Mike Rector was great. He made the process of turning in my old lease and then renewing very simple. He was supportive, kind, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. The only thing that could be improved is getting hold of him more quickly via phone/email, but I understand that he must be very busy and I was in a hurry coming in from out of state to renew my lease. Otherwise, he was a pleasure to work with. I had a concern with my new lease and he saw me right away and helped me figure out what was going on with the car. I definitely recommend working with him if you have the option to do so. He's definitely an asset to the dealership. Thank you, Mike!

John Blanchard at Pat Milliken Ford is my favorite car salesman; even my husband is impressed with my service from John through the years. I just completed my second car purchase with John and the transaction was once again seamless. I have also leased two vehicles through him in the past.
