima, Alexandria, VA.I had purchased a 2005 Nissan Altima about four years ago and felt it was time to look into getting another one. I went online and saw there was a very good deal on leasing. I called and talked to Tom Nguyen and he was so helpful on the phone and took the time to answer all my questions. I went in to talk to him. He and Said Abdelilah worked with me to get me the best deal that fitted my budget just right. I want to thank Tom and Said for the professional and caring way they helped me. I highly recommend this dealership to all and do ask for Tom Nguyen. He will do all he can to help you. Sincerely, Barbara Broussard

I brought my wifes 2005 Nixxan Xterra in to Passport Nissan of Alexandria for 2 reasons:1)To replace the 4 wheels/tires I had with a second set I have with snow tires mounted. And I wanted to dismount/discard the old summer tires.2)To replace a 6 year old battery. They called 2 hours later and said the battery post also needed to be replaced. Battery + post + labor = $250.They said the wheel / tire labor would be $130.The tires are directional and when I picked up the car two of the wheels were on the wrong side so that the tires were in the wrong direction. Fortunately I noticed and they said they would fix on the spot. But the mechanic who had mounted the wheels had gone for the day and Passport Nissan said they did not have a lug wrench the right size and they could not take off the wheels. I live 100 miles away and asked what they could do. The service manager offered to refund the labor cost which I accepted. They did not offer to find the correct tool or to send the car to a local tire shop. They moved my floor mats to the back of the truck and did not put them back they did not clean so why move my mats? Also one of the other service managers said oh, Ive never seen directional tires on an Xterra does that mean that a technician isnt supposed to look at a tire they are putting on the vehicle? I went to my local mechanic the next day who swapped the two wheels mounted in the wrong direction. $10.Complete and total incompetence. The Nissan dealer in Canada was way better. If I cannot find a better Nissan Dealer for service in the DC area I wont buy another Nissan.

We went to Passport Nissan to buy a car that we had seen on cars.com. I spoke with an associate to get the "Out-the-door-price" prior to driving down to the dealership. I was assured on several occasions that the price would not change when I got there. When we showed up they said the deal was only good for a recent college graduate. How many recent college graduates have $30K cash to buy a new car? Also said they thought we were VA residents despite my repeatedly mentioning that I was driving there from MD. Their price out the door ended up being $800 more than I was quoted at another dealership. Very frustrating experience!

At the start of our visit, we walked around the lot and looked at a few vehicles which then we decided to test drive the Nissan Rogue. It seemed to be the perfect fit for us. After our test drive, the vehicle had more milage than we had expected (60,000+ miles), but we still liked it. We then went back inside to discuss it as a family whether or not THIS vehicle would be the one we buy off the lot the day of. After deciding not to take the vehicle, the sales consultant came to us and told us there was ANOTHER Rogue on the lot that had met our needs and more. He had specified that it had heated seats, lower milage, and practically brand new (634 miles). Since we had already test drove the same vehicle earlier, my dad decided not to test drive it but agreed we'd negotiate on the newer model with lower milage and extra features. Considering it was already late in the night, we wanted to get home and everything seemed fine. So we drove it home. The car did not come with all the features that were mentioned and when i attempted to notify the sales associate of this mishap, continuously denied every saying anything of the sort and rudely interrupted me during my explanations. I believe this was a horrible mistake in going to this nissan dealership.

The buying process was the expected hassle, but nothing extraordinary. The salesman (who like in other dealerships isn't a salesman in that he can't sell anything without somebody else's approval) was as helpful as his role called for him to be. He upsold extra overpriced gadgets, but that's part of his job and he convinced my wife they were what she wanted. When I left his table in the showroom we had the pricing and extra gadgets and incentives worked out.The killer came in the business office. They had all their computers and support infrastructure, and they do this every day. I do it less than once per decade. They slipped an extra thousand dollars onto the price of the car. It wasn't obvious because the invoice wasn't itemized in the manner I'd step by step reached the agreed price with the salesman, and I was without computers and the ability to reasonably cross check all the calculations against the totals presented with their (unfamiliar) paperwork. (I had a pencil and notebook.)The price addition became obvious to me the next evening when I laid it all out in my spreadsheet at home.I felt cheated, but I did sign the paperwork and can't see that I have any reasonable recourse. The best I can do is take a lesson learned and warn others with reviews such as this one.The lesson learned is next time get everything in writing from the comfort of my home before going to the dealership to buy. Visit and test drive first, with intention of not buying at that time, but get the whole deal in writing, and check it over from the comfort of home before visiting the dealership to buy.

Neal was amazing and friendly. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles and helped me narrow down my options to the car that fit me best and worked with my price ranged. He knew the minute I walked in the car that I would be leaving with, although I never felt pressured to choose that car. He allowed me to test drive all the vehicles I was interested in to ensure I was making the correct decision. I would def recommend them and I will def be back in the future.

I believe I was charged for replacement parts and service unnecessarily while trying to have a recall corrected, but given that my car was dying while driving I had few to no options. Very displeased especially when they recommended I replace an additional engine sensor and when asked why it should be replaced, they replied "because we usually replace them with the other sensor." That was the entire explanation.

