By far this has been the best customer service experience I have ever had. Tom Mullins is exemplary and his expertise, patience, and attention to detail is everything that customer service should be. He went above and beyond and found multiple options for my fathers older truck. If it was not for Tom that Truck would be on its way to the scrap yard. My father and I can’t thank Tom enough and I hope that Patriot recognizes when they have a Diamond as an employee. it’s customer service experiences like this that keep customers loyal to your brand. I wasn't in there 5 mins and the man Tony Brown helped me find a vehicle to my liking. Very kind hearted, down to earth and wonderful staff. Definitely would recommend if you want a stress free, family oriented environment and satisfying purchase. I couldn't ask for a better customer service experience.

Charge for incorrect diagnostic. 4 wheel drive need service light stays on. Won't go into 4 wheel drive. Diagnostic results: selector switch Need replace. Wrong answer. Replace switch twice. Still not fix. Went back 28 Sept to see how they can get it right. Larry in customer service and Was willing to listen. At 5pm my vehicle was ready. They refund the diagnostic test charge. Charge only repairs. Mechanic Thomas hard at work ensure Customer satisfaction!!!
