I would like say, I was on line looking at vehicles at midnight. I ran across the great clearance at Patterson Honda of Wichita Falls,Tx... I enquired about a vehicle,the HR-V EX... I was so pleased to receive a email from Cinda a service representative for Patterson Honda. She also called and left a very welcoming message inviting me in to come and visit the Store. On the following Saturday I was scheduled for a meeting with Jauron Moreland. I received a call the morning of to confirm my appointment. I found that be very professional. Thanks for the Great customer service. When I arrived at the Store. There was parking attendees assisting Patrons entering the lot. I was immediately greeted by Mr. Moreland he was very professional. I didn't feel rushed or pressured into a vehicle. I know the brand and the people standing with the Brand represent the Brand very well. Needless to say the service was quick. The sale was amazing. I am the proud owner of a 2016 Honda, HR-V EX....

What started as a "look-see, think about, decide, discuss, and maybe purchase" experience, turned out to be a "we need it in the morning, can you do it?" whirlwind experience. Thanks to Tony Neal of Patterson Honda Sales, who said, "...we sure can...", ran interference, cleared the way and helped us score the 2016 Honda CRV touring in short order. No hassles, got the price we expected, and with Joey Lara's help navigating that intimidating "computer desktop of forms" maze, the vehicle of our choice was ours and ready for pickup the next morning, complete with some added features and a full tank of gas. Of course Jimmy Kendrick and Brian Ozmet of the service department rendered their support and gave us a special invite to call if any difficulty; they've kept our Honda Pilot running like a fine Swiss Watch for the past nine years and it's still in terrific shape. WeI like the family over there at Patterson's; nice folks.

We drove to Wichita Falls to look at several dealerships and cars. We stopped at the Honda sales lot of Patterson Auto Group first. We looked around at several used cars. The variety helped us narrow the type of cars that we had considered over the Internet. A sales person, Ben McCarty, arrived and we expressed our interests. His explanations were very informative and helpful. We looked seriously at several vehicles and with his explanations chose a 2014 Honda Pilot. Ben McCarty and Joey, the finance manager, made the necessary paper work a pleasant process. It was completed in a timely manner. In the past I have experienced long waiting periods as the dealers' staff played "sales games" with me and I hav just walked away. It was a pleasure to deal with the Patterson Auto Group personnel. I like the fact that Patterson Auto Group pays their sales persons a "salary" instead of only commissions. The whole staff did an outstanding job of making the day a pleasant memory.

I just bought a 2016 Honda Pilot & got the red carpet treatment! I don't think I've ever had a better car buying experience! I had no idea what kind of car I wanted & had a lot of questions. Alina Gheaur & Michelle Schenck were AMAZING! They were EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the cars they sell & very patient while I narrowed it down. They made sure I got something that was the best fit for me, with no pressure whatsoever. When my car was delivered, Alina spent a long time with me to teach me the features and customize my car. I finally found a dealership that doesn't make buying a car excruciating! David Craft was our salesperson and he was FANTASTIC! He wasn't pushy or impatient. We told him what we were looking for and he gave us what we wanted. There wasn't a lot of the annoying going back and forth for an agreeable price and monthly payment. The last two dealerships I have dealt with in the past, made car buying miserable, stressful and frustrating. I was very pleased with the entire experience at Pattersons. Everyone involved(David, Mike and Joe) was great! If you want professionalism and a great experience, go to Pattersons and be sure to ask for David "Sparkles" Craft! Tell him I sent you!!

I was researching new and used cars on various sites, when I came across a 2016 Kia Soul that was slightly used. Truecar.com gave me the info I needed and I called Patterson Honda to check on the Kia's availability and to schedule a test drive. At the dealership, we met Alina Gheaur. Alina was very kind and quick to answer our questions and concerns. If we had concerns she could not answer she spoke with others to make sure we had everything we needed. We did purchase the Kia and will definitely consider purchasing another vehicle from Patterson Honda in the future.

Wife and I had spent about 2 months comparing vehicles online, Consumer Reports, recommendations from friends, etc. and were very interested in a CRV. Referred to salesperson Michelle who was assisted by Brad. Both very professional, knowledgable and engaging. Appeared very interested in what our wants and needs might be. Not pushy or aggressive but supportive in our efforts to get the right vehicle. Tough to make car buying experience enjoyable, but somehow they accomplished that very thing. Very satisfied with experience, treatment and the vehicle we purchased. Manager and Finance office (don't remember names) were equally friendly, helpful and non-pushy.Would readily recommend either or both sales reps and dealership.

He showed us several vehicles, and finally directed us towards a Honda CRV. My wife Linda is still driving it and is very happy, since Tony found her just what she wanted. On arrival my husband and I received service immediately. Very friendly; no pushy service from John January. We were seeking a used car $10,000 or under, we didn't think any dealership would have a good quality vehicle for that price but we had too try. At first he showed us very nice cars that were surprising in our price range, we didn't exactly like the space that was allowed in the vehicles. Then he took us to the other Honda store, right next door. We then found a mini van that was under $10,000 so we test drove it and we loved it but still in doubt we decided to keep looking. As we were looking around we couldn't take our minds off of the mini van so we got in it again and we decided that this was the one. The paperwork was easy and understandable, I did have questions but he answered them in a way I could understand him. Very friendly. We are so happy with our mini van and very happy with the service we received we will recommend him to anybody and everybody. It was as if they were our best friends.