Their customer service is tragic a best. They completely misinformed and mislead me. Evidently everyone is this dealer is a sales manager so you cannot have your concerns expressed to a higher manager, I requested to speak with the dealer manager but I was declined. I tried looking for a district manager but again not successful. STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN, THEY ARE NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE & HASSLE considering how many more dealers there are nearby to shop from that more than likely will treat you better and with more respect than these guys did with me. IT WOULD TAKE SIGNIFICANT CHANGES FOR ME TO EVER GO BACK TO THIS DEALER OR TO RECOMMEND A FRIEND, FAMILY OR ANYONE REALLY, DONT GO HERE!

The sales person was friendly and helpful; however, his manager, Mr. Taylor was a complete JERK. During the negotiation we offered our starting price and he came out as if we had offended him. He said this was a car that we couldn't buy, and how dare we offer something less than what was posted online. His attitude was rude and his demeanor condescendent. Needless to say we didn't buy a car from him. Instead of customer service we received a customer attack. Be aware that in accordance to Mr. Taylor's rationale, Muranos are made in Japan and therefore that gives him license to ride you with whatever the price he wants to reel you. The salesperson tried to apologize for the incident and Mr Taylor's response (as we were walking out the door) what for?Think twice before going to this dealer.

I was in the market for a car and was ready to buy a Honda Civic. However, after my experience with the dealership, I decided to walk away and try something elsa. Nissan was on my short list and there was a dealership close by so decided to take a look. It probably was one of the best decisions I've made because the salesman Ray was awesome. I walked away with a Great car (2010 Fully Loaded Nissan Sentra)and a great experience. Ray was able to work with me on a price I was comfortable with without the hassle. I must say I went into buying a car thinking all car salesman are sleazy and are looking to take advantage of you, but was pleasantly surprise with my experience at Passport Nissan in Alexandria. If you're in the market for a car Ray is your guy. He took the time to go over everything in the car and answered all my questions. Thanks, Ray.

No games - got a manager involved when I couldn't get the answer I wanted. Everything out in the open - fairly efficient once a deal reached. Overall - very happy. Purchased a 2010 Mazda 3 - received a free carfax report that was very helpful in deciding to purchase. Neal was positive and helpful. They are going to help me pickup my previous car (no trade) as well given the long drive between home and the dealership.

We walked into Passport Nissan with a long wish list, a budget to stay within, and a history of bad experiences at car dealerships. Immediately after walking into passport Nissan we were greeted by Tony Hassan who seemed eager to help us but not in an over eager salesman kind of way, which we had encountered with other Nissan dealerships in the area. Throughout the whole process Tony made sure to keep our end goal of features and price in the front of his mind and really seemed to care about us! We brought in a car to trade in which left us $6,000 upside down which was really concerning to us, we did not want this debt to prevent us from driving home with a car we were unhappy with. Tony did EVERYTHING to ensure we did not compromise our end goal. Tony was always polite gave us time to think about the offer at hand, and never once pressured us into signing paperwork until we were comfortable with the bottom line. Finally once we were comfortable and ready to sign paperwork Tony brought us over to Rodney the finance manager who thoroughly explained all the paperwork we were signing and was sure to answer any questions we had! Overall we had a GREAT experience and left with a BEAUTIFUL Nissan Altima 2.5 SL that we are proud to say we brought it from TONY HASSAN at Passport Nissan! We highly recommend if youre looking for a car you go to Passport Nissan and ask for Tony Hassan.Thank you Tony for all your dedication and hard work! ?

Tommy was very easy to work with and we particularly like the haggle free internet pricing. We were dealt with in a timely manor and the transaction was very smooth from start to finish. Overall Passport Nissan of Alexandria provided excellent customer service and I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from them. They also gave us a great price on our trade.

These guys were terrible. Sales person knew nothing about the vehicle and just made stuff up at random whether true or not. He used bizarre tactics to guilt us into buying a car -- safety, etc. Most annoyingly he refused to negotiate at all unless it was in person at the dealership, which was basically a "make them wait until they break" game. Pretty much everything bad about car dealers, they have it PLUS poor customer service to boot. You'd think they'd actually be nice and quick and responsive when you were shopping. Not so much.

