I drove all the way from Rockford just to get the car I wanted but never imagined I would have such a great experience! This was the best experience I've ever had buying a car. I felt no pressure and the process was so easy. Vince Valente made me feel like a VIP. He even gave me snack. Everyone treated me so awesome!!! Will definitely go back next time I buy a BMW. Also thanks to Joseph Young for educating me on all the cool things my car can do. I could listen to that guy talk all day! Thanks to everyone at Patrick BMW for making my First BMW purchase a great experience!

There's a reason why this dealership has such a high rating. Car buying can be stressful and on top of it, we had negative equity on a trade in. We worked with Michael Wilson (highly recommend!) and his managers to find something that worked for us. No one was ever pushy, everyone was always caring and informative - from Michael helping us test drive as many vehicles we wanted to the finance dept. making the process incredibly simple. Will definitely be back for our next car 👍

Best customer service I have ever received from a dealership. Mikey Urbano and Zane are the best. They answered every question I had and was very supporting and encouraging through your the whole car buying process. Will make all my future purchase from them and highly recommended them to anyone I know looking to buy a car.

I'm giving Will Wells and Patrick BMW 5 stars. If I could give them more, I would! Will help me find exactly what I was looking for. Buying a car can be very stressful!! The last time I bought a car was 21, yes, 21 years ago and I was not looking forward to it. Will made it very easy. He was patient with me and answered all of my questions honestly. He was informative, very kind, friendly and not at all pushy. The customer service is the best around and I hope to buy my next car from Will at Patrick BMW. I probably won't wait 21 years though!! 😊

I had an excellent visit with Mike Urbano. He took the time to go over two vastly different vehicles and discuss pros and cons of each and go for test drives. He was very pleasant, attentive and knows each of the cars in detail. I would highly recommend Mike Urbano for your BMW needs.