We drove from Owasso, Ok to Witchita Falls, Tx which is a 4 hour drive there and back and we would do it again to work with Mrs. Alina and Joey. My wife and I picked a car out before the trip and then loaded up our 4 children and drove to Texas. When we arrived the car we wanted was sold off, but that was our fault for it putting any money down. This was a good thing cause we found a better car and Mrs. Alina and Joey worked with us to find the right second car in our price range and were up front and honest with us. They stayed with us until the deal was complete even sat with us and talked with all of my family with interest and care and not just I have to. We were the last ones out at 945pm. We will make the drive again to see Mrs. Alina.

Came in on a whim and decided to get a new car for the wife. They had the exact car we wanted except remote start...no biggie. Within a minute Rachad M. was answering our questions and pointed us to the car we had looked at online. We drove the car and decided we wanted it. We then left and went to get the vehicle I wanted to trade. I arrived an the negotiations were on, we haggled back and forth in the traditional car dealership fashion and settled on a fair price for the new car and trade. Within an hour or so I had a new car all cleaned and gassed up ready to go. I would recommend the Patterson Honda sales team if your looking for a Honda. I haven't had to use the service team for oil change or anything and will report back when the time comes

We recently bought/leased our second round of vehicles from Patterson Honda. We went in to trade one vehicle, but were asking questions about a leased vehicle that needed to be traded or turned in next December. I felt like they gave us a clear view of the options that were available to us for my new car trade. Steve Lax asked me what I wanted, then had it ready for us to look at when we got there. I could not have asked for a more painless car trading process. While we were waiting to finish the paperwork and detailing of the Odessy, I asked some questions about a lease that we have on another Honda (CRV) that is terminating in December. They explained all of the options available to us on the deal, looked at what they had in stock (and on the truck) and showed us how much money we could save by trading now. So, I signed all the paperwork on the new CRV lease, we went home in the Odessy, and we have an appointment to go back to pick up the CRV. They offered to have the CRV delivered to us and pick up the old one, but we convinced them that we don't mind going back to Wichita Falls from Arlington. Basically, we are free for the summer, and don't mind he travel. So, on Tuesday, we will be going back to Wichita Falls to pick up our new CRV. It is well worth the drive to go to Wichita Falls to purchase a new (or used) vehicle. They will deliver the new vehicle to you and pick up your trade if you have one. I love dealing with Patterson because they don't use high pressure tactics and I feel like they are actually considering what I need. My husband will not trade anywhere else.

It started out ok, a typical small talk conversation with a car salesman. We placed an offer and they couldn't take it, so we kept moving forward in search of another place for our next car. No big deal, right? But then I started to receive multiple phone calls from this location, I would repeat our offer, and then another person would call me the next day. I would repeat myself again. They just got more slimy as it continued. Tim then contacted me and I texted him back, thanked him for checking in and repeated myself again for the third time with this dealership. He got defensive and questioned my price. He was disrespectful and rude by text--big mistake on his end as I have it all saved. I would not recommend giving your money to these people.

Everyone usefully hates going to a buy a car but I saw what I wanted and he got me in and out no worries. I moved to Ft. Worth but I will end up going back to Patterson Honda to buy my next car because of him. He shows great leadership with a great team of salesman who know how to treat customers.

My wife and I stopped by Patterson Honda to check out the new CRVs before we went to the Metro-Plex to purchase a comparable vehicle. We were so pleased with the inventory choices and the way we were treated we never left. The Salesman, Ted Turner worked with us, answered all our questions, and was very knowledgeable and polite. We never felt pressured or rushed. He show us all three models and explained the differences. He then worked with us to take care of our trade-in. We would recommend Patterson Honda and Ted Turner to all our friends. It was a great experience.Glen Pearce

I recently bought a 2014 Honda CR-V. My experiences at Patterson were all good. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I went in for only a test drive, no intention of buying that day. I asked for salesman Ted Turner because I had read so many glowing reviews about him. I was not disappointed. I was nervous because I had never bought a new car on my own before. I immediately felt Ted was someone I could trust. He assured me I was getting a good deal and I believed him. I purchased my CR-V the same day. Ted has continued to be helpful even a month after the sale, answering all my questions. I love my car. I recommend Patterson Honda highly and especially Ted Turner.

My son took his car for repair. They installed a new power steering pump for $600.00. Three months later the problem returns. He goes back to Patterson who now tell him he needs a new power steering rack, $1400.00. He took to the car to a respected mechanic in Wichta Falls who told him the rack was not the problem the new pump failed and he shows my son where the pump is leaking. He returns to Patterson who now admit the pump is bad and agree to replace it for $200.00. After he picked up the car, within hours, his power steering failed all together. He returned to Patterson who again tell him he needs to replace the rack. I was with my son the entire time and could not believe how disrespecfully they were treating him. Probably becasue he is young so they figured they could take advange of him. Terribed experience for both of us and we will never return and recommend everyone avoid this place.

Purchased my Olds Bravada from Ted Turner at Patterson Honda in November 2010. Ted showed me the Bravada and the paperwork process was a breeze. He was really down to Earth and friendly and explained everything in terms I could understand. I never once felt pressured. I felt like he undestood my price range and sold me a vehicle that was in it. He was such a nice guy, a great salesperson, and someone I would now call a friend.

I was looking to get into a new vehicle an I'm glad I visited Pattersons Honda in Wichita falls tx.I was treated very well, the salesman was very friendly an courtious. The overall costumer service was great. He took care of us an really listened to what we were looking for instead of just putting us into something we didn't want or that wasn't in my price range.