Let me tell you a story: My 10 year old car was about dead on its last legs. I was in the market for a new family sedan, I recently married, and we are thinking about kids down the road. I needed more space, definitely, than my old 2000 Dodge Neon. I was ALL set to buy a Camry. I had test drove one, it was good. But the sales person I had been emailing with didn't tell me that he wouldn't be there when I arrived, and the new person was okay, but there wasn't really a push to make me a customer. Not really. We took it out for a spin, I was told of the price, and what can I do? I left that dealership shaking my head. A friend had told me to look at Nissan, and my husband likes Nissan as well. Some other close friends have Nissans. So, I went online, saw Passport, and off I went on this grey day to see what Nissan was all about. Can I just say, WOW....WOW.....WOW..... I was so BLESSED to have met Ray Webb when I walked in the dealership. And he was so FRIENDLY. He offered to help me right away. I didn't get the impression that he would try to bamboozle me, and I was right. We looked at cars, and he LISTENED to what was important to me to have in my next vehicle. Safety, comfort, room to move in, quiet ride, good on the road, dependable. Even power adjusting seats were important to me. The 2010 Nissan Altima had EVERYTHING that I wanted, and then some. We test drove the car, it was a dream driving it, and Ray pointed out everything to me, and I mean everything. By the time we got back to the lot, I knew more about Nissan, and the Altima car performance and than ever before. And better yet, Ray and Mr. Abdeliah of finance really, really (I mean REALLY) worked to get my car payment to an amount that I was okay with for my budget. Imagine, Nissan hadn't even been on my short list when I started looking! And they took my old trade in. Reviewers, let me tell you something....Ray Webb is the BEST damn car sales person I have ever worked with. Not only am I now the proud new owner of a 2010 Nissan Altima, (brand new), but a believer in Nissan vehicles. I will only buy cars from Ray Webb. I guess this means I will be in the Nissan family for life, and I am just fine with that. This experience has been the best. And when the car was turned over to me, I just cried. I couldn't believe it. God is so good, and I am so thankful! Ray treated me like a human being, and had my interests to heart. He even took me on a tour of the facility, parts store, service desk, everything! I, and my family, will be forever greatful for the kind, wonderful, exceptional, compassionate fantastic, experience that I had today. Nissan...Nissan...and Ray Webb, the only car salesperson you will ever, ever need. I LOVE my car!!Thank you Ray! Thank you so, so much!

We had a wonderful experience with Ray Webb at Passport Nissan of Alexandria. Mr. Webb was exceptional, and very helpful during our car search. Because of him we were able to get just the car we wanted at a price we could afford. Ray was open and candid during our negotiations, and helpful at all stages of the process. We would recommend Mr. Webb to anyone. Sincerely, Mia E.

Called Passport Nissan and inquired about a car that was for sale. It was a used toyota. The saleman told me come by and take it for a spin, always hesitate about going and try to upsale and add on. I drove over and had the saleman go and get the car to test drive, took it out for a quick ride and it was fine. Told him i would pay cash and to get the paperwork ready, then he ask me how much i was willing to pay, figuring he thought i was going to haggle. I stated to him the price was fair and get me the final cost for the car and taxes. He comes back using the 4 square box, i said him, that i will pay price no need to negotiate, then looking in the box, he put in 750 destination charge and 500 dollars processing and another box with more numbers. I said it's not a new car, so why should i have to pay destination, and the 500 processing fee is for registering the car in my name. Then telling him im paying cash, just sign the slip and i will head to dmv and put in my name. He looked like I was stealing his child, he crumpled up the paperwork and told me to go. This type of business is the shadest that is out there. I would not recommend or use passport ever again, hoping this reaches people are looking for a used car and they will not waste their valuable time.

I had looked around for quite some time for a new vehicle including visiting other dealerships, Austin and his team did a great job to get me the exact vehicle I wanted at a reasonable price. Austin also followed up with me after the sale to be sure that I had everything I needed - wonderful salesman - he had a great personality and wanted to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. A big thanks to Austin and Passport Nissan of Alexandria!

I'm going to start this review by stating that the sales individual was somewhat helpful during the day. However, it took us exactly 6 hours from the time we arrived till the time we pulled away from the dealership. I drove 1.5 hours away and knew exactly the car I wanted. Upon arrival, the individual who I talked on the phone with (who repeatedly told me to ask for him) was nowhere to be found and didn't even take the time of day to inform me that he was working with someone else and that the other salesman would be taking care of me. I wasn't able to get in the car because the key machine was broken. So, they started working up the paper work before I had said 30 words to the salesman and before I had even sat in the car. So the salesman gives me a list of all the "tax, tags, title, and other fees" and I almost went through the roof. There was a $995 dealership preparation fee and a $395 dealership processing fee. The salesman informed me that these fees are not built into the price of the car (as many other dealerships do) so that they can advertise the lowest price possible. What a joke. Please note that every car you buy from this dealership will have tax, tags, title and other fees of approximately $2,300. After we finally purchased the vehicle, signed all the paper work and cut the check, it took 45 minutes for them to attach the temp tags, wash the car, and fill up the gas. I'm not quite sure why some of this wasn't getting done while we were signing all of the paper work. Note that this was a Friday and we arrived at 11:45 AM. It wasn't a Saturday where there were ton's of people buying cars. Also, they informed us after we had said yes that this car only came with one key. And to purchase another "smart key" it would cost roughly $325. To top it all off, we were informed that since it was now past 5PM, they wouldn't be able to have the car MD inspected (we are from MD so we needed an MD inspection). They first said we could come back tomorrow and pick up the car. That wasn't going to work for us. So we had to take it to a local place near us to get it MD inspected. At first, the sales manager wanted us to pay for it b/c it was "only like $50." I informed him that I had already paid that amount in my fees and that I wanted to be reimbursed for the costs. Finally, he agreed to pay for the inspection fee after I sent him the receipt of what it cost. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone!

Mr. Kenny Latino was extremely wonderful to work with. He was friendly and good-natured from the get-go. He was very patient and very knowledgable about the features of each car. They only had one man working in the clean-up department since it was a Sunday, so Kenny help clean the car to speed up the process. Mr. Derrick Evans was also extremely pleasant to work with. He has a great sense of humor and a good attitude.

On April 22, 2010, my 2005 Nissan Altima was involved in an accident and determined a total loss. I needed to purchase another vehicle. I checked around with other dealerships, searched out internet pricing on different makes and models, even visited one dealer. But, things just didn't seem to feel right. I had received an earlier email advertisement from Nissan of Alexandria addressed from Ray Webb. I had occasion to meet Mr. Webb earlier last year, when my daughter was in the market for an automobile; however, at that timeI was not, so I had no client dealings with Mr. Webb. - I already had my Nissan, which by the way I had purchased from the Alexandria location through another consultant in 2005. To shorten this, my previous Nissan NEVER gave me a bit of trouble and there was NEVER an occasion for any major reconstructive work to be done to it - so I thought it made perfectly good sense to go back there and I'm so glad that I did. I was greeted by a couple of other sales consultants who offered me their services; when I told them that I had received an email from Mr. Webb and that I wanted to talk with him, both of them offered to contact Mr. Webb to let him know that I was waiting for him. When Mr. Webb returned, he not only remembered me, but he remembered my daughter too, and by name. I knew for sure I was in the right place - it had been several months earlier that we met. I explained to Mr. Webb my situation and told him about my less than perfect credit. He told me about another program that Nissan offered for people in my particuilar situation to get the car I wanted at a price I could afford with monthly payments that would not put me in a default situation with my other household bills. Mr. Webb's professionalism, expertise, complete knowledge of his industry and product and the care he took to support my need was exemplary. He stayed in constant contact with me (I had to leave for an appointment) over the next day, let me know exactly what was going on with my application and kept me apprised of the progress being made on meeting my requirements as well as satisfy the requirements of Nissan - he took an interest in me as a person, not just another prospective buyer. Ray and Vahid went beyond the call to secure the proper financing for me, for which I am very grateful. I am now enjoying and loving my new 2010 Nissan Altima, and I owe it all to the care, character and professionalism of both Ray Webb and Vahid Khodadoost. Now I'm positive that in the future when I am searching for a new automobile, I only have to make one stop - Passport Nissan of Alexandria. Thank you Ray and Vahid.Sandy Smith

1. The 2002 Infiniti G-20 was advertised on multiple websites at the time - late January as $6995 or make an offer. After test driving the vehicle, the salesman Neal Connelly sepcifically told me that the $6995 was not negotiable.2. The only fees referenced on the websites at the time as an additional cost were the dealer fees for tax, tags and processing the transaction - not fees to recondition the car which they have only since added to their advertisement. The salesman that I dealt with acknowedged that the fees for reconditioning that he was adding to the price of the car were not part of the advertised additional costs. While they have since changed their advertising methods they were highly deceptive at that time (and still are) and were in fact false because they would not negotiate on the advertised price and were adding what I considered bogus fees to the cost - fees that were not mentioned in the advertisemennt for the vehicle. They can try to justify their actions in any manner that they choose but obviously there must have been some truth to what I said since they are now indicating that the reconditioning fees are added to the cost of the vehicle. I have no problem with negotiating a price but the starting price to negotiatie from would have been their advertised price plus the costs for taxes, tags and processing. Not a fee for reconditioning that was not mentioned anywhere in their advertisements at the time. The advertised price was already higher than the condition of the car warranted and perhaps that is why 2 months later, despite lowering the advertised price the car is still on their lot. But then I suppose now they will add the additional reconditiioning costs as well as holding costs to the advertised price. If they were truly honest in their sales they would advertise the car at some price that would be acceptable to them and not mislead buyers into coming into the dealership with an expectation of one price and then have unkown fees exceptionally large fees added to the advertised selling price.

I had an excellent experience at Passport Nisssan with Ray Webb. His customer service was phenomenal in that he made the experience hassle-free and really focused on what I wanted. I shopped a few other dealerships, and honestly couldn't leave fast enough. There's a lot to be said for working with someone like Ray. Very professional start to finish.

I visited several car dealerships trying to find a new maxima, from the start Ray told me that no other dealerships could match passport. I insisted on visited other lots before I committed and Ray told me that I would be back. He was correct, no other dealership in the area could match passport in any category. I did not feel pressured at all, Ray and Mike truly made buying my Maxima a worthwile experience. My experience with Ray and Mike has made me henceforth a dedicated Nissan customer. I do and will always recommend Passport Nissan and Ray Webb to anyone interested in buying a Nissan. Anthony Daniels

Last August, a friend of mine bought a new Maxima from Passport Nissan, Alexandria. The salesman was Ray Webb. I hung around while my friend and Ray worked out a great deal for her new car. I have owned a number of Nissan's over the past 6 years (including a Maxima, Z, and Versa), all of which I purchased from another dealer. In the last couple of months, I started thinking about buying a new car. I considered VW, BMW, and Nissan. Because Ray did such a great job with my friend, though, I knew I wanted to work with him to buy a new car. So, a couple of weeks ago, I bought 2010 Altima from Passport. I not only have no regrets, I am very happy with the deal, the car, and Passport. I can't say I've ever felt that way after buying a car. And I have never worked with a car salesman like Ray, who I would describe as honest, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and fun. He walked me through the entire process, including financing based on what I could afford. Mike, the sales manager, also did a great job talking to me about car I wanted to buy. The only thing I would say, after my recent experience, is I wish I had bought my other Nissans from Passport. I highly recommend Passport Nissan and strongly recommend talking with Ray Webb if you are interested in a new (or used) car.

I have owned 4 Nissans since 1995 and have dealt with several dealerships. I have never been wooed by the high-pressure sales pitch and was delighted when Ray Webb at Passport Nissan spent a few hours with me on a Saturday afternoon and allowed me to explore a lot full of beautiful Maximas. I left that day with Ray's card and the comfort of knowing that if I did decide to buy a new model, I would receive the best deal possible. I returned that Monday and left that evening with my new car. The best part of my experience was working with Ray and subsequently, have returned to Passport for service and with a friend who purchased a car from Ray in early March. After a big snow storm in December 09, my new car was covered in salt and grime and Ray called and offered me a free wash. I was so thrilled because the temperatures were below freezing and car washes were not operating. I took my car to Passport, and drove away in a clean and gorgeous car. It lifted my spirits - especially when it was parked next to cars that weren't so fortunate. Most recently, Ray called to wish me a happy birthday. He is truly an exceptional salesman and person!

I just recently return from Korea for two years with the Navy and I was station on AFB. I am from NY and I didn't know anyone in Virginia but I needed a car. While I was look for a car on the internet I found a couple of used cars at passport nissan and the dealer wasn't far from my base. I decided to call the dealer and Diaz kunia picked up the phone, I expland him my situation and he was kind enough to come pick me up from the based, showed me couples car but my cedit wasn't that great then he suggest going for a brand new sentra because of the rebates. Rodney martin was the business manager, it made the whole process go as smooth as I didn't expected. Diaz was kind enough to take me back to my base because i didn't have an insurance yet to drive the car. The next day i got my car insured and he came to pick me up again from my based to get my new car. Diaz was very helpful to me.

I give Passport Nissan a superior service rating. Service was exceptional from the time I entered the dealership until the time I left. Diazola Kunia, Mike Petros and Rodney Martin were very patient and efficient when it came to my needs. They assured that my comprehension of the sales agreement was their priority. This was my first new car. I was not overwhelmed with the paperwork or, anything else, for that matter. These gentlemen provided me with the topmost service. I would like to compliment their profession demeanor. Diazola is an excellent salesman, and I could not have asked for a more adept individual. I believe that good customer service is a result of two things: the initial experience and the final one. My entire experience started out exceptionally well (with Diazola); an it ended that way. Rodney Martin was great when it came to finalizing all of my financial paperwork. I left the dealership with the best feeling of satisfaction - that is the way a buy ought feel! Mike Petros is by far an adroit manager committed to service excellence. I trust Passport Nissan and I will continue to give them my patronage. An extremely satisfied first time buyer,Thara Gilmore

I purchased a new Altima, with everything, on 2-22-10. Ray Webb knew how every button and gadget worked, and even though I knew I wanted all the upgrades, he showed me uses I hadn't seen in brochures (such as the bluetooth phone through the stereo system). His knowledge made me absolutely sure I wanted all the upgrades. I worked with Ray & Mike Petros (sales manager)about the terms, and Mike had the car (and color) I wanted within 4 days. Ray has stayed in touch, & has been able to answer my few questions. When I had to stop by the service dept., Ray had "smoothed the way," and I was helped in seconds. I would highly recommend this dealership, as well as Ray & Mike.

Customer Service: Of the highest quality. Everytime I was present at the dealership, I was treated like royalty. The sales associate Kevin Soltdvedell and manager Saeed were very professional and bent over backwards to respond to all my questions and clarify all my concerns. Kevin Soltdvedell had full knowledge of the Nissan line of cars and provided me a detailed run down of all specs, descriptions, and characteristics, which was of great help to my decision making. The Finance Manager Dereck was unlike other finance managers. He put forth his best effort to close the deal. Quality of Work: Next to none. I received my car in immaculate condition. The vehicle was prepped and clean and ready for me to drive it away. I was impressed with the facilities (maintenance/parts) after the tour given to me by Kevin and decided to bring the car in to Passport for regularly scheduled maintenance and other work.Friendliness: Very friendly atmosphere. All Sales associates and Passport employees were very friendly and always smiling, offering to help and answer questions. Kevin Soltdvedell and Saeed were very accomodating.Overall Experience: Outstanding overall experience. The location was very convenient, the show room was very organized, the lot was clean, the staff and managers were very friendly, and the vehicles in perfect condition.Price: The price was competitive but right. The negotiation process was straight forward and painless.

Our experience with Passport Nissan has been great for the last 10 years, when we bought our first Nissan Altima. Ray Webb was our service department contact for several years & treated me excellently. A few years ago Ray was promoted up to sales. So when we recently decided to purchase a new Altima, we went straight to Ray. As always, he was excellent to work with & got us a great deal. Also, because of his service experience, he went over our new car with us so well that I knew it better in one day than I had known my previous Alitma after 10 years. I would highly recommend Nissan Passport & especially Ray Webb.

Upon my initial visit to the dealership, I was warmly and sincerely greeted by Mr. Webb. His knowledge of the Nissan 370Z, and attentive, patient answers to all my inquiries is just what a customer is looking for when they are about to commit over $30,000 of their hard earned money. For every promise he made, he was true to his word---from researching specs on similar vehicles, to be forthright in assisting me in getting to the price I desired to pay.Ray Webb helps to remove the stigma that comes with many auto salesman. He is a honest salesman, a knowledgeable professional. For this, he and Passport Nissan get a, "GREAT", overall review in my book.

Based on the reviews of this dealership I am so surprised that I am writing this complaint.I went into this dealership on Sunday Jan 24, 2009 in response to a car advertised on the internet. The car was advertised at a given price with make an offer. After test driving the car and interested in making an offer the salesperson indicated that the only amounts negotiable was a dealer preparation fee (their additional costs to make the car ready for sale) that was $995 over and above the advertised price. This fee did not include the dealer document fee of $395.I asked the salesperson how this preparation fee increased the value of the car over the values presented by the national pricing services of NADA, Edmunds etc - since the advertised price of the vehicle was already in the range of the pricing services for a car in excellent condition. I also wanted to know why this amount of money would not have been incorporated into the asking price of the vehicle. This car was in average to clean condition, with faded paint on the bumper, broken antennae and needing an alignment, and the sound system was scratchy.I indicated that I was interested in the car but would require that the vehicle be checked out by my mechanic since it was being sold as is. The salesperson said that the mechanic could only come to the dealership despite the fact that there was a sheet on the car window which stated to ask about the car being reviewed by a mechanic on and off the site.To me the advertised price of the car was deceptive since they actually wanted more money for the car then they had advertised. The salesman was unwilling to negotiate the price of the vehicle.

We've been looking for a new car for several months. Narrowed down our choices to 3 different makes/models. We had already visited another Nissan dealership, but their inventory was low. We found Passport to be very friendly, helpful, and holding a good inventory. I highly recommend going to this dealership. Paul Friedman in sales and Richard Stenzel in service are outstanding individuals who are focused on making you a satisfied customer.

I saw a great deal on used Infiniti G35 coupe on Passport Nissan's website. From initial call to actual visit to purchase, Paul Friedman was great throughout the process and it was overall very pleasant car buying experience. Initially the car I was looking for was not listed in their system. But Paul showed me the back lot and we manage to find the G35 that I was looking for. There was no pressure and everybody there acted very professionally. The car was the exact color, model year, mileage, type, and great price.

This is the 5th car we have bought from Bob in the last five years. This time we are trying our first lease. Bob spent a great deal of time making sure our daughter got exactly the car she wanted at a price we could all be happy with. Then when it came time for the paperwork - J.D. made it go as smooth as we could hope for. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. Whenever we are looking for our next car, we will be back!

I had a wonderful experience. Diaz greeted my husband and I with a smile. He was plesant. He was not pushy nor over-bearing. He listened to what we wanted. We are extremely satisfied with the service we receieved. After test drving a couple vehicles, we decided to go home and pray and think about our options. Two days later, Diaz called with news that what we were looking for had arrived. We went in, test drove it, and took it home. We love our Pathfinder. And to think, we started out looking for a GMC Denali. Go get a Nissan today & ask for Diaz!

I was asked by the sales department to rate them on this website. The sales people are not knowledgable about the leasing or buying process. They misrepresented the trade-in process and failed to follow up with me at any point after the sale for such items as my inspection with the national dealer and my parking permit, which they neglected to order. At other times, I have encountered problems with the Service team. I recenlty paid $700 for full maintenance and tune-up and 2 days later my battery died, and I had to pay to get it replaced even though it had just been "tested." I have been wholly dissatisified with both the sales and service departments and will never use this dealership again.

Everyone at that dealership has been extremely professional, friendly and helpful. I bought a Nissan Murano from them in April of 2008 and actually look forward to visiting whenever I can. I LOVE THIS CAR!J.D. Pittman is a great salesperson, as is Ray. Fred Shepard and Bob Gaspari are great managers. Rodney Martin is tremendous as a finance manager. When I sat down with Rodney, he was forthright, honest and factual with me about the extras I was purchasing. He took the time to explain in detail what it was I was purchasing, and he has not let me down in regretting what I got.The service department is always accommodating, considering how busy it is. All in all, this is a dealership of people who engage you from the start, who know their business and know their cars, who are willing to help you and go the extra mile, EVEN AFTER YOU HAVE BOUGHT YOUR CAR. That explains why they are probably the number one Nissan dealership in Northern Virginia.Sincerely, Elizabeth Singleton

My first experience was not that pleasant and I walked out very disappointed in the sales staff. Later that night, the Sales manager, Fred called me at home and apologized for the experience and invited me back assuring me that he would personally handle the sale. I returned a little weary of what I would find but my experience from then on was awesome. Paul Friedman introduce himself within minutes of my arrival. He was very apologetic for what I had experienced a few days earlier. From that point on Paul and Fred got me the car I wanted for the price that I wanted. They were extremely patient and friendly. Paul was not at all agressive in his sales method and pretty much allowed me to pick the car that I wanted and Fred was able to work with me to get me the car at the price that made since to me. I would 100% recommend this dealer particularly the sales consultant Paul Friedman. He was exceptional in his customer service in my experience. Also if you need a good deal go and see Fred, he really works with your situation to make it as affordable as possible.

I wanted to take a few moments to acknowledge Passport Nissan's Paul Friedman, my new favorite salesman. From the moment that I entered the dealership, Paul provided a level of customer service that far exceeded my expectations. He was honest, courteous, and well-informed. That final characteristic ("well-informed") is my singular biggest criticism of the automotive sales industry. Personally, I love to test drive new cars and examine new models. However, 95% of the time, I find myself educating the salesperson about the vehicle, and it becomes painfully obvious to me that he or she has taken little or no time to become familiar the product at issue. Not the case with Paul.He knows his product, and even more importantly, he knows how to work with particularly demanding customers (like me) who want a very specific set of options on a particular vehicle. Although these qualities alone would be enough to win my respect, Paul is also organized enough to send me an e-mail either when he finishes dealing with the customer in front of me or when he has early availability in advance of our scheduled appointment time.I will be making an appearance at Passport Nissan as soon as the new 2010 370z Roadster makes an appearance, and I will be dealing with Paul Friedman on that sale. I'm not sure whether that's a good or a bad thing for Paul, but I certainly know that it speaks volumes about the dealership.Sincerely,Brian Weinthal

The experience I had with these two gentlemen was awesome. They were very knowledgeable about the Nissan cars and the finance options available to me. They were not pressing me and did not think any of my questions were of no value. They took there time and that is always a plus. That makes the decision easier. I was so comfortable after talking with them no pressure at anytime. I have given there names and numbers to other folks interested in Nissans. I would highly recommend these folks to anyone. It was truly a pleasure. It means alot when you walk in and they remember you. Thanks guys and I will return when it is time for a newer vehicle. !!Brenda

Paul Friedman has promptly responded to my emails, and followed up with persuasive emails highlighting the car's and the dealership's main selling points. He properly referred me to his sales manager, Fred Shepard, who via telephone gave me truthful and direct answers to my questions. Please note that I live over an hour's drive from Passport Nissan in Alexandria. In the 1980's I purchased a new Nissan and had it regularily serviced at Stohlman Nissan which appears to have been the predesessor to Passport Nissan at or close to the same location. I was very satisfied by my treatment during the 1980's by the employees of Stohlman Nissan.I contacted Passport Nissan because I found their price for the new 2009 Nissan Maxima to be the best I could find nearby on the Internet. I greatly appreciate that they have dealt with me via email and telephone, have done their best to answer my questions, and invite me to visit their dealership. If I do decide to go foward with purchasing a new 2009 Nissan Maxima I will visit Passport Nissan and give Paul and Fred an opportunity to sell me a new 2009 Nissan Maxima. at this time I'm still trying to decide whether it's wise to sell or trade my 2005 Infiniti G35 Coupe with under 29,000 miles and either spend or incur debt of more than $10,000 to buy a new 2009 Maxima.

My experience with Passport Nissan was awesome. I was in search of a reliable but inexpensive car for my son. I found on the website a nice car and call the dealership. Tommy M-- answered the call and told me all about the car and would I like to come over to see it. When I arrived, he greeted me and was very polite and answered all of my questions on the car. I would recommend this car dealership and Tommy M. to all of my friends and family. Great job!!!

I would highly recommend this dealership to my family and friends. Neal and Fred were both very professional, courteous, and friendly. Neal provided me with several choices and helped me reach a decision I am very happy with. They made the whole process a pleasant experience. I, also, found the showroom to be very pleasant and attractive.

First and foremost, my sales rep. Tommy M was one of the best salesmen you could ever come across. He was very helpful and met my needs to the letter. He was also extremely professional. Tommy answered every question that I had and was very knowledgeable about the car that i inquired about, which helped the sale go a lot smoother. The dealership was welcoming and had an added bonus the GT-R was on display. The Finance guy was did an awesome job as well. Overall i would and always recommend Passport Nissan if anybody I knew was looking to purchase a car....2 thumbs way up.

Tommy in sales made my car shopping experience informative and fun. He is easy going and was very knowledgeable about the cars, explaining most of what I needed to know about the car I was interested in. Rodney, the business manager was helpful and worked efficiently through all the paperwork. The sales manager was responsive in making sure i got more than 'average' service. The atmosphere at Passport Nissan is generally welcoming, you're greeted with smiles and offered something to drink.

They played the same game that every dealer plays. I Have to go "talk to my manager." They were always acting like they are on your side and the manager is the bad guy. And of course they tried to nickel and dime me at the end over additional costs. They wouldn't budge at all on the listed price because I was getting the $4,500 government rebate for my clunker, so they used that to their advantage. Waited around forever on multiple occasions while they got paperwork and others things together. Total time spent there was at least 5 hours, and this was after a price was agreed upon. All car dealers are the same, and all car salesman are the same. In terms of salesmen, they are at the bottom of the totem pole. This place is no different from any other. I also was spoken to like I didn't know anything, like I was a child. To top it off, the finance guy tried to nickel and dime me as well, even though I have a perfect credit score. My advice to car salesmen: 1)Get a new job. 2) Know the cars inside and out. Know everything about them. There should never be a question that you can't answer. 3) Don't talk to people like they know nothing. Treat them like adults in a professional manner. 4) Do not promise anything you cannot deliver. 5) Don't beat around the bush. Tell me the truth. Tell me how low you can go with your price. 6) Don't be a suck up to the customer. Just be professional. 7) Did I mention find a new job?To conclude, this place is no better or worse than any other dealership. Just be ready for a battle and always be willing to walk.

I went into the dealership for my regulary thirty thousand mile service. I was greeted by friendly staff and smiling faces. The advisor did whatever was neccesary just to maintain my car, not to break my wallet. My car was even ready the same day. I walked back in only to be greeted by my name. This is the type of customer service that sets this dealer apart from the rest. My car was even washed and cleaned! I couldn't believe they did all of this so fast. This is going to be my one stop shop for all my service needs.

Kenny Latino was a very friendly and accomodating sales representative. He did his utmost to ensure that I was happy with my purchase and was sincerely interested in getting me a good price for my new car. He also has called me multiple times since I bought my car to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I highly recommend Kenny! The dealer manager, however, seemed to rush me during the process and tried to get me to make a decision after only 2 hours at the dealership. I ended up coming back the following day and making the purchase.

Kenny Latino was very helpful. I went to the dealership on a friday and Kenny helped me find what I wanted and came back on saturday with my husband and purchased the car I wanted. We could not have asked for a better salesperson, but Kenny to help us. He even explained to me how a few things worked, when my husband said I should read the manual, I'm better off being shown. The experience was great and if I know someone who wants a car or truck, I will tell them about Kenny Latino and Passport Nissan. Everyone, from the time we went in to the time we left. That also includes Finance and Service Personnel who got my Rogue ready.

I worked with Paul Friedman to purchase my Altima. Not only was he friendly and professional, he went out of his way to make sure I got the car I wanted at the most affordable price. My experience with the sales managers and F&I was also very pleasant! I encourage DC area car buyers to drop by Passport Nissan and ask for Paul. My recommendation for him is the least I can do in return for the outstanding service and personal attention I received from him and the other staff members at Passport Nissan. As for the Nissan brand, I can personally attest to its value. I can't see myself driving anything but a Nissan or Infinity.

From the time i stepped on to passport nissan, Anthony Washington (my sales rep), made my car shopping experience enjoyable. Not only did he take care of me throughout the process of buying my Nissan Maxima, but he has called numerous time afterwards to see how we (my family) is enjoying the new car. He has taken a personal approach in car salesman ship.

I was very pleased with the service I received. Andy was very friendly and helpful. I had to bring my car in for a recall notice and he made the experience painless. I liked having access to Wi-Fi and the lounge area was very comfortable. I loved having the car washed at the end.

Nissan was the first stop on my search for a new car, and also the last. Having done some research online, I decided to take a look at the Sentra. From the start Tommy was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car. He made the whole process of buying my first car very smooth and hassle-free. This attitude was evident in all of the staff that we met that day.

In short, working with Paul Friedman and Passport was an awesome buying experience - he even turned in my rental car for me, so I didn't have to make an extra trip to the dealership. We were about to buy a Murano or a Lexus & then read about the Cube (I'm middle aged, young in spirit)- saw one & drove it with my family. Searched for the right mix of price, color and options - Passport had it. Paul Friedman made for a friendly, professional and efficient transaction. Went in early Sunday afternoon, knowing what I wanted, drove out with my new Green Cube 2 hours later - after car review, decision, sales, finance and delivery - Amazing! Made it home in time to cut the cake at my daughter's birthday - and she and her sisters (as well as my wife) love the color and the car. Paul helped smooth over a pricing concern I had and resolved it in my favor. I recommend working with Paul to buy a car.

I purchased a 2009 370Z NISMO from this dealership on August 27, 2009, and I was very pleased with the experience. The Sales Consultant, Mr. Paul A. Friedman was warm, courteous, and professional. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and was very knowledgeable about the car. The Business Manager, Mr. Rodney Martin, secured financing for me from a credit union at a fantastic rate. Normally, I go through the credit union that I am a member of for financing, but the rate that he obtained was better than mine...and mine is a large credit union. This is the second vehicle that I have purchased from Passport Nissan of Alexandria, and both times, I left pleased with the outcome. In the future, should I be in the market for a Nissan, I would definitely stop by this dealer first.

The salesperson was indifferent to making a sale. I was going to write a check that day if decent deal could be had. The salesperson admitted that sales were low. That to me would mean the dealership would work with a purchaser. I know the worth of my trade-in and they wouldn't give me anything close to what they intended to sell it for. My trade-in is paid for and only a year old. The salesperson was cursed at by a dissatisfied customer on my way out to test drive vehicle. The sales "manager" didn't even drive my vehicle before making an offer. My overall feeling of the dealership was that it was amateur and catered to uninformed customers.

Beware!!!Passport Nissan of Alexandria charges for repairs not needed. If you have done any repairs through them, verify that they actually done the work. Get you old parts back and verify with an independent service place if those parts were bad in the first place. Do not be suprise of what you will learn!!
